항공사 객실 승무원의 소진과 고객지향성의 관계에서 인구통계학적 특징이 미치는 역할 (Role of the Demographic Characteristics on the Relationship Between Customer Orientation and Flight Attendants)

  • 이 연구는 항공사 객실승무원의 소진이 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 차이에 대하여 연구하였다. 구체적으로 소진이 결혼 여부, 나이, 직위, 근무시간, 월 비행시간에 따라 고객지향성에 끼치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 나이, 직위, 근무시간 등에서 차이가 나타났다. 첫째, 나이 30세 이상은 비인격화, 30세 미만은 감정적 고갈이 고객 지향성에 부정적 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직급에 관계없이 비인격화는 고객지향성에 부정적 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, 감정적 고갈은 승무원에게만 고객지향성에 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 근무시간은 8년 이상에서는 비인격화, 8년 미만에서는 비인격화와 감정적 고갈이 고객지향성에 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

대학생의 학습전략과 부정적 정서, 학업적·사회적 적응이 성적에 미치는 영향: 성별의 조절효과 (Effects of Learning Strategies, Negative Affect, and Academic·Social Adaptation on Academic Achievement: Moderating Effects of Gender)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 학습전략과 부정적 정서, 대학생활적응이 성적에 미치는 영향에 있어서 성별의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울시에 소재한 1개 대학교의 신입생 654명을 대상으로 2월에 학습전략과 부정적 정서를 조사하였으며, 3개월 후 학기 말에 학업적 사회적 적응과 성적을 측정하여 분석하였다. 성별에 따른 조절효과는 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였으며, 상호작용 효과의 사후분석으로 단순기울기 검증을 수행한 후 도식으로 제시하였다. 분석결과 학습전략과 학업적 적응은 성별에 관계없이 모두 성적에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 부정적 정서가 성적에 미치는 영향은 여자에게서만 유의하였고, 사회적 적응이 성적에 미치는 영향은 남자에게서 유의하게 나타나 성별의 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학에서의 학업적 성취에 학습전략과 정서 및 적응에 대한 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

대학생의 라이프스타일 유형과 자녀관에 관한 연구 -경상남도 지역을 중심으로- (A Study on the Lifestyles of University Students and their Perception of Childbirth with a Focus on the Gyeongsangnam-do Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of lifestyle on the perceived value of children in university students. Questionnaires were distributed to 467 university students with questions covering topics including general personal information and characteristics, lifestyle type, and value of children. First, a cluster analysis based on lifestyle showed that the subjects could be categorized into three groups: negative-leisure types, active-achievement types, and affirmative-fidelity types. The negative-leisure type was highly leisure-oriented and showed a negative self-value; the active-achievement type showed a perspective that valued personal and occupational self-development and a high level of labor-oriented value; and the affirmative-fidelity type favored materialism, seeking occupational aptitude and worth and showing a positive self-value. Second, an investigation of the impact of these three lifestyle types on the students' value of children revealed that the active-achievement type group had high level of belief in the necessity of childbirth, the affirmative-fidelity type group highly valued fulfilling an active parent role, and the active-achievement type group were inclined to delay childbirth. Further, the negative-leisure type group wanted the lowest number of children, while the affirmative-fidelity type group wanted the highest number of children. This study reveals that university students' lifestyle does have an effect on their value of children. It is therefore proposed that a value-focused population education for increasing fertility should relate not only to individuals' value of children but also to their broader lifestyle.

영업사원의 직무성과, 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증적 연구 - 직무교육과 전환손실의 조절역할을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study of the Causal Relationship between Job Performance, Job Stress, and Turnover Intention of Salesperson)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 영업사원의 이직을 조장/억제하는데 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 생명보험회사에 종사하고 있는 영업사원을 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 영업사원의 직무성과, 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 구체적으로 직무성과와 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 직무갈등의 매개적 효과와 직무교육 및 전환손실의 조절적 역할에 대해 검증하는데 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 실증분석 결과 직무성과가 높을수록 직무갈등이 감소하고, 직무스트레스가 증가할수록 직무갈등도 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무갈등을 통해 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무교육과 전환손실의 조절적 역할을 분석한 결과 직무 교육을 많이 받은 영업사원이 적게 받은 영업사원에 비해 직무성과가 직무갈등에 미치는 부(-)적 효과가 더 강한 것으로 나타났지만, 직무스트레스가 직무갈등에 미치는 효과에 대해서는 직무교육이 조정적 역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직무갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 전환손실이 조절적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 인간의 건강에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 음이온을 평가인자로 설정하고, 서울시 서초구 양재 시민의 숲을 대상으로 대기 중 음이온 농도 분포차이에 미치는 인접도로의 영향을 분석하였다. 대기 중 음이온, 양이온 농도와 대기온도, 상대습도, 풍속의 기상요소, 녹지용적계수(GVZ), 고속도로 및 일반도로로부터의 거리를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 고속도로 및 일반도로와 인접한 도로의 영향권에서는 평균 대기 중 음이온 농도가 $206ea/cm^3$, 대기 중 양이온 농도가 $416ea/cm^3$ 이었으며, 공원 내부지역인 도로의 비영향권에서는 평균 대기 중 음이온이 $339ea/cm^3$, 대기 중 양이온이 $229ea/cm^3$로 도로의 영향권 여부에 따른 대기 중 음이온 농도 차이가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 영향요인들과의 상관분석을 종합하여 음이온 농도모델을 제시하였으며 도로의 영향 요소를 추가함으로써 모델의 설명력이 높아진 것으로 나타났다.

