건설현장의 아차사고 연결가능성에 대한 패턴분석 (A Pattern Analysis on the Possibility of Near Miss Connection in Construction Sites)

  • 연구목적: 아차사고의 분석을 통하여 재해를 예측하여 사고를 예방하는 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구에 서는 건설 현장의 아차사고 문헌조사 및 데이터를 수집하고, 설문조사를 실시하여 아차사고 연결 가능성 분류를 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석 및 의사결정나무 분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과: 아차사고 types이 정신적, 신체적, 안전습관 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 신체에 영향력이 높은 요인은 아차사고 관리의 필요성, 직종은 전기·정보통신, 건강 상태 순으로, 정신적 요인에서 공사 규모가 영향력이 높았으며, 경험 공종, 중상자 수, 직종 순으로 습관 행동 요인에 영향력이 높은 요인은 착각, 부적절한 작업지시, 신체 부위 순으로 분석되었다. 의사결정나무 분석을 통해 아차사고가 놀랄 정도의 사고로 연결가능성에 영향을 미치는 요인과 패턴을 확인하였다. 결론: 건설현장관계자는 아차사고 관찰을 고려하여 정신적. 신체적 측면의 아차사고와의 연관성에 대한 구체적 관리가 실행되어야 하며, 부적절한 작업지시가 아차사고로 연결되지 않도록 인원 배치, 작업계획, 작업절차 및 방법, 피드백을 통해 중대재해가 저감하는 작업환경을 기대한다.

근접장 이론을 이용한 고밀도 저장 장치용 렌즈의 이론적 설계와 수치적 설계 (Theoretical and Numerical Lens Design Using Near Field Theory for High Density Storage Device)

  • In optical storage device system, there are several research topics to increase its recording density. The main idea is reducing wave length of laser diode and magnifying the number of numerical aperture (NA). In conventional optical system NA cannot be over the unity in the air because of its diffraction limit. But it is possible to overcome its limitation of unity in near field using Solid Immersion Lens. In this work, the mathematical Solid Immersion Lens (SIL) design process was illustrated by using near field theory. Also, numerical SIL design parameters were calculated by means of CODE V. Through the work, we propose the new type of SIL for high density optical recording systems.

  • It has been issued that the necessity of Live line work for 765kV vertical double circuit six bundle conductors transmission line when the characteristics of transmission line, the composition of T/L and near the T/L circumstances etc. Others are considered. The Barehand method of UHV T/L is extremely dangerous work and especially it is directly related with lineman life so it is very dangerous. It should be performed several technology developments for live-line work on the UHV T/L, that should be considered such as the electrical influence on workers near the T/L, development of live-line facilities, guarantee of safety, the technical rules of live-line work, the safe method of live-line work and etc. In order to maintain the 765kV transmission lines safely by barehand work, first of all, we should know the analysis of electrical safety level test in live-line work at 765kV vertical double circuit six bundle conductors on the suspension string tower type.

과거 근업과 근시 정도와의 관련성에 관한 세대별 비교 연구 (A study on relationship between myopia and near work in generational comparison)

  • 근시와 관련하여 근업의 영향을 평가하고, 이러한 근업의 행태가 세대변화에 따라 어떻게 다른지를 규명하고자 한다. 연구는 청주와 대전에 거주하는 성인 남녀 201명을 대상으로 하였다. (-)2.50D를 기준으로 연구대상을 근시군과 대조군으로 나누었다. 굴절이상과 관련한 안과검사와 근업과 관련한 설문조사 결과를 이용하여 근시정도와 근업과의 상관성을 규명하였고, 각 그룹을 20대와 30대로 구분하여 다시 비교하였다. 설문조사 결과 연구대상 전체에서는 고등학교 시기 학교머무름시간과 야외활동시간 그리고 중,고등학교시기 운동여부에 따른 굴절이상도, 고등학교 계열에 따른 굴절이상도, 학교 머무름시간, 야외활동시간 항목에서 모두 근시군과 대조군 사이에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 같은 항목에 대해 연구대상을 20대와 30대로 나누어서 비교했을 때는 운동여부와 양 군 간의 추세 및 운동여부에 따른 굴절이상도에서 세대에 따라 서로 다른 결과가 나타났다. 근업의 정도는 근시에 영향을 미치는 환경적 위험요인의 하나로 근시 진행과 관련하여 고려해야할 중요한 항목이지만, 근시 예방과 관련하여 근업의 구체적인 행동양식들을 언급할 때는 해당 세대의 문화와 시환경을 고려하여야 한다.

