  • Artificial Intelligence(AI) techniques and Object-Oriented(OO) techniques contribute to the simulation modeling of the complex systems. AI techniques are suitable to model human reasoning in the simulation. While OO techniques have advantages of re-usability, maintainability and extendability of the software. Thus, in this paper, we design a knowledge-based object-oriented simulation model, particularly for the logistics analysis of military armor vehicles. The simulation model consists of three modules i.e., scenario, simulation mechanism, and inference engine. The model is designed within the OO paradigm and implemented by using the C++ language. An example case of using the model for the logistic analysis is included.

  • The object-oriented paradigm is being recognized as the most effective technique to develope the complex, large software system. In this paper, we propose the modeling methodology using object-oriented technology for the ship compartmentation design(OO _COMDEF) based on the proposed modeling methodology. Illustrative examples to show the application of the prototype system are given.

  • In this paper, the modeling capabilities of an object-oriented simulator, AgvTalk is demonstrated by designing and simulating a conceptually configuration of AGV systems, known as the tandem configuration. The characteristics and design methodology in AgvTalk are described between the tandem configuration for AGV systems and conventional AGV systems. Also, simulation between the conventional AGV system and its corresponding tandem AGV system are compared with AgvTalk in the job shop environment. From the simulation results, the characteristics of each system observed are discussed.

  • Database management systems are now used in almost every organization to maintain and utilize important collections of information. Relational DBMSs have a firm theoretical base. However, it lacks important features needed for representing certain critical aspects of an entity. One alternatives to remedy this problem is to adopt the object-oriented approach to the data model development process.   • Through the optimization design of the pneumatic components it leads the energy efficiency increasement and resources saving. Also it effects on the high speed operation, low speed operation, low weight, and complexity of pneumatic systems.   • Upland Irrigation Network Analysis System(UINAS) used Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). The results of using OOP is definition of objects and class hierarchy for UINAS, Objects of UINAS are consist of the Pipe , Sprinkler, Valve , Pump, Tee , Bend and Contractions. The classj hierarchy have cooperative design for FEM in analysing the irrigation network. Therefore UINAS have a flexiblility in additioning the network components.

  • This paper presents a modeling of railway facilities based on object-oriented software development technique for train operation simulation program. Railway network is decomposed by Line Structure Model and Signal System Model which can be composed to make the train routes and train performance calculation. A brief explanation of class design about these model is provided.

  • The Distributed system environments are developing into a structure of the opening information communication network based on object-oriented concepts and distributed technologies. Such a reason is that it can not only decrease the complexity of distributed softwares, but also support object oriented application services to distributed environments without changes of its own communication network structure. In this paper, we designed object group model, that is, an extended middleware, we developed before. The distributed environment suggested consists of the CTS server and clients. As our results, we showed the interaction procedures between/among object groups and service procedures of distributed application in given distributed system.

  • UML is an object-oriented development methodology to graphically modeling, a software system, We are developed UML, graphics editor and its generating various design objects during software development cycle. Its design object compose of semantics information and View information manage using of RDBMS. Extant tools supporting UDML. however, it does not have an explicit format to describe and interchange its design abject intentionally, In this thesis, to overcome the drawback, the UML design object interchange and presents our efforts to make UML design objects highly interoperable. We developed an interchange format called UDXF(UML Design object exchange Format) based on XML UDXF is a simple and well-structured format to encode UML design objects. It leverages the tool interoperability, team development and reuse of design objects by interchanging the model information with the XML standard. Also, we propose design object repository manager for design object of UDXF format.

  • Component development of EJB base is activated newly been using widely object oriented analysis and design method recently. Usually, case that use permanent data that use database in EJB base bean creation is much. Separated DBMS connection that various DBMS is applied been subordinate to each entity bean used in the environment in this paper applying DAO pattern, and is normalized object oriented design and analysis because using UML and standardization so that can create done class optimized modelling do.
