This study is a marketing tool for securing loyal customers and increasing sales by developing a customizing manual according to the change of segmented nail art consumption pattern due to the development of the nail industry and performing art to meet the needs of various customers and increase satisfaction. This was done to demonstrate the possibility of use. In order to develop a manual for the study, we conducted a survey that combined an online survey and in-person survey for ordinary citizens in their 20s and 50s living in Busan and Gyeongnam. Taste (50.0%) was the highest, and personal preference (62.9%) was also the highest for items related to nail art color selection, suggesting that the consumption pattern is changing to require a variety of personal art preferences rather than recommendations or recommendations from practitioners. Could know. As a result of performing nail art by applying the customizing manual developed based on customer selection, opinions were shown in the order of reliability (39.1%), attachment (39.1%), and rarity (26.1%). Utilization (73.9%) was also high in the question of 'If customizing manual was developed as an app', and overall satisfaction with the art selected by the customer was high, indicating that the customer had a high degree of attachment to the nail art design decided by the customer. As for the improvement points of the manual, it was possible to confirm the necessity of developing the app with the majority opinion that handwriting was inconvenient. Based on the nail art customizing manual of this study, the follow-up research proceeds with the app production and utilization process, and it is hoped that it will be used as a basic data for sales promotion by increasing customer satisfaction according to the rapidly changing consumption patterns of nail customers.

This study focused on the expression technique and work manufacturing of nail design. Any woman that wants to be pretty is interested in nail design which is considered as a means to express beauty, intelligence and sensuality. These days, nail design carries heavy weight in completion of total fashion coordination. Good dress, elegant hair style, bright make-up and well-trimmed nails are requirements of modem women. These days, the range of nail design is more expanding and its importance is getting bigger. To maintain and establish such developmental flow properly, we have to break our stereotyped view on nails and accept it in open view. And we have to actively participate in development of new products and technologies and perform academic research on nail design. For the purpose, we have to consider further studies which contribute to understanding exact meaning of nails and necessity and importance of nails.

This study is to understand psychedelic art works and identify their characteristics in order to present a convergent nail art design and find new directions for design ideas. For these purposes, the concepts of psychedelic art and nail art, and expressive techniques were analysed based on results of Internet surfing, previous studies and technical books. For nail art design works with the characteristics of psychedelic art as motivation, hand painting, marble and nail patch techniques were merged to create a total of four design pieces. This study merged psychedelic art with modern sense to reorganize it into a unique design. It is hoped that the designs will be helpful in the development of future nail art designs. Also it is expected that it can become a new cultural trend which can express diverse design works with infinite possibilities in nail art and artistic creativity.

After its introduction in Korea, nail art is becoming active, especially among women in their 20s and 30s who are interested in fashion and beauty. Although self-nail tips are available online in various designs for each brand that is currently on the market, these designs and sizes of self-nail tips on the market are different for each age group. Since the design or size is not suggested for the different situations, there are difficulties in purchasing products that match the shape and size of nails of consumers. In this study, frequency analysis was performed using 'SPSS statistics 21.0 for windows program' to analyze data obtained by direct measurement method and 3D scanner measurement method for Korean women in their 20s. For comparative analysis between direct and 3D scanner measurements, a corresponding sample, 'T-test', was performed. As a result, we proposed the standardization of nail tip size after comparative analysis between direct measurement and 3D scanner measurement. Previous studies have been proceeding with direct measurement method. However, this study introduced a 3D scanner measurement method in the nail field and attempted the standardization of nail size by age group of Korean women. Importantly, this sutdy suggests standardization of nail tip size among missing body sizes.

A Femur is the longest and largest bone which supports body in human musculoskeletal structure. Therefore, it may cause heavy loss of blood when it is suffered by a simple or complex fracture, and the complication is very dangerous with a possibility of severe tissue damage. In this study, the femoral cancellous angle change is estimated in order to design the Korean femoral IM nail. Generally, it is various in the size and curvature of femoral cancellous bone depending on patient's body dimension. Therefore surgeon has difficulty in fitting this femoral IM nail to the patient in the surgical procedure. In our study, we tries to estimate femoral lateral curve angle with more precise method based on CT image of the femur and utilize this information on the design of femoral IM nail for Korean patients.