핀테크 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Factors Influencing on the Intention to Use Fintech)

  • Purpose Fintech has been recently drawing extensive attention all over the world as the innovative trend that will change the future of the global financial industry. However, fintech has been mostly focusing on the payment service in the embryonic stage in Korea. This paper will investigate the approach to increase the intention to use for those who do not use fintech at present. Design/methodology/approach This paper empirically analyzes the impact of innovation of users and the perceived ease-of-use and security on the intention to use through the perceived usefulness and confidence. The 255 survey responses were used to verify research hypotheses through covariate structural equation model. Findings According to the analysis results, it was found that innovation had a significant impact on the perceived usefulness, but had no significant impact on confidence. The perceived usefulness had a significant impact on perceived usefulness and confidence. Moreover, the perceived usefulness and confidence had a significant impact on the intention to use. Meanwhile, it was identified that the security perceived by those who do not use fintech had a negative impact on perceived usefulness, confidence, and intention to use related to fintech. Accordingly, fintech service providers need to determine an approach to help customers to have a positive perception on the security of fintech.

A Study on Impact of Game Addiction on the School Adjustment

  • The aim of this study is to identify whether the game addiction has an impact on their school adjustment and to verify the direct effects and moderating effects of parent-child Communication. The survey was conducted to the children who were 5th and 6th graders in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The responses from 304 subjects were analyzed. The analytic results are as the following. When verifying the impact of game addiction on their school adjustment, The game addiction was found as the key variable that has a negative impact on children's school adjustment. The results indicated that children with higher levels of game addiction more likely to have lower levels of school adjustment. The impact of parent-child Communication on their school adjustment was analyzed. The analytic results suggest that parent-child Communication has a impact on their school adjustment. In other words, higher parent-child Communication means higher school adjustment. The moderating effect of parent-child Communication was analyzed. The parent-child Communication check the moderating effect of do game addiction on their school adjustment. The Implications of these findings were discussed.

기업의 동반성장 노력이 재무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Win-Win Growth Effort of Large Firms on Their Financial Performance)

  • In this study, we empirically examine the impact of win-win growth effort of domestic large firms on their financial performance. Specifically, we classify the financial performance into three aspects such as profitability, stability and efficiency, select corresponding financial ratios to each aspect, and analyze the causal relationship between the firms' win-win growth effort and each of the financial ratios. In addition, we figure out the impact of the firms' win-win growth effort on their stock rate of return. From the analysis, we show that the win-win growth effort has a positive impact on the firms' profitability, stability and stock prices; however, it does not give statistically significant impact on the firms' efficiency with even negative impact on it. These results imply that the firms' win-win growth effort could bring about inefficiency in their business operations, but the effort could increase the firms' profitability and make their financial structure more stable. Furthermore, the effort could enhance the firms' image of leading CSR (corporate social responsibility), which in turn increase their stock values.

전자신분증에 대한 수용의도에 관한 연구: 향상초점, 예방초점과 성별의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A study on Acceptance Intention and Use of Electronic ID: Focusing on Moderating Effects of Promotion Focus, Prevention Focus and Gender)

  • Purpose This study aims to investigate which factors have impact on the acceptance intention of new electronic ID. For the empirical analysis, this study utilized PLS-SEM after collecting 385 survey data, and analyzed relations between each factors. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors deducted from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology with the factors deducted from the Risk Factors. Findings The results are as follow; First, of the UTAUT factors, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence and has positive impact on Acceptance Intention, but Facilitating Conditions doesn't have meaningful impact on Acceptance Intention. Second, of the Risk factors, Innovation Resistance has negative impact on Acceptance Intention, but Perceived Risk dose not have meaningful impact on Acceptance Intention. Finally, regulatory effect of the Promotion Focus, Prevention Focus and Gender has regulatory impact to Acceptance intention. It is expected that the implications of this study enables government effectively to offer new electronic ID.

Liquidity and Solvency Management and its Impact on Financial Performance: Empirical Evidence from Jordan

  • The study aims to examine the impact of liquidity and solvency management on the financial performance of Jordanian manufacturing companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, for a period of 10 years from 2010 to 2019. The size of the company was used as a control variable. The study employs Return on Assets (ROA) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) to measure financial performance. Current ratio (CR) and total debts to total assets were used as proxies for liquidity and solvency management, while logarithm of total assets was used to measure the size. Correlation and multi regression analyses have been applied to analyze the data. The results show a statistically significant impact of independent and control variables (liquidity and solvency management and the size of the company) on financial performance, while the detailed results of the hypotheses indicate that liquidity has an insignificant reverse impact on financial performance. With respect to other variables, there is a significant positive impact of size on performance and a significant negative impact of solvency on performance. The study suggests in light of results, increasing investments in companies' assets by focusing on internal financing, such that large-sized companies with low leverage will have a good performance.