간호사의 투약 근접오류경험의 영향 요인과 결과 (Influencing Factors and Consequences of Near Miss Experience in Nurses' Medication Error)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to predict the influencing factors and the consequences of near miss in nurses' medication error based upon Salazar & Primomo's ecological system theory. Methods: A convenience sample of 198 nurses was recruited for the cross-sectional survey design. Data were collected from July to September 2016. Using the collected data, the developed model was verified by structural equation modeling analysis using SPSS and AMOS program. Results: For the fitness of the hypothetical model, the results showed that $x^2$ ($x^2=258.50$, p<.001) was not fit, but standardized $x^2$ ($x^2/df=2.35$) was a good fit for this model. Additionally, absolute fit index RMR=.06, RMSEA=.08, GFI=.86, AGFI=.81 reached the recommended level, but the Incremental fit index TLI=.82, CFI=.85 was not enough to reach to the recommended level. With the path diagram of the hypothetical model, caution (${\beta}=-.29$ p<.001), patient safety culture (${\beta}=-.20$, p=.041), and work load (${\beta}=.18$, p=.037) had a significant effect on the near miss experiences in nurses' medication error, while fatigue (${\beta}=-.06$, p=.575) did not affect it. Moreover, the near miss experience had a significant effect on work productivity (${\beta}=-.25$, p=.001). Conclusion: These results have shown that to decrease the near miss experience by nurses and increase their work productivity in hospital environments would require both personal and organizational effort.

  • In the present paper, we expand the domain of work on the concept of semiderivations in 3-prime near-rings through the study of structure and commutativity of near-rings admitting semiderivations satisfying certain differential identities. Moreover, several examples have been provided at places which show that the assumptions in the hypotheses of various theorems are not altogether superfluous.

  • The primary purpose of dredging work is to maintain navigational readiness and to increase environmental amenity, so that the dredging project which is composed of excavating, removing, transporting, storing and disposing dredged material must be carefully managed to insure that dredging works are completed in a cost-effective and environmentally safe manner. The most important point in dumping operations is an estimating and reducing the impacts of discharges at the dumping area. One of the most effective method for the reduction of ecological impacts at dumping area is using the schematic process composed of the sophisticated plan, precise work and predicting/reducing the impacts based on the numerical model and field observation. In this study, the numerical model is used to predict the near-field spatial fate and begavior of effluent discharged from Confined Dumping Facility(CDF) located near coastal area. To to this purpose, reappearing of tidal current was preceded. The model is then applied to Mokpo harbor, where capital dredging and maintenance dredging are conducted simultaneously and the CDF is under construction;. In the series of model case study, we found that the near-field behavior of effluent discharged from CDF was governed by the receiving water condition, outfall geometry, characteristics of efflent and CDF operating conditions.

개국약사의 적정조제건수 산출 (Estimation of the Number of Optimal Dispensing Cases for the Community Pharmacist)

  • Separation of prescribing and dispensing practice in Korea has changed the service pattern of the pharmacy. The prescription dispensing activities, however, are concentrated excessively on the pharmacies near hospitals or clinics. Thus this study was conducted to estimate the number of optimal dispensing cases for the community pharmacy. Forty-six pharmacies were selected using systematic stratified random sampling method, and ninety-five pharmacists were interviewed on their workload of dispensing and other activities at pharmacies. One hundred and seventy prescriptions were chosen based on the length of drug administration and drug dosage form, and the dispensing time was measured by time-watch method. Also pharmacy benefit claims data were analyzed to identify the characteristics of the pharmacies which performed more than optimal dispensing cases. According to the study results, the average work time per pharmacist per day was found to be 10hours 32minutes and the dispensing activities occupied 7hours 36minutes. It took 5.72minutes on average for each dispensing case. The optimal dispensing case was estimated as 75 cases under the condition of 10hours 32minutes work time and 6% allowance rate. Even though the pharmacies near hospitals or clinics participated dispensing services actively, only pharmacies near clinics dealt with more than optimal dispensing cases. For the pharmacies near hospitals they dealt with less than optimal cases, but drug administration period per prescription was almost 3 times longer than that of pharmacies near clinics. Thus the intensity of dispensing activities such as drug administration period is to be considered to estimate optimal dispensing cases more accurately.

근업시간과 눈 피로도와의 관련성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relationship between Near Work and Eye Fatigue)

  • 본 연구는 젊은 성인에서 근업시간에 따른 눈 피로도의 정도를 파악하고, 시각적 불편함의 종류를 분석하였다. 평균 연령 25.37세의 347명(남 142명, 여 205명)을 대상으로 눈 피로도와 관련 요인에 대해 설문하였다. 눈 피로도는 Conlon 등이 개발한 시각적 불편함에 관한 설문 도구를 이용하였고, 근업시간은 일일 컴퓨터와 스마트폰 사용을 조사하였다. 대상자의 눈 피로도는 근업시간이 2시간미만, 2~4시간, 4~6시간, 그리고 6시간 이상일 때 각각 $13.65{\pm}7.11$점, $16.83{\pm}6.77$점, $18.88{\pm}6.60$점, 그리고 $18.83{\pm}5.62$점으로 증가하였다(p=0.001). 또한 근업시간에 따라 두통(p<0.030)과 함께 다시 읽기(p<0.036), 안구운동과 탈색(p<0.001)과 같은 시각활동에서 불편함을 느꼈다.
