지체장애 인식에 대한 개념분석

  • In general. social cognition for a disabled person seemed that he was limited aspects of emotion and psychology. Thus he was rejected. avoided. worthless and not accepted. People who have been raised in an ethnic collectivity often acquire from that experience not only basic conceps and attitudes toward health and illness but also fundamental styles of interpersonal behavior and concerns about the world. The effects of this enculuration carryover into health- care situation and also become an important influence on personal activities devoted to health maintenance and disease prevention. Our Korean culture is a state of tradition Confucianism. respects his honor and external feature. Therefore recognition of a disabled person is more specipic. This study uses Walker and Avant's process of concept analysis. The concep of recognition of disabilty can be defined as follows : Recognition of disability is a person's conscious process of sensation. perception. memory and thought and is constructed from value. attitude. emotion and expierince which is dynamics. and in everyday life is feeling that basic activity is not free and occurs interaction of envionment. Attributes of disability recognition are defined as 1) It is feeling that basic activity of his daily life is not free in everyday life. 2) It is a person's conscious process of sensation. perception. memory and thought. 3) It occurs interaction of enviornment. 4) It is constructed from value. attitude. emotion and experience. 5) it is dynamics ( changing but not stasis). Nurse is always suppoted and pushed him. She plans institutional and situational surroundings.

간호사의 그릿, 건강지각이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Effect of Nurse's Grit, Health Perception on Health Promotion Behaviors: The Mediating effect of Self-efficiency)

  • 이 연구는 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 그릿, 건강지각과 건강증진행위의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 파악하고 건강증진행위를 향상시키는데 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. D소재 일개 대학병원 간호사 242명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집하였다. 건강증진행위는 그릿(r=.29, p=<.001), 건강지각(r=.33, p=<.001), 자기효능감(r=.40, p=<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며 통계적으로 유의하였다. 그릿이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향에 있어서 자기효능감이 완전매개효과(Z=4.41, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 건강지각이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향에 있어서 자기효능감이 부분매개효과(Z=3.36, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 간호사의 그릿, 자기효능감, 건강지각에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하여 건강증진 행위를 향상시키는 중재방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

중소병원 간호사의 신체 억제대 사용에 대한 인식 (A Study on perceptions about physical restraint use of nurse in small and medium sized hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 300병상 미만 중소병원 간호사의 신체 억제대 사용에 대한 인식을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. SPSS 통계프로그램을 사용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis로 연구 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 신체 억제대 사용 인식에 대한 전체 평균은($3.91{\pm}0.54$)으로 높은 인식률을 나타내었다. 요인분석 결과 '문제행동관리($3.81{\pm}0.67$)', '의료적 처치 유지($4.11{\pm}0.60$)', '환자안전($4.13{\pm}0.63$)' 3개의 요인으로 분류되었다. 신체 억제대를 사용하는 이유 중 가장 중요하다고 인식하는 항목은 침대에서 떨어지지 않도록 환자를 보호하기 위해($4.37{\pm}0.68$)로 환자안전이었다. 중소병원에서 근무하는 간호사의 신체 억제대 사용에 대한 특성과 요인을 파악하고, 신체 억제대 사용에 대한 정확한 이해를 바탕으로 최소한의 신체적 억제대 사용 및 환자의 안전과 권리보장에 대한 인식 필요하다. 그러므로 이를 위해 다양한 상황에서 사용하는 신체 억제대에 대한 직무교육이 필요하며, 간호업무 실정에 맞도록 교육 및 중재프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

임상간호사의 팔로워십(followership)과 직무만족, 조직몰입과의 관계 (The Relationship between the Nurse's Followership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment.)

