A two-phase model is employed in the present work to describe the fluid flow. The use of desulphated nanoparticles of silver and molybdenum suspended in water as base fluid. The mathematical model represented in terms of partial differential equations, Implementing similarity transformationsis model is converted to ordinary differential equations for the analysis . By adjusting the particle mass concentration and curvature parameter, a unique technique is utilized to generate a dataset for the proposed Levenberg-Marquardt neural networks in various nanoparticle circumstances on the flow of dusty liquid via stretched cylinder. The intelligent solver Levenberg-Marquardt neural networks is trained, tested and verified to identify the nanoparticles on the flow of dusty liquid solution for various situations. The Levenberg-Marquardt neural networks approach is applied for the solution of the hybrid nanoparticles on the flow of dusty liquid via stretched cylinder model. It is validated by comparison with the standard solution, regression analysis, histograms, and absolute error analysis. Strong agreement between proposed results and reference solutions as well as accuracy provide an evidence of the framework's validity.

  • In this paper, we introduce a design methodology of data-centroid Radial Basis Function neural networks with extended polynomial function. The two underlying design mechanisms of such networks involve K-means clustering method and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO). The proposed algorithm is based on K-means clustering method for efficient processing of data and the optimization of model was carried out using PSO. In this paper, as the connection weight of RBF neural networks, we are able to use four types of polynomials such as simplified, linear, quadratic, and modified quadratic. Using K-means clustering, the center values of Gaussian function as activation function are selected. And the PSO-based RBF neural networks results in a structurally optimized structure and comes with a higher level of flexibility than the one encountered in the conventional RBF neural networks. The PSO-based design procedure being applied at each node of RBF neural networks leads to the selection of preferred parameters with specific local characteristics (such as the number of input variables, a specific set of input variables, and the distribution constant value in activation function) available within the RBF neural networks. To evaluate the performance of the proposed data-centroid RBF neural network with extended polynomial function, the model is experimented with using the nonlinear process data(2-Dimensional synthetic data and Mackey-Glass time series process data) and the Machine Learning dataset(NOx emission process data in gas turbine plant, Automobile Miles per Gallon(MPG) data, and Boston housing data). For the characteristic analysis of the given entire dataset with non-linearity as well as the efficient construction and evaluation of the dynamic network model, the partition of the given entire dataset distinguishes between two cases of Division I(training dataset and testing dataset) and Division II(training dataset, validation dataset, and testing dataset). A comparative analysis shows that the proposed RBF neural networks produces model with higher accuracy as well as more superb predictive capability than other intelligent models presented previously.

  • The steam generator feedwater flow rate in a nuclear power plant was estimated by means of artificial neural networks with the wavelet analysis for enhanced information extraction. The fouling of venturi meters, used for steam generator feedwater flow rate in pressurized water reactors, may result in unnecessary plant power derating. The backpropagation network was used to generate models of signals for a pressurized water reactor. Multiple-input single-output heteroassociative networks were used for evaluating the feedwater flow rate as a function of a set of related variables. The wavelet was used as a low pass filter eliminating the noise from the raw signals. The results have shown that possible fouling of venturi can be detected by neural networks, and the feedwater flow rate can be predicted as an alternative to existing methods. The research has also indicated that the decomposition of signals by wavelet transform is a powerful approach to signal analysis for denoising.

  • In this paper, we introduce a new design of fuzzy neural networks using input-output data information of target system. The proposed fuzzy neural networks is constructed by input-output data information and used the center of data distance by HCM clustering to obtain the characteristics of data. A membership function is defined by HCM clustering and is applied input-output dat included each rule to conclusion polynomial functions. We use triangular membership functions and simplified fuzzy inference, linear fuzzy inference, and modified quadratic fuzzy inference in conclusion. In the networks learning, back propagation algorithm of network is used to update the parameters of the network. The proposed model is evaluated with benchmark data.

  • The goal of this research is to apply the neural networks model for the disaggregation of the pan evaporation (PE) data, Republic of Korea. The neural networks model consists of support vector machine neural networks model (SVM-NNM). The disaggregation means that the yearly PE data divides into the monthly PE data. And, for the performances of the neural networks model, it is composed of training and test performances, respectively. The training and test performances consist of the historic, the generated, and the mixed data, respectively. From this research, we evaluate the impact of SVM-NNM for the disaggregation of the nonlinear time series data. We should, furthermore, construct the credible data of the monthly PE from the disaggregation of the yearly PE data, and can suggest the methodology for the irrigation and drainage networks system.

  • We propose a new category of neurofuzzy networks- Self-organizing Neural Networks(SONN) with fuzzy polynomial neurons(FPNs) and discuss a comprehensive design methodology supporting their development. Two kinds of SONN architectures, namely a basic SONN and a modified SONN architecture are dicussed. Each of them comes with two types such as the generic and the advanced type. SONN dwells on the ideas of fuzzy rule-based computing and neural networks. Simulation involves a series of synthetic as well as experimental data used across various neurofuzzy systems. A comparative analysis is included as well.

  • The neural network approach has been shown to be a general scheme for nonlinear dynamical system identification. Unfortunately the error surface of a Multilayer Neural Networks(MNN) that widely used is often highly complex. This is a disadvantage and potential traps may exist in the identification procedure. The objective of this paper is to identify a nonlinear dynamical systems based on Self-Organized Distributed Networks (SODN). The learning with the SODN is fast and precise. Such properties are caused from the local learning mechanism. Each local network learns only data in a subregion. This paper also discusses neural network as identifier of nonlinear dynamical systems. The structure of nonlinear system identification employs series-parallel model. The identification procedure is based on a discrete-time formulation. Through extensive simulation, SODN is shown to be effective for identification of nonlinear dynamical systems. • Neural network technique is widely employed in the fields of signal processing, control systems, pattern recognition, etc. Learning of neural networks is an important procedure to accomplish dynamic system modeling. This paper presents a novel learning approach for differential neural network models based on the Kalman-Bucy filter theory. We construct an augmented state vector including original neural state and parameter vectors and derive a state estimation rule avoiding gradient function terms which involve to the conventional neural learning methods such as a back-propagation approach. We carry out numerical simulation to evaluate the proposed learning approach in nonlinear system modeling. By comparing to the well-known back-propagation approach and Kalman-Bucy filtering, its superiority is additionally proved under stochastic system environments.

  • Feed-forward neural networks have been widely used as function approximation tools in the context of global approximate optimization. In the present study, a wavelet neural network (WNN) which is based on wavelet transform theory is suggested as an alternative to a traditional back-propagation neural network (BPN). The basic theory of wavelet neural network is briefly described, and approximation performance is tested using a nonlinear multimodal function and a composite rotor blade analysis problem. Laplacian of Gaussian function, Mexican function, and Morlet function are considered during the construction of WNN architectures. In addition, approximation results from WNN are compared with those from BPN.

  • In this paper, two parts of neural networks were proposed for determination of optimal EDM parameters. One is pattern recognition neural network that can be selecting expert neural network suitable to the EDM mode. The other is expert neural network that can be determining optimal EDM parameters such as pulse on time and pulse off time. Prior to determination of EDM parameters, Peak current, which is related to the EDM area closely, determined base on EDM area that is calculated from CAD data, firstly. Then, the other EDM parameters determined by the expert neural network that is selected to the EDM mode.
