서울특별시 내 독립 호우사상의 시간분포 특성 분석: 분 단위와 차첨두 상수의 조건 변화를 중심으로 (A comprehensive analysis of temporal characteristics in independent rainstorm events in Seoul: focusing on changes in unit time and secondary peak constant)

  • 본 연구에서는 차첨두 상수(Secondary Peak Constant, SPC)라는 개념을 새롭게 정의하고, 서울특별시 24개의 강우 관측소 내 분 단위와 차첨두 상수에 따른 독립 호우사상의 시간분포 특성을 파악했다. 먼저, 강우량은 2000년부터 2022년까지의 지상 관측값을 활용하여, 분 단위에 따라 독립 호우사상을 분리했다. 독립 호우사상의 시간분포 특성은 분 단위에 따라 도출하고, SPC를 통해 독립 호우사상의 첨두 강우에 대한 시간분포 특성을 파악했다. 마지막으로, 독립 호우사상 내 강우의 시간분포 특성은 분 단위와 SPC에 따라 다르게 나타나는 결과를 분석하고, 그 수준을 평가했다. 그 결과, 서울특별시 내 24개 강우 관측소의 분 단위가 작은 독립 호우사상은 총 강우량, 강우 지속기간, 강우강도의 크기가 크게 나타났다. 첨두 강우의 시간분포 특성은 독립 호우사상 내 가장 큰 첨두 강우(1st Peak)가 전반적으로 Q4>Q2>Q3>Q1 순으로 나타나는 특성을 지녔다. 또한, 두 번째로 큰 첨두 강우는 독립 호우사상 내 1st Peak가 발생한 위치를 중심으로 주로 발생하는 모습을 나타냈다. 마지막으로, 다중첨두를 가진 호우사상의 비율은 SPC에 따라 다르게 나타나지만, SPC가 0.7 이하인 조건에서는 대부분 50.0% 이상을 차지했다. 독립 호우사상 내 첨두 강우의 평균 개수는 전반적으로 1.5개에서 크게는 3.4개까지 계산되었다. 본 연구에서는 분 단위에 따라 변화하는 시간분포 특성을 파악하고, SPC를 활용하여 첨두 강우의 시간분포 특성을 정량화하였다. 이를 통해, 특정 지역에 대한 독립 호우사상의 시간분포 특성은 분 단위와 SPC에 따라 정량화하여 분석할 수 있을 것으로 나타난다.

  • 2011년 이후, 정부의 창업지원 사업 규모가 급속히 커지며 이를 전담하는 창업지원 매니저의 규모 또한 증가하며 이들에 대한 역할과 역량의 중요성이 커지고 있지만, 창업지원 매니저들에 대한 역할과 역량에 대한 구체적인 개념이나 창업지원 매니저의 요구역량과 보유역량 간의 간극이 커지며 자기효능감이 감소하고 이것이 창업지원단의 몰입도와 업무성과에 부정적인 영향으로 이어지는 문제가 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 창업지원 매니저의 정의와 창업기업의 성공적인 사업수행을 돕기 위해 요구되는 핵심역량에 따라 매니저가 조직에 몰입할 수 있는 정도와 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석하는 것에 초점 두며, 이를 통해, 창업지원 매니저의 역량 강화 방안을 제시하여 이들의 자기효능감을 배가하여 창업지원단 업무에 몰입하고 성과를 높이기 위한 정책시사점 도출과 이를 통해 향후 창업지원 매니저 관련 연구에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 본연구는 크게 네 가지의 연구를 수행하였고 각각의 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 관련 법률적 근거를 가지고 창업지원 매니저에 대한 개념을 제시하였다. 둘째, 창업지원 사업 운영에 있어 창업기업의 성공적인 육성을 위해 매니저에게 요구되는 핵심역량이 무엇인지 도출하였다. 셋째, 창업지원 매니저의 핵심역량에 대한 요인들을 나열하고, 창업보육 매니저들과의 비교를 통해 창업지원 매니저의 역량 차이점을 분석하였다. 넷째, 실증분석을 통해 정부 지원사업의 현실에 따른 창업지원 매니저의 고용 형태, 근무 환경 및 상황 등 창업지원단 조직몰입도와 업무성과 등을 자기효능감을 통해 어떠한 영향을 보여주는지 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 창업지원 매니저의 차별적 필요역량은 창업자 발굴역량, 프로젝트 관리역량, 검증·보강역량, 투자유치 컨설팅역량으로 정의하였다. 실증분석 결과 창업지원 매니저역량은 업무성과와 창업지원단 몰입도, 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기효능감은 창업지원 매니저의 역량과 업무성과, 창업지원단 몰입도 사이에서 매개효과를 나타내는 결과를 얻었다. 기초적인 업무 지식부터 전문적인 지식 습득을 위한 단계적, 맞춤식, 집중 교육 훈련, 창업자들의 빠른 성장을 위한 액셀러레이터 역량 강화 교육 등 이 뒷받침 되어야 하는 점을 시사점으로 제시하고 있다. 이러한 역량 강화 교육 훈련이 이뤄진다면 창업지원 매니저들의 자기효능감은 높아질 것이고 자기효능감이 커질수록 창업지원 매니저는 본인의 역량을 크게 펼칠 수 있고, 이는 조직의 업무성과와 창업지원단 몰입도에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이다. 이론적 기여로는 기존 창업보육 매니저의 역량과는 달리 창업자 발굴역량, 프로젝트 관리역량, 검증·보강 역량, 투자유치 컨설팅역량이라는 새로운 창업지원 매니저역량을 도출하였다.

