The article used a complex system of research methods: observation of the course of the educational process, analysis of literature on pedagogy, teaching methods, modern pedagogical technologies; analysis of the experience of using multimedia in the study of disciplines. The theoretical significance of the article: the definition of multimedia programs is given, the advantages and disadvantages of using multimedia programs are revealed, the basic principles of teaching using multimedia programs are revealed.

In traditional programing education, computers were used as the main tool. Consequently, it was problematic to provide education in an environment without computers or for learners without computer skills. To address this problem, this study developed and validated an unplugged robot education system capable of computerless programming education. The key feature of the proposed system is that programing can be done only by connecting programming blocks in symbols of a flow chart with built-in commands. Validation of the system was performed by a specialist group. Validity was very high with values of content validity ratio (CVR) over 0.7 in all evaluation criteria except "Ease of error debugging" and "Linkages to educational curriculum," whose CVR values were each 0.6. Future directions include improvement in the two areas that scored lower than the others did by, respectively, system improvement to support debugging in error conditions that may occur during the programming process, and development of user guide to support linkages to educational curriculum.

The purpose of the paper is communication between multi-agents for student's learning at web based collaborative learning. First, this study investigated the whole contents and characteristics of an agent system and discussed KQML, communication language between multi-agents. Also, we suggested architecture of an agent based system for collaborative learning and interaction method between agents using KQML. We design어 and implemented collaborative learning system using Java programming language, and we also demonstrate the efficiency of collaborative learning system by communication between multi-agents through experiments.

We synthesized two new series of alternating copolymers, poly[bis(2-(4-phenylenevinylene)-2-cyanoethenyl)-9,9-dihexyl-9H-fluoren-2,7-yl-alt-1,4-phenylene](Polymer-I)and poly[bis(2-(4-phenylenevinylene)-2­cyanoethenyl)-9,9-dihexyl-9H-fluoren-2,7-yl-alt-2,7-(9,9-dihexylfluorene)](Polymer-II), via the Suzuki coupling reaction, for use in light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Defect-free uniformly thin films of these polymers were found to be easily formed on indium-tin oxide (ITO) coated glass substrates. Multi-layer LEDs with ITO/PEDOT/Polymer/ LiF/Al configurations with or without an $Alq_3$ electron transport layer were fabricated with these polymers. The maximum EL emissions of Polymer-I and Polymer-II with an $Alq_3/LiF/Al$ cathode were observed at 516 and 533 nm, respectively. The maximum brightness and external luminance efficiency of the devices fabricated with the EL polymers were found to be $411 cd/m^2$ and 0.16 cd/A, respectively.

This paper describes a method of building a intelligent learning system consisting of a authoring tool, in the area of language education, and a Intelligent Tutoring System(ITS) to study English. This tool is different from commerical authoring tools, as a tool that has capabilities as a component of an ITS and this ITS is efficient to retrieve the lesson plan from the plan memory than to generate it whenever an instructinoal goal is selected. the results of this research could be used either by a developer of the other area of ITS, or by a human teacher as a curriculum in the actual class.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of agricultural management accounting information, education status, and policy demands through a questionnaire survey of advanced agricultural managers. These people are expected to play a key role in the changing agricultural environment in Korea. Based on survey results, several policy implications were derived for the advanced agricultural managers' agricultural management accounting information record activation. Survey results of 303 respondents identified that 63.4% of them record their agricultural management accounting information. The biggest reason given for not recording this information was lack of time for record keeping. The biggest problem was a 'lack of Question and Answer system'. In addition, 37.2% of the respondents were not aware of the current agricultural accounting guidelines. In terms of education, 71.3% of the respondents have completed course work in accounting and responded that an 'On-off parallel education system', which offers both online and offline classes, was the most effective method to prevent dropout. Respondents thought that agricultural management accounting records were helpful for the management of agriculture and their participation in government policies. They also thought that customized education programs should be further implemented for enhancing the effectiveness of education programs, and 'One-stop Question and Answer system on related web sites and organizations' is required for them to keep better records. The following policy implications can be derived from the survey results. First, interoperability between agricultural management accounting information recording programs is needed. Second, accessibility should be strengthened. Third, the education system needs to be improved. Fourth, voluntary participation should be encouraged. Last, the government needs to establish a post-verification system.
