작업기반 양측성 상지 훈련과 경 두개 직류 전류 자극이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Occupation-Based Bilateral Upper Extremity Training and Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation Upper Limb Function in Stroke Patients)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 작업기반 양측성 상지 훈련과 경 두개 직류 전류 자극이 뇌졸중 환자들의 상지기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이었다. 만성 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 작업기반 양측성 상지훈련과 경두개 직류전류자극을 실시한 실험군 13명, 작업기반 양측성 상지훈련만 실시한 대조군 13명으로 나누어 총 4주간, 50분씩, 주 5회 실시하였으며, 캐나다 작업수행 평가(Canadian Occupational Performance Measure;COPM), 가속도계 (Accelerometer), 퍼글 마이어 검사(Fugle-Meyer Assessment;FMA), 운동 홛동 척도(Motor Activity Log;MAL)를 사용하여 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 실험군과 대조군은 작업 만족도와 수행도, 환측과 건측의 사용량, 상지 기능의 회복과 움직임의 질에서 모두 유의미한 개선을 보였으며, 특히, 환측 사용량에서 실험군은 대조군 보다 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 따라서 작업기반 양측성 상지 훈련과 경 두개 직류 전류 자극의 결합 중재가 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능회복에 긍정적인 효과를 보임을 알 수 있었다.

저출산·고령사회 대비 관점에서 중학교 기술·가정 교과서에 제시된 직업 내용 분석 (An Analysis Study on the Contents of Occupation in Technology & Home Economics Textbooks for Middle School : focusing on preparation for Low Birthrate & Aging Society)

  • 저출산 고령사회에 대비하기 위해서는 중학교 시기부터 전생애적 관점에서 자신의 진로를 설계하여 미래를 준비할 수 있는 역량을 길러주는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 2009개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 기술 가정 교과서 (1). (2)권 총 24종에 직업 내용이 제시되어 있는 양상을 분석하였다. 교과서에 제시된 직업의 종류는 한국표준직업분류(대분류)를 근거로 하여 유형별로 빈도(비율)를 분석하였고, 교과서 단원별, 자료유형별 직업내용 제시 경향을 함께 분석하여 직업내용을 다양한 관점에서 이해할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하였다. 연구 결과 중학교 기술 가정 교과서에 제시된 직업명은 한국직업사전 상 제시된 직업의 5.27% 수준의 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 특히 한국표준직업분류(대분류) 유형 중 '2.전문가 및 관련종사자'에 편중되어 있어 저출산 고령사회에 대비하여 학생들이 진로 설계를 하는데 필요한 직업과 관련된 정보를 제공하는 데는 한계가 있다. 그리고 교과서 별로 '가정생활' 대영역이 '기술의 세계'에 비해 상대적으로 높은 비율로 직업 내용을 제시하였는데, 출판사별, 대영역별, 단원별로 직업내용 제시의 빈도(비율)에 있어 큰 차이를 보이고 있었다. 향후 저출산 고령사회를 대비하는 관점에서 중학교 기술 가정 교과서는 중학생들이 모든 직업을 소중하게 생각하며 자신의 적성과 흥미를 고려하여 진로를 탐색하며 미래를 준비하는 역량을 향상시킬 수 있도록 다양한 직업 관련학습 기회를 제공할 필요가 있다.

한국표준직업분류에 있어서 수산질병관리사의 직업분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on Occupation Classification of Aquatic Disease Inspector in Korean Standard Classification of Occupations(KSCO))

  • The aquatic disease inspector is not classified as an occupation in the current Korean Standard Classification of Occupations(KSCO). Therefore, the roll of the aquatic disease inspector in the medical treatment and the prevention against the aquatic organism disease is underestimated. The aquatic disease inspector is in a more disadvantageous position than the pharmacist and the veterinarian. The purpose of this study is to approve the aquatic disease inspector as an occupation in KSCO. The important contents of this study are as follows. In the first place, this study looks around the general requirements of classifying the occupations in KSCO. The aquatic disease inspector satisfies the most general requirements. But, because of the similarities of job between the aquatic disease inspector and the veterinarian, the aquatic disease inspector do not satisfy the requirement for 'the principle of exclusiveness'. In the second place, this study looks around the classification system of KSCO. The classification system of KSCO is consists of multi steps. This study makes the plan for the appropriate occupation classification of the aquatic disease inspector. In the third place, this study looks for the legal methods to classify the aquatic disease inspector as an occupation in KSCO. In order to classify the aquatic disease inspector as an occupation in KSCO, many regulations of the laws about the aquatic disease inspector and the veterinarian are to be amended and the number of the aquatic disease inspectors is to be increased by the innovative measures.

