  • The pitch and stall schemes have some problems such as, mechanical stress, tear and wear on the transmission line, noise emission and disturbance to the grid, due to a delaying factor of mechanical process. In this paper, a novel control is developed. It serves to compensate delaying of pitch or stall schemes and allows the generate power to control in fast response. The validity of the proposed control scheme is verified by experiment results with the actual 660KW wind power system model.

  • In this study, Real-time estimation and compensation procedure are developed for the laser interferometer. This system is designed with homodyne quadrature-phase detection method using the Laser interferometer. The errors in this system are due to noise, disturbance and undefined model dynamics. DSP(Digital Signal Processor) is applied for real time compensation of these errors. This estimator and compensation is verified with measurement test.

  • An EMC analysis of a switched mode power supply (SMPS) have been usually using unbalance circuit topologies and the major factor of disturbance is parasitic capacitance. We have proposed a balanced switching converter circuit, which is an effective way to reduce the common mode conducted noise.   • A RF front-end module is designed for GIS(Gas Insulated Substation) which is employed for effective and efficient very high voltage transmission. Major advantage of the unit is improved PO detection sensitivity through minimizing the effect of surrounding interference signals, which is achieved by controlling the gain and the selection of the frequency band, for the precise detection of any UHF PO (Partial Discharge) disturbance occurred in the GIS due to some unwanted problems. For the development of the module, various switches for providing selected signal paths, wideband LNA, 3 BPF for selecting detection frequency band, and video detector are designed, fabricated and measured on 1 mm FR4 substrate with various RF components. The detection sensitivity of the unit was <-60 dBm that is sufficient to detect UHF PO signals as low as 1 pC. It is believed that the value is enough to detect the signal occurred in GIS.

  • In this paper, 60GHz band transmitter and receiver for wireless LAN are designed and implemented using the broband amplifier and mixer fabricated by standard 0.1${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ MIMIC process of MINT. Output power and gain of the RF transmitter are 0 ㏈m and 1.7㏈, respectively. Noise figure and gain of the receiver are 4.2㏈ and l5.7dB, respectively. Considering the sensitivity and LOS test, this system can communicate with BER of below than 10$^{-6}$ at a distance more than 35m. DSSS, which is strong for concealment and disturbance, is adopted.

  • In this paper space vector PWM method is proposed to implement an indirect vector control for an induction motor with excellent dynamic stability and performance in a very low speed resin. The proposed method can detect the instantaneous speed in very low speed resin and a speed control system with robustness to the load disturbance, modeling error, and measured noise is suggest to decrese their influence on the control system.

  • In the Industrial motor drive system, a torsional vibration is often generated because of the elastic element in torque transmission. Such system is simply modelled as a two-mass system. In this paper, it is proposed control system which is based on the two-degree-of-freedom PI control and resonance ratio control with the $H^{\infty}$ filter which is robust in disturbance and noise. The control performance of the proposed control system are examined by the computer simulation.

  • This paper presents neural load torque observer tha used to deadbeat load torque observer and regulation of the compensation gun by parameter estimator. As a result, the response of PMSM follows that of the nominal plant. The load torque compensation method is compose of a neural deadbeat observer. To reduce of the noise effect, the post-filter, which is implemented by MA process, is adopted. The parameter compensator with RLSM (recursive least square method) parameter estimator is adopted to increase the performance of the load torque observer and main controller. The parameter estimator li combined with a high performance neural torque observer to resolve the problems. As a result, the proposed control system becomes a robust and precise system against the load torque and the parameter variation. A stability and usefulness, through the verified computer simulation, are shown in this paper

  • In this paper, we proposed the method to design fuzzy controller using the experience of the operating expert and experimental numeric data for the robust control about the noise and disturbance instead of the traditional PID controller for the main steam temperature control of the thermal power plant. The temperature of main steam temperature process has to be controlled uniformly for the stable electric power output. The process has the problem of the hunting for the cases of various disturbances. In that case, the manual action of the operator happened to be introduced in some cases. We adopted the TSK (Takagi-Sugeno-Kang) model as the fuzzy controller and designed the fuzzy rules using the informations extracted directly from the real plant and various operating condition to solve the above problems and to apply practically. We implemented the real fuzzy controller as the Function Block module in the DCS(Distributed Control System) and evaluated the feasibility through the experiment81 results of the simulation.

  • During operating given working a robot manipulator makes some problems such as the accumulation of the error or the deviation from the command trajectory. These problems are mainly due to the disturbance noise or unmodeled system parameters. To solve these problems most of robot manipulators equip the controller. But if exact controller gains are not seleced we can't decrease the working efficiency(such as compensation about error or deviation) of the robot manipulator. So in this paper we present the controller gain tuning law by which we can find the controller gain which satisfies the per-formance specification of the robot manipulator during working of the robot. The proposed algorithm is derived from the Laypunov direct method. And by the simulation on the 4-axis SCARA type robot(SAMSUNG SM5 Robot) we guarantee the performance of this algorithm.
