센서 및 영상데이터를 이용한 용접 비드 불량검사 소프트웨어 구현 (Software Implementation of Welding Bead Defect Detection using Sensor and Image Data)

  • 용접 비드의 불량유무를 판단하기 위하여 다양한 방법들이 제안되어왔으며, 최근에는 센서 자료 검사와 영상 자료 검사가 꾸준히 발표되고 있다. 센서 자료 검사는 정확도가 높고, 2차원 기반의 영상 자료 검사는 용접된 비드의 위치를 파악할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 하지만 센서 자료만으로 분석 할 경우 정확한 위치에 용접이 되었는지 파악하기가 어렵다. 반면 영상 자료 방법은 잡음과 측정오차가 발생하여 정확도가 높지 않다. 본 논문에서는 평균 전압, 평균 전류, 혼합가스인 센서 자료 검사와 영상 검사 방법을 융합함으로써 각 검사 방법들의 단점을 보완하고 장점을 높여서 정확도를 향상시키고 검사 속도를 높일 수 있는 방법과 이를 소프트웨어로 구현하였다. 그리고 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(graphical user interface; GUI)를 이용하여 분석을 수행하고 검사에 사용된 자료와 검사 결과를 확인할 수 있도록 하여 사용자가 편리하고 직관적으로 분석을 수행하고 결과를 파악할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 이 때 각 센서 자료의 특성을 이용하여 센서 검사가 수행되고, 모폴로지 축지적 활성화 윤곽선을 적용하여 영상 자료가 검사된다. 실험 결과를 통하여 98%의 정확도를 보였으며, 네 개의 용접 영상과 센서 자료 검사를 모두 수행할 경우 검사 시간은 약 1.9초로서 용접공정에서 실시간 검사기로 사용 가능한 소프트웨어의 성능을 보였다.

Improvement Plans of the Parliamentary Inspection System in the Information Society

  • Today, in the information society, since the government administration of all countries places importance on clarity and efficiency, the authority concentration of the administration is inevitable. Therefore, the Parliament, which is a legislative body, is at a time when the policy control function to check and monitor it is becoming more important. In particular, due to the emergence of parliamentary democracy, in the reality that the people must elect representatives and represent their own opinions, the parliamentary inspection system is very valuable in that it satisfies the right of the people to know and ultimately enables the people to democratically control the administration. The role of the Parliament moves from the inherent legislative function to the information collection and disclosure of government administration, discussion and resolution of political issues, and observation and supervision of the administration. And it can be seen as the global trend. As a result of this trend, status and role of the National Assembly is being strengthened from the legislative body to the control agency of government administration. Thus, the most substantive authority of Article 61 of the Constitution can be deemed the parliamentary inspection system. The parliamentary inspection system is a system that let exercise the legislation, budget, and authority to control of state administration by identify the challenges and policy implementation of each country's institutions through the audit of the executive administration's overall government administration performance outside the National Assembly. However, due to the amendment of Constitution in 1988, the parliamentary inspection right and investigation of state administration right had reinstated and the parliamentary inspection system, which is being implemented annually, is the 31st year of the year in 2019. However, the general evaluation of the public is negative and insufficient time for inspections, lack of sanctions on nonattendance witnesses, excessive data submission, and refusal to submit materials by the administration were pointed out as the problem. Therefore, in this paper, the researcher tries to point out the overall problems of the parliamentary inspection system and to summarize the effective improvement plans.

필렛 용접부의 비접촉 초음파 검사 기법 (Non-contact Ultrasonic Inspection Technology of Fillet Weldments)

  • The non-destructive Inspection of the fillet weldment has difficulties due to its geometrical complexity and uneasy access. The surface shear horizontal wave (SH-wave), however, has been successfully applied to the detection of cracks on the surface and sub-surface of the filet weldment heel part. The conventional ultrasonic inspection using the surface SH-wave is usually a contact method using piezoelectric transducer. Thus, it is not suitable for a field application because the reliability and repeatability of inspection are significantly affected by test conditions such as couplant, contact pressure and pre-process. In order to overcome this problem, a non-contact SH-wave inspection method using EMAT is propose. The experimental results with this non-contact method are compared with those with a conventional ultrasonic method in fillet weldment with slit type defects. It is shown that the non-contact inspection technique requires simple procedure and less time in the fillet weldment inspection.

검사 오류를 고려한 다단계 선별절차에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Multistage Screening Procedure when Inspection Errors are Present)

  • Multistage screening is a common practice when a component has a critical effect on the function of the assembly. A defect in a component might incur malfunction of an electronic device, resulting in a great amount of loss. Multistage screening, including duplicated screening inspections, may provide a good solution for this problem when inspection errors are present. In the company studied here, the manufacturing process of the multiple layer chip capacitor includes two-stage screening. In the first stage, screening inspection is performed repeatedly until no defects are found in the lot. In the second stage, sampling inspection is performed by a group of experts prior to shipment. In this article, we review the procedure used in the field and suggest a revised model of the multiple screening procedure and solution method for this situation. The usefulness of the proposed model is discussed through a practical example.

