Clustering methods such as k-means and EM are the group of classification and pattern recognition, which are used in management science and literature search widely. In this paper, k-means and EM algorithm are compared the performance using by Weka. The winning Lottery numbers of 567 cases are experimented for our study and presentation. Processing speed of the k-means algorithm is superior to the EM algorithm, which is about 0.08 seconds faster than the other. As the result it is summerized that EM algorithm is better than K-means algorithm with comparison of accuracy, precision and recall. While K-means is known to be sensitive to the distribution of data, EM algorithm is probability sensitive for clustering.

Many organizations experience that the performance they gained from IT investment is lower than they expected values. As with any investment, executives are concerned with maximizing the performance from their investment in IT. This study focused on the relationship between IT strategy and IT investment to maximize IT performance. A field survey of chief information officer of Korea manufacturing sector was conducted. Complete data for 147 firms was analyzed to determine relationship of the three research constructs. The study shows a positive relationship between IT strategic orientation, IT investment direction, and performance of IT. The research results provide empirical evidence that supports the research hypothesis that closer fit between IT strategies and IT investment directions does lead to increase operational and competitive performance of IT.

Subway is working in the construction of station and wayside equipment which was controlled by central and local control operating system for more efficient management. Traffic controlled by functional integration to be interlocked but each part is constructed and operated individually that is not efficient. Therefore, this paper offer to plan of integrating central and local system in one place of each feild. Functional integration plan will help central and local system to link strengthening. This is also offering to integrating central of an officer in command and integrating local of control station and office.

In field of Urban transit safely, It must be not only secured vehicle but also every areas like power, signal, communication, track, tunnel, operating facilities. Likewise it is very important not only hardware system like vehicles, facilities but also software system like action of engine driver, duty officer. In other to secure safety of hardware, soft ware, it is very important systemic process. In Korea, Many operating companies neglect to invest in safely and ignore technical development about safety because of management. Safely was considered in subway system and many studies were accomplished about safety in subway system in advanced county like U.K, USA. Hence, in this paper, Conditions and improvement of minimum considerable hardware and software are proposed for safe operation in Urban transit.

We, in Korea, have over two hundred hypermarkets and the number is continuously increasing. We drop into a hypermarket for merchandise, which is an integral part of our life style. So, we should consider safety for employees as well as customers because hundreds of thousands of people use the hypermarket every day. In addition to this consideration, the government should also be a political support relating to accidents that occur in the hypermarket because security and safety matters are important to all of us. But even now, Our security conditions do not match our ideal goal and we take countermeasures after accident or loss. This is a result of not having a security management expert coupled with a chief executive officer that has no idea about security awareness and loss prevention. In addition, we do not have specific laws to address these matters. We also lack reasonable ideas to prevent accident and loss. Now is the right time to revamp the laws and ordinances to improve the quality of civilian life. Prevention of accidents is a needed investment for all security personnel. The best solution for businesses is prevention of accidents. This will increase profits and cost-effectiveness as well as increase customer satisfaction. The company should form a security management department for comprehensive protection of assets. The goal of security management employees should be productive and effective security management. Every employee should have responsibility in mind to prevent accidents in his or her work. In addition, The company should have a systematic organization in place and regular training sessions. The most effective security management comes from cooperation of all members. In the 21st century, we pursue a high standard of living which is a result of our cooperation against any accident and loss. Sennewald says The value of security is better measure by what does not happen rather than what does.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 서비스기업에 있어서 표준화활동 결정요인을 분석하였다. 표준화활동을 유형(혹은 범주)에 따라 기업의 전사적 표준경영, 국내표준화활동, 국제표준화활동 등으로 구분하였고, 그 결정요인으로 기술혁신활동(R&D와 특허출원), 기업규모, 수출, 네트워크(산업특성), 기업조직특성 등을 고려하였다. 분석된 표본은 서비스업에 속한 102개 기업으로 정성적 분석방법인 로지스틱 회귀모형(logistic regression)을 사용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다, 첫째, R&D집약도는 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영과 국내표준화활동에는 영향을 미치지 않지만, 국제표준화활동에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 우리나라 서비스기업들이 국제적 표준화과정에의 참여를 기술이전의 수단으로 활용하는 경향이 있기 때문인 것으로 해석하였다. 둘째, 특허출원은 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영에 부(-)의 유의한 효과를 보여 주었다. 즉 특허활동이 활발한 서비스기업일수록 표준화를 기술혁신의 관점에서 중시하지 않고, 자사 기술정보의 유출이나 특허침해의 요인으로 간주하는 현상을 발견하였다. 셋째, 기업규모변수는 서비스기업의 경우 표준화 활동과 연관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 표준화에 대한 경영진의 관심은 표준화활동의 유형에 관계없이 표준화활동의 중요한 결정요인으로 분석되었다.