스타트업 실태 및 육성방안에 관한 연구: 성남시 스타트업을 중심으로 (A Study on the Status of Startups and Their Nurturing Plans: Focusing on Startups in Seongnam City)

  • 본 연구는 국내 스타트업의 실태를 조사하여 육성 및 지원 등의 정책방안을 도출하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구대상은 국내 최고수준의 혁신 클러스터이고 스타트업 메카로 평가받는 판교테크노밸리가 입지한 성남시 소재 스타트업을 대상으로 연구하였다. 스타트업의 기준으로는 IT, BT, CT 등 신기술 기반의 7년 미만 신생기업으로 정의하고 조사대상을 선정하였다. 이는 기존에 추상적이던 스타트업의 개념을 양적으로 측정가능하게 구체화 하였다는 점에서 기존 연구에서 진일보하였다고 볼 수 있다. 분석결과, 스타트업의 약 94%가 일명 "죽음의 계곡(Death Valley)"이라는 성장단계에 분포하고 있으며, BEP를 넘어 본격적인 성장을 의미하는 스케일업(Scale-up) 이상의 스타트업은 약 6%를 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 창업초기의 가장 큰 애로사항으로는 창업자금 문제를 꼽고 있으며, 자금을 조달하는데 매출이나 담보 등을 우선시하는 대출평가 방식을 가장 큰 문제로 꼽았다. 또한 스타트업들은 공공기금인 정책자금에 비해 VC, AC, 엔젤투자자 등의 민간투자 자본에 대한 접근성을 낮은 수준으로 평가하였다. 대다수 스타트업들이 해외진출에 관심이 많은 것으로 나타났고, 해외 VC 등의 해외 투자자 매칭을 해외진출을 위한 가장 큰 지원방안으로 꼽았다. 해외시장에서의 종합경쟁력은 100점 만점에 50점 미만인 49.6점으로 나타나 전체적으로 다소 경쟁열위에 있다고 평가했으며, 특히 브랜드 인지도, 마케팅 경쟁력, 판매채널 등에서 경쟁력이 많이 떨어지는 것으로 분석되었다. 국내 스타트업들이 국내시장을 넘어 해외시장에서도 경쟁력을 높이기 위해서는 기술경쟁력 제고와 함께 해외 판매채널(영업채널, 유통망 등)에 대한 공공의 지원과 투자가 우선되어야 하는 것으로 분석되었다.

1961년 문화재보존위원회 활동 재평가 (Re-evaluation of Cultural Heritage Preservation Committee Activities in 1961)

  • 문화재위원회는 1962년부터 지금까지 60여년이라는 긴 시간 동안 대한민국의 문화재 보존에 관한 중요한 일들을 심의하고 있는 중요한 기구이다. 1961년에 활동한 문화재보존위원회는 1년 정도의 짧은 활동 기간이었지만, 다음과 같은 의미가 있었음을 당시에 작성된 회의록으로 확인하였다. 우선 법률적으로, 우리나라에서 문화재나 무형문화재의 개념을 법령에 처음 사용했다는 점과 전문위원 제도와 위원의 임기 규정을 최초로 사용했다는 점에서 의미가 있었다. 이런 사항들은 현재의 문화재보호법과 문화재위원회 운영의 기초가 되었다. 다음은 활동과 관련하여, 기존에 알려진 것과 다르게 당시의 정치적 격변에도 불구하고 활발히 활동을 하였음을 확인하였다. 당시의 급격한 정권 교체에도 불구하고 위원회는 구성원의 변동이 없었고, 회의도 중단 없이 계속되었다. 그리고 당시 문화유산 보존과 관련하여 서로 다른 집단들의 배타적 관계가 있었고, 이 관계는 이들 집단들을 통합한 문화재관리국이 세워지면서 사라지게 되었음도 회의록으로 확인하였다. 마지막으로 당시 작성된 회의록의 형태는 당시의 문서 작성 형태를 보여주는데, 여기에서는 전통적으로 이어오던 문서 작성 양식이 새로운 형태로 바뀌고 있는 현상이 확인된다. 근현대 서지학 측면에서 좋은 연구자료가 될 수 있다. 앞서 살펴본 것처럼, 1961년의 문화재보존위원회는 법률적 측면이나 실제 활동적 측면에서 역사적으로 중요한 의미들을 가진다. 이 위원회의 활동이 낮게 평가된 이유는 당시에 작성된 회의록이나 관련 서류들이 관련 행정 체계의 미비로 잘 정리되지 않았기 때문이라고 추정된다. 문화재보존위원회의 회의록에는 당시 문화유산 정책과 결정에 관한 여러 사실들을 기록하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 이 내용들에 대한 분석 연구로 당시 문화유산 정책과 인식에 대한 여러 사실들을 더 많이 밝혀낼 수 있다.

