소셜커머스의 O2O 서비스 특성이 소비자의 사회심리적 인식에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Social Commerce's O2O Service Characteristics on Consumers' Social Psychological Perception)

  • 오늘날 스마트폰의 보편화와 젊은 소비자들의 합리적인 소비 트렌드로 인하여 모바일 커머스의 한 형태인 O2O 서비스가 증가하고 있다. 또한 소셜커머스의 O2O 서비스 도입은 고객경험을 혁신으로 바꾸어 놓고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 소셜커머스의 O2O 서비스 특성과 제공자 특성이 사용시점에서 소비자가 갖게 되는 사회 심리적 이미지로서 현명한 소비자 느낌(smart shopper feeling)과 인색한 소비자 느낌(cheapness shopper feeling), 그리고 소비자의 만족과 구매의도에 미치는 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 공변량 구조분석을 통해 밝혀내어 O2O 서비스 관리에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 검증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소셜커머스의 O2O 서비스 특성인 가격할인과 희소성은 현명한 소비자 느낌을 증가시킨다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 O2O 서비스 제공자 특성인 소셜커머스의 브랜드 인지도와 구매용이성은 인색한 소비자 느낌을 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 현명한 소비자 느낌과 인색한 소비자 느낌이 만족이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 만족은 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 O2O 서비스 상품을 구매하는 소비자의 만족을 이끌어내기 위해서는 인색한 소비자 느낌을 줄이고 현명한 소비자 느낌이 일어나도록 가격할인과 희소성을 부각시키는 것이 필요하며 인색한 소비자 느낌을 줄이기 위해서는 사용시점에 대한 관리가 필요하다.

  • The effect of MnO2 addition to 0.1mol% Sb2O3-doped BaTiO3 ceramics on microstructure and PTCR characteristics was studied. The PTCR characteristics was observed when 0.01 and 0.02 wt% MnO2 were added and sintered at 132$0^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour. The characteristics can be explained by the changes in the number and size of the abnormal grain growth due to the liquid phase during sintering. when the amount of MnO2 addition was 0.03 wt%, the sample showed NTCR characteristics with room-temperature resistivity over 109 Ωm regardless of the sintering temperature. This behavior can be described by the microstructure change due to the abnormal grain growth and charge compensation effect by MnO2 added. The room-temperature resistivity was increased as the amount of MnO2 was increased. And the specific resistivity ratio (pmax/pmin) showed maximum at 0.02wt% MnO2.

  • The effects of flux KCl and dopants, La2O3 and Ta2O5, on the PTCR characteristics in molten salt synthesized BaTiO3 have been studied. The resistivity of BaTiO3 at room temperature decreases with increasing amount of dopant La2O3 up to 0.2 atom%, and then increases with La2O3 content. In case of dopant Ta2O5, it increases with increasing amount ofthe dopant. These results could be explained by observation of the microstructure and defect equation. From the results of complex impedance-frequency characteristics, the grain resistances are almost same but the resistances at the grain boundary are quite different.

분말성형법으로 제조된 Ag-SnO2-Bi2O3 접점소재의 미세조직 및 특성 (Microstructure and Characteristics of Ag-SnO2-Bi2O3 Contact Materials by Powder Compaction)

  • In this study, we report the microstructure and characteristics of Ag-SnO2-Bi2O3 contact materials using a controlled milling process with a subsequent compaction process. Using magnetic pulsed compaction (MPC), the milled Ag-SnO2-Bi2O3 powders have been consolidated into bulk samples. The effects of the compaction conditions on the microstructure and characteristics have been investigated in detail. The nanoscale SnO2 phase and microscale Bi2O3 phase are well-distributed homogeneously in the Ag matrix after the consolidation process. The successful consolidation of Ag-SnO2-Bi2O3 contact materials was achieved by an MPC process with subsequent atmospheric sintering, after which the hardness and electrical conductivity of the Ag-SnO2-Bi2O3 contact materials were found to be 62-75 HV and 52-63% IACS, respectively, which is related to the interfacial stability between the Ag matrix, the SnO2 phase, and the Bi2O3 phase.

  • ZnO varistor is studied to sintering condition and mixing condition for the improvement to non linear of electrical characteristics. In this paper, ZnO varistor, ZnO-Bi$_2$O$_3$-Y$_2$O$_3$-MnO-Cr$_2$O$_3$-Sb$_2$O$_3$series, is fabricated with Sb$_2$O$_3$mol ratio(0.5~4[mol%]) and sintered at 1250[$^{\circ}C$] for 2 hours. The grain size to Sb$_2$O$_3$moi ratio was measured by fractal mathematics. The ZnO varistors that Sb$_2$O$_3$mot ratio is 1[mol%] were shown small grain size because of spinel phase. The fractal dimension were increased with increasing of Sb$_2$O$_3$mo ratios. The capacitance of ZnO varistors with increasing of Sb$_2$O$_3$additive in voltage-capacitance characteristics was decreased by small grain size.

