Double-Outlet of Left Ventricle in Corrected Transposition of Great Arteries -One case report- (좌심실 이중유출로를 동반한 교정형 대혈관전위증 -1예보고-)

  • This is one case report of the extremely rare congenital cardiac malformation, Double-outlet of left ventricle in corrected transposition of great arteries. 11-year-old boy complained acrocyanosis and exertional dyspnea, the parents noticed cyanosis since birth. Physical examination revealed acrocyanosis, clubbed fingers and toes, G-III pansystolic murmur on 2nd and 3rd ICS, LSB. Right heart catheterization revealed significant $O_2$ jump in ventricular level. Right and left ventriculography showed the both catheters arriving in the same ventricle i.e. anterior chamber, morphological left ventricle was in right and anterior position, simultaneous visualization of aorta and pulmonary artery and aorta locating anterior and right side of pulmonary artery. Echo cardiogram surely disclosed interventricular septum. Conclusively it was clarified that the patient has Double-outlet of left ventricle and corrected transposition of great arteries [S.L.D.]. Operation was performed to correct the anomalies under extracorporeal circulation with intermittent moderate hypothermia. Right-sided ventriculotomy disclosed the following findings. 1. Right-sided ventricle was morphological left ventricle. 2. Left-sided ventricle was morphological right ventricle. 3. Right side atrioventricular valve was bicuspid. 4. Left side atrioventricular valve was tricuspid. 5. Aortic valve was superior, anterior and right side of pulmonary valve. 6. Subpulmonary membranous stenosis. 7. Non-committed ventricular septal defect. We made a tunnel between VSD and aorta with Teflon patch so that arterial blood comes through VSD and the tunnel into aorta. After correction the patient needed assisted circulation for 135 min. to have adequate blood pressure. Postoperatively by any means, adequate blood pressure could not be maintained and expired in the evening of operation day.

  • The operational characteristics of flux-lock type high-Tc superconducting fault currentlimiters(HTSC-FCLs) was described and currents equation at each coil was derived from equivalent circuit. $YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{7-x}$(YBCO) thin film was used as the current limiting elements of the flux-lock type HTSC-FCL, which were fabricated by etching the YBCO thin film into 2 mm wide and 420 mm long meander line consisting of foureen stripes with different length. The 2nd peak on the current of coil 2 after a fault disappeared by current of the 3rd winding, which was installed in the flux-lock type HTSC-FCL.

  • 여러 장점으로 인해 OLED는 디스플레이 및 조명 등 적용분야가 넓어지고 있지만, 수분 및 산소에 취약하여 그 수명이 제한되는 단점이 있다. 이를 해결하고자 현재까지는 glass cap을 이용한 encapsulation 기술이 적용되고 있지만, flexible 기판에 적용하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 여러 가지 thin film encapsulation 기술이 적용되고 있으나 보다 신뢰성이 높은 기술의 개발이 절실한 때이다. Encapsulation 무기 박막 물질로서 $Si_3N_4$ 박막은 PE-CVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) 등의 박막 증착법을 사용한 많은 연구가 진행되어, 저온에서의 좋은 품질의 박막 증착이 가능하지만, 100도 이하의 thermal budget을 갖는 OLED Encapsulation에 사용하기에는 충분하지 않았다. CVD 박막의 특성을 더욱 개선하기 위해 최근 ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) 방법을 통한 $Al_2O_3$ film 증착 방법이 연구되고 있지만, 낮은 증착 속도로 인해 양산에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 또 다른 해결책으로서 Digital CVD 방법을 이용한 양질의 $Si_3N_4$ 박막의 증착을 연구하였다. 이것은 ALD 증착법과 유사하며, 1st step에서 PECVD 방법으로 4~5 ${\AA}$의 얇은 silicon 박막을 증착하고, 2nd step에서 nitrogen plasma를 이용하여 질화 반응을 진행하고, 이러한 cycle을 원하는 두께가 될 때까지 반복적으로 진행된다. 이 때 1 cycle 당 증착속도는 7 ${\AA}$/cycle 정도였다. 최적의 증착 방법과 조건으로 기존의 CVD $Si_3N_4$ 박막 대비 1/5 이하로 pinhole을 최소화 할 수는 있지만 완벽하게 제거하기는 힘든 문제가 있고, 이를 해결하기 위한 개선을 위한 접근 방법이 필요하다고 판단하였다. 본 연구에서는 무기물 박막인 carbon nitride를 이용한 SiN/C:N multilayer 증착 연구를 진행하였다. Fig. 1은 CVD 조건으로 증착된 두께 750 nm SiN film에서 여러 층의 C:N film layer를 삽입했을 때, 38 시간의 85%/$85^{\circ}C$ 가속실험에 따라 OLED의 발광 사진이다. 그림에서 볼 수 있듯이 C:N 층을 삽입하고 또한 그 박막의 수가 증가함에 따라서 OLED에 대한 encapsulation 특성이 크게 개선됨을 확인할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the activation methods of GIS industries through GIS industry current issue analysis in Korea to provide as following. First of an in order to analyse current GIS industries, there are three divisions as follows: existing GIS industry, new technology GIS industry, and commercial GIS industry. The existing GIS industry includes survey industry, municipality UIS and remote sensing. The new technology GIS industry has telematics industry, LiDAR industry, ubiquitous industry, LBS industry, internet, and u-city industry. The commercial GIS industry consists of civilian request GIS industry and spacial data distribution industry. The national geographic information industry contains problems and directions of the 1st, 2nd NGIS and 3rd NGIS plan direction policy. These classified GIS industries present various problems of policies and invaluable results for the future GIS industry activation directions as follows: Presence of the GIS contents technologies win be the most important core for the GIS industry activation related to IT839 policy of the government in Korea.