네트워크 관점에 기반한 사회적 자본 및 실험실 창업팀 다양성이창업 성과에 미치는 영향: I-Corps program을 중심으로 (The Impact of Social Capital and Laboratory Startup Team Diversity on Startup Performance Based on a Network Perspective: Focusing on the I-Corps Program)

  • 혁신 기술 개발이 거듭되며 인공지능, 생명공학, 로봇, 항공우주, 전기차, 태양광 등의 신산업이 창출되며 거시적 경영환경이 급변하고 있다. 이러한 대규모 변화와 복잡성 증가로 인해 창업 전략 차원에서 기술이나 자산의 소유 그 자체보다는 자본이 관계의 중요성 증대로 활용되면서 새로운 가치 창출이 가능한 사회적 자본(Social Capital)의 효과에 주목할 필요가 있다. 사회적 자본은 1916년 Hanifan이 최초로 제안한 개념으로 개인 또는 사회적 구성원들 간의 상호 지속적이며 유기적 관계 또는 축적된 인간관계 네트워크에 잠재되거나 활용이 가능한 능력이나 자원의 전체적 총합을 일컫는다. 또한, 특출한 창업자 1인 보다는 다양한 배경과 특성 및 역량을 갖춘 창업팀 다양성이 각광을 받고 있다. 창업팀 다양성은 창업팀의 인구통계학적 요인이나 신념, 가치 등의 심층적 요소에 대한 다양성을 뜻한다. 거시적 환경 변화로 산업 혁신을 주도하고 국가의 핵심성장동력 창출 역할을 하는 기술창업 및 실험실창업의 중요성이 강조되고 있는데 본 연구에서는 '아이코어(I-Corps)' 프로그램에 주목하였다. 혁신군단을 의미하는 아이코어는 2011년 미연구재단(NSF)이 기업가 정신 및 연구 결과 사업화 장려를 위해 출범된 실험실 창업프로그램으로 교수와 연구원이 참여하는 창업팀 구성과 시장발견활동에 주안점을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이런 특성을 감안하여 네트워크 관점의 사회적 자본과 창업팀 다양성이 아이코어 창업성과에 끼치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과 창업팀의 학력 다양성이 창업팀의 재무적 성과에 부(-)의 영향을, 성별 다양성과 사회적 자본의 인지적 차원이 창업팀의 재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 끼쳤다. 본 연구는 아이코어 실험실 창업팀 다양성, 사회적 자본과 그 성과 해석에 대한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 보다 유용하게 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

Information Privacy Concern in Context-Aware Personalized Services: Results of a Delphi Study

