학교 교실의 재실자밀도 기준 적정성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Adequacy Evaluation of Criteria of Occupant Load Density in School Classrooms)

  • 본 연구는 학교 교실의 재실자밀도 기준에 대하여 학생 수 감소현상 및 지역별 편차 등에 의한 문제에 대응하기 위하여 기준의 적정성을 고찰하였다. 이에 교육부에서 제공하는 공시자료를 이용하여 유치원, 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교 및 대학교 등에 대한 재실자밀도 기준을 분석하였다. 조사 결과, 학교 유형별로 데이터의 편차가 높게 나타났으며, 이에 중앙값을 나타내면 유치원($1.49m^2$/인), 초등학교($3.45m^2$/인), 중학교($2.64m^2$/인), 고등학교($2.45m^2$/인) 및 대학교 등($3.41m^2$/인)이 나타났다. 유치원을 제외한 재실자밀도 수치는 현 기준($1.9m^2$/인)보다 높은 것으로 나타났지만 최대 재실인원 산정의 목적을 고려하면 현재 기준은 즉시 개선은 필요하지 않은 것으로 판단되었다. 다만, 국가 교육정책의 개선 등의 영향에 따라 향후 개선을 한다면 조사결과를 토대로 $2.5m^2$/인으로 완화가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

무인계수시스템을 이용한 대형할인점의 재실자밀도 예측 (Prediction of Occupant Load Density using People Counting System in Discount Stores)

  • 본 논문은 대형할인점에 대한 재실자밀도 예측을 통하여 현행 기준의 적합성을 검증하는 연구로서, PCS (People Counting System)을 이용한 실측조사와 내부자료조사를 수행하여 전국의 대형할인점에 대한 재실인원 및 95% 신뢰구간을 도출하였다. 실측조사의 결과, 최대재실인원이 발생되는 시각은 16~18시로 나타났으며, 크리스마스이브와 설날 전 주말에 최대재실인원이 나타났다. 최대재실인원의 결과는 판매건수에 의한 내부자료와의 관계를 통해 회귀식을 도출할 수 있었으며, 이 식은 선행연구를 통해 검증하였다. 이러한 과정에 따라 50개의 대형할인점의 내부자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 95% 신뢰구간은 $2.7{\sim}2.9m^2/pers.$ 으로 도출되었고, 국내외 기준과 비교했을 때 오차는 크지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보수적인 측면을 고려하여 대형할인점의 재실자밀도 기준을 $2.7m^2/pers.$ 로 제안하였다.

  • For over 100 years, the tall building has largely advanced in technological innovation; however very little has been done in the terms of understanding the changing needs of the occupant needs and experience. The vast changes occurring due to technology and mobility demand reconsidering the tall building today and for the future. This paper will briefly survey the past eras of tall building design and will propose considerations and solutions for the future.

Evaluation of Indoor Environmental Factors in Office Building with Underfloor Air-Conditioning (UFAC) System

  • During the last decade, an increasing interest in Underfloor Air-Conditioning (UFAC) systems has emerged. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the indoor environmental performance of office buildings with UFAC system in order to develope the design prototype of this system. The physical measurements and the Interviewing survey of occupant's sensation responses to the environment were carried out. Measurements and survey were made of the thermal environmental factors such as air temperature, relative humidity, air velocity, globe temperature, and the other several environmental factors such as the sound level and the illuminance of working plane, etc. And, the air quality was evaluated by measuring the concentration of suspended particles, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide in the room. Furthermore, the paper appraises the various indoor environmental factors of the room by using post-occupancy evaluation (POE) method in office building with UFAC system, and thus, it suggests the basic data for assessing the indoor comfort based on field measurements and survey .

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the method on improving the frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities and to evaluate relation between improving the frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities and improving the sense of community in apartments. The research subjects of this study is the four public lease apartments which is built around same period with same design guide. The survey method is a questionnaire survey, a experimental study, focus group interview, an analysing drawing. The result of study is as follows. The first, the frequency of use and satisfaction rate have been effected by the operation management system as well as the physical circumstance. The second, The frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities have had positive correlation with sense of community. The third, multimedia room and conference room with low usability need to change a multipurpose space such as cafe, classroom for learning on artistic topic with high demand from occupant. Finally, a mindset shift is required for architects to inspire community facilities as an important mediated space improving the sense of community by suggesting spaces for leisure and hobby activities.

  • The thermal comfort of indoor spaces is very important factor in our life. Regions, cultures, climates and individual difference for establishing thermally comfortable environments should be considered carefully because these factors have a large influence on the thermal comfort doing some complicated interactions with environmental, psychological and physical elements. Recently, predicted mean vote(PMV) based on the heat transfer theory between environmental factors and human bodies has evaluated by many researchers and widely used nowadays. The objective of this study is to evaluate the thermal comfort in workspaces with personal air conditioning system using the measurements of environmental comfort parameters and the questionnaire survey of occupant's thermal senses with response to the environment.

인체변수의 계층적 추정기법 개발 및 적용 (Development and application of a hierarchical estimation method for anthropometric variables)

  • Most regression models of anthropometric variables use stature and/or weight as regressors; however, these 'flat' regression models result in large errors for anthropometric variables having low correlations with the regressors. To develop more accurate regression models for anthropometric variables, this study proposed a method to estimate anthropometric variables in a hierarchical manner based on the relationships among the variables and a process to develop and improve corresponding regression models. By applying the proposed approach, a hierarchical estimation structure was constructed for 59 anthropometric variables selected for the occupant package design of a passenger car and corresponding regression models were developed with the 1988 US Army anthropometric survey data. The hierarchical regression models were compared with the corresponding flat regression models in terms of accuracy. As results, the standard errors of the hierarchical regression models decreased by 28% (4.3mm) on average compared with those of the flat models.

차음성능이 향상된 경량벽체 개발 및 성능평가 연구 (A Study on the Development of Lightweight Wall for Sound Transmission Loss and Field Test Results of the Dry-Wall System)

  • As being inconvenient to apply reinforced concrete structure to high-rise buildings, it is applied steel structured system. Therefore light-weight wall systems are applied as partition wall to reduce the self-load of the building. But, the required performances of a light-weight wall are not evaluated systematically. As a field survey result, partition walls of house-to-house were not showed their respected performances, so the dwellers are feel so worse the quality of the whole building. In steel-structured high-rise buildings especially, occupant's dissatisfaction concerned indoor noise was high because curtain wall systems having a high air-tight performance isolate the outdoor noise making masking effect. Therefore wall systems which have high performances of sound insulation and air-tightness are required in high-rise buildings. As a result, a new drywall system was presented and the performance was verified with field test.
