저 에너지 레이저 파장이 화상쥐 혈청면역물질 농도 변화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Low Power Wavelengths of Helium-Neon Infra- Red Laser on the Changes of the Serum Immunoglobulin Concentration in Burn Rats)

  • This studies were to investigate the effects of low power wavelengths Helium-Neon Infra-Red(He-Ne 1R) laser on the changes of the serum immunoblobulin(Ig) concentrations in bum rats, The thirty Spraque-Dawley adult male rats were assigned to the 5 groups: the experimental groups(3). the bum control group(1) and the control group(1). There was made three degree burn by the 290 mW IR on the back oreach rats, from 3 days after being burned. the experimental laser groups were irradiated low power wavelengths(292Hz- 1168Hz, 4672Hz) He-Ne IR laser far 5 minutes every day during the 7days. The results were as follows; 1. The concentrations of immunoglobulin G(Ig G) in serum of all experimental groups on the treated with the low power wavelengths of the He-Ne IR laser during the 5 minutes far 7 days were significantly lower than those of bum groups, but those 1168 Hz group were significantly higher than those of the 292 Hz and 4672 Hz groups. 2. There were significantly decreased the change of the level of immunoglobulin M(Ig M) in serum of all experimental groups on the treated with 5 minutes laser fer 7 days to the burn control group. and were significantly increased on treated with more higher wavelengths groups to those of lower groups. 3. The concentrations immunoglobulin E(Ig E) in serum of the 292Hz wavelengths groups were significantly lower than those in bum control group. As above results. the changes of the immunoglobulin in serum levels on the healing process have meaningful effected with the low power wavelengths role on the treated with He-Ne IR laser.

The thirty Spraque-Dawley adult male rats were assigned to the 5 groups: the experimental groups(3), the bum control group (1) and the control group(1). There was made three degree bum by the 250mW IR on the back of each rats. from 3 days after being burned. the experimental laser groups were irradiated low power wavelengths(292 Hz. 1168Hz, 4672Hz) He-He IR laser far 5 minutes every day during the 7 days. The results were as tallows: 1. There were significantly not changes of the levels of serum sodium between all experimental groups. 2. The concentration of potassium in serum on the treated with 292Hz wavelengths group during 5 minutes were significantly increased ,but with 1168Hz wavelenghths group were decreased to the those of burn group. 3. The concentrations of serum calcium in serum 1168Hz wavelengths laser group on the treated with 5 minutes laser were significantly higher to normal level than those of bum groups. As above results. the changes of the 2 essentials mineral(calcium and potassium) in serum levels on the healing process have meaningful effected with the low power wavelengths role on the treated with He-Ne IR laser.

생육속도가 빠른 분홍색 장미 신품종 "러빙유" (A New Rose Cultivar, "Loving You" with Pink Petals and Vigorous Growth Habit)

  • "러빙유" 품종은 경기도농업기술원에서 2007년도에 육성한 절화용 장미 신품종이다. 이 품종은 1999년도에 화색이 적색이며 향기가 있는 스탠다드 장미 "Neon"을 모본으로 하고 주황색과 살구색으로 복색이며 화형이 우수한 스탠다드 장미 "Hello"를 부본으로 1999년도에 교배하였다. 2000년에 실생을 양성하여 화색과 화형이 우수한 55계통을 예비선발 하였으며 2005~2007년에 1, 2, 3차 특성검정과 품평회 결과 절화특성이 우수한 KR99-06-06(Gyeonggi R1-12)계통을 최종 선발하였다. 화색은 분홍색이며 스탠다드 형태로 개화하고 화형은 반고심형이며 꽃잎수는 50.2매이고 향기 정도는 중간인편이다. 생육속도가 매우 빨라 개화소요일수는 46일로서 연간 8회 수확할 수 있다. 연간 절화수량은 108.5본/$m^2$이고 절화장은 76.8 cm이며 줄기직경은 6.9 mm이고 엽수는 10.4매이며 절화중은 51.3 g이고 절화수명은 11.0일이다.

적색 장미 신품종 '레드플래시' 육성 (A New Rose Cultivar, 'Red Flash' with Red Color)

  • '레드플래시' 품종은 경기도농업기술원에서 2005년도에 육성한 절화용 장미 신품종이다. 이 품종은 2000년도에 화색이 적색이며 화형이 우수한 스탠다드 장미 'Red Sandra' 품종을 모본으로 하고 향기가 있는 다홍색 스탠다드 장미 'Neon' 품종을 부본으로 하여 교배를 하였다. 2001년에 실생을 양성하여 화색과 화형이 우수한 90계통을 예비선발 하였으며 2002~2004년에 1, 2, 3차 특성검정과 품평회 결과 절화특성이 우수한 KR00-54-83(Gyeonggi R1-7)계통을 최종 선발하였다. 화색은 적색이며 스탠다드 형태로 개화하고 화형은 반고심형이며 꽃잎수는 35.7매이고 향기 정도는 매우 약한 편이다. 년간 절화수량은 123본/$m^2$이고 절화장은 65.2cm이며 줄기직경은 6.6mm이고 엽수는 11매이며 절화중은 27.3g이고 절화수명은 7.6일이다.

