This plan is for a different type of welfare facilities devised by analyzing problems with existing welfare centers and focusing on connection with residents and link between culture and welfare and among generations. In terms of re-development plan of Youngsun-2-dong, Youngdo-gu, Busan and the neighborhood under this plan, Youngsun-dong, Youngdo-gu is one of the densely populated districts of the aged, with lower growth rate and poor housing and welfare facilities. However, the district has a blessed natural environment and historical site of cultural relics of the Neolithic Age as well as growth potential as a logistics center with broader network of roads linking with Bukhang Bridge when Namhang Bridge construction is complete, showing the aspiration for change toward hi-tech maritime city in the 21st century of Youngdo-gu. This plan is expected to promote unity between the old and children, protection from social marginalization, and re-socialization education and set the stage for participation and solidarity of residents in the community.

Brownfield redevelopment is relatively a new area of interest for federal and local government in the U.S. In the past years, there are continuing interests by urban planners, policy makers and scholars in the effects of neighborhood amenities on brownfield. This paper intends to introduce brownfield redevelopment efforts and assess the approaches to implement such efforts by reviewing current federal legislation in the U.S. for brownfield, especially in the case of the Seattle Region. This paper provides an understanding of the brownfield phenomenon, statutory dilemmas, barriers and strategies of brownfield redevelopment. This paper also addresses the need of more policy adoption and implementation for successful brownfield redevelopment.

본 논문에서는 전기자동차의 동력용 모터로 적합한 고효율 고출력 특성의 IPMSM을 적용하여 고 정밀 위치센서에 의한 벡터제어 알고리즘 및 인버터 제어기를 개발하였다. 개발된 제어기의 알고리즘 검증을 위해 PSIM을 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였고, 다이나모 부하시험을 통하여 제어기의 안정된 운전특성을 가짐을 확인하였다.

The snow brings affluence if it is dealt with appropriately. but causes huge damages if it is dealt with improperly when it snows heavily. Following with the development of road transportation, tile snow causes damages by becoming a serious obstacle for traffic, increasing traffic accidents, causing damages to the road, and requiring a lot of snow removal expense. As farming in the winter becomes flourishing, damages to agricultural facilities and farm produces caused by the snow become bigger and bigger. Now in our country, heavy snow or heavy rain is likely to fall at anywhere and at any time without restricted to a particular area. Safety first is one way of practicing human respect. Disasters will disappear from our neighborhood if we adopt prevention measures and follow them thoroughly. And also this is the shortcut to achieve a welfare society.

In this paper, the development of the prototype electric vehicle for golf car is described. A brushless dc (BLDC) motor is applied as a prime mover. The BLDC motor is coupled directly to the reduction and differential gear system. The output power of the motor is decided to 2.2Kw at 3000 rpm, which is a general value of the golf car on the market today. The motor is driven by the microprocessor-based 3-phase PWM inverter system. We introduce the performance and functions of the BLDC motor and it's control system.

The existing urban open space system of the German cities has an exellent frame, which is a result of the long history of its developing. The beginning time of that goes back to the end of the 18th century, as pri-vate gardens of feudal lords and the nobility became more and more public and public open space plannedwas appearing. Through the change from the feudal age to the civil society, the people's values on the urbanopenspace were growing. so that it had more social meanings. Since the Industrial Revolution in the secondhalf of the 19th century the environment of cities was getting miserable, what was the important cause ofthe birth of ideas and concepts of the urban open space type and its system.The fo1lowing concepts are they. which have influenced modern open space concepts of the cities InGermany decisively :'Garden Cities'.'Neighborhood'. 'The Model of Mohring, Eberstadt and Petersen','The Model of Langen'. "The Classified City','The Classified and Loosened City'etc.

We propose an Tabu search changing neighborhood solution's range to be searched each iteration according to an objective function. It is applied for designing the scaling factors of Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) using the proposed Tabu search. We apply it to the speed control of AC Servomotor to evaluate the usefulness of the proposed method. As a result of the computer simulation, the FLC shows the better performance than PI controller in terms of overshoot and settling time.

In long vertical duct, the aspect of second flame in laminar flame propagating through lycopodium-air mixtures and the behavior of dust particles in neighborhood in front of flame have been examined experimentally. In order to trace the development of second flame to its origin, the velocity and vorticity distribution of dust particles in front of flame were measured by using with the real-time PIV system. The velocity of particles was approximately zero at the central part of flame front and the ahead of the flame leading edge, but maximum near the duct wall. The flame velocity of second flame and the movement of leading flame edge depend mainly on behavior of dust particles by the flow distribution of temperature and pressure.

In this paper, we address the problem of controlling an end-effector to track and grab a moving target using the visual servoing technique. A visual servo mechanism based on the image-based servoing principle, is proposed by using visual feedback to control an end-effector without calibrated robot and camera models. Firstly, we consider the control problem as a nonlinear least squares optimization and update the joint angles through the Taylor Series Expansion. And to track a moving target in real time, the Jacobian estimation scheme(Dynamic Broyden's Method) is used to estimate the combined robot and image Jacobian. Using this algorithm, we can drive the objective function value to a neighborhood of zero. To show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, simulation results for a six degree of freedom robot are presented.

The incidents related to transporting hazardous materials may cause serious impacts on neighborhood and surrounding areas. It is essential to have a real-time safe management system for incidents prevention of transporting hazardous materials. Currently, the system is not integrated into one channel, which makes it difficult to control an incidents response. Another problem is that event status is not appropriately shared among authorities having responsibilities taking down the incidents. This paper investigates previous studies covering the real-time safety management system for hazard material transports and suggests an integrated management system that helps communicate effectively and promptly.