  • Personalized services directly and indirectly acquire personal data, in part, to provide customers with higher-value services that are specifically context-relevant (such as place and time). Information technologies continue to mature and develop, providing greatly improved performance. Sensory networks and intelligent software can now obtain context data, and that is the cornerstone for providing personalized, context-specific services. Yet, the danger of overflowing personal information is increasing because the data retrieved by the sensors usually contains privacy information. Various technical characteristics of context-aware applications have more troubling implications for information privacy. In parallel with increasing use of context for service personalization, information privacy concerns have also increased such as an unrestricted availability of context information. Those privacy concerns are consistently regarded as a critical issue facing context-aware personalized service success. The entire field of information privacy is growing as an important area of research, with many new definitions and terminologies, because of a need for a better understanding of information privacy concepts. Especially, it requires that the factors of information privacy should be revised according to the characteristics of new technologies. However, previous information privacy factors of context-aware applications have at least two shortcomings. First, there has been little overview of the technology characteristics of context-aware computing. Existing studies have only focused on a small subset of the technical characteristics of context-aware computing. Therefore, there has not been a mutually exclusive set of factors that uniquely and completely describe information privacy on context-aware applications. Second, user survey has been widely used to identify factors of information privacy in most studies despite the limitation of users' knowledge and experiences about context-aware computing technology. To date, since context-aware services have not been widely deployed on a commercial scale yet, only very few people have prior experiences with context-aware personalized services. It is difficult to build users' knowledge about context-aware technology even by increasing their understanding in various ways: scenarios, pictures, flash animation, etc. Nevertheless, conducting a survey, assuming that the participants have sufficient experience or understanding about the technologies shown in the survey, may not be absolutely valid. Moreover, some surveys are based solely on simplifying and hence unrealistic assumptions (e.g., they only consider location information as a context data). A better understanding of information privacy concern in context-aware personalized services is highly needed. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to identify a generic set of factors for elemental information privacy concern in context-aware personalized services and to develop a rank-order list of information privacy concern factors. We consider overall technology characteristics to establish a mutually exclusive set of factors. A Delphi survey, a rigorous data collection method, was deployed to obtain a reliable opinion from the experts and to produce a rank-order list. It, therefore, lends itself well to obtaining a set of universal factors of information privacy concern and its priority. An international panel of researchers and practitioners who have the expertise in privacy and context-aware system fields were involved in our research. Delphi rounds formatting will faithfully follow the procedure for the Delphi study proposed by Okoli and Pawlowski. This will involve three general rounds: (1) brainstorming for important factors; (2) narrowing down the original list to the most important ones; and (3) ranking the list of important factors. For this round only, experts were treated as individuals, not panels. Adapted from Okoli and Pawlowski, we outlined the process of administrating the study. We performed three rounds. In the first and second rounds of the Delphi questionnaire, we gathered a set of exclusive factors for information privacy concern in context-aware personalized services. The respondents were asked to provide at least five main factors for the most appropriate understanding of the information privacy concern in the first round. To do so, some of the main factors found in the literature were presented to the participants. The second round of the questionnaire discussed the main factor provided in the first round, fleshed out with relevant sub-factors. Respondents were then requested to evaluate each sub factor's suitability against the corresponding main factors to determine the final sub-factors from the candidate factors. The sub-factors were found from the literature survey. Final factors selected by over 50% of experts. In the third round, a list of factors with corresponding questions was provided, and the respondents were requested to assess the importance of each main factor and its corresponding sub factors. Finally, we calculated the mean rank of each item to make a final result. While analyzing the data, we focused on group consensus rather than individual insistence. To do so, a concordance analysis, which measures the consistency of the experts' responses over successive rounds of the Delphi, was adopted during the survey process. As a result, experts reported that context data collection and high identifiable level of identical data are the most important factor in the main factors and sub factors, respectively. Additional important sub-factors included diverse types of context data collected, tracking and recording functionalities, and embedded and disappeared sensor devices. The average score of each factor is very useful for future context-aware personalized service development in the view of the information privacy. The final factors have the following differences comparing to those proposed in other studies. First, the concern factors differ from existing studies, which are based on privacy issues that may occur during the lifecycle of acquired user information. However, our study helped to clarify these sometimes vague issues by determining which privacy concern issues are viable based on specific technical characteristics in context-aware personalized services. Since a context-aware service differs in its technical characteristics compared to other services, we selected specific characteristics that had a higher potential to increase user's privacy concerns. Secondly, this study considered privacy issues in terms of service delivery and display that were almost overlooked in existing studies by introducing IPOS as the factor division. Lastly, in each factor, it correlated the level of importance with professionals' opinions as to what extent users have privacy concerns. The reason that it did not select the traditional method questionnaire at that time is that context-aware personalized service considered the absolute lack in understanding and experience of users with new technology. For understanding users' privacy concerns, professionals in the Delphi questionnaire process selected context data collection, tracking and recording, and sensory network as the most important factors among technological characteristics of context-aware personalized services. In the creation of a context-aware personalized services, this study demonstrates the importance and relevance of determining an optimal methodology, and which technologies and in what sequence are needed, to acquire what types of users' context information. Most studies focus on which services and systems should be provided and developed by utilizing context information on the supposition, along with the development of context-aware technology. However, the results in this study show that, in terms of users' privacy, it is necessary to pay greater attention to the activities that acquire context information. To inspect the results in the evaluation of sub factor, additional studies would be necessary for approaches on reducing users' privacy concerns toward technological characteristics such as highly identifiable level of identical data, diverse types of context data collected, tracking and recording functionality, embedded and disappearing sensor devices. The factor ranked the next highest level of importance after input is a context-aware service delivery that is related to output. The results show that delivery and display showing services to users in a context-aware personalized services toward the anywhere-anytime-any device concept have been regarded as even more important than in previous computing environment. Considering the concern factors to develop context aware personalized services will help to increase service success rate and hopefully user acceptance for those services. Our future work will be to adopt these factors for qualifying context aware service development projects such as u-city development projects in terms of service quality and hence user acceptance.

해외농업투자에 따른 유통체계 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of distribution system by overseas agricultural investment)

  • 세계경제 및 환경의 변화에 따라 농산물의 불안정적인 수급으로 인한 문제점이 노출되고 있으며, 우리나라의 경우 농산물의 안정적인 확보를 위하여 국가 전략적 차원에서의 해외농업투자의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 하지만 정부차원의 지원 미진, 해외 농업에 대한 정보 및 기술 미비, 개발자금 확보의 어려움, 장기간의 투자금 회수기간, 사후관리 미흡 등의 이유로 성과를 이루지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 특히 해외 농산물의 국내 반입 시 관세의 장벽, 물류 유통비용 등으로 가격 경쟁력이 떨어지고 있어 국내에 반입되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 해외농업투자의 기본개념 및 실태를 살펴보고 해외농업투자의 필요성과 고려사항, 문제점 등을 도출하여 해외에서 재배된 농산물의 경쟁력을 위한 유통 측면에서의 개선방안을 정부의 간접적인 지원, 유통 현대화 및 유통정보기능 강화, 유통시설, 수송루트, 하역업무개선, 경쟁력 확보를 위한 정부의 정책적 지원, 교육 훈련을 통한 전문인력 양성 등 다섯 가지 측면에서 제시하였다.

