공항 지상 근무자의 심폐소생술 수행능력 (Performance Ability after CPR Education of the ground workers in an airport)

  • Objective : This study is an experimental study which is designed to examine the differences between knowledge and self-confidence before and after theory education(CPR PPT material) based on guidelines of CPR and emergency cardiac treatment of American Heart Association(AHA, 2005) and video self-instruction program for the general public by Korean Association of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(KACPR), trace CPR performance ability after CPR and AED education and investigate the accuracy of artificial respiration and chest compression, and know the difference in CPR performance abilities including AED. Methods : Subjects of this study include ground crews and staffs at M airport in G province equipped with emergency equipments for CPR according to Art. 47, Sec. 2 of Emergency Medical Law, airport police, rent-a-cops, security guard, quarantine officer, custom officer, and communication, electricity, civil engineering, facility management staff, airport fire fighting staff, air mechanic, traffic controller, and airport management team among airport facility management staffs. They were given explanation of necessity of research and 147 of 220 subjects who gave consent to this research but 73 who were absent from survey were excluded were used as subjects of this study. of 147 subjects, there were 102 men and 45 women. Results : 1) Knowledge score of CPR was $6.18{\pm}0.87$ before instruction and it was increased to $15.12{\pm}1.78$ after instruction, and there was statistically significant difference. 2) Self-confidence score in CPR was $3.16{\pm}0.96$ before instruction and it was increased to $7.05{\pm}0.75$ after instruction, and there was statistically significant difference. 3) Total average score in CPR performance ability after instruction was 7.46 out of 9, performance ability was highest in confirmation of response as 144(97.95%), follwed by request of help as 140(95.25%) and confirmation of respiration as 135(91.83%), and lowest in performing artificial respiration twice(gross elevation of chest) as 97(65.98%). Accuracy of artificial respiration(%) was $28.60{\pm}16.88$ and that of chest compression(%) was $73.10{\pm}22.16$. 4) Performance ability of AED after instruction showed proper performance in power on by 141(95.91%) and attaching pad by 135(91.83%), hand-off for analyzing rhythm showed 'accuracy' in 115(78.23%) and 'non-performance' in 32(21.77%), delivery of shock and hand-off confirmation showed 'accuracy' in 109(74.14%) and 'inaccuracy' in 38(25.86%), and beginning chest compression immediately after AED was done by 105(71.42%).

  • 본 연구는 외식사업을 하고 있는 경영자와 창업자들의 마케팅에 관한 방법과 활동이 영업지속기간과 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 이들의 창업에 대한 인식과 마케팅의 방법에 따라 영업지속기간과 경영성과도 달라지리라는 것을 알아보고자 하였다. 때문에 본 연구에서는, 첫 번째, 외식업체는 마케팅관리에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 두 번째 마케팅관리는 경영실적에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째, 외식창업은 경영실적에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 마케팅관리는 지속기간에 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 경영성과는 외식업지속 기간에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 라는 가설하에 본 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과 모든 가설은 채택이 되었음을 알 수가 있다. 때문에 마케팅 활동, 마케팅 비용, 마케팅인식 등 외식사업의 경영기법에 따라 선진경영을 할 수 있도록 지속적으로 개선 연구하여야 하며, 그리고 창업시의 마케팅이 창업자에게는 중요한 요소임을 발견 할 수 있었다. 따라서 외식업 창업이나 경영을 하고자 하는 자는 마케팅관리 등에 많은 인적 물적 정성을 기울여야 할 것으로 보인다.

공공기관의 경영자 교체유형과 이익조정 행태와의 관련성 (Earnings Management Associated with Types of CEO Turnover in Public Institutions)

  • 본 연구는 공공기관의 경영자 교체유형이 이익조정에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구는 경영자 교체상황을 전임경영자의 퇴임과정(강제적/자발적)과 신임경영자의 영입과정(전문가/비전문가)을 결합적으로 고려하여 4가지의 교체유형으로 구분하였고, 경영자 교체상황별로 이익조정의 행태가 상이하게 나타나는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 경영자 교체유형에 따라 교체년도의 이익조정 행태가 달리 나타남을 확인하였다. 특히, 전임경영자가 임기 중에 교체되면서 새로 영입된 경영자가 해당 분야의 전문성이 있는 경우에 이익의 하향조정이 관찰되었다. 이는 신임경영자가 교체년도에 악재를 모두 털어내고 부진한 경영성과에 대한 책임을 중도 퇴임한 전임경영자에게 전가하고자 하는 의도로 해석될 수 있다. 본 연구는 공공기관의 경영정상화가 중요시되는 현 상황에서 전임 및 신임경영자의 교체유형에 따라 이익조정이 달리 나타날 수 있음을 밝힘으로써 공공기관의 경영자 결정에 관한 정책적 함의를 제시하였다는데 의미가 있다.

