Both the physically handicapped people and the people of advanced age drive the electromotive cart of tricycle type the every day. When the public electromotive cart of tricycle type has inclined on the slant road or the bumpy road, the viewing angle of driver is changed at the same time. So the risk of traffic accident is increased. For the improvement of the above problem, the present study has made the electromotive cart installed to the new drivers seat on the basis of the 2 $\pi$ control theory.

Existing People Counting System using a single overhead mounted camera has limitation in object recognition and counting in various environments. Those limitations are attributable to overlapping, occlusion and external factors, such as over-sized belongings and dramatic light change. Thus, this paper proposes the new concept of People Counting System by Facial Age Group using two depth cameras, at overhead and frontal viewpoints, in order to improve object recognition accuracy and robust people counting to external factors. The proposed system is counting the pedestrians by five process such as overhead image processing, frontal image processing, identical object recognition, facial age group classification and in-coming/out-going counting. The proposed system developed by C++, OpenCV and Kinect SDK, and it target group of 40 people(10 people by each age group) was setup for People Counting and Facial Age Group classification performance evaluation. The experimental results indicated approximately 98% accuracy in People Counting and 74.23% accuracy in the Facial Age Group classification.

Purpose: Gastric cancer (GC) is among the deadliest malignancies and the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Galectin-1 (Gal-1) is a primary protein secreted by cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs); however, its role and mechanisms of action of Gal-1 in GC remain unclear. In this study, we stimulated GC cells with exogenous human recombinant galectin-1 protein (rhGal-1) to investigate its effects on the proliferation, migration, and resistance to cisplatin. Materials and Methods: We used simulated rhGal-1 protein as a paracrine factor produced by CAFs to induce GC cells and investigated its promotional effects and mechanisms in GC progression and cisplatin resistance. Immunohistochemical (IHC) assay confirmed that Gal-1 expression was associated with clinicopathological parameters and correlated with the expression of neuropilin-1 (NRP-1), c-JUN, and Wee1. Results: Our study reveals Gal-1 expression was significantly associated with poor outcomes. Gal-1 boosts the proliferation and metastasis of GC cells by activating the NRP-1/C-JUN/Wee1 pathway. Gal-1 notably increases GC cell resistance to cisplatin The NRP-1 inhibitor, EG00229, effectively counteracts these effects. Conclusions: These findings revealed a potential mechanism by which Gal-1 promotes GC growth and contributes to chemoresistance, offering new therapeutic targets for the treatment of GC.
Tyrosine phosphorylation plays an important role in regulating human physiological and pathological processes. Functional stabilization of tyrosine phosphorylation largely contributes to the balanced, coordinated regulation of protein tyrosine kinases (PTKs) and protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs). Research has revealed PTPs play an important suppressive role in carcinogenesis and progression by reversing oncoprotein functions. Receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase O (PTPRO) as one member of the PTPs family has also been identified to have some roles in tumor development. Some reports have shown PTPRO over-expression in tumors can not only inhibit the frequency of tumor cell division and induce tumor cell death, but also suppress migration. However, the tumor-suppression mechanisms are very complex and understanding is incomplete, which in some degree blocks the further development of PTPRO. Hence, in order to resolve this problem, we here have summarized research findings to draw meaningful conclusions. We found tumor-suppression mechanisms of PTPRO to be diverse, such as controlling G0/G1 of the tumor cell proliferation cycle, inhibiting substrate phosphorylation, down-regulating transcription activators and other activities. In clinical anticancer efforts, expression level of PTPRO in tumors can not only serve as a biomarker to monitor the prognosis of patients, but act as an epigenetic biomarker for noninvasive diagnosis. In addition, the re-activation of PTPRO in tumor tissues, not only can induce tumor volume reduction, but also enhance the susceptibility to chemotherapy drugs. So, we can propose that these research findings of PTPRO will not only support new study ideas and directions for other tumor-suppressors, importantly, but also supply a theoretical basis for researching new molecular targeting agents in the future.
Background: This systemic analysis was conducted to evaluate tumor recurrence rate and one-year survival rate for patients with liver metastases received radiofrequency ablation after transarterial chemoembolization and introduce a new method of radiofrequency ablation by puncture navigation technology for single liver metastases after transarterial chemoembolization. Materials and Methods: Clinical studies evaluating tumor recurrence rate and one-year survival rate. Appling the innova trackvision software to process one liver metastases received transarterial chemoembolization and using radiofrequency ablation by puncture navigation technology to treat the liver metastases. Results: 3 clinical studies which including 235 patients with liver metastases after transaeterial chemoembolization were considered eligible for inclusion. Systemic analysis suggested that tumor recurrence rate was 23% (54/235), one-year survival rate was 76% (178/235). The new procedure was performed successfully and the patient received a good prognosis. Conclusions: This systemic analysis suggests that radiofrequency ablation is a good method for liver metastases after transarterial chemoembolization and could receive a relatively good prognosis.