  • 이 글은 전통 효(Filial Piety) 윤리와 대순진리회(Daesoonjinrihoe)의 효 윤리를 비교의 지평에서 분석한 것이다. 그동안 한국의 전통 효 윤리는 현대와 맞지 않는다는 이유로 변화를 요구받아 왔고, 그 핵심은 부모와 자식 간의 관계가 수직적·일방적인 게 아닌 수평적·상호 호혜적이어야 한다는 것이었다. 하지만 이에 대한 구체적인 이념과 대안에 대한 깊이 있는 연구는 거의 없었다. 이런 측면에서 한국의 대표적인 민족종교인 대순진리회가 근대화 이후에 전통과 현대의 충돌을 경험하면서 성장해 왔다는 점을 감안하면, 그 교리체계에서 효 윤리가 어떻게 구축되어 있는지를 관찰하는 작업은 전통 효가 현대적 감각에 맞게 어떻게 윤색될 수 있는지를 살피게 하는 하나의 좋은 사례를 제공해줄 수 있으리라 본다. 이것을 요약하면, 첫째, 유교와 대순진리회는 봉친(奉親)을 효 윤리로 삼지만, 유교는 가부장적인 봉건성에 입각하여 아랫사람의 일방적·맹목적 희생을 강조하고, 대순진리회는 어느 한쪽의 일방적인 희생을 지양하며 부모와 자식 사이의 상생(mutual beneficence)을 도모하고 있다. 이러한 차이는 유교적 효가 봉건질서를 추구하는 이념 속에서, 대순진리회 효가 새로운 종교적 세계인 후천 신세계의 원리인 보은상생과 인존(Respect For Man)의 이념 속에서 구축된 결과로 나타난 것이다. 둘째, 불교와 도교의 효는 부모 생전에 수복(壽福)을 누릴 것을 기원하고 사후에는 천도를 위해 발원하는 소극적·수동적인 것이다. 대순진리회의 효 역시 그러한 관념을 일부 포함하지만, 거기에 그치지 않고 부모 스스로가 죄를 벗고 앞길을 닦아나가도록 유도하는 것까지 효의 범주를 더 넓게 잡는다. 부모와 자식의 수행을 동시에 요구하는 이런 효 윤리는, 자식이 수행 끝에 종교적 목표를 이룬 연후 받게 되는 복록을 부모도 동시에 누릴 수 있게 하고자 하는 대순진리회 세계관 때문에 성립된다. 셋째, 유교와 대순진리회는 선령향화를 효 윤리로 삼지만, 무속적 사고를 배제한 본래 유교(성리학)적 세계관 속의 효는 향화의 대상을 비인격적 존재로, 대순진리회는 인격적 존재로 상정한다. 따라서 유교에 비해 대순진리회의 선령향화는 관념에 치우치지 않는다는 점에서 보다 현실적이다. 넷째, 유교와 대순진리회는 모두 조상들의 은혜를 갚고자 하나 그 은혜의 내용과 보은에 차이가 있다. 유교에서는 조상들이 생명을 준 존재이기에 그에 대한 감사로써 향화를 올리는 것만으로 효가 성립되지만, 대순진리회에서는 조상신들이 자손의 도성덕립을 목적으로 60년 적공(積功)으로써 생명을 주면서 동시에 수도를 하도록 독려하는 존재로 설정되어 있기 때문에 향화를 올리는 것과 더불어 수도까지 해야 효가 성립된다. 다섯째, 유교에서는 세속에서의 출세를 의미하는 입신양명이 효이지만, 대순진리회에서는 그 보다는 수도를 성공시켜 종교적 목표를 달성시키는 것이 더 큰 효로 규정된다. 여섯째, 유불도는 모두 도덕에 기반한 가족윤리로 효를 규정한다. 대순진리회 역시 그러하지만, 그 외에도 효에 종교적 구원을 위한 필수 윤리라는 위상을 더 부여한다. 왜냐하면 효의 부재는 세상을 병들게 하고 멸망케 하는 직접적인 원인이면서, 동시에 60년 동안 적공(積功)을 한 조상신들과 직접적으로 생명을 준 부모들의 은혜를 저버리는 배은이 개벽시대에는 용납되지 않는다고 보기 때문이다. 이러한 사실들로부터, 대순진리회는 자신의 독특한 사상을 바탕으로 하여 유불도의 전통 효 윤리들을 일부는 수용하고 일부는 재해석과 재창조 과정을 거쳐 윤색해 두고 있음을 살필 수 있다. 즉 대순진리회의 효는 인간 존중의 이념, 구체적으로는 보은상생과 인존(Respect For Man)사상 위에서 정립된 윤리 규정이며, 인격 완성과 도통이라는 종교적 목표에 도달하기 위한 나 자신의 수행이자 복록을 더불어 누리기 위한 부모의 일정한 수행까지 요구하는 개념으로 이해되고, 개벽시대에 구원을 받기 위한 필수 윤리라는 대단히 강화된 종교적 색채를 띠고 있는 것이라고 크게 그려 볼 수 있다는 말이다.