A Study on the Management Innovation of KORAIL and Military Application -Focusing on the Direction of Innovation in the Military Medical Institution-

  • This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the management situation of the Korea Railroad Corporation(KORAIL) through the management innovation process of the KORAIL and to suggest its implications for military application. Despite stable demand, the railway passenger industry had the limitation of not being able to abolish deficit routes due to public service obligations. In addition, the launch of the Suseo High-Speed Line has introduced a competitive system, posing a threat to corporate management. KORAIL wanted to overcome this crisis by innovating its management through the utilization of big data, improvement of the freight business, decentralization of demand, the introduction of tourism railroads, and development of station influence areas. By utilizing big data, KORAIL was able to optimize the railway fare system while reducing fixed costs spent on railway maintenance. It also drastically reduced the station of cargo and created a base station to pursue economies of scale. On the other hand, the existing exclusive station system was abolished to solve the chronic saturation of the downtown area, and the railway demand was moved to Gwangmyeong Station and Suwon Station to optimize the passenger supply. In particular, it developed a new business model called the tourism railway by developing the mountain Byeokjin Line, which was a chronic deficit line, and sought to improve liquidity through the development of the station influence area. Such a process of innovation at KORAIL suggests an appropriate direction in seeking ways to innovate the military medical institutions. First of all, the necessity of improving organizational immersion through the development of a personnel structure suitable for the compulsory organization, while expanding the facilities of the division and corps, and reducing the time required for medical treatment and waiting through the establishment of a data-based medical system was suggested. Next, it was also discussed to integrate the National Health Medical College, which received accreditation as a medical facility through the designation of advanced general hospitals and is ultimately under discussion with the Medical Institution. Through this, we hope that the military medical institutions, which are facing various challenges, will overcome existing limitations and be re-lighted as innovative institution that provides comprehensive public health services.

경영전략 내재화가 공공기관의 발전에 미치는 영향 (Impact on Internalization of Management Strategy in Public Organization)

  • 새로운 제도나 경영전략 등이 성공적으로 정착되어 조직의 성과제고로 연계되기 위해서는 내재화과정이 반드시 필요하다. 성공적인 내재화를 위해서 많은 기관에서 가장 많이 활용하는 방법은 교육방법 및 커뮤니케이션 전략이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 교육이나 커뮤니케이션을 원활하게 진행하기 위해서는 조직구성원들간 신뢰와 협력지향적인 문화 등 다양한 측면에서의 융합전략이 뒷받침되어야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 특정 공공기관의 직원들을 대상으로 새로이 도입한 조직비전, 핵심가치 등에 대한 내재화 정도 및 조직문화 등에 대해 조사해보고, 성공적인 경영전략 내재화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 우선, 경영전략 강화 교육을 위해서는 반복학습을 통해 자주 노출시키고 자주 대화하는 방법이 효과적이다. 이를 위해 집합교육과 이러닝 등 집중적인 교육방법을 병행해야 한다. 둘째, 의사소통의 활성화를 위해서는 기관장이 직원들과의 내재화를 위한 의사소통에 관심을 기울여야 하며, 다양한 방법의 의사소통 전략을 세워야 할 것이다. 끝으로, 조직문화의 변화를 위해서는 동료들간 개방적이고 협조적인 문화구축을 위한 비공식적인 의사소통의 장을 자주 마련하고 인적네트워크의 양적, 질적 확대를 지원해주어야 한다.

