The buyer must pay the price under the contract and must take delivery of the goods of contract. The buyer's obligation to pay the price includes taking such steps and such formalities under the contract. The remedial system of the rights of the seller is easier than that of the buyer, for the obligations of the former are less complicated. The seller has the right to avoid a contract provided two conditions are fulfilled : (a) the buyer must have committed a fundamental breach of contract, or (b) the additional period for performance set by the seller in the case of non-performance must have expired. A decision is more difficult to take in the case of a delay where there is no fixed-term contract, to clarify the situation the seller may set a Nachfrist. It is essential that the contracting parties in Korea should understand the provisions of CISG.

This paper is concerned with the assessment of benefits from water quality improvements. The contingent valuation method (CVM) is employed to directly measure the value of the project for the improvement of the water pollution in the Kumgang area. The perceived value of the improved water quality is investigated by using questionnaires to those concerned living near water-polluted area. The questionnaire includes such questions as the amount to willingly pay, the motivation to pay, the reasons of rejecting the payment, and some socio-economic data. The results of the survey show that (1) non-use value of the environmental goods is perceived to be more important than use-value of the environmental goods; (2) "willingness to pay" for the improved water quality varies according to the degree of educational level. income level and ages; (3) the resistance to pay for the project comes from the "polluter's pay principle".

It is widely known that patients' utilization pattern for medical care facilities and the patientflow are influenced by multi-factors, such as demographic characteristics, structural characteristics of society, socio-psychological characteristics(value, attitude, norms, culture, health behavior, etc.), economic characteristics(income, medical price, relative price, physician induced demand, etc.), geographical accessibility, systematic characteristics(health care delivery system, payment methods for physician fees, form of health care security, etc.), and characteristics of medical facilities(reliability, quality of medical care, convenience, kindness, tec.). This study was conducted to research the mechanism of patient-flow according to changes of health care system(implementation of national health insurance, health care referral system and regionalization of health care utilization, etc.) and characteristics of medical facilities(ownership of hospital, characteristics of medical services, non-medical characteristics, etc.). In this study, the fact could be ascertained that the patient-flow had been influenced by changes of health care system and characteristics of medical facilities.

Purpose - The purpose of the study is to promote the adoption of traditional liquor product contents in order to revitalize the market and to increase consumer awareness of traditional liquor. Research design, data, methodology - In this study, the 4P relationship model was evaluated that included the self-supporting business of traditional liquor, continuous business, diversification of the types of the liquor, and discovery of preliminary social enterprises for the distribution of the liquor. Results - The study suggested a 4P relationship model that consisted of traditional liquor as the product, traditional market as the place, promotion within traditional market, and payment of labor costs. In other words, selection of the traditional liquor product, place, rental supports, distribution and delivery strategies, operations, public relations and training, foundation of social enterprises, and discussion between departments. Conclusions - The central government, local governments, and merchants (the market association) should actively cooperate with each other to revitalize the market for traditional liquor. Social enterprises that rely on a non-profit business model are likely to revitalize the traditional liquor market.

This paper is a study on a model of economic value of transmission speed of Internet Commerce. For this research, this paper searches the factors that influence the transmission speed of Internet and suggests the model for measurement of economic value. The model adopted in this research is CVM(contingent valuation method) using in environment economics and the research area in this paper is concentrated on Internet-based Electronic Commerce. For this purpose, this paper suggests econometrics model that measures customer's payment intention for transmission speed of Internet. This model can be used as the basic tool of feasibility of investment analysis and reasonable pricing on Internet service. For the more, it will be followed empirical study and more careful comprehension for objective validity of this study.

Radio frequency identification(RFID) is a system of technology that transmits digitally coded identity information in the form of a unique serial number of an object or person wirelessly, using radio waves. The primary use of RFID has been in asset tracking. This makes it highly useful across various industries for effective and efficient conduct of different business processes like supply chain management (SCM). As the use of RFID expands, the use of this technology is observed in such industries as transportation, traffic payment, hospital and medical care, education, and retail. Although this technology offers immense potential, it faces multifarious roadblocks, particularly in developing countries like India. Under this backdrop, this paper attempts to present an overview of the use and application RFID technology in India with a highlight on business-ecosystem for RFID in India. We also present various technical and non-technical challenges in the implementation of RFID in India.

In this study, we analyzed consumers' extra willingness-to-pay for the organic farmed laver, which recently is related to the increased interests in health. Survey questionnaires, which are targeted the urban consumers and based on the equivalent surplus concept, were intended to calculate extra willingness-to-pay for the organic farmed laver. Payment card format was used as the questionnaires type and tobit model was used for the analysis. Variables used for the analysis are sex, age, region, occupation, number in family and income. The results were that the consumers had extra willness-to-pay of 17.16% on average for the eco-friendly organic farmed laver. The higher the income and the more the family number, the customers had more extra willingness-to-pay.

The purpose of this study is to overview and analyze the commercial document delivery systems. to this end, the study first compared the current systems under three headings, that is, non-collection-based systems(Infotrieve, OCLC, UnCover, BIDS, Swets & Zeitlinger, Kyobobook), collection-based systems(EBSCO, ISI, UMI, BLDSC, CISTI, INIST, NCSI, JICST, KINITI), and specialized collection-based systems(Engineering Information Inc., IEEE/IEE, BIOSIS, CAS, NAL, RSC, TWI, ADONIS). Next, the study analyzeed the advantages and disadvantages of each system, based on the four performance criteria : scope of inventory/journal coverage, turnaround time, delivery ost and payment options, reliability and satisfaction rate.

Android platform provides In-app Billing service for purchasing valuable items inside mobile applications. However, it has become a major target for attackers to achieve valuable items without actual payment. Especially, application developers suffer from automated attacks targeting all the applications in the device, not a specific application. In this paper, we propose a novel scheme detecting automated attacks with probabilistic tests. The scheme tests the signature verification method in a non-deterministic way, and if the method was replaced by the automated attack, the scheme detects it with very high probability. Both the analysis and the experiment result show that the developers can prevent their applications from automated attacks securely and efficiently by using of the proposed scheme.