예제기반의 학습을 이용한 한국어 표준 산업/직업 자동 코딩 시스템 (An Automatic Coding System of Korean Standard Industry/Occupation Code Using Example-based Learning)

  • 통계청에서 실시하는 사업체 기초 조사와 인구주택총조사 과정에 업체와 개인에 대한 정보를 기술한 자연어를 표준 산업/직업 코드를 할당하는 수동 코딩 작업이 필요하다. 수동 코딩 작업은 막대한 인건비와 비용을 초래하고 수동 코딩 전문가의 능력과 기분에 따른 작업 결과의 비일관성이 매우 큰 문제로 지적되고 있다. 본 논문은 수작업으로 구축한 규칙베이스를 사용하는 규칙 기반 방법과 수작업으로 분류한 데이터를 이용하는 자동 학습 방법을 통합한 한국어 산업/직업 표준 코드 자동 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 인구주택총조사 40만 레코드, 사업체기초조사 40만 레코드를 이용하여 학습되었고, 실험데이터를 이용하여 평가되었다. 10-best 성능 평가 결과 제안된 시스템은 인구주택총조사 직업분류 데이터에 대해서 76.63%, 인구주택총조사 산업분류 데이터에 대해서 82.249%의 성능을 보였으며, 사업체기초 조사 산업분류 데이터에 대해서는 99.68%의 정확도를 보였다.

광복전후(光復前後) 공영주택(公營住宅)의 평면비교(平面比較)와 변화특성(變化特性)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Comparison and Characteristics of Public Standard Housing Unit Plan before and after the Independence from the Japan Occupation)

  • Even though there have been greate changes in the types and contents of the housing plan in Korea since the Modem age, it seems that the identity of traditional dwelling culture is still remains within it. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and features in the development of the 'Public Standard' Housing Unit Plan by comparing the differences and similarities in unit plans in housings built on Japanese occupation period and those built after the period. From the study, we can conclude as follows: 1. The public standard housing unit plans on both periods have shown the common features in the composition of their physical forms in the way that the front-row area still remains the traditional housing culture and the rear-row area reflects the desires of the modem lives. The structure of the dual-row unit plan appeared in the public standard housing plan was caused by the cultural acculturation in Japanese occupation period. 2. The public standard housing unit plans, however, show the differences in the contents and meaning in units plans with the them of the Japanese housing because of the cultural differences. These differences took placed autonomously through the change of housing plans in the modern time, and have the common features such that 1) the changes in the Maru-centered plan type differ in composition from the inner-corridor plan type used Japanese housing, and 2) the composition of the open-inner spaces in the double-row housing plan reflects the single-row outer open space In the traditional housing. All of these cultural progresses in the public standard housing unit plans was took place as the result of the inner-oriented and notional circulations derived from the modernity. However, the transformed unit plans still contains the identity derived from the variation of the traditional Korean building elements such as Maru and Ondol. In other words, those are the Maru-centered and composed housing plans with juxtaposition of the inner block and the outer block. As the conclusion, though the public standard dwelling unit plan has the similarity in the physical form, it is different in the cultural Identity and meaning from the public standard plans before the independence from the Japan occupation.

산업근로자의 건강증진 행태에 관한 관련요인분석 (A Study on Health Promotion Behavior and It′s Related Factors of Industrial Workers)

