thermal diode is a device which allows heat to be transferred in one direction by convection due to difference of density of fluid. Vertical plate for heat collection and radiation are of utility for design of thermal diode. It was considered the transient process of air filled thermal diode with guide vane which combined rectangular and parallelogrammic shape enclosures. Gr was kept constantly on 1.60$\times$1010 and error range was $\pm$2% during the experiment. Nu was examined when inclined angle are 15$^{\circ}$and 45$^{\circ}$and, also the experiments was carried out with and without guide vane as well. Specially, The effect of guide vane was sensitive. Developed region inclined angle, which is characteristic of system.

We first study the generalized Fourier-Gauss transforms of functionals defined on the complexification $\cal{B}_C$ of an abstract Wiener space ($\cal{H}$, $\cal{B}$, ${\nu}$). Secondly, we introduce a new class of convolution products of functionals defined on $\cal{B}_C$ and study several properties of the convolutions. Then we study various relations among the first variation the convolutions, and the generalized Fourier-Gauss transforms.

수면시간이 부족하거나 불규칙적인 현대인들에게 수면으로 인한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 공부나 업무 등으로 인해 수면 시간을 더 확보하지 못하는 사람들에게는 수면의 양을 늘려서 해결하는 방법은 실행하기 어렵다. 따라서 수면의 질을 향상시켜 효율적인 수면을 통해 문제를 해결하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 IoT를 활용한 블라인드를 통해 수면 부족 문제를 해결하려 한다.

This study is mainly focused on applying Fuller's ideal gradation curve to theoretically design blended ratio of all solid materials of a reactive powder mortar (RPM), also known as reactive powder concrete (RPC), with the aid of error function, and then to study the effect of fly ash/slag on the performance of RPM. The solid particle is assumed to be spherical particles. Then, the void volume of paste ($V_{\nu}$) and the paste content with specific quality can be obtained. As conclusion, under Fuller's ideal grading curve, the amount of fly ash/slag mixture is higher than that with silica fume along due to it better filled the void within solid particle and obtains higher packing density.

In this paper, we prove the global existence and uniqueness of the dissipative Kirchhoff equation $$u_{tt}-M({\parallel}{\nabla}u{\parallel}^2){\triangle}u+{\alpha}u_t+f(u)=0\;in\;{\Omega}{\times}[0,{\infty}),\\u(x,t)=0\;on\;{\Gamma}_1{\times}[0,{\infty}),\\{\frac{{\partial}u}{\partial{\nu}}}+g(u_t)=0\;on\;{\Gamma}_0{\times}[0,{\infty}),\\u(x,0)=u_0,u_t(x,0)=u_1\;in\;{\Omega}$$ with nonlinear boundary damping by Galerkin approximation benefited from the ideas of Zhang et al. [33]. Furthermore,we overcome some difficulties due to the presence of nonlinear terms $M({\parallel}{\nabla}u{\parallel}^2)$ and $g(u_t)$ by introducing a new variables and we can transform the boundary value problem into an equivalent one with zero initial data by argument of compacity and monotonicity.

We aim to present some formulas for Saigo hypergeometric fractional integral and differential operators involving (p, q)-extended Bessel function $J_{{\nu},p,q}(z)$, which are expressed in terms of Hadamard product of the (p, q)-extended Gauss hypergeometric function and the Fox-Wright function $_p{\Psi}_q(z)$. A number of interesting special cases of our main results are also considered. Further, it is emphasized that the results presented here, which are seemingly complicated series, can reveal their involved properties via those of the two known functions in their respective Hadamard product.

In this study, effect of steel fibers on toughness and some mechanical properties of concrete were investigated. Hooked-end steel fibers were used in concrete samples with three volume fractions (${\nu}_f$) of 0.5%, 0.75% and 1% and for two aspect ratios (l/d) of 45 and 65. Compressive and flexural tensile strength and modulus of elasticity of concrete were determined for cylindrical, cubic and prismatic samples at the age of 7 and 28 days. The stress-strain curves of standard cylindrical specimens were studied to determine the effect of steel fibers on toughness of steel-fiber-reinforced concrete (SFRC). In addition, the relationship between compressive strength and the flexural tensile strength of SFRC were reported. Finally, a simple model was proposed to generate the stress-strain curves for SFRC based on strains corresponding to the peak compressive strength and 60% of peak compressive stress. The proposed model was shown to provide results in good correlation with the experimental results.

Events of eclipses as well as other major astronomical events observable in the eastern sector of Asian continent are computed and checked with astronomical records of antiquity. Particular attention was given to two types of the events recorded in remaining records of Dangun Chosun Period (DCP): (1) concentration of major planets near the constellation of Nu-Sung $(\beta\;Aries)$ and (2) a large ebb-tide. We find them most likely to have occurred in real time. i.e., when the positions of the sun, moon, and planets happen to be aligned in the most appropriate position. For solar eclipses data, however, we find among 10 solar eclipse events recorded, only 6 of them are correct up to months, implying its statistical significance is no less insignificant. We therefore conclude that the remaining history books of DCP indeed contains important astronomical records, thereby the real antiquity of the records of DCP cannot be disproved.

Isolated rabbit jejunal segments were used to study the effects of ginseng total saponins (GTS) , protopanaxatriol saponins (PT) and protopanaxadiol saponins (PD) on intestinal contractility. GTS, PT and PD caused a dose-dependent decrease in intestinal spontaneous movements, and PT was the most efficacious of them. The effect of GTS, PT and PD were not blocked by pretreatment with phentolamine (10-6 M), yohimbine (10-6 M), d1-propranolol (10-6 M), naloxone(10-6∼10-5M), Nu-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (10-4 M), methylene blue (10-5M), and N-ethylmaleimide (10-4 M). However, pretreatment with tetraethylammonium chloride (3-10 mM) antagonized the effect of GTS, PT and PD. Furthermore, 4-amlnopyridine (1 mM) also inhibited the effect of GTS, PT and PD. The results suggest that GTS, PT and PD inhibited the spontaneous movements in isolated rebait jejunum by causing hyperpolarization through an activation of K+ channels directly.

전기사업의 자유화, 규제완화가 진행되는 가운데 분산 전원장비의 고 효율화, 저 가격화로 분산 전원의 도입이 급속하게 추진되고 있다. 하지만 분산형 전원이 다수 계통에 연계되었을 때, 전압, 주파수, 계통보호와 기존계통의 전력품질 등에 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고조파의 연계기준(IEEE Std 1547)으로 기존의 전력계통에 태양광발전을 연계시 발생되는 고조파를 평가하는 방법을 제시하였고 분석결과를 검토하였다.