  • The hard mask photo-resist strip inspection system for the semiconductor wafer manufacturing process inspects the position of the circuit pattern formed on the wafer by measuring the distance from the edge of the wafer to the strip processing area. After that, it is an inspection system that enables you to check the process status in real time. Process defects can be significantly reduced by applying a tester that has not been applied to the existing wafer strip process, edge etching process, and wafer ashing process. In addition, it is a technology for localizing semiconductor process inspection equipment that can analyze the outer diameter of the wafer and the state of pattern formation, which can secure process stability and improve wafer edge yield.

표면 검사를 위한 조도 균제도 기반 하이브리드 조명계 설계 (Hybrid Illumination System Design based on Illuminance Uniformity for Surface Inspection)

  • In this paper, the hybrid illumination system for effectively detecting surface defects in steel plate with lowcontrast, non-uniformity and featureless is designed based on illuminance uniformity. First of all, characteristics of steel plate defects were considered and typical inspection illumination system is implemented. Optimum illumination parameters for uniformly illuminating an inspection area in the typical illumination system are selected based on the illuminance uniformity and illuminance distribution measurement. The illuminance uniformity and illuminance distribution are measured using an illuminometer based on the arduino. Through illuminance distribution analysis of the typical illumination, an hybrid illumination is designed by fusing bi-directional illumination and coaxial illumination. The hybrid illumination showed higher uniformity ratio and illuminance distribution than the typical illuminations. The hybrid illumination system showed the ability to uniformly illuminate the entire inspection region of steel plate surface.

  • In this paper, an improved method for magnetic inspection to detect surface of a conductor is presented. The presented method is based on the technique of ECP(Electric Current Perturbation), which is to measure the variation of current flow due to defects with a magnetic sensor. The inspection performance is improved by using high frequency current behaviors in order to concentrate the current near the defect and employing the resonant frequency of a search coil as an operating frequency. By analytical results and experiments of the test specimens, the feasibility of the inspection method is shown.

전기밥솥 FCT 검사 자동화 System의 검사 신뢰성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Inspection Reliability Evaluation of Electric Rice Cooker FCT Inspection Automation System)

  • This study has focused on the reliability evaluation of FCT inspection automation equipment for electric rice. To evaluate the reliability of FCT inspection automation equipment, voice analysis, Gray/R/G/B channel experiment, FND segment experiment, and robot position repeatability were performed. In the voice analysis experiment, the comparison value between the recorded and digital output waves was over 99%, indicating a very high result. It was confirmed that both the gray/R/G/B experiment using vision and the FND segment could confirm the output value of the product through vision. The position repeatability of the robot is also excellent, so it is concluded that the inspection effect through the FCT automation system will be excellent.

  • Recently, elevator inspection and self-examination were strengthened through the revision of the Elevator Safety Management Act, but there have been no significant reduction in serious accidents and major failures. Therefore, the government intends to lay the foundation for reflecting the safety quality rating system, which adjusts the elevator inspection cycle, as a policy to induce safety management of preemptive and active management entities. This study systematically reviewed and classified the safety quality rating system for elevator inspection cycle adjustment in previous studies, collected expert opinions, and reconstructed the key items into realistic evaluation items, and evaluated and scored the relative importance of each factor through the AHP technique.

목표 신뢰도를 고려한 원-샷 시스템의 최적검사정책 (Optimal Inspection Policy for One-Shot Systems Considering Reliability Goal)

  • A one-shot system (device) refers to a system that is stored for a long period of time and is then disposed of after a single mission because it is accompanied by a chemical reaction or physical destruction when it operates, such as shells, munitions in a defense weapon system and automobile airbags. Because these systems are primarily related with safety and life, it is required to maintain a high level of storage reliability. Storage reliability is the probability that the system will operate at a particular point in time after storage. Since the stored one-shot system can be confirmed only through inspection, periodic inspection and maintenance should be performed to maintain a high level of storage reliability. Since the one-shot system is characterized by a large loss in the event of a failure, it is necessary to determine an appropriate inspection period to maintain the storage reliability above the reliability goal. In this study, we propose an optimal inspection policy that minimizes the total cost while exceeding the reliability goal that the storage reliability is set in advance for the one-shot system in which periodic inspections are performed. We assume that the failure time is the Weibull distribution. And the cost model is presented considering the existing storage reliability model by Martinez and Kim et al. The cost components to be included in the cost model are the cost of inspection $c_1$, the cost of loss per unit time between failure and detection $c_2$, the cost of minimum repair of the detected breakdown of units $c_3$, and the overhaul cost $c_4$ of $R_s{\leq}R_g$. And in this paper, we will determine the optimal inspection policy to find the inspection period and number of tests that minimize the expected cost per unit time from the finite lifetime to the overhaul. Compare them through numerical examples.