일본 '고증파(考證派)' 의학에 관한 연구 (A Study on The 'Kao Zheng Pai'(考證派) of The Traditional Medicine of Japan)

  • 1. The 'Kao Zheng Pai(考證派) comes from the 'Zhe Zhong Pai' and is a school that is influenced by the confucianism of the Qing dynasty. In Japan Inoue Kinga(井上金娥), Yoshida Koton(吉田篁墩) became central members, and the rise of the methodology of historical research(考證學) influenced the members of the 'Zhe Zhong Pai', and the trend of historical research changed from confucianism to medicine, making a school of medicine based on the study of texts and proving that the classics were right. 2. Based on the function of 'Nei Qu Li '(內驅力) the 'Kao Zheng Pai', in the spirit of 'use confucianism as the base', researched letters, meanings and historical origins. Because they were influenced by the methodology of historical research(考證學) of the Qing era, they valued the evidential research of classic texts, and there was even one branch that did only historical research, the 'Rue Xue Kao Zheng Pai'(儒學考證派). Also, the 'Yi Xue Kao Zheng Pai'(醫學考證派) appeared by the influence of Yoshida Kouton and Kariya Ekisai(狩谷掖齋). 3. In the 'Kao Zheng Pai(考證派)'s theories and views the 'Yi Xue Kao Zheng Pai' did not look at medical scriptures like the "Huang Di Nei Jing"("黃帝內經") and did not do research on 'medical' related areas like acupuncture, the meridian and medicinal herbs. Since they were doctors that used medicine, they naturally were based on 'formulas'(方劑) and since their thoughts were based on the historical ideologies, they valued the "Shang Han Ja Bing Lun" which was revered as the 'ancestor of all formulas'(衆方之祖). 4. The lives of the important doctors of the 'Kao Zheng Pai' Meguro Dotaku(目黑道琢) Yamada Seichin(山田正珍), Yamada Kyoko(山田業廣), Mori Ritsi(森立之) Kitamura Naohara(喜多村直寬) are as follows. 1) Meguro Dotaku(目黑道琢 1739${\sim}$1798) was born of lowly descent but, using his intelligence and knowledge, became a professor as a Shi Jing Yi(市井醫) and as a professor for 34 years at Ji Shou Guan mastered the "Huang Di Nei Jing" after giving over 300 lectures. Since his pupil, Isawara Ken taught the Lan Men Wu Zhe(蘭門五哲) and Shibue Chusai, Mori Ritsi(森立之), Okanishi Gentei(岡西玄亭), Kiyokawa Gendoh(淸川玄道) and Yamada Kyoko(山田業廣), Meguro Dotaku is considered the founder of the 'Yi Xue Kao Zheng Pai'. 2) The family of Yamada Seichin(山田正珍 1749${\sim}$1787) had been medical officials in the Makufu(幕府) and the many books that his ancestors had left were the base of his art. Seichin learned from Shan Ben Bei Shan(山本北山), a 'Zhe Zhong Pai' scholar, and put his efforts into learning, teaching and researching the "Shang Han Lun"("傷寒論"). Living in a time between 'Gu Fang Pai'(古方派) member Nakanishi Goretada(中西惟忠) and 'Kao Zheng Pai' member Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡), he wrote 11 books, 2 of which express his thoughts and research clearly, the "Shang Han Lun Ji Cheng"("傷寒論集成") and "Shang Han Kao"("傷寒考"). His comparison of the 'six meridians'(3 yin, 3 yang) between the "Shang Han Lun" and the "Su Wen Re Lun"("素問 熱論) and his acknowledgement of the need and rationality of the concept of Yin-Yang and Deficient-Replete distinguishes him from the other 'Gu Fang Pai'. Also, his dissertation of the need for the concept doesn't use the theories of latter schools but uses the theory of the "Shang Han Lun" itself. He even researched the historical parts, such as terms like 'Shen Nong Chang Bai Cao'(神農嘗百草) and 'Cheng Qi Tang'(承氣湯) 3) The ancestor of Yamada Kyoko(山田業廣) was a court physician, and learned confucianism from Kao Zheng Pai 's Ashikawa Genan(朝川善庵) and medicine from Isawa Ranken and Taki Motokata(多紀元堅), and the secret to smallpox from Ikeda Keisui(池田京水). He later became a lecturer at the Edo Yi Xue Guan(醫學館) and was invited as the director to the Ji Zhong(濟衆) hospital. He also became the first owner of the Wen Zhi She(溫知社), whose main purpose was the revival of kampo, and launched the monthly magazine Wen Zi Yi Tan(溫知醫談). He also diagnosed and prescribed for the prince Ming Gong(明宮). His works include the "Jing Fang Bian"("經方辨"), "Shang Han Lun Si Ci"("傷寒論釋司"), "Huang Zhao Zhu Jia Zhi Yan Ji Yao"("皇朝諸家治驗集要") and "Shang Han Ja Bing Lun Lei Juan"("傷寒雜病論類纂"). of these, the "Jing Fang Bian"("經方辨") states that the Shi Gao(石膏) used in the "Shang Han Lun" had three meanings-Fa Biao(發表), Qing Re(淸熱), Zi Yin(滋陰)-which were from 'symptoms', and first deducted the effects and then told of the reason. Another book, the "Jiu Zhe Tang Du Shu Ji"("九折堂讀書記") researched and translated the difficult parts of the "Shang Han Lun", "Jin Qui Yao Lue", "Qian Jin Fang"("千金方"), and "Wai Tai Mi Yao"("外臺秘要"). He usually analyzed the 'symptoms' of diseases but the composition, measurement, processing and application of medicine were all in the spectrum of 'analystic research' and 'researching analysis'. 