  • Dielectric properties and leakage current characteristics of 100 nm-thick $Ta_2O_5/Al_2O_3$multilayer thin films, which were fabricated by reactive sputtering of$Al_2O_3$and$Ta_2O_5$ successively on top of each other for total 9 layers, have been investigated with variation of the$Al_2O_3$content$(i.e,\;Ta_2O_5/Al_2O_3 \;thickness\;ratio)$.$Ta_2O_5/Al_2O_3$films were amorphous regardless of the$Al_2O_3$content. With increasing the$Al_2O_3$content from 0% to 100%, refractive index of the $Ta_2O_5/Al_2O_3$films decreased linearly from 2.03 to 1.56 and dielectric constant was lowered from 23.9 to 7.7 Variation of the dielectric constant with the$Al_2O_3$content was in good agreement with the behavior that was obtained by assuming parallel capacitors of$Al_2O_3$and Ta_2O_5$. Leakage current characteristics of $Ta_2O_5/Al_2O_3$ multilayer films were superior to those of $Ta_2O_5$ and$Al_2O_3$films. $Ta_2O_5/Al_2O_3$ films of 5% and 10%$Al_2O_3$content exhibited excellent leakage current densities which were lower than $10^{-7} A/cm^2$ at 1MV/cm.

  • I-V characteristics of Praseodymium-based ZnO varistor doped with $Nd_2O_3$ in the range 0.0-2.0mol% sintered at 130$0^{\circ}C$ and 135$0^{\circ}C$ were investigated. In the all sides, ZnO varistors sintered at $1300^{\circ}C$ exhibited much better varistor characteristics than that at 135$0^{\circ}C$. All ZnO varistors doped with $Nd_2O_3$ sintered at $1300^{\circ}C$ exhibited good varistor characteristics but particularly ZnO varistor doped with l.Omol% $Nd_2O_3$ exhibited the best characteristics, which the nonlinear is 65.2 and the leakage current is 4.5pA. It is estimated that ZnO varistor doped with l.Omol% $Nd_2O_3$ will begin to be sufficiently used as basic composition to fabricate a good varistor.

  • The nonohmic characteristics of ZnO-$Pr_6O_{11}$-CoO-based ceramic varistor doped with $Dy_2O_3$ in the range $0.0\sim2.0mol%$ sintered at $1300^{\circ}C$ and $1350^{\circ}C$ were investigated. 98.5 ZnO-$0.5Pr_6O_{11}$-1.0CoO varistor sintered at $130^{\circ}C$ exhibited higher nonlinear coefficient of 36 than the established Pr-based varistor. The four-component-system varistor such as 96.5 ZnO-$0.5Pr_6O_{11}$-1.0CoO-$2.0Dy_2O_3$ exhibited very highly nonohmic characteristics, which has nonlinear coefficient of 53.9. 98.5ZnO-$0.5Pr_6O_{11}$-1.0CoO varistor sintered at $1350^{\circ}C$, in contrast with that of $1300^{\circ}C$, exhibited approximately ohmic characteristics but nonlinear coefficient of varistor doped with 0.5mol% $Dy_2O_3$ showed higher nonlinear coefficient of probably 35. Consequently, it can be confirmed that $Dy_2O_3$ acted as additive of improvement on nonlinear coefficient. It is estimated that $Dy_2O_3$ will be used as additive of improvement on nonlinear coefficient to develop a goof ZnO varistor.

아트리아 안정화 지르토니아 소결체의 특성에 $SiO_2$$Al_2O_3$ 가 미치는 영향 (Effect of $SiO_2$ and $Al_2O_3$ on Characteristics of Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia Ceramics)

  • Sinterbility, microstructure, mechenical and electrical properties of yttriastabilized zirkconiz (92 mole % ZrO2 + 8 mole % Y2O3) doped with 0.5 mole % SiO2 and 0-2.O mole% Al2O3 were studied as a functin of Al2O3 addition. Sintered density increased with increasing Al2O3 addition up to o.5 mole%but decreased up to 1.0mole% Al2O3. Vickers hardness is proportional to sintered density. The specimen added 0.5mole% Al2O3 and 0.5mole% SiO2 exhibited a maximum conductivity. And the specimen added 0.5 mole % Al2O3 and 0.5 mole% SiO2 was measured a maximum electromotive force for a characteristics of oxyzen partial pressure.
