본 논문에서는 정보통신 소프트웨어관련 표준에 대한 정보를 제공하는 표준정보제공서비스시스템을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 마이크로소프트 윈도우 NT 운영체제에서 오라클사의 Oracle8i 데이터베이스 서버와 어플리케이션 서버를 기반으로, 자바와 자바스크립트, html 등을 사용하여 개발되었다. 이 시스템은 국내 정보통신 소프트웨어 관련 표준안뿐만 아니라, 표준관련 행사 등 표준에 관련 다양한 정보를 제공하며, 표준 사용자의 의견 수렴이 용이하도록 구성되어 있다.

본 논문은 강관 제조회사의 생산체제를 전자동화하기 위한 일차적인 준비단계로 원.부자재관리를 자동화하기 위한 엔지니어링데이터의 생성 및 이의 관리에 초점을 둔 응용프로그램의 개발에 관한 내용이다. PowerBuilder 와 Oracle 그리고 AutoCAD를 이용하여 강관생산과 관련된 엔지니어링데이터베이스를 구축하고 이를 통합 관리하며 CAD를 제품의 설계 및 품질검사에 적용함으로서 생산 제품의 품질향상을 높일 수 있도록 개발되었다.

지난 호에서는 정적 SQL(Static SQL)의 장점과 Oracle8i에서 도입된 analytic function이라는 새로운 기능을 이용해서 부분범위처리가 가능한 효율적인 게시판 구현에 대해서 살펴보았다. 이번 호에서는 analytic function, FBI(Function Based Index), 순환관계(connect by ㆍㆍㆍstart with)를 이용한 응답글(속칭 리플)이 있는 게시판의 부분범위처리에 대해서 살펴보고, 게시판의 총글수나 사용자별 마일리지합 정보 등 집계성이나 항상 사용자가 온라인상에 보고자하는 정보들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 materialized view를 적용하는 방법에 대해서 알아보겠다.

Effective maintenance system for national highway bridges has been requested due to increasing numbers of bridges. In this study, bridge data base is established in accordance with rating criteria for the structural conditions and functions of bridges. Maintenance system using PC-80386 hardware and ORACLE software is developed to rank the priority of either reconstruction or repairing of bridges and to provide with those information to bridge maintenance staff in order to perform bridge maintenance effectively. With this pre-establised data base and computerized maintenance system, data and information for planning of bridge construction could be obtained in times.

In this paper, we construct an efficient fuzzy identity-based encryption scheme in the random oracle model. The fuzzy identity-based encryption is an extension of identity-based encryption schemes where a user's public key is represented as his identity. Our construction requires constant number of bilinear map operations for decryption and the size of private key is small compared with the previous fuzzy identity-based encryption of Sahai-Waters. We also presents that our fuzzy identity-based encryption can be converted to attribute-based encryption schemes.

본 논문에서는 대용량의 XML 문서를 효과적으로 저장, 관리 및 구조 기반 검색이 가능한 XML 저장관리시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 구현한 XML 저장관리시스템은 관계형 모델을 기반으로 하고, XML 문서 전체를 저장하는 비분할 저장 모델을 사용하며, DTD에 따라 스키마가 생성되는 동적 스키마 생성 모델을 특징으로 한다. 본 논문의 XML 저장관리 시스템은 BRS 검색엔진과 ORACLE을 기반으로 하며 질의처리기 및 검색결과생성기, XML 객체관리자, XML 인덱스관리자, 구조검색엔진 등으로 구성된다. 이를 통하여 내용 및 애트리뷰트 검색 뿐만 아니라 다양한 구조 정보검색을 효율적으로 지원한다.

건물의 대형화로 인하여 건물의 이력관리 및 자재관리 둥 설비관리 시스템이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 따라, 건물 내의 모든 것의 자동화가 이루어지고 있지만, 기기의 자동화에 비해 업무의 자동화는 미흡한 실정이다 기존의 시스템은 설비업무의 특성상 외부 업무가 많은데 네트워크 지역에서만 전송이 가능하였다. 이로 인하여 문서의 누락이 많았고 업무의 효율성에 문제가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 설비관리 시스템의 문제점인 네트워크 음영지역에서의 업무의 단절을 극복하기 위하여 모바일 기기에 Oracle Lite를 탐재해서 음영지역에서도 문서를 저장할 수 있게 하여 업무의 효율성을 높이는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This article is an overview of the digital library project, indicating what roles Koreas diverse digital collections may play. Our digital library prototype has simple architecture, consisting of digital repositories, filters, indexing and searching, and clients. Digital repositories include various types of materials and databases. The role of filters is to recognize a format of a document collection and mark the structural components of each of its documents. We are using a database management system (ORACLE and ConText) supporting user-defined functions and access methods that allows us to easily incorporate new object analysis, structuring, and indexing technology into a repository. Clients can be considered browsers or viewers designed for different document data types, such as image, audio, video, SGML, PDF, and KORMARC. The combination of navigational tools supports a variety of approaches to identifying collections and browsing or searching for individual items. The search interface was implemented using HTML forms and the World Wide Web's CGI mechanism.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the methodology to develop variable-scale network model, which is able to induce large-scale road network in detailed level corresponding to small-scale linear objects with various abstraction in higher level. For this purpose, the definition of terms, the benefits and the specific procedures related with a variable-scale model were examined. Second, representation level and the components of layer to design the variable-scale map were presented. In addition, rule-based data generating method and indexing structure for higher LoD were defined. Finally, the implementation and verification of the model were performed to road network in study area (Jeju -do) so that the proposed algorithm can be practical. That is, generated variable scale road network were saved and managed in spatial database (Oracle Spatial) and performance analysis were carried out for the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.

In order to support secure communication in VANET(Vehicular Ad hoc Network), messages exchanged between vehicles or between vehicle and infrastructure must be authenticated. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical anonymous authentication system for VANET. The proposed system model reduces the overhead of PKG, which is a problem of previous system, by generating private keys hierarchically, thereby enhancing practicality. We also propose a two-level hierarchical identity-based signature(TLHIBS) scheme without pairings so that improve efficiency. The proposed scheme protects the privacy of the vehicle by satisfying conditional privacy and supports batch verification so that efficiently verifies multiple signatures. Finally, The security of the proposed scheme is proved in the random oracle model by reducing the discrete logarithm problem(DLP) whereas the security proof of the previous ID-based signatures for VANET was incomplete.
