대구지역 임신부의 식품 및 영양섭취실태 (The Dietary Intake of Pregnant Women in Daegu Area)

  • This study was carried out to figure out the dietary intake of pregnant women in Daegu area. A total of 467 pregnant women was recruited at two hospitals in this area to collect the information on dietary intakes, general characteristics, and anthropometric measurements using an interview. Forty-seven women (10.1%) were in the first trimester, 101 women (21.6%) in the second trimester, and 319 women (68.3%) in the third trimester. The mean age, prepregnant weight and height of subjects were not significantly different among the trimester groups. The mean daily nutrient intakes of energy, fat, protein, carbohydrates, phosphate, sodium, vitamin B$_1$, vitamin B$_2$, and vitamin C were significantly different among the trimester groups, but the other nutrients were not different. For the calcium and iron, the percentage of subjects consumed less than 75% of the Korean RDA was over 80%, and for other nutrients such as energy, vitamin B$_1$, and vitamin B$_2$ over 50% of subjects consumed less than 75% of the Korean RDA in the first trimester. The correlations between nutrient intakes and weight gain during pregnancy showed different patterns among the trimester groups. The mean adequacy ratio and dietary variety scores were not significantly different among the trimester groups. The amount of food intake from cereals and cereal products were higher during the second and the third trimester compared to the first trimester, but those of the other food groups were not significantly different. In conclusion, nutrient intakes of the pregnant women for iron, calcium and some vitamins were inadequate and nutritional management programs for these nutrients are necessary. 치과위생사의 임상시험에 대한 인식도 (The perception in regard to the clinical trial of dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the perception of clinical trials of dental hygienist. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 126 dental hygienists in Seoul, Kyonggi and other area from October 1 to November 15, 2012. The instrument of the study was adapted from Jung and reconstructed. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects(9 questions) and recognition for clinical trials(10 questions). Recognition for clinical trials instrument included recognition for clinical trial conception(2 questions), objective recognition(5 questions), and subjective recognition for clinical trial(3 questions). The instrument was score by Likert 5 scale and Cronbach alpha was 0.936 in the study. Data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 program and set at p<0.05. Independent t-test, chi-square test, one way ANOVA, and post-hoc Duncan test were done. Results: Those who had higher ages and higher education tended to have longer clinical careers(p<0.05). There was a significant difference in clinical trials between the level of education, clinical dental hygienists and professors. The differences in problem perception for activation of clinical trial according to workplace appeared to lack of publicity and inadequacy of facilities(p<0.05). Conclusions: To improve the perception of the clinical trials in dental hygienists, it is necessary to prepare the human resources programs, the additional curricula, continuing education courses and active publicity.

초등학생의 영양교육을 위한 식습관 및 영양지식 조사 (A Survey on Dietary Habit and Nutritional Knowledge for Elementary School Children's Nutritional Education)

  • The aim of this study is to survey the eating habits and nutritional knowledge of children in Pusan, with a view to uncovering problems and their underlying causes and cultivating desirable dietary habit and nutrition for children. Three hundred and fifty six elementary school students were asked questions about their eating habits and nutritional knowledge as well as general information about their personal characteristics. The results showed: 1. Only 53.5% of the subjects had breakfast every day. Seventy-six percent of the subjects had dinner every day. Only 40% of the children took meals and talked with family at both breakfast and dinner. Thus there was little opportunity for dietary guidance by parents. 2. About half of the subjects answered that their appetite decreased after eating snack foods between meals. A third of the subjects liked the baked goods as snacks. Because of their high sugar and fat content, they can damage children's health, resulting in child diabetes and tooth decay. For this reason, careful education is necessary to allow children to be able to select snack foods that are appropriate in kind and quantity. 3. About 85% of the subjects had an unbalanced diet. Therefore systematic nutrition education at school is necessary to instill in children the value of balanced diet. 4. Children preferred rice to other cereals as a staple food. They disliked kimchi, seasoned and blanched foods and salads as subsidiary foods. It is therefore necessary to teach children systematically the nutritional advantage of cereals and vegetables and to heighten their awareness of Korean food culture. 5. Children had a low level of nutritional knowledge. The knowledge of specific nutrients was lower than that of foods. In conclusion, systematical educational programs need to be developed at elementary school. These should include information about achieving a balanced diet, good eating habit, meal management and Korean dietary culture. Nutritional education at home must be emphasized.

