  • The frequency range of a radio wave is from 3kHz to 300GHz, and radio technologies use this range to improve the quality of human lives. Radio technologies have entered a new phase of communication. The core infrastructure used as the basis for technologies leading the fourth industrial evolution, such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, autonomous cars/drones, augmented reality, robots, and remote medical diagnoses, is the 5G network. The 5G network enables transmitting and receiving large amounts of data at very high speed. In particular, application technologies with artificial intelligence have been studied, including radar, wireless charging, electromagnetic devices and their effects on humans, EMI/EMC, and microwave imaging. In this study, we present a future radio technology that is needed to prepare for the upcoming industrial revolution and digital transformation.

  • Computer virus modeling and simulation research has been conducted with focus on the network vulnerability analysis. However, computer virus generally shows the biological virus characters such as proliferation, reproduction and evolution. Therefore it is necessary to research the computer virus modeling and simulation using Artificial Life. The approach of computer modeling and simulation using the Artificial Life technology Provides the efficient analysis method for the effects on the network by computer virus and the behavioral mechanism of the computer virus. Hence this paper proposes the methodology of computer virus modeling and simulation using Artificial Life, which may be contribute the research on the computer virus vaccine.

  • This paper reviews evolution of the research networks on intense laser science under international and Asian frameworks during 2000 to 2008. The OECD Global Science Forum Steering Committee on Compact, High-Intensity Short-Pulse Lasers led to the establishment of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) Working Group: International Committee on Ultrahigh Intensity Lasers (ICUIL) and the Asian Intense Laser Network (AILN) in 2004. Through various activities under AILN such as the Asian Symposium on Intense Laser Science (ASILS), the Asian Summer School on Laser Plasma Acceleration and Radiation, and the High-Order Harmonics Workshops, closer relations are being formed among the scientists and also among the young generations working in intense laser science in the Asian regions.

  • Recently, health care facilities has been rapidly reformed. This reformatioin has been so per vasive that even the newest hospital is rapidly becoming obsolete. Since the health care field is continually evolving, architecture for health must be adapted to the new environments. Today, a society with the emphasis on the broader, interactive scope of grobal markets and grobal communications, pursues the health network as the next step in evolution of health care facilities. Therefore, architectural firms will be forced to develop new skills, services, emphases, and organizational structures in order to respond to the rapidly changing needs and demands. It is our hope to present the possibilities of this healthcare network of the future.

  • Since the number of mobile Internet users has been increasing rapidly around the world, the mobile business which is a variety of applications of mobile Internet has gained attention among the related industry and academics. However, most researchers mainly focus on the issues concerning the trend, forecast, technoloies, and demographic characteristics of mobile Internet services. Further, only mobile Internet users have participated in surveys, excluding network operators and contents providers. The purpose of this research is to project the evolution of mobile business and identify its critical success factors. The results of this research are from the analysis of data collected not only from mobile Internet users but also from network operators and contents providers.

  • This paper deals with an methodology for acquiring optimal order of rational function model in FDNE(frequency dependent network equivalents) with GA(genetic Algorithm). In order to analyze the modern power system with huge complexity, an practical and efficient equivalent model is needed which represents the system's characteristics of transient phenomenon. this paper shows developing a z domain rational function model which have the resultant coefficient from proposed GA simulation. To demonstrate this methodology, some simulations are performed with practical power system of NZ which applied with fault condition and nonlinear converter load.

  • In this work, the secrecy of a typical wireless cooperative dual-hop non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA)-enabled decode-and-forward (DF) relay network is investigated with the impact of collaborative and non-collaborative eavesdropping. The system model consists of a source that broadcasts the multiplexed signal to two NOMA users via a DF relay, and information security against the eavesdropper nodes is provided by a helpful jammer. The performance metric is secrecy rate and ergodic secrecy capacity is approximated analytically. In addition, a differential evolution algorithm-based power allocation scheme is proposed to find the optimal power allocation factors for relay, jammer, and NOMA users by employing different jamming schemes. Furthermore, the secrecy rate analysis is validated at the NOMA users by adopting different jamming schemes such as without jamming (WJ) or conventional relaying, jamming (J), and with control jamming (CJ). Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of CJ over the J and WJ schemes. Finally, the proposed power allocation outperforms the fixed power allocation under all conditions considered in this work.

  • Due to the recent increase in the mobile streaming market, mobile traffic is increasing exponentially. IMT-2020, named as the next generation mobile communication standard by ITU, is called the 5th generation mobile communication (5G), and is a technology that satisfies the data traffic capacity, low latency, high energy efficiency, and economic efficiency compared to the existing LTE (Long Term Evolution) system. 5G implements this technology by utilizing a high frequency band, but there is a problem of path loss due to the use of a high frequency band, which is greatly affected by system performance. In this paper, small cell technology was presented as a solution to the high frequency utilization of 5G mobile communication system, and furthermore, the system performance was improved by applying machine learning technology to macro communication and small cell communication method decision. It was found that the system performance was improved due to the technical application and the application of machine learning techniques.
