Most of the small and medium industries rather focus on immediate problems and how to properly maintain organizational matters and existing system than the strategic and operational use of Information Technology when they deal with applications and operation of Information System. This study found out that there were few studies on IT outsourcing for small and medium companies in Korea compared to large enterprises' IT outsourcing. Most preceding studies researched the problems of partnership and technical, managerial, and economical success factors for big companies. Small and medium companies have the problems of financial difficulty, organizational scale (40.3%), shortage of manpower for system operation (24.1%), and lack of practical use of managers (8.9%). SMB firms have required support of government for their Informationalization but, we found out amount of companies (41%) not be informed or don't account on government's supporting IT of SMB programs. In addition, Range and Contents of outsourcing, Reputation of Outsourcing vendor, Reliability of maintaining were selected as CSFs of SMB IT outsourcing. While large corporation staff more considered CEO's willing and inner facts of their companies.

본 연구는 회색문헌에 대한 정확한 정의와 회색문헌이 학술적으로 어느 정도의 가치를 갖고 있는지에 대한 분석을 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 선행 연구결과를 재해석하여 회색문헌의 표준적 정의를 도출하였다. 또한 회색문헌의 가치를 측정하기 위해 선행 연구의 이용자 설문을 재해석하였으며, 정보관리담당자를 대상으로 회색문헌 활성화를 위한 집중관리기관 설립에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 아직도 국내에서는 이용자와 정보관리담당자들은 회색문헌의 경계와 인식이 명확하지 않았다. 또한 회색문헌의 활용도는 이용자의 인지여부와 정보관리 담당자의 인지여부에 크게 좌우되었다. 따라서 회색문헌의 수집과 관리, 배포를 위해서는 회색문헌집중 관리기관이 필요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is first to identify the dimensions of a trade show's service quality and the dimensions of the exhibitors' show performance, and thereafter determine the relationship between the trade show's service quality and the exhibitors' show performance. This study attempted empirical research, together with a literature review, to discover the effect of service quality upon on exhibitors' performance. A survey was conducted during an international trade show that was held in Korea where more than 100 businesses participated. The sample was selected from among the people who were in charge (e.g., managers) of their own private businesses. As a result, the study validated nine dimensions of a trade show's service quality: host and public relations, security, reputation and reliability, access, customer service, exhibition program, physical facilities, convenient facilities, and attendance cost. The study also identified five dimensions of the performance of participants: sales performance, information collection, networking, image building, and motivation. Overall, the empirical results of this study verified that there is a correlation between the performance of exhibitors and the service quality. of trade shows.

The authors report a case of REM sleep behavior disorder which occurred in a 69-year-old business man. He began experiencing episodic "acting out" behavior of his dream at the age of 66. The episodes tended to be associated with dream contents, mainly being chased or threatened. Before that, his sleep was relatively quiet despite occasional nightmares, midsleep arousal, and shallowness. Injuries resulted from leaping out of bed, jumping onto furnitures, and grabbing and biting the spouse's arm. Most recent dream-incurred laceration of chin required 5 sutures. Medical and psychiatric history revealed no significant findings except that he had been overanxious all his life within himself with others' reputation of himself as pleasant and easy-going. A nocturnal polysomnogram showed repeatedly intermittent increase of chin and/or leg muscle tones during otherwise characteristic REM sleep period. The overnight video recording revealed head lifting and limb movements during REM sleep periods. Brain MRI and EEG were normal. Job-related stress was presumed to be an etiological possibility. Clonazepam 0.25-0.5mg nightly almost completely relieved the symptoms.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the social perceptions toward the society from the new generation undergraduate students. The questionnaire consisted of the general backgrounds to respondents, the satisfaction on their living domain, the characteristics of new generation students, the attitude for the life and the occupation, the perspectives of life achievement, the viewpoint of the society, and the attitude toward the religion, the selected self, and 7 items for the social common opinion. The validity and the reliability of questionnaire were accepted to considerable extent through pre-test. The data obtained from the students of the selected universities were analyzed by SPSSWIN 6.0, and the statistical techniques used for this study were ANOVA, $Crosstabs(x^2\;test)$, t-test, frequencies, and percentage. The results were as follows : 1) The new generation undergraduate students had the higher satisfaction on the family and the relationship of friends than on the campus life, the self, and the society. 2) There was some negative image on the old generations and the new generations by the respondents. 3) Their objectives of the life were not obtaining the reputation and the higher positions but get the economic wealth for enjoying their life.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of duty free shop consumers' store benefits sought and fashion merchandise shopping orientation on store satisfaction. Survey data were collected from questionnaires filled out by 194 domestic consumers who had purchase experience of fashion goods in duty free shops located in Korea. The data were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, the store benefits sought was categorized into five factors such as pursuit of convenience, salesperson/atmosphere, promotion, product quality, and product fashionability/variety. The fashion merchandise shopping orientation was categorized into six factors such as pleasure orientation, pursuit of fashion, pursuit of brand, planned orientation, pursuit of confidence, and convenience orientation. The store satisfaction was categorized into six factors such as atmosphere/reputation of store, promotion, product fashionability/variety, convenience, price, and salesperson. Second, the store benefits sought, composed of pursuit of convenience, salesperson/atmosphere, promotion, product quality, and product fashionability/variety, had an effect on the store satisfaction. Third, the shopping orientation such as pleasure orientation, pursuit of fashion, pursuit of brand, and planned orientation, with the exception of pursuit of confidence and convenience orientation, had an effect on the store satisfaction.

