Technical development in car has utilized electronic controls (ECU, Electronic Control Unit) recently if was achieved machine such as engine performance in priority and electronic side technical development that improve safety, convenience, expense etc. is proceeded vigorously. Also, preference of consumers for car is various model's number according to change at the fast speed and complexity of software required from vanguard service development was increased greatly. Software development expense dominated considerable weight in car manufacture expense by such change and automakers established OSEK/VDX that is standard of automobile embeded system to reuse application software by module to respond this and transplant easily to other control device. Do when search about all item that is necessary in real-time OS structure that examines OSEK/VDX standard that is presented as the alternative to respond environment that change rapidly that refer in dignified mien after it is original, and uses actuality OSEK/VDX.

This study aims at providing necessary informations for management decision-making to the hospital manager, such as ratios of fixed and variable cost to total operating expense, and variable cost ratio to operating revenues, and determinant factors affecting cost behavior. A study model and related hypotheses were established, data were collected from 41 private university hospitals for the 6years from 1998 to 2003, and regression analyses were performed to test the hypotheses. The results of the analyses and conclusions are as follows; First, labor cost and administration cost within the same number of beds have not only fixed quality of the cost, but variable quality of that. Also, the ratio of the variable costs to operating revenue of the metropolitan was estimated 76.9% and that of other area hospitals was 80.1%. Second, the major factors affecting the increase rate of the operating expense were the increase rates of the number of inpatients, the number of employee, and the number of hospital operating bed. This result implies that maintaining a optimal hospital bed size and efficient operation of the beds are important strategic factors of hospital management.

Purpose. For more effective hospital management, it analyzes the trend through general characteristics, balance sheet, income statement, and financial ratio analysis, grasps the causes of the problems, and analyzes management of the hospital in order to use the result as baseline data for development of the hospital in the future. Methods. The collected data of 3 years from 2011 to 2013 about 3 tertiary hospitals in metropolitan cities from Alio (provider of public institution information; www.alio.go.kr), Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (www.hira.or.kr), and the website of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (www.mw.go.kr) were analyzed and general characteristics, balance sheet, income statement, and financial ratio, analysis are used as data. Results & Conclusions. From the result of data analysis from 2011 to 2013, general characteristics, balance sheet, income statement, financial ratio analysis, and pie charts could lead to conclusions as follows. In the result of comprehensive analysis, the 3 tertiary hospitals showed increase of fixed expense due to extension of the buildings and so did the scale of fund and asset. Although medical revenue increased, the margin of increase for medical expense was greater than that of medical revenue, which consequently led to loss. In prediction for the 3 tertiary hospitals based on characteristics so far, it is expected to see improved revenue structure after building extension is completed, but it is necessary to exert management effort to maintain its optimal level by enhancement in stability of management and inventory turnover through management of inventories.

Objectives This study aimed to investigate the status of Chuna manual therapy(CMT) usage before and after COVID-19 social distancing measures. Methods This study utilized Health Insurance data from April 2019 to May 2023. Quarterly data were collected for Simple Chuna (code 40710), Complex Chuna (code 40720;50% patient expense), Complex Chuna (code 40721;80% patient expense), and Special Chuna (code 40730). Results During the period covered by health insurance, the number of CMT patients was 8,315,838, with 19,332,786 instances of CMT, and a total cost of 544,651,407 won. Due to COVID-19, the application of CMT decreased in the first quarter of 2020, but recovered from 2021, showing an increase in usage by the first quarter of 2023. The decline in the use of all medical institutions in the fourth quarter is believed to be due to restrictions on health insurance coverage for CMT. Conclusions Further research on CMT health insurance is necessary. This research should inform discussions on policies aimed at expanding health insurance coverage for CMT.

When it calculates the optimum price of filter coefficient, the many operation quantity is necessary. Is like that the real-time control is difficult and the hardware embodiment expense is big. The case which does not know advance information of input signal or the case where the statistical nature changes with change of surroundings environment is necessary the adaptive filter. Every hour to change a coefficient automatically and system in order to reach to the condition of optimum oneself, the fact that is the adaptive filter. When it does not the quality of input signal or it does not know the environment of surroundings every hour changing, it does not emit not to be, in order to collect, the fact that is the adaptive filter. The case of the Acoustic Echo Canceler does thousands filter coefficients in necessity. It reduces a many calculation quantity to respect, it uses the IIR filter from hour territory. Also it uses the block adaptive filter which has a block input signal and a block output signal. The former there is a weak point where the stability discrimination is always demanded. Consequently, The block adaptive filter is researched plentifully. This dissertation planned the block MADF adaptive filter used to MADf algorithm.

The mining of imitated manganese noodles in 1000 m of seawater is planned for 2012. Thus, it is necessary to prepare the lifting pipes to be used for the test. Because of storage and expense constraints, flexible and economic HDPE pipe is being considered, making it necessary to test the structural safety. Material, pressure-chamber tests and finite element analysis of HDPE pipe for the 1000-m depth were performed. The tangential stiffness of HDPE was obtained through tension and three-point bending material tests and used for a structural analysis. FEA results show that the current sample pipe segment is safe for 1000 m of water pressure, and the stress result is also within the safe value. From the current results, the HDPE pipe seems to be acceptable only for the currently suggested constraints. However, more numerical and pressure tests need to be considered by applying additional physical conditions such as gravitational and hydrodynamic loads, external and internal fluid pressure, axial force induced ship motion, and heavy pump pressure to determine future usage.

Even though it is impossible to eliminate construction pollution fully, it is necessary to make efforts to reduce construction pollution to a minimum. The first step solving these matters is that the necessary sum of expense must be secured as the environmental budgeting method regarding Environmental management costs. To provide an efficient budgeting method, a interview with the person in charge of environment management was conducted. and the environmental management costs were analyzed through the historical data.

The gas-gun test is a experimental approach employed to validate the operational or structural stability when subjected to the impact energy encountered during launch or target collision. Predicting the outcomes of the gas-gun test has traditionally relied on empirical knowledge, due to numerous factors such as the bird assembly's shape, weight, material, and flight velocity. However, due to the nonlinearity and complex interactions between these variables, numerous tests are necessary to identify the necessary requirements, resulting in significant expense and time consumption during the process. The objective of this study is to forecast the variations in impact energy in future tests by developing a numerical model and analysis that aligns with the test outcomes, utilizing the ABAQUS Explicit. The outcome of the numerical analysis produced a framework that anticipates the peak g and the duration of the actual gas-sun test results, throughout post-processing techniques using FFT and LPF filters.

With the goal of enforcing a municipal police system in a national scale starting from 2021, the proposal for introducing municipal police system is promoted and the private security is spotlighted as the measure for supplementing the issues for municipal police system. To solve this issue, the method of promoting and actively utilizing the private security which served as an assistant for security service into the cooperator for security service is suggested as a practical method. To analyze how police's favorable attitude toward introduction of municipal police system influence on the favorable trust toward private security system, this study conducted a survey on front line police officers and analyzed the collected data through statistical technique. As a result, the police officers favorable to introduction of municipal police system also showed positive attitude toward private security and machine security. However, the survey didn't provide significant result on labor expense. In order for the private security service to be accepted as the cooperator for security service, it is necessary to solve the labor expense issue and strengthen trust on machine security.