  • We have proposed on dual-drive & -emission (DDE) panel based on organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The device is composed on independent operation of two OLED structures with two transparent electrodes for data signals and an intermediate reflective electrode for common scan signal. Typical device structure is ITO / organic electroluminescent layer (1) /intermediate reflective electrode / organic electroluminescent layer (2) /transparent electrode. Symmetric bright emission could be obtained by applying AlNd as the intermediate reflective electrode and $MoO_3$ as a hole injection layer for upper device structure. The proposed panel is useful for emissive face-to-face panel exhibited for different images.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the relationship among image, customer satisfaction and loyalty of fashion Extension brands. It is expected that this study will provide guidance to fashion companies that are planning to expand their brand in setting up marketing strategies and service strategies. The results of the study are the following. First, women consumers in their 20s had an perception that second brands provided diverse and unique products at cheap prices. However, after purchasing the products, they recognized that the second companies' service level was not so satisfying. Second, consumers were satisfied with the brand awareness, reputation, image, design, color, and packing conditions of the second brands while being not satisfied with the pricing. Third, when the study examined brand loyalty of second brands, consumers have shown high loyalty to the four subsidiary brands. Fourth, the satisfaction level for the four second brands had a significant effect on the brand loyalty for each second brands.

  • 본 고에서는 초전도에 관한 학문적 연구내용의 추이와 그 응용기술의 개발내용을 간략히 살펴보았다. 고온 초전도의 형성원리에 대한 학문적 관심과 응용기술 개발사이의 괴리를 이해하려는 노력의 일환으로 고온 초전도체를 주대상으로 한 각종 연구결과들을 소개하면서 순수학문과 공학기술과의 긴밀한 연관성을 찾았다. 전자와 정공의 도핑 대칭성을 확립한 Nd-Ce-Cu-O의 발견은 물성의 정확한 이해에 기초한 성공이었고, 산화물 고온 초전도체들의 전자쌍 파동함수의 대칭성에 관한 논의들에서 최근 연구의 주종을 이루고 있는 Josephson-coupling과 Photoemission등의 직관적인 결과를 주는 측정 실험들은 고도의 첨단기술과 죠셉슨 접합 등의 새로운 초전도 물성개념의 정확한 이해를 요하는 연구들이었다. 이러한 새로운 초전도 개념들의 토대위에 현 응용분야들의 추세를 대략 살핌으로써 부실하나마 미래의 차원 높은 수요에 대비한 학문적, 기술적 준비를 시도해 보았다.

Resonant Frequency Modulation of High Temperature Superconductors Subjected to Optical Pulse Energy and Temperature (광학 펄스 에너지와 온도 변화에 의한 고온 초전도체의 공명 진동수 변조)

  • The resonant frequency modulation of $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ meander lines has been investigated as functions of optical pulse energy and temperature by using a network analyzer. The frequency-domain measurements are performed by controlling both the resonant frequency and the frequency width. The meander lines, configured in a microstrip geometry, are illuminated by optical pulses from an actively mode-locked Nd:YAG laser. The variation of the resonant frequency shows a quadratic dependence on the reduced optical pulse energy $P/P_c$, where $P_c$ is defined as the critical optical pulse energy at which resonance signal has disappeared. As for the dependence on temperature, the results are in good agreement with the previously reported data.

A Study on fabrication of stacking type Bi-2223 HTS tapes (적층형 Bi-2223 고온초전도 선재 제작에 관한 연구)

  • The critical characteristics of Bi-2223 HTS tapes made by PIT method are influenced by the heat treatment and the mechanical processing. In this study firstly we investigated the influence o rolling reduction rate in mechanical process for improving Jc of HTS tapes. As a result the optimized rolling reduction rate that we obtained was 10%-50% and 30%-30% (1st-2nd). And then we fabricated the stacking type HTS tapes that made of the multi-filamentary tapes with various length(3, 5, 10cm) and with various number of stacking (1, 5, 10 layer). Measuring the critical current and observing the structure of grain we concluded that the stacking type tapes will be able to operate more stably by adding the number of stacking tapes. And we could expect that by minimizing the gap between Ag-sheath of tapes mechanical strength of stacking HTS tapes is enhanced and current in tapes will flow more stably.

  • 종자결정성장법은 단결정형 YBCO 초전도체를 제조하기에 매우 유용한 방법이다. 이 방법은 YBCO 성형체 위에 Sm123나 Nd123 종자를 올려놓고 용융 열처리하여 초전도 결정을 특정한 방위로 성장하게 하는 방법이다. 그러나 이 공정의 단점은 초전도체의 결정성장속도가 매우 느리기 때문에 전체공정시간이 길다는 것이다. 이를 개선하고자 본 연구에서는 성형체 위에 같은 결정방위를 갖는 여러 개의 종자들을 동시에 올려 놓고 열처리하여 단결정형 초전도체의 제조시간을 단축하고자 하였다. 이 공정을 다중종자결정성법이라 명명하였으며, 이 공정의 적용으로 공정시간을 상당히 단축할 수 있음을 증명하였다. 본 연구에서는 초전도체의 결정 성장과정, 종자의 갯수와 공정시간의 관계, 종자에서 생성, 성장된 결정들이 만드는 결정입계특성 동에 대해 논의하였다.
