Design of NFC-based Mobile Electronic Micro-payment System for Traditional Market Activation (전통시장 활성화를 위한 NFC 기반 모바일 전자소액결제 시스템의 설계)

  • In this paper, we find out about the effort and status of GwangJu metropolitan city to reinvigorate traditional market. And we propose the micro payment model based on Android NFC and tokenization technique to support the small trader's micro payment in aspect of information technology more than the physical infrastructure and environmental improvement projects to reinvigorate the traditional market. The micropayment model supports facilities of payment using smart phone based on NFC, and the encryption and tokenization support the indirection authentication and privacy of users.

  • 모바일 IT기술이 발전함에 따라 비접촉 근거리 무선 통신 기술 중 NFC가 대부분의 스마트기기에 탑재되어 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 특히 스마트폰의 NFC 기능을 이용한 서비스들 중 모바일 결제 서비스가 활성화를 위해 다양한 인프라가 구축되어 있으며 최근에는 금융과 기술이 결합한 '핀테크(Fintech)'가 주목받으면서 NFC를 사용한 모바일 결제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기존의 NFC 모바일 결제 시스템은 쿠폰 사용, 포인트 결제 등 다양한 할인혜택을 제공한다. 하지만, 결제 시 할인혜택을 받는 과정에서 쿠폰 사용으로 인해 시간이 다소 소요되며 여러 번 통신으로 결제가 진행되어 사용자들로 하여금 불편하다는 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NFC 환경에서의 mCoupon(mobile-coupon)을 이용한 안전하고 효율적인 통합결제 시스템을 설계하여 사용자들로 하여금 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 구현한다.

  • In this paper, we propose about NFC-based mobile Easy Payment System. Already announced about kind of similar payment system by use smart phone NFC function. However this proposition system will uses an encrypted token and user indirect authentication. This feature makes through to simplify payment without other input necessary information. Also my proposition system has easy security certification process. This mean my system does not adequately to use payment of a large amount. But in retail payment will be very useful payment system.

  • In this paper proposes an idea for using NFC(Near Field Communication) on smalt mobile devices, you can easily control the electric wheelchair system. In this system with previous researches controlled a power wheelchair in a mobile device using Bluetooth communication, the board communicates with the integrated control of the wheelchair. With smart mobile devices, the wheelchair control board integrating the signal generated by checking real time so that the user can easily monitor the state of the wheelchair. Users are using smalt mobile devices, the wheelchair can be controlled easily, and the setting at any time according to the state of the individual and can be used. HEX format control is directly in hardware, allowing analysis was read, the user settings are typically used to match cards which support NFC technology such as bus card for registration, storing the selected information and enable read and were applicable. By applying this system, wheelchairs oriented aids disabled and older people able to access to provide with stability.

  • Currently, automated payment services provide intuitive user interfaces by adapting various wireless communication devices with mobile services. For example, companies like Samsung, Google, and Apple have selected the NFC payment method to service payments of existing credit cards. An electronic payment standard has been released for NFC activation within Korea and will strengthen the safety of payment service communications. However, there are various security risks regarding the NFC-based electronic payment method. In particular, the NFC payment service using the recently released lightweight devices cannot provide the cryptographic strength that is supported by many financial transaction services. This is largely due to its computational complexity and large storage resource requirements. The chaotic map introduced in this study can generate a highly complicated code as it is sensitive to the initial conditions. As the lightweight study using the chaotic map has been actively carried out in recent years, associated authentication techniques of the lightweight environment have been released. If applied with a chaotic map, a high level of cryptographic strength can be achieved that can provide more functions than simple XOR operations or HASH functions. Further, this technique can be used by financial transaction services. This study proposes a mutual authentication technique for NFC-PCM to support an NFC payment service environment based on the chaotic map.

  • NFC is a Near Field wireless Communication technology, comes to the fore as an important technology of Mobile Payment System with supply of devices and diffusion of services. Because of the fact that the NFC retail payment services, ticketing, smart cards are able to operate in one device, it(NFC Technology) can make disclosure of personal information and security risks. Thus, the problem of security in NFC technology is essential, and the need for research on security threats are increasing. In this paper, we wil analyze for NFC's vulnerabilities and security technology.

  • When people stands near someone's mobile device, it can easily be seen by others. To rephrase this, attackers use human psychology to earn personal information or credit information or other. People are exposed by social engineering attacks. It is certain that we need more than just recommendation for the security to avoid social engineering attacks. This is why I proposed this paper. In this paper, I proposed an authentication technique using NFC and Hash function to stand against social engineering attack. Proposed technique result is showing that it could prevent shoulder surfing, touch event information, spyware attack using screen capture and smudge attack which relies on detecting the oily smudges left behind by user's fingers. Besides smart phone, IPad, Galaxy tab, Galaxy note and more mobile devices has released and releasing. And also, these mobile devices usage rate is increasing widely. We need to attend these matters and study in depth.

  • Recently, coupons are distributed in various ways such as paper, Internet, and mobile phone, with the development of the information and communications technology. Coupon users benefit from the use of these coupons. For example, they can get a discount for the product that they wanted to buy and can be offered additional services. However, paper and Internet coupons have a risk of loss since users have to cut them out and keep them separately. Mobile coupons also don't provide users with user convenience, because coupon users first look for coupon data from their mobile phone and show it to the counterperson. To solve these problems, this study proposes a NFC-based mobile coupon system under which we can use coupon data only with mobile device access.

  • Annually more than three hundred thousand lost articles are found in Korea. These articles are only being nuisances kept in lost-and-found centers and storing them consumes a considerable amount of costs. In this paper, we developed a mobile application that helps to find lost articles quickly by using NFC which is the next generation short-distance telecommunication technique. We aim to increase NFC utilization that at this time is only used in limited areas such as public transportation card and Smart Wallet. In addition to this, we seek to reduce the cost for keeping annually lost articles as well.

  • As the near field communication technology's application scope tends to expand gradually in the various fields, application of mobile-based NFC(Near Field Communication) is increasing in the various types of technologies. The method which reads the URL address and supports access to the web site of the address if you touch the NFC device in the tag(RFID) that the URL address is stored was applied to the unmanned security system. It proposed the effective plan to manage mobilization security business in the aspects of Integrity, Damage, Real-Time, and Speed through comparison and verification of the method with the existing unmanned security system.