  • This study investigated the relationship between the nurse's followership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample consisted of 173 nurses of 2 private university hospitals. The instruments used in this study were the followership scale (Kelly, 1994), the job satisfaction scale (Slavitts et al., 1978), the organizational commitment questionnaire (Mowday et al., 1979) and the demographic questionnaire. SPSS/WIN program was used for descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis of data. The results were as follows: 1) The styles of followership were classified as pragmatist followers (73.4%), exemplary followers (19.7%), passive followers (4.6%), and alienated followers (2.3%). 2) The mean of independent/critical thinking was 3.32 (M=3.0), and active involvement was 3.04 (M=3.0). As a whole, the mean of followership was 3.18 (M=3.0), job satisfaction was 2.82 (M=2.5), and organizational commitment was 3.97 (M=3.5). 3) Significant differences were found in the degree of clinical nurses' perception of followership according to the demographic characteristics such as age, education, position, and career. 4) Significant differences were found in the degree of clinical nurses' perception of followership according to followership styles. 5) The followership was significantly related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In conclusion, the nurse's followership is considered as an important concept and this suggested that the concept could be used as a major variable in measuring effectiveness of nursing organization.

간호사의 마케팅관련개념에 대한 인지도와 교육요구도 (Nurses' Perception and Education Needs for Concepts related Marketing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine clinical nurses' perception and education needs for concepts related marketing. Methods: The subjects of this study were 340 nurses who were working in the 9 general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggido. The data were collected using structured questionnaire(Cronbach'${\alpha}$=.98) from Sept. 1 to Oct. 31. of 2005. For data analysis, the SPSS/PC program Version 12.0 was used. Results: The highest mean score of nurses' perception for concepts related marketing was client satisfaction and the lowest mean score was marketing mix. The highest mean score of nurses' education needs was client satisfaction and the lowest mean score was marketing mix. The correlation between subject's general characteristics and nurse's perception was showed in nurses' age, education, hospital size, clinical career, position. The correlation between subject's general characteristics and nurses' education needs was viewed in age, clinical career, position. Conclusion: These results can be used to develop for clinical nurses' marketing education course and plan for marketing strategies of nursing organization.

간호원-환자 관계에 관한 연구 (퇴원한 정신과환자가 인지한 대인관계 요인 측정을 중심으로) (- A Study on Therapeutic Relationship between Nurse - Patient - (Measurement of Relationship Scale as Perceived by Discharged Psychiatric Patient))

  • The purpose of the present research is to evaluate the therapeutic ingredients-empathy, warmth, and intimacy - as perceived by patient in the relationship with nurses during his hospitalization. "Relationship Questionnaire"developed by C. B. Truax during 1963 was administered from September 1976 to December 1976 to a sampling of 61 discharged patients, 20 were received by mail questionnaire, 19 were successfully interviewed by their doctor at a regular psychotherapy meeting, 22 were contacted by nurses or psychiatric residents at discharge day. Findings showed that 1) the total mean score of therapeutic ingredients of nurses was 9. 54 ; 2)the total mean score of empathy, warmth and intimacy was 10. 10, 9.57, and 9.00 : 3) there was the significant relationship between therapeutic ingredients and other variables-sex, education, number of admission, helpfulness ratings of admission and, present health condition- : 4) there was no significant. relationship between therapeutic ingredients as patient′s perception and age, duration of admission, or motivation of admission, or follow - up rare ; 5) there was no relationship among empathy, warmth and intimacy ; 6) tile ranking of the important psychiatric personnel who were marked as the helper at the treatment and understanding for patient′s recovery, was psychiatric doctor and nurse and then nurse student and then nurse aid.

중환자실 간호사의 환자안전사고 소통하기에 대한 인식과 의사소통 장애 간의 관계 (Relationship between the Perceptions of ICU Nurses on the Disclosure of Patient Safety Incidents and Communication Barriers)

  • Purpose : This study sought to explore intensive care unit (ICU) nurses' perceptions regarding the disclosure of patient safety incidents (DPSI) and identify the relationship between the perception of DPSI and communication barriers. Methods : This study used a descriptive research design. A total of 110 ICU nurses from a tertiary hospital were surveyed online between September 14 and October 5, 2022. The mean DPSI score ranged between 1.0 and 4.0, with a higher score indicating a higher perception of DPSI. Results : The mean score for ICU nurses' perceptions of DPSI was 2.92 (SD=0.37). Among the characteristics of ICU nurses, differences were observed in perceptions of DPSI according to gender, age, total work experience, and ICU work experience. Communication barriers among ICU nurses were negatively correlated with negative results as a sub-factor of perceptions of DPSI. Ambiguity in the nurse's position, lack of confidence, differences in perspectives with patients, and inadequate nurse-patient relationships as sub-factors of communication barriers exhibited a negative correlation with negative results as a sub-factor of perceptions of DPSI. Conclusions : ICU nurses' perceptions of DPSI and the sub-factors related to communication barriers are negatively related to DPSI. To improve ICU nurses' perceptions, open and non-punitive circumstances, staff education, practical guidelines, and support systems are required.