메타버스에서의 미래주의 패션 조형성 - DRESSX 가상패션 플랫폼을 중심으로 - (Formative Characteristics of Futurism Fashion in Metaverse - Focusing on DRESSX the virtual fashion platform -)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the formative characteristics of futuristic virtual fashion revealed in virtual fashion platforms targeting the human body. First, the current status of fashion in the metaverse and futurist fashion were reviewed and summarized by referring to prior research. Next, among the items posted on DRESSX, "futurism" was searched and those resturning a positive result were collected as research subjects. The characteristics were organized into design elements: colors, shapes, materials, and patterns. Futuristic aesthetic characteristics were derived from the characteristics of each design element. As a result, color showed the characteristics of achromatic, vivid and neon colors, multi-color and gradation, multi-color due to reflected light, and color conversion. As for the form, a body-concious look or exaggerated silhouettes, spatial expressions in geometric structures, forms imitating living things, and fluid silhouettes using clouds were prominent. Materials showed the digitization of universal clothing materials, application of industrial materials, use of metal materials, and unrealistic materials. In the patterns, geometric abstract patterns, patterns that reveal the digital world view, and moving fluid patterns appeared. The aesthetic characteristics of futurism in virtual fashion were revealed in four categories: visual dynamics, high-tech sensibility, variability, kineticisim. Visual dynamics were revealed in geometric forms, and intense neon colors. High-tech sensibility was prominent in the use of metal and industrial materials, light emission, and patterns of the digital world view. The expression of multiple colors by reflected light and the change showed the variability of futurism. The use of unrealistic materials, such as clouds and fire and fluid silhouettes expressed kineticisim. The infinite expressiveness of virtual fashion made it possible to actively express the aesthetic characteristics of futurism.

  • High-order harmonics from gaseous atoms driven by an intense femtosecond laser pulse can form an attosecond pulse train. By selecting suitable harmonic generation conditions, the harmonic spectrum can be broad enough to form sub-hundred attoseconds. One serious limitation, however, comes from the inherent attosecond chirp originating from the harmonic generation process. We have proposed to compensate for the positive attosecond chirp by making use of negative group delay dispersion of a metallic x-ray filter or a gaseous medium. We generated 240-as pulses from neon and compressed them to 60 as after propagating through argon, close to the transform-limited duration of 47 as.

  • 네온용 전자식 안정기(EBN)의 출력선간 전자파방해(EMI)로 인한 네온관간의 신호상쇠 현상을 방지하는 회로를 설계하였다. 특히 네온관이 가까이 위치할 때 전자파유도로 인하여 네온발광이 상쇄되는 원인을 방지함으로써 EBN의 성능이 개선되는 결과를 얻었다. 또한 유도전자파를 방지함으로써 인체에 유해한 전자파를 차단하는 효과도 얻었다.

  • With Increasing awareness towards environment-friendly and non-toxic pesticide azadirachtin obtained from neon tree (Azadirachta indica) is gaining more and more importance. Its broad-spectrum activity, Peculiar mode of action. eco-friendly and non-toxic action towards beneficial organisms has offered many advantages over chemical pesticides. All currently use commercial formulations based on azadirachtin contains azadirachtin extracted from seeds of naturally grown whole plants which is labour intensive process depending upon many uncontrollable geographical and climatic factors. Plant tissue culture can be a potential process for the pro-duction, offering consistent, stable and controlled supply of this bioactive compound, However the research on tissue culture aspects of production are in preliminary stage and requires culture and process optimization for the development of a commercially viable process. This review states the present status and future challenges of plant tissue culture for azadirachtin production.

  • In this paper, we analyze on the discharge characteristics through 1-D simulations in an at plasma display panel discharge cell. The model is based on a Poisson' equation, continuity and drift-diffusion equation. Results are presented in a 95% neon, 5% xenon gas mixture, for a gap length of 100us and a gas pressure of 400Torr at ambient temperature. Results for other gap length are also discussed. As a result, an increase of the gap cause increase of luminous efficiency but with larger sustaining voltage.

  • The electron transport coefficients, the electron drift velocity W, the longitudinal diffusion coefficient $ND_L$ and $D_L/\mu$, in pure Ne were calculated over the wide E/N range from 0.01 to 800 Td at 1 Torr by two-term approximation of the Boltzmann equation for determination of electron collision cross sections set and for quantitative characteristic analysis of Ne molecular gas.
