It is easier to objectify the designing process with the analysis of how users perceive any space depending on the purpose of space visiting in the interactions of them and images. This study analyzed the observation characteristics perceived through observation frequency and time depending on the purpose cafe customers to understand what effect the design factors constructing the space has on the observation characteristics which are the results obtained as information through visual perception. The followings are the results of this study. First, The time range for searching or wandering and the observation characteristics could be estimated by the meaning of observation time by grade with the setup of time-range out of the distribution of sections. Second, at the time distribution by section, when there was intention, the observation time was found to have higher occupation. Third, though the higher section frequency is likely to have more observation time, the grades of II/V had higher frequency of [Intention] and the time had higher [Non-Intention], which revealed that there is a tendency for the observation characteristics vary in a large degree depending on whether there was intention or not. Fourth, by the application of the observation characteristics of each grade for interrelation analysis depending on whether there is any intention to the space of cafe, the detailed space characteristics could be compared with observation tendency. The difference of obtained information has an effect on obtaining perceived information, and since the intention may affect any information which is obtained, it is necessary for design information suitable to visit purpose or users' observation intention to be transferred in the process of designing. Analyzing the effect of any change to designing factors on the sight inducing intention and synchronization will help to understand the emotional design focused on users.

Many learners are encountering e-Learning contents with smart devices and contents provides are carefully observing learners' reuse intention and behavior. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of e-Learning content platform characteristics on reuse intention for 200 users with smartphone-based e-Learning experience. The results show that the characteristics affecting reuse intention are content quality, interactivity, and ubiquity. Moreover, for men, only interactivity affects reuse intention, and for women, ubiquity and content quality affect reuse intention. When using smartphone-based e-Learning for less than an hour a day, only content quality affects reuse intention. On the contrary, ubiquity, convenience, and interactivity influence reuse intention when learning for more than one hour. Our results suggest meaningful implications that how e-Learning companies change their smartphone-based platform business strategy and how they utilize its key factors.
Purpose: This study offers suggestions to e-commerce companies for increasing shoppers' repurchase intention by considering the effect of distribution information in online shopping. It applies complexity theory to incorporate habitual information search behavior and shopper characteristics into the Stimulus-Organism-Response model and indicates how these complex factors work together in online shopping. Research design, data, and methodology: This study used an interview survey of 158 Vietnamese consumers with an experience of online shopping. A fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) was used to examine the relationship between antecedents and outcomes depending on complex conditions in the given contexts. Results: The results (1) indicate the importance of observing information search patterns and investigating their influence on online distribution, and (2) clarify what kind of configurations, under what conditions, predict a high or low outcome; this provides evidence and hints for the development of frameworks for future studies. Conclusions: The findings suggest that shoppers' unconscious, habitual behavior can work with conscious attitude factors, such as satisfaction, to increase their repurchase intention. Hence, e-commerce companies should consider how to present useful distribution information and create functions that allow shoppers to engage with a variety of information while increasing their repurchase intention on the site.
This research was focused on observing the effect of Makgeolli's selection attributes on customer satisfaction, recommendation intention, and repurchase intention. The purpose of this study was to examine to present a marketing-related suggestion by finding the components that needs to be discussed in order to satisfy the customer and lead to positive word of mouth and repurchasing in the perspective of a corporation. The evidence to achieve the research purpose can be summarized as below. To begin with, the causes of Makgeolli's selection attributes were classified into 9 types, which are design and ad image, expertise and tradition, drinking experience and in harmony with food, taste and freshness, materials and origin, brand image, flavor and color, alcoholic and nutrition, and finally price and recommendation. And it showed up that the average importance of the taste and freshness is the highest. Moreover, the study on the Makgeolli's state of being potable showed up that the drinking number was no more than once a month, and one drink was almost all less than a bottle. The drinking place was usually tavern, and word of mouth was the most often used information medium that contacted Makgeolli. The potential of the Makgeolli's globalization is 80.6% which added positive and very positive, that enables us to infer that the Makgeolli's global dependency is very high. Third, from the 9 types of classification mentioned before, taste and freshness, and price and recommendation were proved to be influential in satisfaction, and recommendation is affecting the repurchase intention and the recommendation intention.