4) The ancestors of Mori Rits(森立之 1807${\sim}$ 1885) were warriors but he became a doctor by the will of his mother, and he learned from Shibue Chosai(澁江抽齋) and Isawaran Ken and later became a pupil of Shou Gu Yi Zhai, a historical research scholar. He then became a lecturer of medical herbs at the Yi Xue Guan, and later participated in the proofreading of "Yi Xin Fang"("醫心方") and with Chosai compiled the "Jing Ji Fang Gu Zhi"("神農本草經"). He visited the Chinese scholar Yang Shou Jing(楊守敬) in 1881 and exchanged books and ideas. Of his works, there are the collections(輯複本) of "Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing"(神農本草經) and "You Xiang Yi Hwa"("遊相醫話") and the records, notes, poems, and diaries such as "Zhi Yuan Man Lu"("枳園漫錄") and "Zhi Yuan Sui Bi"("枳園隨筆") that were not published. His thoughts were that in restoring the "Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing", "the herb to the doctor is like the "Shuo Wen Jie Zi"("說文解字") to the scholar", and he tried to restore the ancient herbal text using knowledge of medicine and investigation(考據). Also with Chosai he compiled the "Jing Ji Fang Gu Zhi"("經籍訪古志") using knowledge of ancient text. Ritzi left works on pure investigation, paid much attention to social problems, and through 12 years of poverty treated all people and animals in all branches of medicine, so he is called a 'half confucianist half doctor'(半儒半醫). 5) Kitamurana Ohira(喜多村直寬 1804${\sim}$1876) learned scriptures and ancient texts from confucian scholar Asaka Gonsai, and learned medicine from his father Huai Yaun(槐園). He became a teacher in the Yi Xue Guan in his middle ages, and to repay his country, he printed 266 volumes of "Yi Fang Lei Ju("醫方類聚") and 1000 volumes of "Tai Ping Yu Lan"("太平禦覽") and devoted it to his country to be spread. His works are about 40 volumes including "Jin Qui Yao Lue Shu Yi" and "Lao Yi Zhi Yan" but most of them are researches on the "Shang Han Za Bing Lun". In his "Shang Han Lun Shu Yi"("傷寒論疏義") he shows the concept of the six meridians through the Yin-Yang, Superficial or internal, cold or hot, deficient or replete state of diseases, but did not match the names with the six meridians of the meridian theory, and this has something in common with the research based on the confucianism of Song(宋儒). In clinical treatment he was positive toward old and new methods and also the experience of civilians, but was negative toward western medicine. 6) The ancestor of the Taki family Tanbano Yasuyori(丹波康賴 912-955) became a Yi Bo Shi(醫博士) by his medical skills and compiled the "Yi Xin Fang"("醫心方"). His first son Tanbano Shigeaki(丹波重明) inherited the Shi Yao Yuan(施藥院) and the third son Tanbano Masatada(丹波雅忠) inherited the Dian You Tou(典藥頭). Masatada's descendents succeeded him for 25 generations until the family name was changed to Jin Bao(金保) and five generations later it was changed again to Duo Ji(多紀). The research scholar Taki Motohiro was in the third generation after the last name was changed to Taki, and his family kept an important part in the line of medical officers in Japan. Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡 1755-1810) was a teacher in the Yi Xue Guan where his father was residing, and became the physician for the general Jia Qi(家齊). He had a short temper and was not good at getting on in the world, and went against the will of the king and was banished from Ao Yi Shi(奧醫師). His most famous works, the "Shang Han Lun Ji Yi" and "Jin Qui Yao Lue Ji Yi" are the work of 20 years of collecting the theories of many schools and discussing, and is one of the most famous books on the "Shang Han Lun" in Japan. "Yi Sheng" is a collection of essays on research. Also there are the "Su Wen Shi"("素問識"), "Ling Shu Shi"("靈樞識"), and the "Guan lu Fang Yao Bu"("觀聚方要補"). Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡)'s position was succeeded by his third son Yuan Yin(元胤 1789-1827), and his works include works of research such as "Nan Jing Shu Jeng"("難經疏證"), "Ti Ya"("體雅"), "Yao Ya"("藥雅"), "Ji Ya"("疾雅"), "Ming Yi Gong An"("名醫公案"), and "Yi Ji Kao"("醫籍考"). The "Yi Ji Kao" is 80 volumes in length and lists about 3000 books on medicine in China before the Qing Dao Guang(道光), and under each title are the origin, number of volumes, state of existence, and, if possible, the preface, Ba Yu(跋語) and biography of the author. The younger sibling of Yuan Yin(元胤 1789-1827), Yuan Jian(元堅 1795-1857) expounded ancient writings at the Yi Xue Guan only after he reached middle age, was chosen for the Ao Yi Shi(奧醫師) and later became a Fa Yan(法眼), Fa Yin(法印) and Yu Chi(樂匙). He left about 15 texts, including "Su Wen Shao Shi"("素間紹識"), "Yi Xin Fang"("醫心方"), published in school, "Za Bing Guang Yao"("雜病廣要"), "Shang Han Guang Yao"(傷寒廣要), and "Zhen Fu Yao Jue"("該腹要訣"). On the Taki family's founding and working of the Yi Xue Guan Yasuka Doumei(失數道明) said they were "the people who took the initiative in Edo era kampo medicine" and evaluated their deeds in the fields of 'research of ancient text', 'the founding of Ji Shou Guan and medical education', 'publication business', 'writing of medical text'. 5. The doctors of the 'Kao Zheng Pai ' based their operations on the Edo Yi Xue Guan, and made groups with people with similar ideas to them, making a relationship 'net'. For example the three families of Duo Ji(多紀), Tang Chuan(湯川) and Xi Duo Cun(喜多村) married and adopted with and from each other and made prefaces and epitaphs for each other. Thus, the Taki family, the state science of the Makufu, the tendency of thinking, one's own interests and glory, one's own knowledge, the need of the society all played a role in the development of kampo medicine in the 18th and 19th century.