Purpose -The purpose of this study was to review and analyze the four major journals of KODISA and all of their published articles of 2014 and to revise and update the existing publication standards and practices in order to improve the overall quality and reputation of these journals. Research design, data, and methodology - This study applied an analytical approach, a case study method, to analyze and examine the published articles and the publication standards and practices of four KODISA journals, JDS (1999), IJIDB (2010), EAJBM (2011), and JAFEB (2014), from their first publication. Results - In 2014, KODISA journals published a total of 171 papers - JDS (122), IJIDB and EAJBM (16 each), and JAFEB (17): 94 articles in general business and 77 articles in economics. Conclusions - KODISA journals continuously revised and updated their publication standards and practices and adopted technological support systems to enable its journals to remain independent and open access in order to ultimately become one of the world's reputable journals.

This study investigated the consumer review information considered important by consumers when making a purchase decision to buy apparel products online. Data were collected through focus group interviews. Eleven females in their 20s and 30s, who have extensive experience in reading consumer reviews posted on online apparel stores, participated in the study. The consumer review information considered important by participants is the information related to seven product attributes (size, fabric, design, color, sewing, price, and country of origin), seven benefits (functional, financial, esthetic, emotional, social, utilitarian benefits, and product value compared to price) of the apparel product and four store attributes (return/refund, delivery, reputation/credibility, and customer service). The findings from the study can serve as an important tool in developing survey questions in order to evaluate the quality of consumer review information and help online retailers plan methods to improve the quality of reviews.

많은 사용자들의 참여로 구축된 집단 지성을 이용한 지식 검색 서비스에서 사용자가 원하는 답변을 빨리 찾고자 하는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 기존의 연구에서 조회 수, 추천 수, 답변 수와 같은 비텍스트 정보가 답변을 평가하는데 좋은 자질임이 증명되었고, 신뢰도를 추정할 수 있는 여러 종류의 단어 사전을 이용하여 답변의 좋고 나쁨을 평가할 수 있는 연구도 진행되었다. 하지만, 조회 수, 추천 수, 답변 수와 같은 비텍스트 정보는 사용자 조작이 간단하여 지속적으로 관리를 해야 하며, 신뢰도를 추정할 수 있는 단어는 지속적으로 보강되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 동시출현 자질을 이용한 질문과 답변의 유사성을 활용하여 집단 지성에서 사용자의 활동을 분석하여 사용자의 명성을 평가하는 방법을 제안한다. 사용자의 명성을 계산할 수 있다면 조회 수와 추천 수가 많지 않은 답변의 신뢰도도 비교적 정확하게 추정할 수 있다. 이를 위해 우리는 PageRank 알고리즘을 수정하여 사용자 명성을 계산한다. 네이버 지식iN의 문서로 실험한 결과, 기존 정답 선택률을 보완할 수 있는 결과를 보였다.

Park Tae-hwan, the Korean Olympic gold medal swimmer, was suspended for eighteen months by the International Swimming Federation (FINA) in September 2014. Park completed his suspension in March 2016, but the Korea Olympic Committee (KOC), relying on its Article 5.6, then prohibited him from joining the national team for an additional three years for the same doping violation. The KOC's penalty exceeded that provided by the World Anti-Doping Code, which governs the Olympics and most international sports federations, and contravened well-established precedent from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The KOC, along with the Korea Swimming Federation, maintained the suspension until decisions by the Seoul Eastern District Court and CAS forced them to retract the penalty. We describe the sports regulations and arbitration decisions governing the Park case, how each side used the law to support their positions, the flaws in the KOC's legal analysis, and the case's resolutions by the Korean court and CAS. Finally, because this legal conflict has damaged the KOC's reputation, created uncertainty over the committee's doping penalties, and undercut the authority of the World Anti-Doping Code and the CAS in Korea, we recommend institutional changes in Korea's sports jurisprudence.