창의형 융합기술분야 산학협력방안 (University-Industry Cooperation for Creative Convergence Technology Fields)

  • 산학협력은 단기적 문제해결뿐만 아니라 대한민국 경제의 지속 성장에도 필수불가결한 요소이다. 이를 구체화하고 실행하기 위해 우리 정부는 지난 10년간 산학협력 진흥을 위해 각종 재정지원 프로그램과 제도를 마련하여 추진하고 있으며, 재단법인 산학협동재단에서는 학술 및 연구개발 지원, 창의인재 육성 및 장학금 지원, 국제교류 지원 등 다양한 사업을 수행하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 창의형 산학융합사례 및 IT 기반 국내외 융합 기술 선진사례를 분석하고, 기업연계형 대학의 산학 협력 지원책 강구 및 모델을 수립하였다. 이 모델을 기반으로 최신 IT 기술을 활용한 산업계, 학계, 근로자간 협업 시스템 구축 방안을 제안하였다.

간호.사회복지 분야의 현장 요구조사에 기초한 대학생 직업기초능력 향상 교육프로그램 개발과 평가 (Development of University Students' Key Competency Improvement Program Based on Field Demanding Analysis in Nursing and Social Welfare)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate learning effects of the key competency improvement program which is based in nursing and social welfare fields demanding analysis for nursing and social welfare among university freshmen. Method: The program was based on the ADDIE model. The field demanding analysis gave a questionnaire to 459 participants in the nursing and social welfare workplace. The subjects of this study were 136 students as an experimental group and 116 students as a control group which participated in the questionnaire. The experimental group was given a newly developed program, on the other hand, the control group was given traditional lessons. Collected data were analyzed by ANCOVA with SPSS. Result: The result of this study was that linkage perception of health and welfare, self-directed learning ability, participation perception, and interpersonal relationship ability showed significant improvement in the experimental group. Conclusion: This study can be used as basic data for management and evaluation of programs that are available not only to field-oriented disciplines but also to overall higher education fields which aim to strengthen core competency.

우리나라 결혼여성 뇌전증 환자의 질병 체험 (Illness Experience of Married Korean Women with Epilepsy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand and describe the illness experience of married Korean women with epilepsy. Methods: Data were collected during 2015~2016 through individual in-depth interviews with 12 married women with epilepsy. Verbatim transcripts were analyzed using Giorgi's phenomenological analysis to uncover the meaning of the illness experience of the participants. Results: The study results showed that the illness experience of married Korean women with epilepsy was clustered into a specific description of situated structure and a general description of situated structure. Six themes from 20 meaning units were identified: 1) Undermined self-esteem with stigma of being epileptic; 2) Limited social interaction; 3) Suffering sorrow as a 'disqualified being'; 4) Shuttling back and forth across the boundary between healthy and epileptic; 5) Desperate struggle to meet the expectation of given role; 6) Self-empowering through self-restriction and realization. Conclusion: The findings from this study show that both the enacted and felt stigma of epilepsy impact on the life of married Korean women with epilepsy. Although the participants face social and interpersonal restriction and prejudices, they try their best to fulfill their role rather than to be cared for as patients. As the stigma and hardships of the participants are related to lack of knowledge, health professionals should focus not just on clinical intervention but also on providing targeted educational programs and counseling for these women to dispel the stigma of the disease and to increase their quality of life.

가공식품의 영양표시에 대한 중학생과 학부모의 이용 및 인지도 실태 (Use and recognition of nutrition labelings in processed foods among middle school students and their parents)

