This paper proposes maximum torque control of IPMSM drive using Adaptive Fuzzy-Neuro controller and artificial neural network(ANN). The hybrid combination of neural network and fuzzy control will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. This paper proposes the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the Adaptive Fuzzy-Neuro and ANN controller.

In this study, a plasma flat fluorescent lamp having a new structure was fabricated by screen printing technique. Coplanar types of silver electrodes with a dielectric layer were screen-printed on a rear glass plate, and then fired at $550^{\circ}C$ and $580^{\circ}C$, respectively. Phosphor was spin-coated on the dielectric layer with firing at $490^{\circ}C$. Several types of lamps were designed and its properties wee investigated with electrode shape, gas pressure, etc.

We propose an XML document storage system, called XDMS (XML Document Management System), by using an object-relational DBMS. XDMS generates object database schema from XML Schema and stores the XML documents in an object-relational database. SAX parser is used for understanding the structure of the XML documents, and XDMS transforms the documents into objects in the database. Experiment shows that object-relational databases provide more efficient storage and query model compared with relational databases.

This paper is proposed an efficiency optimization control algorithm for a synchronous reluctance motor which minimizes the copper and iron losses. The design of the speed controller based on fuzzy-neural networks(FNN) controller that is implemented using fuzzy control and neural networks. The control performance of the adaptive FNN controller is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions. Simulation results are presented to show the validity of the proposed algorithm

D2GSNP is a web-based server for the selection of single nucleotide polymorph isms (SNPs) within genes related to human diseases. The D2GSNP is based on a relational database created by downloading and parsing OMIM, GAD, and dbSNP, and merging it with positional information of UCSC Golden Path. Totally our server provides 5,142 and 1,932 non-redundant disease genes from OMIM and GAD, respectively. With the D2GSNP web interface, users can select SNPs within genes responding to certain diseases and get their flanking sequences for further genotyping experiments such as association studies.

The article reviews the issue of formation of information culture of social work bachelors in the process of their professional training. The main internal / external factors that determine the need for the information culture formation of social workers-to-be have been identified. To determine the levels of information culture formed in bachelors of social work criteria and their indicators have been substantiated. The model of information culture formation in BSW has been developed and implemented in Ukrainian universities under the following pedagogic conditions: organized informational environment; interconnection between general and professionally-directed courses; curriculum includes course directed on IC formation. The model contained interconnected components: aim - to achieve higher level of information culture formed; specific principles; content, interactive methods and forms of organization of educational process, methods of control and correction; components of information culture. The implemented mastered learning procedure has contributed to the leveling up of information culture formed in social work bachelors.

무선 센서 네트워크를 구성하는 센서노드들이 클러스터를 구성하고 선출된 클러스터 헤드가 클러스터 내의 센서노드들로부터 데이터를 받아서 병합한 다음, 기지국으로 데이터를 전달하는 클러스터 기반 라우팅 방법이 연구되어 왔다. 이 클러스터 기반 라우팅 방법에서 클러스터 헤드에 고장이 발생한다면, 해당 클러스터의 데이터는 기지국으로 전달할 수 없어 데이터 신뢰성에 문제가 생긴다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 고장감내를 지원하는 클러스터 기반 라우팅 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 각 클러스터마다 백업 클러스터 헤드를 지정하여 원래의 클러스터 헤드에 고장이 발생한다면 백업 클러스터 헤드가 그 역할을 대신하도록 함으로써 데이터 전달의 신뢰성을 보장한다.
