Synthesis, Crystal Structure, Spectra Characterization and DFT Studies on a Di-Cycle Pyrazoline Derivative

  • A dicycle pyrazoline derivative, 1-phenyl-5-(p-fluorophenyl)-3,4-($\alpha$-p-fluoro-tolylenecyclohexano) pyrazoline, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-vis, fluorescence spectra and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Density function theory (DFT) calculations were performed by using B3LYP method with 6-$311G^{**}$ basis set. The optimized geometry can well simulate the molecular structure. Vibrational frequencies were predicted, assigned and compared with the experimental values, which suggest that B3LYP/6-$311G^{**}$ method can well predict the IR spectra. Both the experimental electronic absorption spectra and the predicted ones by B3LYP/6-$311G^{**}$ method reveal three electron-transition bands, with the theoretical ones having some red shifts compared with the experimental data. Natural bond orbital analyses indicate that the absorption bands are mainly derived from the contribution of n $\rightarrow\pi^*$ and $\pi\rightarrow\pi^*$ transitions. Fluorescence spectra determination shows that the title compound can emit blue-light at about 478 nm. On the basis of vibrational analysis, the thermodynamic properties of title compound at different temperature have been calculated, revealing the correlations between $C^0_{p,m}$, $S^0_m$, $H^0_m$ and temperature.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of fundamental frequency(F0) and amplitude distributions in persons with cerebral palsy(CP) in the reading task. Participants were divided into three groups: 6 persons with spastic CP, 6 persons with athetoid CP and 6 normal persons who are around 15-20 years old. On the results of this study, firstly, in F0 distributions, most of the spastic CPs tended to appear narrow distributions on the basis of mode, but most of the athetoid CPs were opposite, and both of the CP groups tended to distribute highly on lower and higher frequencies than mean and mode. On the other hand, normal persons had a tendency to appear narrow distributions on the basis of mode. Finally, in amplitude distributions, the spastic CPs showed a tendency that there are little differences between the distribution of mode and the others, and most of the athetoid CPs showed a tendency that the distributions of mode were higher than the others. In addition to, the normal persons had a tendency that the distributions of mode were remarkably higher than both of the CP groups.

Self-adaptive Online Sequential Learning Radial Basis Function Classifier Using Multi-variable Normal Distribution Function

  • Online or sequential learning is one of the most basic and powerful method to train neuron network, and it has been widely used in disease detection, weather prediction and other realistic classification problem. At present, there are many algorithms in this area, such as MRAN, GAP-RBFN, OS-ELM, SVM and SMC-RBF. Among them, SMC-RBF has the best performance; it has less number of hidden neurons, and best efficiency. However, all the existing algorithms use signal normal distribution as kernel function, which means the output of the kernel function is same at the different direction. In this paper, we use multi-variable normal distribution as kernel function, and derive EKF learning formulas for multi-variable normal distribution kernel function. From the result of the experience, we can deduct that the proposed method has better efficiency performance, and not sensitive to the data sequence.

암호화를 위한 정규기저 기반 부호계열 발생 알고리즘 분석 및 발생기 구성 (Analysis of Code Sequence Generating Algorithm and Its Implementation based on Normal Bases for Encryption)

  • 원소 ${\in}F(p)$에 대하여 두 종류의 기저함수가 알려져 있다. 통상적인 다항식 기저(polynomial bases)는 $\{1,{\alpha},{\alpha}^2,{\cdots},{\alpha}^{n-1}\}$로 이루어지고 이와 다르게 정규 기저(normal bases)는 $\{{\alpha},{\alpha}^p,{\alpha}^{p^2},{\cdots},{\alpha}^{p^{n-1}}\}$의 형태를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 소수 p의 원소로 이루어지는 유한장 GF(p)상에서 n차원 벡터공간인 확대장 $GF(p^n)$을 이룰 수 있는 정규기저의 발생과 생성에 대하여 검토하고 정규기저를 기반으로 부호계열 발생알고리즘을 분석하여 발생기구성함수를 도출하였다. 차수 n=5와 n=7인 두 종류의 정규기저를 생성할 수 있는 정규다항식을 발견하고 부호계열 발생기를 설계 구성하였다. 마지막으로 Simulink를 이용하여 두 종류(n=5, n=7)의 부호계열 그룹을 발생시키고 발생된 부호계열간의 자기상관함수, $R_{i,i}(\tau)$와 상호상관함수, $R_{i,j}(\tau)$, $i{\neq}j$ 특성을 분석하였다. 이 결과로부터 정규기저를 이용한 부호계열 발생알고리즘의 분석, 그리고 부호계열 발생기 설계와 구성이 타당함을 확인하였다.

타원곡선 암호 시스템의 고속 구현을 위한 VLSI 구조 (VLSI Architecture for High Speed Implementation of Elliptic Curve Cryptographic Systems)

  • 본 논문에서는 $GF(2^{163})$타원곡선 암호 프로세서를 제안한다. 제안한 암호 프로세서는 타원곡선 정수 곱셈을 위해 수정된 Loez-Dahab Montgomery 알고리즘을 채택하고, $GF(2^{163})$상의 산술 연산을 위해 가우시안 정규 기저(Gaussian Normal Basis: GNB)를 이용한다. 높은 처리율을 위해 Lopez-Dahab 방식에 기반한 규칙적인 주소화 방식의 병렬 타원곡선 좌표 덧셈 및 배 연산 알고리즘을 유도하고 $GF(2^{163})$상의 연산을 수행하는 두 개의 워드-레벨 산술 연산기(Arithmetic Unit: AU)를 설계한다. 제안된 타원곡선 암호 프로세서는 Xilinx사의 XC4VLX80 FPGA 디바이스에 구현되었으며, 24,263개의 슬라이스를 사용하고 최대 동작주파수는 143MHz이다. 제안된 구조를 Shu 등의 하드웨어 구현과 비교했을 때 하드웨어 복잡도는 약 2배 증가 하였지만 4.8배의 속도 향상을 보인다. 따라서 제안된 타원곡선 암호 프로세서는 네트워크 프로세서와 웹 서버등과 같은 높은 처리율을 요구하는 타원곡선 암호시스템에 적합하다.

  • In this paper, we propose a multiplication scheme based on cellular automata and propose high speed multiplication scheme and exponentiation scheme using a optimal normal basis. And then EIGamal signature scheme is implemented by proposed schemes. A proposed multiplication and exponentiation scheme based on cellular automata can be used in restricted computing environments such that basis is frequently changed and cryptosystem and multimedia applications that are required high speed operations.

  • The shrinkage mechanism of high strength concrete is different from that of normal concrete. The shrinkage of normal concrete is subjected to evaporate moisture in concrete, but most shrinkage in high strength concrete is caused by chemical reaction. To analyze shrinkage of concrete exactly, it is necessary to divide drying shrinkage with autogenous shrinkage in terms of degree of hydration, especially in concrete with low W/C ratio. The proposed method can provide a rational basis for prediction of shrinkage in high strength concrete structure.

  • Support Vector Machine (SVM) is one of the methods of pattern recognition that separate input data using hyperplane. This method has high capability of pattern recognition by using the technique, which says kernel trick, and the Radial basis function (RBF) kernel is usually used as a kernel function in kernel trick. In this paper we propose using the q-normal distribution to the kernel function, instead of conventional RBF, and compare two types of the kernel function.

  • The testing problem for sphericity structure of the covariance matrix in a multivariate normal distribution is introduced when there is a sample with 2-step monotone missing data pattern. The maximum likelihood method is described to estimate the parameters on the basis of the sample. Using these estimates, the likelihood ratio criterion for testing sphericity is derived.
