In order to test reliability and validity of the measurement, data were collected from the 261 nurses, working in the 1 hospital with more 800 beds. The data obtained were analyzed by SPSS for Window program using percentages, Factor Analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficients. Learning Organization Building Scale was consisted of 23 items, 5 factors. 5 factors explained 60.26% of the total variance, and the Cronbach's alpha of this scale was .8807. Knowledge Management Process Scale was consisted of 17 items, 4 factors. 4 factors explained 66.14% of the total variance, and the Cronbach's alpha of this scale was .9147. This study was to identify the concept of oppression in nursing organization thereby providing basic data on nursing education to improve oppression in nursing organization. Using Walker and Avant's criteria to identify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of oppression in nursing organization, 17 research articles published from 2006 to 2020 were reviewed. The defining attributes of oppression in nursing identified in this study were low self-esteem, lack of authority, and horizontal violence. The antecedents to oppression in nursing organization were oppressors, hierarchical organizational structure, and marginalization. The consequences of oppression in nursing organization included job satisfaction, organizational silence, patient safety and quality of nursing. Considering the findings, improvement of the hierarchical working environment in hospitals and self-awareness as professional nurses are important for nurses to overcome oppression in nursing organization. Therefore, effective educational programs should be developed to ameliorate working environment and self-awareness of nurses.

Methods: The participants were 685 nurses working in the 8 general hospitals located in Seoul and Incheon. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from April 1 to August 30, 2004. The data were analyzed using SAS program for descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The most frequent identified personality type was ISTJ and the least identified personal types was ENFJ. In 4 preference patterns, Extroversion, Sensing, Thinking and Judgement were identified a dominant index in each categories. The mean score of learning organization was 3.47 and the mental model was got the highest score. The EI index had a significant positive correlation with personal mastery. However the TF index had a negative correlation with personal mastery, systems thinking, and mental models, and also the JP index had a negative correlation with 5 learning organization sub categories. So these results will be used to develop the more effective strategies to increase learning organization based on nurse's personality types.

There were statistically significant differences in the role conflict by general characteristics such as education level and position. There were statistically significant differences in the organizational commitment by general characteristics such as the hospital's location and hospital type. Gender stereotype and role conflict had no significant correlation (r=-0.050, p=.516). Purpose: This is a phenomenological study to improve the quality of nursing and understand its essence by comprehensively analyzing job experience of nursing managers in small and medium. Methods: This study focused on deriving the common empirical attributes of all the study participants, rather than their individual attributes. Data on the job experiences of nine nurse managers in small and medium-sized hospitals were collected and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Result: The job experiences of nurse managers in small and medium hospitals were classified after analysis into 14 theme cluster sets and 34 themes in five categories. The categories derived were 'A feeling of pressure as if taking responsibility for the entire hospital', 'Taking on the difficulties of hiring a nurse alone.' 'Difficulty in mediating conflicts within the organization', 'Struggling to endure', 'To take root in the field with a sense of ownership'.