  • From September 2, 1995 through October 31, this questionnaire was made by the 1, 200 industrial workers who work for 15 enterprises of 5 types of business. And it was for helping to devise a policy and to develop a program for industrial workers' health promotion by understanding the consciousness behavior level of industrial workers in our country and the related factors which are under the influence of it and health promotion behavior. The summary and conclusions are as follows. 1. In health promotion score level by related factors, the health diagmosis level score was 7. 37(81.9/100) of the perfect score 9, nutrition level score was 7.00(77.8/100), health education behavior level score was 6.00(66.7/100), exercise behavior level score was 6.01(66.8/100), occupational disease knowledge level score was 6.00(66.7/100). 2. Health diagnosis behavior level was significantly high when the age is older, when the occupation term is longer, when the economic status is better. And wjem tje satosfoed degree for vocational aptitude, working environment, and the education contents. 3. Nutrition (dietary habit) status level was high in men, in the age group of 40 over, in the group of having their spouse, in the group of being paid over one million won a month, in the upper economic classes (P〈0.001). It was also high in graduates middle school and in daytime workers (P〈0.05). 4. Health education behavior level was high in the older ahe hroup, in a single life (separation by death, divouce, separation) and in the longer occupation term(P〈0.001). 5. Exercises behavior level was high in men, in the workers who are paid 500~990 thousand won a month, in the better economic classes(P〈0.01). 6. Knowledge level on an occupational disease was high in men, in the older age group, in the group of having a spouse, In the workers who are paid 500~990 thousand won a month, in the group of having a longer occupation term, and in the residents living not in a large city(P〈0.01). 7. When health status was higher, health promotion behavior, behavior level, health diagnosis (P〈0.001), nutrition(P〈0.05), health education behavior (P〈0.05), exercise behavior(P〈0.01) and the knowledge level on an occupation disease was high. 8. The main factors which are under the influence on the degree of practicing healthy life were the level of knowledge and behavior, sex, his/her health status, and the satisfied degree of working environment. These variables could explain it 18.0%. 9. The factors which are under the influence on health promotion behavior and behavior levels were the variables of the satisfied degerr of education contents, sex, health knowledge, economic status, health status, occupation terms, monthly income, working tiredness. These variables could explain it 21.3%. By these results, it is inportant for industrial workers' health promotion to level up the health diagnosis behavior, dietary habit considering nutrition, behavior on health education, behavior for exercise, and knowledge on an occupational disease. Especially we should develop the proper program considered sex, health status, satisfied degree of working environment and education contents, economic status, eccupation terms, knowledge on health, and behavior level. Because health promotion business gies in gear with productivity promotion.

중학교 가정교과서의 국제비교 연구 (An International Comparative Study on Home Economics Text Books of Middle School)

  • This study was conducted to compare the outward aspects, objectives, and the contents of Home Economics text books of middle schools of Korea, Japan, U.S.A. and England. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The outward aspects of tex books: The Korean text books were small in size and the quality of paper was inferior to those of foreign countries. The Japanese text books were written by many authors, contained many lab works and data. Text books of U.S.A. were big in size made with good quality paper and contained many colour pictures. Text books England contained many problems and lab works. 2. Objectives of the Home Economics and Unit objectives: The objective of the subjects of Home Economics was written only in Korean text books. The unit objectives were described most concretely and detailedly in Korean text books comparing with other countries. 3. Contents: Korean text books covered all six areas of foods, clothings, housing, home management, family and occupation and theoretical explanations prevailed. Japanese text books contained numerous lab works, lacked two areas of home management and occupation, thecontents included a few practical lab works two areas of home management and occupation, the contents included a few practical lab works. In the text books of U.S.A. contained all six areas of Home Economics were covered and special emphasis was placed on self discovory and self development, and vocational guidance was also stressed. The text book of England contained only three areas of Home Economics, clothing, foods and housing; the number of area was limited but the basic theories of covered area was intended to lead to self comprehension through questions and lab works.

인공지능 로봇에 대한 주관적 신념과 가치가 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 직종 및 고용형태에 따른 차이 비교 (The Effects of Subjective Beliefs and Values on Use Intention of Artificial Intelligence Robots: Difference according to Occupation and Employment)

