제4차 산업혁명의 확산과 코로나 19의 장기화로 인한 사회적 변화의 기로에서 한국 정부는 2020년 7월 디지털 뉴딜 정책을 발표했다. 디지털 뉴딜 정책은 데이터, 네트워크, 인공지능 기술을 중심으로 공공분야 및 산업의 디지털 전환을 가속화함으로써 새로운 비즈니스를 창출하는 것을 주요 과제로 삼고 있다. 그러나 급변하는 사회환경에서 기술의 미래 이익에 대한 정보비대칭은 정책의 방향과 효과에 대한 대중의 분석 능력의 차이를 야기할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 정책의 실질적 효과에 대한 불확실성이 발생하게 된다. 한편, 언론은 정부 정책을 대중에 전파하는 전달자 역할을 통해 담론 형성을 주도하며, 보도를 통해 특정 이슈에 대한 제반 지식을 대중에게 제공하는 역할을 한다. 즉, 특정 정책에 대한 언론의 보도량이 증가할수록 이슈 집중도는 높아지며, 이를 통해 대중의 의사결정에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 한국 정부의 디지털 뉴딜 정책에 대한 언론 보도량과 주식 시장의 동태적 관계를 그랜저 인과관계(Granger causality), 충격반응함수, 분산분해분석을 이용하여 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 디지털 뉴딜 정책에 대한 언론 보도량, 키워드 검색량과 KOSDAQ 상장 기업 중 디지털 뉴딜 정책과 관련이 있는 디지털 기술 기반 기업들의 일일주식회전율, 일일주가수익률, EWMA 변동성을 변수로 설정하였으며, 정책발표 시점 전후 60 거래일, 총 120 거래일 간의 데이터를 이용했다. 분석 결과, 언론 보도량은 키워드 검색량, 일일주식회전율, EWMA 변동성과 양방향 그랜저 인과관계가 존재하였으며, 언론 보도량의 증가는 디지털 뉴딜 정책에 대한 키워드 검색량에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 언론 보도량에 대한 충격반응분석 결과 EWMA 변동성을 큰 폭으로 하락시키는 양상을 보였으며, 시간이 지날수록 영향력이 점차 증가하며 주식 시장의 변동성을 완화시키는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 토대로 디지털 뉴딜에 대한 언론 보도량은 주식 시장과 유의한 동태적 관계가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

국내의 대표적 친환경 도시 조성사례인 수도권 제2기 신도시 내에 입주한 4개권역 총 80개 아파트단지를 대상으로 아파트단지 내 정성적 친환경 계획요소(독립변수)가 정량적 아파트 실거래 가격(종속변수)에 미치는 영향도를 통계적 계량기법을 활용해서 실증 분석하였다. 기존 도시 및 건축학적 차원에서의 정성적인 계획요소 분류체계를 발전적으로 좀 더 확장하여 환경경제학적 차원의 정량적인 계량분석 방안을 모색하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 또한 실증분석 결과로 수도권 제2기 신도시 아파트단지에 도입된 친환경 계획요소가 아파트 실거래가격에 미치는 매우 비중있고 주목할 만한 경제적 유발효과를 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었으며, 특히 주목할 점은 신 재생에너지 도입 등 최신 녹색신기술이 적용된 다양하고 차별화된 친환경 계획요소가 이미 보편화되어 아파트 실거래가격에 매우 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

대공황은 20세기의 가장 중요한 역사적 사건 중 하나로, 현재 고등학교 사회과 교과서들은 근대 경제의 형성과 관련해서 대공황을 비중 있게 다루고 있다. 하지만 대공황에 대한 교과서의 서술들을 분석해 보면, 부실한 논리 전개나 틀린 사실의 수록, 나아가 교육적으로 부적절한 표현들을 실은 사례가 다수 발견된다. 궁극적으로는 교과서들이 제시하고 있는 대공황에 대한 목적론적 해석, 즉 자유방임주의 혹은 시장의 본원적 불안정성으로 인해 과잉생산이 초래되어 대공황이 발생하였으며, 국가개입을 통해 대공황이 해소되었다는 해석 자체가 경제사학자들의 연구 결과와 부합하지 않는다. 사회와 역사에 대한 균형 잡힌 인식의 함양이라는 사회교과의 목적을 위해서는 대공황에 대한 서술을 근본적으로 개선하는 작업이 요구된다.

The Korean government recently announced a plan of the Carbon Neutral policy in addition to the Green New Deal of the Korean New Deal and the Renewable Energy 3020. The energy sector is entering the era of major transformation involving the expansion of decarbonization, decentralization, and digitalization. DNA-oriented ICT technology will be incorporated into the sector. Further, new energy industries and services are being realized via efficient and smart operation and by appropriately managing the energy-environment changes. Recently, ETRI presented a technology development map for 2035 comprising 12 new concepts in four major fields(personal, social, industrial and public) of national intelligence. This map includes the concept of "Energy Maestro" associated with the field of public intelligence for human sustainability. This paper briefly introduces this concept and ETRI's Energy-R&D status. Based on the domain knowledge and the experience acquired through the R&D, ETRI will lead to a new paradigm with respect to the creation of new energy services and industries via the incorporation of the new ICT technologies including AI and big-data into the energy sector.

