In pure P2P environment, it is possible to provide service by using a little real-time information without using accumulated information. But in case of using only a little information that was locally collected, quality of recommendation service can be fallen-off. Therefore, it is necessary to study a method to improve qualify of recommendation service by using users' context information. But because a great volume of users' context information can be recognized in a moment, there can be a scalability problem and there are limitations in supporting differentiated services according to fields and items. In this paper, we solved the scalability problem by clustering context information per each service field and classifying it per each user, using SOM. In addition, we could recommend proper services for users by quantifying the context information of the users belonging to the similar classification to the service requester among classified data and then using collaborative filtering.

In this study, The criteria for assessing the security-related functions and services using spatial information is deduced, and orders of priority a priority for the applicable alternatives of functions/services of intelligent security service application based on spatial information are suggested by calculating relative importance. Also this study suggested connection plan about service implementation of national security services by government ministry & local government. And, the intelligent security app service model which has possible substantiation and commercialization is proposed. This study performed the AHP as the final assessment criterions by 3 item in 1st class and 12 item in 2nd class. And, tried to implementation methods of the intelligent security service application(ex. control of emergency and the crime opportunity, real-time location tracking of protector, the device for missing child & dementia patient, user participation & provision of information).

Vehicle communication networks have some deficient network resources to support a vast multimedia service including safety driving information, video, news and some broadcast relayed from the playgrounds such as professional baseball games for autonomous vehicles. This paper deals with the framework for providing seamless multimedia service including safety driving information using multicast in cooperated-connected vehicle communication network (CVCN). It adopts smart-switch (SS) and smart intelligent multicast agent(SIMA) to support the seamless multimedia service. The SS manages and switches multimedia streams through SIMA in CVCN network. The SIMA to operate as an access point, is composed of multicast supporting part and control part of mobile devices/autonomous vehicles in CVCN network. Therefore this proposed technique using SS and SIMA within CVCN network is a new framework for multimedia service that can disperse the load of server.

HL7(Health Level 7)은 보건의료 분야에서 ANSI에서 승인한 SDO(Standards Developing Organization)들 중의 하나이다. 대부분의 SDO들은 약제. 의료 장비 이미지, 보험 처리 등과 같은 보건의료 분야에서의 표준을 만든다. HL7의 영역은 진료와 병원 행정적인 부분이다. HL7에서는 Version2.3, Version2.4, Version3.0 등을 포함해 Data Model. Arden Syntax, CCOW(Common Context Object Workgroup) CDA(Clinical Document Architecture) 등의 표준을 만들어 나간다. 본 논문에서는 이 표준들 중 CCOW에 대해 알아보고. 기존 Agent System에 좀 더 지능적이고 자율적인 CCOW 서비스를 제공하는 방안을 알아본다.

Context-aware intelligent services are essential in ubiquitous computing and intelligent robots environments, which make decisions on which services to start with the consideration of surrounding contexts. In the ubiquitous and intelligent environments, context-aware service engines should be light-weighted due to the resource restrictions on the devices. This paper presents a context-aware service engine which is designed for light-weighted devices. The context-aware service engine has been designed with special attention to improve the execution speed and to minimize the memory requirement.

Countries around the world are accelerating digital transformation based on intelligent information technology to overcome the economic and social crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and enhance national competitiveness. Based on the Framework Act on Intelligent Informatization, Korea is also focusing on implementing various intelligent informatization policies, projects, and digital platform government. In this study, the government's professional manpower status and operation status were investigated and analyzed based on national statistics, and the number of professionals was insufficient compared to the rapidly increasing project and budget. Based on the results of this study, we hope to achieve a successful digital transformation by calculating appropriate personnel for informatization at the national level and recruiting them as soon as possible

The intelligent information society is expected to drastically change our lives. The purpose of this content is to derive tasks in the field of media education for the elderly for the realization of digital inclusion in an intelligent information society. To this end, the vision, goals, strategies, and tasks of the intelligent information society were examined through the 6th National Informatization Basic Plan(2018~2022) and the 2022 Education Informatization White Paper(2022). In addition, the current status of the digital gap among the elderly classified as vulnerable groups was identified through the results of the 2022 Digital Information Gap Survey. In order to ease the digital information gap between the elderly in the intelligent information society, it is believed that the development of intelligent media education services using intelligent information technology, provision of media education services for the elderly through learning online service channels, and support for digital intelligent media education for the elderly are necessary.

Recommendation systems provide users with proper services using context information being input from many sensors occasionally under ubiquitous computing environment. But in case there isn't sufficient context information for service recommendation in spite of much context information, there can be problems of resulting in inexact result. In addition, in the quantification step to use context information, there are problems of classifying context information inexactly because of using an absolute classification course. In this paper, we solved the problem of lack of necessary context information for service recommendation by using dynamic profile information. We also improved the problem of absolute classification by using a relative classification of context information in quantification step. As the result of experiments, expectation preference degree was improved by 7.5% as compared with collaborative filtering methods using an absolute quantification method where context information of P2P mobile agent is used.

Concept of URC does "with me wherever when, and the robot" which provides necessary service to me can be simply defined. This paper uses URC technology and various robots are implemented with a design. That is, we are going to implement that a user controls a virtual robot by communication between URC server with a design. We used an intelligent robot simulation tool, and a developer was easy, and it was intelligent, and we were connected to active URC server, and modeling did a system for simulation to be able to do an URC robot usefully. It was connected to an URC system and various robots and environments were composed with 3D, and, in this paper, a design and implementation did an intelligent robot simulation system so that it was possible by various contents development through simulation. The URC communication protocol and the URC server were based on a Planet v.1.2 ; Network Protocol, CAMUS(Context-Aware Middleware for URC Systems); URC Server, SAM(Service Agent Manager) v.1.2 ; Service API module developed in Electronics & Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI).

There are lots of intelligent service robots in these days. People are unwilling to do routine works, dangerous works, and difficult works. But a robot can do these works instead of human. We introduce a intelligent service robot for unmanned store management. The robot can detect and recognize a person, deliver some goods, manage a store, and answer the telephone. We have developed the robot and tested the performance.
