The study develops methodological aspects for modeling the determining impact of modernization on the enterprise's economic security in development competitive conditions using the model of speed, stability and spaciousness of modernization. Modeling the determining impact of modernization on the enterprise's economic security in a competitive conditions involves: firstly, the formation of estimated modeling indicators in accordance with the speed, stability and spaciousness of the enterprise's modernization; secondly, establishing the weight of indicators in the assessment system using the tools of cognitive judgment; thirdly, the establishment of reference values of sound evaluation indicators; fourthly, the calculations of the integrated impact assessment of the modernization's determining impact modeling on the enterprise's ensuring economic security in a competitive conditions; fifthly, conducting calculations and analytical summarization of the results. To determine a comprehensive integrated indicator of the modernization changes impact on the competitiveness and economic security of enterprises, we use the correlation method of the calculated value with the reference value, as well as use weights for groups of calculations. Approbation of modeling of determining influence of modernization on maintenance of economic safety of the enterprise in competitive conditions of development by authors was carried out concerning such enterprises, as: JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", SE "Ukraerorukh", SE IA "Boryspil", SE "Ukrposhta", KP "Kyivpastrans".

The main purpose of the article is to determine the economic consequences of the impact of war on labor resources and tourism in terms of ensuring economic security. Today, in the context of Russia's invasion of the territory of Ukraine, an important aspect of people's lives is confidence in their safety. But no less important is the provision of economic security, its impact on the labor and tourism aspects of this type of security, the negative impact on which is carried out under the influence of war. Modern society is faced with the same problems that were a hundred years ago: technological progress, the balance of power in the world community, social problems, military conflicts. In the modern development of society, no one can deny the amazing scientific progress in new technologies and communications.That is why it is important to understand how dangerous war is not only for human life, but also for the economy of the state, its labor and tourism aspects.

광역경제권 선도산업은 지역 간 협력 및 연계를 통해 산업 경쟁력을 높이는 것을 정책 목표로 하고 있어 R&D의 경제적 파급효과에 대한 권역별 분석이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 충청광역경제권 선도산업 중 'New IT' 분야의 '차세대무선통신 단말기 부품소재 글로벌 경쟁력 강화' 프로젝트에 대한 경제적 파급효과를 한국은행에서 발간한 지역산업연관표를 활용하여 분석한다.

Governments are asking policymakers to quantify the economic and social impact of those advanced technologies they support, including nanotechnology. National policymakers and researchers who participated in OECD activities cooperated to develop a model for the economic impact assessment of nanotechnology with a relevant case study. The present research contributing to some recommendations from the OECD WPN (Working Party on Nanotechnology) finds a successful example of market creation by nanotechnology, and assesses the resulting economic impact of the DEFRA (Department of Environment, Food & Rural Affairs of UK) model. This study investigates the economic impact of Quantum-dot (Qdot) nanotechnology on flat panel TV manufacturers, which is an ideal case to apply the DEFRA model for the analysis of product innovation based on nanotechnology. Findings show that Qdot nanotechnology is expected to create an economic value of $3.32 billion for Korean TV manufacturers over the next decade.

Assessment in Socio-economic items should be used to estimate social influence when policies and projects were introduced. To estimate current situation of socio-economic items 19 Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) of large scale projects were analyzed. The projects were selected based on magnitude of social impact when the projects were implemented. Environmental Impact Statement was categorized into line projects(road construction, railroad construction, stream development, etc), and surface projects(energy development, wetland reclamation, recreation and sport development, and housing and residential development, etc) thus being chosen for 19 projects in each categories. This report was based on the analysis of 7 items in socio-economic environmental items(i.e., population, residents, industry, public facilities, education, transport and historical monument). Most EIS did not follow the regulation suggested by Ministry of Environment, and only current circumstances were briefly described. Indifference of in-depth analysis of socioeconomic environmental items would influence the process of social and environment impact negatively in the midst of construction of National Projects such as Outer Circle Seoul Highways, Saemankeum Reclamation Projects, etc. This abrupt halt of construction was mostly based on a lack of public hearing or public participation. Socio-economic items are also very much lacking in quantitative method and strengthening socio-economic environmental items is needed via checklist or matrix that brings decision-makers better ideas objectively.