  • In order to investigate the use and recognition of nutrition labelings of processed foods which adolescents frequently purchase, 277(boys 125, girls 152) middle school students and their parents were conveniently selected from the west Chonan City, and were surveyed by self-recording questionnaire on June, 2000. Nutrition labels were indicated only in 14.9% of 222 processed snack foods. At purchasing foods the students considered taste most importantly and in turn price, quantity, and nutrition. Of the subjects 79.4% of students and 89.2% of parents had experiences of reading nutrition labels, and the reasons were mainly to just know contained nutrients(76.8%, 72.1%, respectively) and for their health care(35.9%, 47.8%, respectively). The main reason not to confirm nutrition labels was that they were not interested in nutrition labels. But too small size and rudeness or hardness of understanding was also pointed out as a reason of not reading nutrition labels. The students ranked mineral, protein, and carbohydrate as the most important three nutrients at labelings, while the parents ranked protein, mineral, and calorie. Cholesterol, dietary fibers, and sodium were shown the lowest rank in both students and parents. Significant nutrients for specific processed foods did not well recognised in the students. Conclusively, nutrition labelings should be applied to all processed foods which students frequently buy, particularly in clear and large size. Also it is necessary to prepare education programs for both students and parents about accurate recognition of nutrition knowledge about processed foods and how to use nutrition labels.

개인의 능력이 취업에 미치는 영향 연구: 구직활동의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Analyzing the Effects of Individual Competence on Employment: Emphasis on Mediating Effects of Job-Seeking Activities)

  • 본 연구에서는 개인의 능력이 구직활동과 취업에 미치는 영향을 구직활동이 취업에 미치는 매개효과를 중심으로 분석하였다. 통계청의 마이크로데이터 공공데이터 약 731,852 명의 자료를 이용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 통계 소프트웨어를 이용해 구조모형 분석을 한 결과 개인의 능력 요소 중 나이, 교육정도, 전공계열이 구직활동과 취업에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 남녀 모두 구직활동의 기간이 길수록 취업에 미치는 영향은 음(-)이 되는 것으로 확인되었다. 교육정도가 취업에 미치는 영향은 양(+)이었다. 이와 같은 결과를 취업의 질과 관련된 데이터와 연결하지 못하고, 2018년도의 특이점들을 반영하지 못한 것이 한계점으로 존재한다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 현실적 이해를 반영한 구직 관련 교육과 프로그램 운영이 필요한 것을 함의한다.

보육교사의 알레르기 질환에 관한 지식과 관리에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인 분석 ; 아토피 피부염, 천식, 알레르기 비염을 중심으로 (A Convergence Analysis of the Factors Influencing Knowledge and Management of Allergic disease Children of Childcare teacher ; atopic dermatitis, asthma, allergic rhinitis)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사들의 알레르기 질환에 대한 지식과 알레르기 질환 관리에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하기 위하여 시도하였다. 자료수집은 J도 보육시설에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 222명을 대상으로 수집하였으며. 자가보고식 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 천식과 알레르기 비염의 지식에서는 연령(p=.013), 교육경험(p=.049), 천식과 알레르기 비염의 관리에서는 교육경험(p=.045), 교육필요성(p=.034)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 아토피피부염의 지식과 관리에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 천식과 알레르기비염 지식에 영향을 주는 것은 알레르기 질환 관리, 연령으로 36.2%를 설명하였다. 천식과 알레르기 비염 관리에 영향을 미치는 것은 알레르기 질환 지식, 교육경험, 교육필요성으로 천식과 알레르기 비염 관리의 43.1%를 설명하였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 보육교사를 위한 알레르기 질환에 관한 교육프로그램의 기초자료에 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

노인요양병원 근무자의 감사성향이 직무만족 및 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향과 감사일기 경험의 조절효과 (The gratitude disposition of geriatric hospital employees Impact on job satisfaction and life satisfaction and the moderating effect of the gratitude diary experience)

  • 본 연구는 노인요양병원 근무자의 감사성향이 직무만족 및 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향과 감사일기 경험의 조절효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구설문지는 감사일기와 관련된 캠페인을 추진하고 있는 4개의 노인요양병원 근무자를 대상으로 총 485부를 선정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 단순, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 노인요양병원 근무자들의 감사성향은 감사일기와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였고 감사성향은 직무만족과 삶의 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 나타냈다(p<.01). 그러나 감사성향이 직무만족과 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향과 감사일기 경험의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구의 의의는 노인요양병원 근무자의 감사성향이 직무만족과 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향과 감사일기 경험의 조절효과를 규명하여 근무자의 직무만족과 삶의 만족을 위한 프로그램 개발과 노인요양병원 인력관리의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
