현재 인터넷에서 단-대-단 QoS 경로 제공을 위하여 자원 예약 서비스기반 통합서비스 모델, PHB에 의한 차등서비스기반 차등 서비스 모델, 그리고 이러한 2가지 모델을 목표 망의 상태에 따라 분리 적용하는 two-tire 모델에 의한 서비스 방안 등이 제안되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 인터넷의 QoS를 ATM 기반 망에 적용 시, 두 통신망간의 근본적인 상호연결방식, 이름/주소변환체계의 차이 및 단-대-단 shortcut 경로 설정에 의한 QoS 제공 등의 문제점이 제기된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점 해결을 위하여, 현재 ATM 기반 IP 통합 망에서 차세대 인터넷 이름/주소 체계의 통합 및 확장성을 보장하는 shortcut 기반 QoS 경로 설정 방안에 대하여 제안한다. 이렇게 설정된 경로에 의해 다중 서비스 클래스의 차별화 된 트래픽 처리가 설계되며, 각 단계별로 서버, ER 및 호스트 측면에서 적용 가능하도록기본기능이 구현된다. 추후 이러한 기능은 확장되어 차세대 인터넷 목표 망에 shortcut 기반QoS 보장 경로를 단-대-단 접속 구성장치 간에 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this research calculates the map manufacture cost and there are we even though we determine proper map price. We distinguished the budget item of NGI in 2003 with the direct cost to the overhead cost. A map manufacture cost classified a direct and overhead cost as a nap manufacture cost commonness cost and no relation cost and was calculated. The result to analyze the item of the charge, It is impossible to withdraw the map manufacture cost selling the map. This is because a map sale price inexpensive than the map manufacture price. We presented a two alternative in research to see consequently about a map price raising.

The quality of aerial photograph is closely connected with the change of wether conditions like as cloud cover, visibility, drifted snow and so on. To solve some problems caused by wether condition, the related organizations in advanced nations have presented some standards of wether condition for aerial photography. In domestic case, the NGI has presented some standards based on the internal specification of aerial photography and the table of monthly weather condition, but it is not enough to make the quantitative and objective standards on aerial photography specification. In this paper, we proposed a method which can reflect domestic weather condition and make accurate estimation of the average number of clear days in one year for aerial photography.

This study is aimed at standardizing the process of spatial database construction and developing a software tool for process management. Knowhow of five GIS firms and provisions of NGI(National Geography Institute) was analyzed. In this study, the process of spatial database construction was standardized. The system from this study has the capability to manage the process of construction database using GIS and to deal with the metadata of unit map, generated from the process, systematically and continuously. The process was also shown by using either Gantt chart or PERT chart after developing an interface for "MS Project". A software "Visual Basic for Application" was used for this study.

The digital map version 2.0 is national base map which is used for frame work data, paper map making as well as geographic information system. National Geographic Institude has been research to make small scale digital map by using large scale digital map. NGI made from 25 1/5,000 digital maps to one 1/25,000 digital map ver 2.0 with map generalization system in 2003. However, they could not make 1/10,000 and l/50,000 digital map version 2.0 because of There is no portrayal on the scale 1/10,000 and 1/50,000 digital map in the existing regulations. therefore. We create the specification of the digital map on scale in order to make small scale digital map version 2.0 such as 1/10,000 and 1/50,000 scale.

본 연구에서는, 수문해석모형과 국산 GIS 엔진인 HyGIS와 직접연계를 통해 자료수집 분석, 모의수행 및 결과도시를 일괄적으로 수행될 수 있도록 GIS-수문통합모형을 개발하였다. GIS 기반 수문모형의 자동화를 위해 유역 추출, 하도망 생성, 유출 매개변수의 산정 및 수문모형 진행을 필요한 모든 과정들에 대해서 사용자 인터페이스를 구축하고, 강우자료, 레이다/위성자료, 설계강우 조건으로부터 NGIS를 활용한 수문분석을 위한 NGIS자료의 표준화 과정을 제시하였다. 수문해석을 위한 유역추적방법에는 Clark, SCS, Snyder 방법, 하도추적방법에는 Muskingum, Muskingum-Cunge 방법 등과 같은 실제 실무분야에서 많이 이용되는 방법들이 이용 가능하도록 구성하였다. 수문모형과 NGIS DB와의 Interface 기능을 활용하여 국내 실무분야에 적용함에 있어 편의성과 실용성을 갖춘 모형을 개발을 통해, 수문모형 구축 시 NGIS 자료 및 지형 DB의 표준화 과정을 제시하고자 한다.

현재 산림청에서는 NGIS와 연계한 국가차원의 산림지리정보시스템(FGIS)을 구축하는 사업을 추진중이며, 행정자치부에서는 정보화촉진기본법에 따라 국가적 행정종합정보화 차원에서 제안된 2단계 소방/재난관리시스템 구축의 필요성을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 범국가적인 사업과 연계하여 각 지방자치단체 규모의 산림행정체계 규모의 산림행정체계에 적합하고, 국지적 기상조건 및 확산요인을 고려한 시스템을 개발하여 일선 실무자의 행정생산성 향상차원에서 실제 활용될 수 있는 개별시스템으로 구현해야할 필요성이 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 각 지방자치단체의 산림담당자가 산불의 사전예방 및 홍보활동을 위한 산불 다발지역을 분석하고, 광범위한 산림지역을 효과적으로 감시하기 위한 산불감시카메라 의 위치를 산정할 수 있으며, 산불 발생시 국지적 확산요인을 고려한 실시간 산불확산 형태 를 예측할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 또한 평상시 소방시설물을 관리하고 산불발 생시 신속한 진압을 위한 각종정보(예 : 최단이동거리분석)를 제공하며, 산불감지 시점으로 부터 상황종료 시까지의 종합사고보고를 위하여 위성영상과의 비교분석 등 사후관리까지의 체계를 수립하고자 한다.

IPSEC (Internet Protocol Security) is a network layer security protocol that is designed to support secure TCP/IP environment over the Internet considering flexibility, scalability, and interoperability. IPSEC primarily supports security among hosts rather than users unlike the other security protocols. Recently, IPSEC is emphasized as one of the important security infrastructures in the NGI (Next Generation Internet). It also has suitable features to implement VPN (Virtual Private Network) efficiently and its application areas are expected to grow rapidly. In this paper, the basic concepts and related standard documents of IPSEC will be introduced.

본 논문은 인터넷 기반의 스트리밍 서비스를 위한 차세대 인터넷 서버의 핵심 구성요소인 NS(네트워크 스토리지 서브시스템)에 대하여, 분포-구동 방식의 소프트웨어 시뮬레이션 기반의 연구를 통하여 NGIS의 설계 목표를 충족시킬 수 있도록 1Gbps의 전송속도를 갖는 NS의 최적의 구조를 제안한다. 최근 선보이고 있는 스토리지 가상화 솔루션은 이전의 1세대 기술과는 달리 이기종 통합 등이 가능한 진보된 기능과 향상된 성능을 앞세우고 있으며, 가상화를 이룬다 하더라도 활용할 애플리케이션이 없었던 예전과는 달리 ILM, 스토리지 그리드 등의 새로운 연구가 진행 되고 있다. 이전의 스토리지 가상화는 단순히 기술 구현에 급급했다면, 최근 발표되고 있는 가상화 솔루션들은 실제 엔터프라이즈 환경에 적용할 수 있는 수준의 기술로 거듭나고 있다.