Purpose: With the unique feature of O2O, consumers are now able to check the profile of the services and products online and then consume them in offline venues or vice versa. This study provides motivation and practical implications about online-to-offline (O2O) distribution channels and investigates the relationship between economic values, service consistency and brand identity attractiveness in the O2O distribution channel. Then identify the impact of brand identity attractiveness on the performance (reputation and reuse intention). Research design, data, and methodology: Structural equation modeling (SEM) has been used to investigate the relationship between economic value and brand identity attractiveness, which affects the reputation and reuse intention of services in O2O. Results: Empirical results show the positive and significant impact of economic value and service consistency on brand identity attractiveness which results the positive and significant impact on performance (reputation and reuse intention) in O2O. Conclusion: In the O2O distribution channel, economic value is an important aspect for the attractive image and brand identity. On the other side, brand identity attractiveness is important for the bright future of O2O services, continuous growth, achieving the distinct goal, keeping good promises with customers, and a better reputation of O2O services in distribution channels.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main factors influencing the economic environment of the region and its financial and economic security. Ukraine aspires to become a full member of the European Union, but the events of 2022 have changed everything. Full-scale military operations on the territory of Ukraine significantly affect its socio-economic situation Today, the issue of studying the negative impact of military operations on the economic environment is very relevant. Based on the results of the study, we have identified the main negative factors of the military impact on the economic environment of the region and its financial and economic security.

자연재해의 경제적 영향평가에 대한 연구는 많으나 화산재해의 영향평가에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 매우 적다. 국내의 경우, 화산 폭발에 대한 국가적, 사회적 관심 부족으로 화산재해 영향평가에 대한 학계 연구도 매우 부족하다. 이러한 연구실정을 고려하여, 본 연구는 자연재해의 경제적 영향평가 연구방법론을 조사하고 향후 예상되는 백두산 화산재해에의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 본 연구의 주요 내용과 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자연재해 및 화산재해에 대해 조사한 결과, 아시아지역에서 자연재해 피해규모가 가장 컸고 아시아와 아메리카 대륙의 경제적 피해가 가장 많았던 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 최근 30년 사이에 화산분화가 매우 빈번했던 일본에서 화산재해로 인한 피해연구가 활발했던 반면, 화산분화가 드문 한국과 중국에서는 화산재해의 경제적 영향에 대한 연구가 매우 희소하다. 셋째, 자연재해에 의한 피해 유형 및 복합 피해구조에 대하여 살펴보았고, 그 중에서 정량적인 분석이 가능하다고 생각되는 경제적 간접피해를 추정할 수 있는 몇 가지 방법들을 비교 검토해 보았다. 각 방법론을 백두산 화산재해에 적용하는 경우, 모형 고유의 특징 때문에 피해규모가 과대 추정되거나 혹은 과소 추정될 가능성이 있으므로 계산된 피해결과는 사후적인 비교 검토가 필요하다. 마지막으로 일본의 화산재해에 관한 학술적 연구를 백두산 화산폭발의 경제적 영향 평가 연구의 출발점으로 활용할 수도 있겠지만, 미국에서 사용되는 Hazus나 뉴질랜드에서 사용되는 RiskScape와 같은 컴퓨터 SW를 활용하거나 개발하여 백두산 화산재해의 경제적 영향을 예측하는 것도 좋은 방법이라고 생각된다.

본 연구의 목적은 국립자연휴양림이 지역경제에 미치는 경제적 파급효과를 지역산업연관분석에 적용하여 자연휴양림의 조성 정책의 타당성을 확인할 수 있는 전략적 수단을 발굴하고자 시도되었다. 지역산업연관분석은 한국은행(2009)에서 발표된 지역산업연관표를 활용하여 자연휴양림의 생산, 소득, 부가가치, 고용파급의 승수효과 분석을 통하여 지역내(內)와 지역외(外) 경제적 유발효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 하나의 국립자연휴양림이 지역에 미치는 경제적 파급효과는 지역내(內)에서 연간 생산파급은 3,380백만원, 소득파급 328백만원, 부가가치파급은 1,017백만원, 고용파급은 22명인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지역외(外)에 미치는 연간 생산파급은 687백만원, 소득파급은 85백만원, 부가가치파급은 245백만원, 고용파급은 6명인 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to identify the factors influencing residents' satisfaction for the urban regeneration projects in South Korea. Data were collected from 250 people with self-administrated questionnaires. A factor analysis identified three factors which are positive economic impacts, negative social impact, and positive environment impact. The positive economic impact has the highest variance explained. Results showed that high income and students and unemployed are less like to be satisfied with their community life. And whereas negative social impacts are less likely to have community satisfaction, positive economic impacts are more likely to have community satisfaction. This study suggested that community leaders and policy makers should consider perceived impacts and income when implementing development projects.