In the retail environment where online-shopping malls are growing, offline store are find it difficult to survive simply by selling their products. As a result, offline retailers are trying to find unique services that are appealing to their customers. In such a market environment, marketing strategies that stimulate the five senses other than the sight can be an alternative. Therefore, this research is aimed at observing the effect of the senses on emotion and purchase intention in a fashion retail context. A two by two experimental design (existence vs non-existence of scent x existence vs. nonexistence of eating chocolate) between subjects was used. A total of 120 participants were randomly assigned to the four situations, and they were asked to complete the questionnaires about emotion and purchase intention. The survey data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0, and results are as follows. After a two-way ANOVA, we observed a statistically significant effect of the scent service on pleasure and purchase intention the sweet offering service on purchase intention. Moreover, when scents service and sweet offering service were provided at the same time, the highest purchase intention was obtained among other services. In addition, we studied the effects of emotions on purchase intentions, and the pleasant emotions resulting from the services have a positive effect of on purchase intentions.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of the gloss of a product's packaging on purchase intention and the mediating role of perceived corporate eco-friendliness and perceived quality in food area. The participants were randomly assigned to product package condition (glossy vs. matte) and after observing ketchup and potato chips, they responded to questions on about perceived corporate eco-friendliness, perceived quality, and purchase intention. The participants reported their opinion that companies that manufactured matte package products would likely use more organic ingredients and would be more eco-friendly than companies that manufactured glossy package products. The more the participants perceived a company to be eco-friendly, the better they evaluated the company's product quality and the higher their purchase intention. This study has theoretical and practical implications, in that it extends the study of the product package in relation to its effect on corporate image, and it proposes a practical use of matte product package for improving the eco-friendly image of the company. Limitations and further research were also discussed.
When observing an object in a space, a part of it is remembered into our perception in the time for paying attention or conscious observation and it reaches to our visual understanding. In this study, it examined characteristics by each subject through the process of visual understanding by changes in such observation time. The results from this study are summarized as belows: First, through analysis of the observation data focused on the distance between the observed points, it was able to apply those visual theories organized before to the analysis of characteristics of the time for understanding by each subject. Second, there showed big differences in the time for visual understanding by each subject according to changes in the observation time so that it was found that there were big differences according to the characteristics of subject's intention or purpose of the observation of a space. Third, as the number of continuous observation gives an important clue in judgement of how well the space was understood, it was able to compare and organize the mutual characteristics of the time the attention was concentrated, the time observed intentionally and the time understood visually. Fourth, it was found that the shorter subjects gave the intentional observation in observing a space, the longer they spent the time for paying attention, while the less they could understand it visually.
This study put its major concern in consumer behavior during a purchase of fashion products through the Internet marketing channels. Therefore, it investigated the Internet shopping and tried to find the reasons why clothes shopping through the Internet marketing channels is not popular enough. Then, alternative marketing strategies would be suggested which is accessible from the relationship marketing approach. The study adopted a qualitative research method to implement those purposes. In-depth interviews were conducted with the interviewees who had an experience of buying a fashion merchandise through the Internet or who had such an intention. And the information on stages of decision-making process and actual purchase was obtained by participating in and observing the process. The results revealed stages of decision-making in purchasing a fashion product through the Internet channels, the process of relationship development, and the elements of relationship marketing which affect purchase intention. The elements of relationship marketing to promote a purchase of a clothing product via the Internet marketing channels included convenience; communication and socal experience; sensual information; risk acknowledgement and pursuit for safety; and usage of complexed marketing channels. Based on these, a few strategic points such as remote reality, database of communication basis, strengthening individualized services, and development of complex marketing channels were suggested.
This study was conducted by extending Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) model in analyzing physician's observance behavior of National Health Insurance review standards. An extended TPB model was proposed by including 'background knowledge'and 'dorganizational commitment'in original model to predict physician's review standards observance behavior. Surveys for data collection were carried out on the physicians who were working in a general hospital, clinics, specialized hospitals, local medical centers and long term care hospitals located in Daegu and Kyoung-Buk province in Korea. Two hundreds twenty copies of questionnaires were distributed and 166 physicians responded. Data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The results show that an affirmative attitude and subjective norms have significant positive effects on physicians' behavior of observing review standards. However, the effect of perceived behavioral control on intention to behavior is not significant. The organizational commitment and background knowledge have a positive effect on the intention of observance of review standards. In conclusion, because physician's observance behaviors are affected by background knowledge and organizational commitment as well as attitudes, subjective norms, hospital managements should establish a communication system to share information on the review standards among physicians and provide appropriate measures to increase physician's organizational commitment.
The purpose of this study is to verify the educational effectiveness of interaction design in mobile APP by observing the impact of interaction design for elementary school education on enhancing learning immersion and continuous use intention, and propose an interaction design scheme based on elementary school education APP. The research methods are literature research and questionnaire survey. Specifically, through the literature research method, the concepts and prior studies on the concept, reviews the continuous use intention and previous research of interaction design. Then, conducts a questionnaire survey on elementary school students in South Korea and China to understand the interaction design, learning immersion, and continuous use intention, and analyzes the relationship between variables.The research result of this study is to observe the influence of interaction design elements within interaction on learning immersion and continuous use intention with elementary school students who are users of elementary school education application as the objects. The results show that interaction design within interaction has a positive impact on improving learning immersion and continuous use intention. It can be thought that this is because in mathematics/science education, it is easy to understand theoretical concepts or explanations, and stories and images will be continued at each stage to help students learn without being bored.In conclusion, this study can confirm that interactive inline design has a positive effect of enabling learners to engage in learning and continue to use.