시청각기록물의 이관 및 관리 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Enhanced Plans of Audio-visual Records Management and Transfer)

  • 시청각기록물의 생산이 증가되고 포맷도 다양해지고 있다. 그러나 생산만 이루어지고 있을 뿐 이관 및 관리는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 중앙부처의 시청각기록물 현황을 생산 및 등록, 관리 및 활용, 이관, 전용 프로그램 관리 운용 현황과 문제점을 4가지로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이를 보완하기 위해서는 프로세스 및 전용 S/W 등 시청각기록물 관리의 프로세스 도구의 개발, 시청각기록물 관리 단계별 표준화, 시청각기록물 담당자의 인식변화와 기록관리 교육, 시청각기록물을 전담할 수 있는 인력의 필요, 국가기록원의 시청각기록물 전문 인력의 충원 등이 필요하다. 더불어 향후 활용과 보존을 위한 노력이 필요하다.

Comparison of Soil Testing Methods for Plant Available Phosphate

  • Most test methods for plant available soil phosphate are based on the extraction with a chemical solution. The objective of this study is to evaluate available phosphate of various tests at different soil phosphate levels. Two experiments were conducted as follows: i) Extracting capacities of soil phosphate tests - Mehlich III, Mehlich II, Bray I, Olsen, Kelowna, and Modified Lancaster(Mod. Lancaster) - were compared with that of Lancaster test for the soils collected from 32 paddy and 27 upland fields with various soil chemical properties. ii) Field trials on comparing to phosphate uptake by plant were accomplished by cultivating rice and corn plants in the pots filled with the soils. Available phosphate of Lancaster test was significantly correlated with those of Mehlich III, Mehlich II, Bray I, Olsen, Kelowna, and Mod. Lancaster. In upland soils, available phosphates of all the tests were curvilinearly regressed with phosphate uptake by corn. The determination coefficients ($R^2$) of the regression equation between available phosphate in soils and phosphate uptake by plants were ranged from 0.861 (Mehlich III) to 0.741 (Olsen). In paddy soils, the available phosphate measured by Mehlich III and Lancaster was significantly correlated with phosphate uptake by rice. In conclusion, Lancaster and Mehlich III tests could be used for predicting available phosphate in upland and paddy soils.

자동자 제조업체 근로자의 작업복 착의실태 분석 (Status quo Analysis on the Clothing Practice of Automaker′s Uniform)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyse on the clothing practice of automaker's uniform and to investigate the relationship between wearing sense of worker's uniform and overall comfort according to working environment and working types. The data were collected from 184 automakers using questionnaire and interview of a officer for uniform management. Working environment was relatively comfortable, but the worker in special working area needed to control the working environment and adopted the protective equipment. The dissatisfaction of clothing practice of uniform was shown high in design and material. The order of preference in the color was blue, navy, blue, gray, green. In case of taking care of uniform, sewing durability and shape stability were poor in comparison with washing easiness. The correlation between overall comfort and wearing sense of uniform as sense of wearing and taking off, texture and movement function, was relatively high, but it appeared the low correlation in physiological comfort.

Development of Safety Index for Evaluation of Ship Navigation

  • As a sense of practical field, most researchers emphasize the importance of safety management to prevent marine accidents. The purpose of this paper is to develope a new safety evaluation method using Safety Index (SI) which is to measure the emotional feeling of navigation officer by traffic situations. In this study, the questionnaires with SI are used to investigate the degree of sensing levels of navigation officers according to the navigation situations. In addition, the traffic data obtained from AIS (Automatic Identification System) data are used to give actual situations in the questionnaire investigation. As results of questionaries investigations based upon the AIS data, it is shown that the Safety Index can be used as a criterion to determine the safety levels of ship navigating in a coastal areas.

정보기술전략, 정보기술투자방향, 그리고 정보기술성과의 상호관계 (The Relationship between IT Strategy, IT Invesetment, and IT Performance)

  • Many organizations experience that the performance they gained from IT investment is lower than they expected values. As with any investment, executives are concerned with maximizing the performance from their investment in IT. This study focused on the relationship between IT strategy and IT investment to maximize IT performance. A field survey of chief information officer of Korea manufacturing sector was conducted. Complete data for 147 firms was analyzed to determine relationship of the three research constructs. The study shows a positive relationship between IT strategic orientation, IT investment direction, and performance of IT. The research results provide empirical evidence that supports the research hypothesis that closer fit between IT strategies and IT investment directions does lead to increase operational and competitive performance of IT