  • 이 논문은 새로운 산업혁명으로 인한 인간의 노동과 직업의 변화에 대한 담론이 확산되는 가운데 직업집단에 따라 인공지능 로봇의 수용이 어떻게 이루어질 것인지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 새로운 기술과 제품의 수용에 대해 기존 연구에서는 단기적으로 잘 변화하지 않는 주관적 신념과 가치를 통해 이용 행위를 예측해 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 직종과 고용형태에 따른 인공지능 로봇에 대한 신념과 가치를 비교하고, 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 인공지능 로봇에 대한 주관적 신념 요인은 합리성(이성)에 대한 믿음과 온정성(감정)에 대한 믿음으로 구분되었고, 가치 요인은 수용 가치(역할수행, 의사소통, 사회비교)와 회피 가치(위험성, 복잡성)로 구분되었다. 직종과 고용형태에 따라 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 미치는 신념과 가치는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 노무기능직이 전문직과 관리직에 비해 인공지능 로봇에 대한 신념과 가치에 대한 인식의 수준이 낮았다. 고용형태별로는 자영업이 위험성 가치에 대한 인식이 미약한 것으로 나타나, 이들 직업 내 인공지능 로봇의 수용과 확산이 용이하게 이루어질 것으로 예측되었다. 이는 인공지능 로봇이 전문직을 중심으로 급속히 확대될 것이라는 기존의 예측과는 달리, 기술 수용의 속도에서도 직업에 따른 격차가 존재한다는 것을 시사한다.

중년층의 직업특성과 활동특성이 은퇴준비에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Occupation and Activity Nature of the Middle-Aged on Retirement Preparation)

  • 급속한 저출산과 고령화 추세를 보이고 있는 우리나라는 IMF 외환위기 이후 저성장과 저금리가 장기적으로 지속되면서 경제적으로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 여건에서 현재 중년층은 다가올 노년기에 대비하기 위해 신체적, 심리적, 사회적, 경제적 은퇴준비를 체계적으로 해야 하는 것이 매우 중요한 과업이다. 따라서 본 연구는 중년층의 직업특성과 활동특성이 신체적, 심리적, 사회적, 경제적 은퇴준비 영역에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 수도권과 충청권 지역의 회사원, 공무원, 자영업, 전문직에 종사하는 30~50대 344명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며 분석한 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연령이 높고 건강이 좋을수록 직장에서의 역할이 안정적이고 여가활동을 많이 할수록 신체적 준비를 더 많이 하고 있었다. 둘째, 남성에 비해 여성이 직장동료와 좋은 관계를 유지할수록 직업에 대한 태도가 긍정적이고 여가활동을 중요시할수록 심리적 준비를 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자신의 직장이 안정적이라고 인식하며 사회활동과 여가활동을 많이 할수록 사회적 준비를 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 경제적으로 여유가 있을수록 경제적 준비 정도가 높았지만 직업특성과 활동특성은 경제적 준비에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 최근 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 은퇴준비가 직업 특성과 활동특성에 의해 영향을 받고 있음을 보여주며, 향후 중년층의 은퇴준비를 위한 구체적인 정책과 프로그램이 다양하게 준비되어야 함을 의미한다.

고등학교 남학생에 대한 가정과 교육의 필요도에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Need of Home Economics Education on High School Male Students.)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the need of home economics education on high School male students for purpose, the questions raised in this study are as follows. 1. Does home economics education on high school male students needs\ulcorner and are whether not or home economics education on high school male students need different according to sex, age, edu-cation, income, occupation\ulcorner 2. If home economics education on high school male students need or not. What is the reason of that\ulcorner and are the reason of that different according to sex, age, education, income, occupation\ulcorner 3. If home economics education on high school male students need, what is the contents of home economics education and are that different according to sex, age, education, income, occupation\ulcorner The subjects of the study consisted of 183 men and women in Ch’ong ju City(over 21 years old) The data were analiged by statistical procedures such as frequency, X(sup)2, oneway ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The major results of the study were summarized as follow: 1. The response rate on home economics education on high school male students was absolutely high(91.8%). of demographic variables, the only sex appeared the significant differences. the men groups responsed higher not to need than the women groups. 2. As the reasons of home economics educations on high School male students needing the respons of the highest response rate were that ‘as family community, family members understant, cooperated, and are responsible with each other or one anther’and that ‘as society becomes in-dustrial gradually, family members have to have the accurate perception, or attitudies on home life’of demographic variables, sex, income, and occupation appeard the significant differences. In the contrast of that, as the reaspon of home economics education on high school male stu-dents not needing, the reasons of the highest. response rate were that ‘as sex, the role is different’and that ‘home economics education needs not essentially to learn through the school education’. and there were not differences according to demographic variables. 3. As home economics education contents for high school mal students, the most need content part was child part. the second content part was family development and family relationships part. There was the significant differences according to all the demographic variables. Particulary, the lower the lever of education, in come and occupation were, the less the degree of need on all content part was.