최근 모든 분야에 변화의 속도는 빨라지고 다양한 위기 또한 더욱 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이로 인해 위기관리 능력은 국가를 포함한 모든 조직의 생존에 직결되는 문제인 동시에 조직의 능력이라고까지 말할 수 있게 되었다. 일반적으로 기업의 경우, 위기는 경영을 책임지는 최고경영자(CEO: Chief Executive Officer)와 밀접하게 연계될 수밖에 없으며, 기업의 위기관리 대비 정도는 CEO의 리더십 유형에 따라 크게 좌우되고 있다. 이에 따라 위기관리에 대한 CEO의 리더십은 갈수록 중요해지고 있다. 외국에서는 위기관리와 리더십 사이의 상관관계에 대한 연구가 부분적으로 진행되고 있으나, 국내에서는 매우 미미한 상태이며, 지금까지 리더십과 위기관리에 대해 개별적으로 연구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CEO의 리더십 유형에 따라 기업의 위기관리에 대한 중요성인식과 대응수준은 어떠한 차이를 나타내는가를 연구문제로 설정하였다. 국내 200 여개 기업의 CEO의 리더십 유형과 위기관리 중요성인식과 대응수준을 설문조사 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 CEO의 리더십 유형별로 기업의 위기관리 대응에 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to present effective basic data for business management through analysis of importance and performance of personal information protection of the elderly welfare center workers. For this purpose, the questionnaire on the protection of personal information was reconstructed based on the diagnostic level of the personal information security management level of the public institution and the questionnaire was conducted on 105 employees of the elderly welfare center in Chungbuk area. Based on the responses to the importance and the degree of performance of the personal information protection of the elderly welfare center employees, technical statistics and corresponding sample T-tests were conducted and the importance-performance analysis (IPA) was used. Followings are the results of this study: First, there is a statistically significant difference between the importance and the implementation of the management system for the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center, establishment and implementation of protection measures, establishment and implementation of infringement measures. Second, IPA analysis on the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center shows that the establishment and implementation of protection measures are the areas to maintain good performance. Third, in IPA analysis of the sub-factors of the personal information protection of the workers in the welfare center of the elderly, in the construction and management of the management system, in performing the role of the personal information protection officer and establishing and implementing protection measures, The factors of prevention of information disclosure and exposure and the safe use and management of personal information processing system were analyzed as areas requiring intensive improvement. This study is meaningful as a basic research that can raise the awareness of the personal information protection of the workers in the elderly welfare center and induce the improvement of the related work.

본 연구는 현재 정보기술의 급속한 발달로 인해 우리 일상 생활에 많은 변화를 야기하는 정보화가 진행되고 있는 현재 일반사회뿐만 아니라 국가가의 전쟁 양상도 기존 재래식 중심의 전쟁에서 정보화시대의 전쟁 즉 정보전의 개념으로 변화되어 가고 있는 시점에서 정보전의 개념과 미래 정보전의 개념, 특히 네트워크 중심의 전쟁에 대해 살펴봄으로써 정보전에 대한 개념 및 효율적인 운용방안을 제시함으로써 미래 정보전하에서 완벽한 임무수행에 기여할 수 있는 방법을 제시코자 한다. 이를 위하여 정보화시대의 전쟁양상을 시대별로 구분하여 정리하였으며, 미래전쟁양상의 변화에 대해서는 미래전의 기본구도, 미래전장의 변화, 미래 정보전의 양상에 대해 다루었으며 미래 정보전의 핵심인 네트워크 중심 전쟁에 대해 전쟁수행방식과 전쟁에서의 영향에 대해서 집중적으로 고찰해 봄으로써 네트워크 중심 전쟁의 올바른 운용방안에 대해 내용을 제시하고 있다.

Objectives: Everyday correctional officers confront with so many criminals, so this situation could be a bad environment on correctional officer's mental health. But the study about their mental health status and related factors have rarely been focused, and besides, the actual mental health conditions of them have also been rarely investigated. Consequently, this study aimed to identify mental health status and related factors of correctional officers. Methods: Data were collected from July 10 to August 25, 2012. The Participants included 1,496 correctional officers in 50 correctional facilities. Results: The risk factors of mental health problems were living in urban region, 40 ages group, less experience in correctional field, unmarried marital status & not living with their spouse, over nine hours contact with criminals and so forth. On the other hand, stress coping methods were not related with socioeconomic and other factors. Conclusions: Lessening working hours or contact hours with criminals, providing a risk-group management for those who have many risk factors, making self-support group will be helpful to manage or promote their mental health status. Besides, employee assistance programs should be developed such as job stress management methods or counselling communication skills.