간호조무사의 정신건강에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Mental Health of Nurse's Aides)

  • 본 연구는 간호조무사의 정신건강에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 수도권 지역에 근무하는 간호조무사 227명이었으며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2019년 10월 중 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 간호조무사의 정신건강에 영향을 미치는 요인은 정서적 안정성, 정서지능, 직무스트레스, 주관적 신체건강인식이었으며, 이들의 설명력은 64.6%였다. 이러한 결과로 간호조무사의 정신건강증진을 위하여 정서적 안정성, 정서지능, 직무스트레스, 주관적 신체건강인식을 향상시킬 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

임상간호사의 태움에 대한 인식 유형 (Perceptions Types of Workplace Bullying among Clinical Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사의 태움에 대한 인식을 확인하기 위해 Q 방법론을 적용하여, 그 유형을 확인과 유형별 특성을 확인하는 데 목적을 둔 탐색적 연구이다. 총 111개의 Q모집단을 추출하여 최종적으로 38개의 Q 표본을 선정하였으며, 36명의 임상간호사를 통하여 11점 척도로 자료 수집을 하였다. 수집된 데이터는 PC QUANL 프로그램으로 분석되었다. 임상간호사의 태움에 대한 인식 유형은 3개 요인의 6개 유형으로 도출되었으며, 요인별 상위유형(감내형, 통과의례형, 위계질서형)과 하위유형(텃새형, 안정지향적 개인형, 대인관계 포기형)으로 구분되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호업무 환경을 개선시키기 위하여 대인관계 및 의사소통을 향상시키는 직장문화개선 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

종합병원 간호사가 인식하는 환자교육 중요도와 수행도의 관계연구 (A Study on the Perception of the Importance and Performance of Patient Education of the Clinical Nurses)

  • The purpose of the study are to examine the perception of the importance and performance of patient education of the clinical nurse and find out the interfering factors in practicing patient education. The data were collected from convenient sample of 256 clinical nurses working in the nursing units of adult patients except the psychiatric unit, obstetric unit, dental surgical unit and intensive care unit of one University Hospital in Seoul from September 29 to October 2, 1998. Three measurement tools of self-report- questionnaires developed by researcher used. For the content validity of the questionnaires, two sessions of panel discussion and a pilot test were done and finally factor analysis was done with Varimax method. Analysis of data was done with SAS program using frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, t-test and ANOVA. The obtained results were as follows : 1. The surveyed nurses perceived the importance of patient education at higher level with mean score of 4.08 among 5 point than their perception of practice( mean score : 3.42). 2. There was positive significant correlation(r=.29, p=0.0001)between nurses' perception of the importance of patient education and it's practice 3. Among the teaching contents for patients, 'information of diagnostic procedure and operation' and 'orientation of hospitalization' were perceived most important. And 'preparation for discharge' and 'understanding of disease and health promotion' were perceived least important 4. Among the teaching contents for patients, 'orientation of hospitalization' and 'information of diagnostic procedure and operation' were perceived highly performable. And 'understanding of disease and health promotion' and 'preparation for discharge' were perceived least performable. 5. Three types of interfering factors were identified as patient-factor, situational factor, nurse-factor. The mean degree of impediment with the interfering factors was at average level(3.09 among 5). The patient and situational factors of impediments were more interfering than nurse- factor for teaching patients. 6. In older age(p<.05), married state (p<.05), higher educational status (p<.01), higher clinical experience (p<.01) and higher position(p<.01), the score of perceived importance of patients education was more high. 7. In older age(p<.01), higher clinical experience(p<.001) and surgical unit (p<.01), the score of perceived performance of patients education was more high. In conclusion, in order to activate patient education practice in the clinical setting, the continuing education for patients education should be more emphasized and the effective teaching methods and materials should be developed to help patient teaching. And an organizational support such as budgeting for patient education and reimbursement system should be administrated.