Dealing with existential concerns experienced by patients is an important part of palliative care. Interventions that use the life review method to encourage patients to reminisce about their lives can help them find new positive meanings, promote ego integrity, and reduce emotional suffering. Not everyone has positive memories when they look back on the past, however. This poses a limit on the effectiveness of the life review method for healthcare providers working in palliative care contexts. In this study, we discuss the limits of life review and suggest imagery rescripting as a new modality constituting a psychotherapeutic approach to deal with negative memories safely and effectively.

Park et al. introduced the concept of generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets, which can be seen as an effective mathematical tool to deal with uncertainties. In this paper, we introduce new operations such as restricted union and restricted intersection and study their basic properties, and deal with the algebraic structure of generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets. The lattice structures of generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets are constructed.

Currently, the CCDs are widely used in astronomical observations either in direct imaging use or spectroscopic mode. However according to the recent technical advances, new large format CCDs are rapidly developed which have better performances with higher quantum efficiency and sensitivity. In many cases, some microprocessors have been adopted to deal with necessary digital logic for a CCD imaging system. This could often lack the flexibility of a system for a user for to upgrade with new devices, especially if it is a commercial product. A new design concept has been explored which could provide the opportunity to deal with any format of devices from any manufactures effectively for as tronomical purposes. Recently available PLD (Programmable Logic Devices)technology makes it possible to develop such digital circuit design, which can be integrated into a single component, instead of using micrprocessors. The design concept could dramatically increase the efficiency and flexibility of a CCD imaging system, particularly when new or large format devices are available and to upgrade the performance of a system. Some variable system control parameters can be selected by a user with a wider range of choice. The software can support such functional requirements very conveniently. This approach can be applied not only to astronomical purpose, but also to some related fields, such as remote sensing and industrial applications.

In Korea, to deal with the housing needs of the elderly, the government operates free nursing homes and residential homes. And to deal with the needs for daily necessities, imported products or products for the disabled have been supplied for the elderly. The government has recognized the importance of silver industry in this rapidly aging society and has established strategies to vitalize industries related to seniors to deal with the seniors' need for food, clothing, and shelter. This study examined the necessity of nursing home gowns, and the development of nursing home gowns that are environmentally friendly, beautiful and functional for the new silver generation. For this study, literature review and Internet search were conducted regarding the status of silver fashion, necessity of nursing home gowns, emergence of new silver generation and change in lifestyle, and value and utilization of natural dye and traditional patterns. To produce nursing home gowns, fabric was dyed using fermented indigo dying, and 3 styles of nursing home gowns for each gender were designed in consideration of seasons. Lastly, these gowns were evaluated by fashion experts, medical personnel, hospital gown and silver wear experts, and natural dye experts. The results showed that the traditional Korean designs developed in this study were excellent and the fermented indigo dye was appropriate for the nursing home gowns. The development of nursing home gowns in this study will be utilized as basic material for the development of silver wear and nursing home gowns to improve the quality of life for the seniors.

코로나19(COVID-19)라는 전례 없는 감염병 팬데믹(Pandemic)으로 인해 인적·물적 이동이 위축되었고, 이로 인한 글로벌 경제구조의 변화는 국내외 경기침체와 함께 고용악화 등 다양한 경제·산업적 문제를 유발하였다. 이러한 위기 상황에서 정부는 '긴급재난지원금'에 이어, 경제 활력 제고를 위한 새로운 카드로 '한국판 뉴딜'을 발표하였다. 한국판 뉴딜의 핵심인 디지털 뉴딜의 첫 번째 사업이 데이터 댐으로, 데이터 경제의 '쌀'인 데이터의 수집에서 디지털 전환이 시작됨을 의미한다. 그간 정부와 지자체들은 공공데이터의 수집·공유를 위하여 다양한 공공데이터 포털을 구축하였으나, 초기 공공데이이터 포털을 구축할 때 비즈니스 모델에 대한 고려 없이 플랫폼 구축에만 집중함에 따라 사업화를 위한 활용도가 부족하다는 평가를 받고 있다. 더군다나 지역의 경우 데이터 비즈니스에 활용할 데이터의 양이 절대적으로 부족하므로 공공데이터의 품질 개선과 함께 지역의 공공기관이 보유한 데이터의 활용 체계를 강화하는 것이 시급하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지역의 공공데이터 이용을 활성화하기 위하여 지역의 공공기관 데이터를 중심으로 한 다양한 데이터 수집, 데이터 품질 개선, 데이터 활용성 향상 등 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