This study is significant in explaining the eSports awareness survey and future development direction of deaf people. Therefore, 189 deaf people were selected as the population, and the following conclusions were drawn by frequency analysis and t-test using SPSS 21.0 and Excel 2016. First, 67.7 percent of the 189 deaf people recognized eSports, 61.4 percent recognized it as a new sports system, and 65.6 percent participated directly or indirectly in eSports. Second, smartphones are the most common e-sports participating devices, and most of the participating events are Kartrider, which is recommended by friends. Third, the most inconvenient part of participating in eSports was the lack of eSports programs for deaf people, and the survey on whether to recommend eSports was the most likely. Fourth, the most common reason for not recognizing eSports as a new sport is that they are not actually sports, so they are not interested in participating. Fifth, there are statistically significant differences in eSports awareness, recognition and participation of deaf people by gender.
The current social service delivery system for people with disabilities has four critical problems: absence of needs assessment, absence of case management, shortage of professional workers, and absence of local social welfare agencies. The Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Family of Korea has pushed forward with a project to reform the welfare infra-structure for people with disabilities since 2007. It's main purpose is to reorganize the social service delivery system for people with disabilities. A report from the project makes two suggestions: introduction of new standards for disability and set-up of disability service determination centers. The new standards for disability are suggested to include a work ability test and a welfare needs assessment tool as well as a medical standard. Three models for disability service determination centers are suggested: independent model, local governmental model, and public corporational model. Tentative operations using the three models are on the way in the second half of 2008. In order to reform the social service delivery system for people with disabilities, this study makes a fundamental suggestion: set-up of about 120 local welfare agencies over which the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Family can have direct control, and which are equipped with professional workers who are able to perform needs assessment and case management. In actuality, welfare centers for disabled people are the best options for local welfare agencies for disabled people.
This study shows the new findings against a electrical bonding risk between the tanker and the jetty they've generally done. According to this new theory, a new preventive plan will be proposed. Also, a new preventive plan will be shown as the result of practical implementation in which it could guide the same kind of working people.
With the advent of new media richness of technology in the digital age has transformed our lives. The development of technology, the more our lives more convenient, new, future-oriented, while expectations for the digital age, people are longing for warm, human sensibility became. Of modernism and post-modernism appeared to reflect the proliferation of digital media in culture, wandering through the complex has been diversifying. In the digital age stabilizing psychological or mental needs of people who want to begin to emerge as the disfunctional aspects of the digital age has been suggested for the problem. To respond to human emotion on the emotional reaction of users to consider the analog emotional design began to emerge. The analog to digital media to express emotions practical approach to the problem should be attempted. Analog in a digital environment, emotional nature of the digital technology and communication, and symbolic and emotional aspects of people as announced to blend the new extension, change, and an analog emotional design for the evolution and development of new possibilities to investigate the castle.