In his "Shang Han Lun Shu Yi"("傷寒論疏義") he shows the concept of the six meridians through the Yin-Yang, Superficial or internal, cold or hot, deficient or replete state of diseases, but did not match the names with the six meridians of the meridian theory, and this has something in common with the research based on the confucianism of Song(宋儒). In clinical treatment he was positive toward old and new methods and also the experience of civilians, but was negative toward western medicine. 6) The ancestor of the Taki family Tanbano Yasuyori(丹波康賴 $912{\sim}955$) became a Yi Bo Shi(醫博士) by his medical skills and compiled the "Yi Xin Fang"("醫心方"). His first son Tanbano Shigeaki(丹波重明) inherited the Shi Yao Yuan(施藥院) and the third son Tanbano Masatada(丹波雅忠) inherited the Dian You Tou(典藥頭). Masatada's descendents succeeded him for 25 generations until the family name was changed to Jin Bao(金保) and five generations later it was changed again to Duo Ji(多紀). The research scholar Taki Motohiro was in the third generation after the last name was changed to Taki, and his family kept an important part in the line of medical officers in Japan. Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡 $1755{\sim}1810$) was a teacher in the Yi Xue Guan where his father was residing, and became the physician for the general Jia Qi(家齊). He had a short temper and was not good at getting on in the world, and went against the will of the king and was banished from Ao Yi Shi(奧醫師). His most famous works, the "Shang Han Lun Ji Yi"("傷寒論輯義") and "Jin Qui Yao Lue Ji Yi"("金匱要略輯義") are the work of 20 years of collecting the theories of many schools and discussing, and is one of the most famous books on the "Shang Han Lun" in Japan. "Yi Sheng"("醫勝") is a collection of essays on research. Also there are the "Su Wen Shi"(素問識), "Ling Shu Shi"("靈樞識"), and the "Guan Ju Fang Yao Bu"("觀聚方要補"). Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡)'s position was succeeded by his third son Yuan Yin(元胤 $1789{\sim}1827$), and his works include works of research such as "Nan Jing Shu Jeng"(難經疏證), "Ti Ya"("體雅"), "Yao Ya"("藥雅"), "Ji Ya"(疾雅), "Ming Yi Gong An"(名醫公案), and "Yi Ji Kao"(醫籍考). The "Yi Ji Kao" is 80 volumes in length and lists about 3000 books on medicine in China before the Qing Dao Guang(道光), and under each title are the origin, number of volumes, state of existence, and, if possible, the preface, Ba Yu(跋語) and biography of the author. The younger sibling of Yuan Yin(元胤 $1789{\sim}1827$), Yuan Jian(元堅 $1795{\sim}1857$) expounded ancient writings at the Yi Xue Guan only after he reached middle age, was chosen for the Ao Yi Shi(奧醫師) and later became a Fa Yan(法眼), Fa Yin(法印) and Yu Chi(禦匙). He left about 15 texts, including "Su Wen Shao Shi"("素問紹識"), "Yi Xin Fang"("醫心方"), published in school, "Za Bing Guang Yao"("雜病廣要"), "Shang Han Guang Yao"("傷寒廣要"), and "Zhen Fu Yao Jue"("診腹要訣"). On the Taki family's founding and working of the Yi Xue Guan Yasuka Doumei(矢數道明) said they were "the people who took the initiative in Edo era kampo medicine" and evaluated their deeds in the fields of 'research of ancient text', the founding of Ji Shou Guan(躋壽館) and medical education', 'publication business', 'writing of medical text'. 5. The doctors of the 'Kao Zheng Pai' based their operations on the Edo Yi Xue Guan, and made groups with people with similar ideas to them, making a relationship 'net'. For example the three families of Duo Ji(多紀), Tang Chuan(湯川) and Xi Duo Cun(喜多村) married and adopted with and from each other and made prefaces and epitaphs for each other. Thus, the Taki family, the state science of the Makufu, the tendency of thinking, one's own interests and glory, one's own knowledge, the need of the society all played a role in the development of kampo medicine in the 18th and 19th century.
