Objectives: To review studies on HonBeck (魂魄) in Traditional Chinese Medicine and clearly understand the psychological theory in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: We reviewed studies published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) up to 2016. Keyword was "魂魄". We found 103 articles about HonBeck (魂魄). Among them, articles describing the spirit of souls and ghost not related to TCM were excluded. We only included papers related to TCM, including those that performed comparative study on Honbeck (魂魄) between the Canon of Internal and recent studies published. Specialty publications on Honbeck (魂魄) within oriental medicine were also included. Results: Many advanced opinions on concepts of Honbeck(魂魄) between Ohsin (五神) and Ohji (五 志) were obtained. Conclusions: Ohsin (五神) is useful to explain human's whole psychologic activity and process of human memory. Hon (魂) can be described as personality in mental activity. Beck (魄) can be described as sensory and perception in mind.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to clearly understand the emotion theory in the Canon of Internal Medicine and correctly apprehend the concept of chiljeong. Methods: To perform a comparative study on the emotion theory between the Canon of Internal and recent studies published at papers and specialty publications for emotion within oriental medicine. Results: A number of advanced opinions on the relationships between chiljeong, five emotions and ohsin were obtained. Conclusions: Chiljeong is the most fundamental theory in the psychology of oriental medicine, and therefore, deserves a thorough and enthusiastic study.

The purpose of this review is to determine oriental concept of intelligence and memory, and to minimize adverse effect during treatment of brain disease by western medicine. Intelligence is developed by interaction between genetic factor ane environmental factor in Western medicine, Wherease mental function is difined by 'Chilsin' or 'Ohsin', and brain which control intelligence and memory is define by part of heart in oriental medicine The conception that mind and body are sameone may show possibility of intelligence and memory enhancement, and it may be usefule to clinical application.

본 연구에서는 비대칭 이중게이트(double gate; DG) MOSFET의 상 하단 게이트전압에 대한 문턱전압이하 스윙을 분석하였다. 비대칭 DGMOSFET는 4단자소자로서 상단과 하단의 게이트단자에 별도의 전압을 인가할 수 있는 구조이다. 그러므로 문턱전압이하 영역에서 전송특성을 분석하기 위해선 상단게이트전압에 대한 문턱전압이하 스윙뿐만이 아니라 하단게이트전압에 대한 문턱전압이하 스윙의 변화도 분석하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 가우시안 분포함수를 이용한 포아송방정식의 해석학적 전위분포를 구하여 문턱전압이하 스윙에 대한 해석학적 모델을 제시하였다. 이 문턱전압이하 모델을 이용하여 문턱전압이하 스윙을 상 하단 게이트 전압에 따라 관찰한 결과, 문턱전압이하 스윙은 게이트전압에 따라 크게 변화하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 상 하단 게이트 전압에 따라 전도중심이 변화하며 이로 인하여 문턱전압이하 스윙에 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