As nailists do not pay much attention to development of new designs while repeating existing or variated designs, nail design is not developed further and just simple design is repeated. In this perspective, this study is to suggest nail art designs grafted on Mosaic technique using diverse objets to overcome the problems of lacking materials and design skills. For the purposes, this study analysed the concept and characteristics of Mosaic technique based on bibliographical data, Internet web-sites and previous studies, and presented 4 pieces of UV gel nail art design using diverse materials of cellophane paper, gel, hologram and stone as a convergence design. As a result, this study discovered that there is a possibility that more materials would be used and the limitation of existing nail art can be overcome through a suggestion of new convergence nail art. It is expected that further research would be conducted on satisfaction of clients in the developed skills and the result will be helpful to more sale in nail shops.

The purpose of this study was to clarify that the effect of consumer's perception of nail store attributes has on intent to revisit (focus on independent stores) by performing quantitative research. The importance of nail stores is increasing with sales amounts and the number of workers, however, previous research in this area is not complete. The reason that this qualitative research should be done before the quantitative research is due to the scant theoretical background in this matter. As the nail market is steadily increasing, determining the factors to make a successful and influential store leading to revisits is very meaningful both academically and in business. For the quantitative study, consumers from 20 years old to less 60 years old who had purchased nail service at independent nail stores were included in the survey. Quota sampling was adopted in the areas where the independent nail stores were located from May 10th to May 30th, 2019, and 262 questionnaires were collected, and those containing insincere respondences were excluded. The most important nail store attribute was reliability (store name value, relationship with workers and A/S) and then the physical environment, economics, product, and promptness. The result depended on demographic factors- younger and lower-income respondents put a premium on the physical environment, promptness, and economics, on the other hand, older and higher-income respondents placed a priority on reliability. The correlation analysis result is that all store attributes (reliability, physical environment, economics, promptness, product) show a statistical significance. A multiple regression analysis was conducted to determine the effects of nail store attribute importance on revisit intention. Promptness, economics, and the physical environment have a statistically significant effect on the consumer's revisit intention.

The several computer programs for the design of soil nailed wall are often used in Korea. However, these programs have been used without and practical justification. Therefore, in order to evaluate the applicability of these programs for the design of soil nailing, these computer results were analyzed and compared with one another. The performance evaluations by the available programs, such as SNAILZ, TALREN97, SLOPE/W STABL6, and NAILMI6, were applied and the applied data were from 6 case history(21 section). The estimated factors of safety with available programs were compared with observed horizontal deformation from the field. This study showed that the program SNAILZ is most adequate tool for the design of soil nailed wall. Also, The finite element program SOILSTRUCT was applied for the analysis of nail inclination effect in soil nailed wall. The program SOILSTRUCT showed that the most optimal inclination of nail was $20^{\circ}$. However, the effect of nail inclination on the wall deformation was negligible. Also, the tension force of the nail were increased as the nail inclination increased, and the tension force of the nail increased as the depth increased, except the deepest nail. Therefore, the larger diameter nail should be considered if the inclination of nail is steeper than the suggested range, and the deeper nails should have the larger diameters than those of shallower nails except for the deepest one.

Korean nail-beauty is mainly concentrated on women in their 20s and 40s. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structure and characteristics of nails based on the literature and to measure the nail size of adult women in their 20s to 40s as an empirical study. The purpose of this study is to utilize the measurement results as basic data for the standardization of nail size through comparative study with previous studies. For the study method, 150 (50 for each age group) adult female in 20 ~ 40 years with cuticle removed for 30 days from September 17 to October 16, 2017 were measured. As the result, As a result of measurements, the width of the nail was almost similar to that of the researcher. However, the thumb was 1.01 mm longer than the results of the previous researchers. The index nail was 1.12 mm longer, the middle nail was 0.82 mm longer, and the ring nail was 1.3 mm longer than the previous study.

Soil nailing technique is being widely used for stabilization of vertical cuts because of its economic, environment friendly and speedy construction. Global stability and lateral displacement are the two important stability criteria for the soil nail walls. The primary objective of the present study is to evaluate soil nail wall stability criteria under the influence of in-situ soil variability. Finite element based numerical experiments are performed in accordance with the methodology of $2^3$ factorial design of experiments. Based on the analysis of the observations from numerical experiments, two regression models are developed, and used for reliability analyses of global stability and lateral displacement of the soil nail wall. A 10 m high prototype soil nail wall is considered for better understanding and to highlight the practical implications of the present study. Based on the study, lateral displacements beyond 0.10% of vertical wall height and variability of in-situ soil parameters are found to be critical from the stability criteria considerations of the soil nail wall.
