ZnO thn films are grown on five kinds of oxide substrates including $c-Al_2O_3(0001),\;r-Al_2O_3(01-12)$, MgO(100), MgO(111), $NdGaO_3(110)$ by rf magnetron sputtering and effects substrate types on properties of ZnO thin films ate investigated. In order to compare the substrate effects one growth condition is selected and all the films are grown by the same growth condition. Structural and optical properties of the ZnO films ate different depending on the substrates although the films ate not epitaxial but polycrystalline. The ZnO film grown on $NdGaO_3(100)$ substrate shows the best overall properties among the films grown on substrates investigated in this study.

This study analyzes the relative importance of the introducing factors for the critical success factors in the implementation stage of the lifecycle of ERP system using Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). In the 1st layer of the hierarchy, technical factor is evaluated as the most important factor among organizational, technical, and supplier factors. In the 2nd layer, choosing a proper ERP package is evaluated as the most important factor within 15 factors followed by process-oriented approach, technical suitability, minimized customization, integration and association of system with trading parter, association with legacy systems, and support and involvement of top management. As a result of this analysis enterprise should choose an ERP package that is suitable to its business environment, and make the best use of(take full advantage of) best practice that ERP package provides to optimize the existing business procedure or process(to approach the existing business procedure or process). This study also shows the range of customization of the features provided by the ERP package should be minimized.

케로신과 액체산소를 추진제로 하며, 10톤을 설계 추력으로 하는 우주 발사체의 2단용 액체로켓엔진의 재생 냉각 특성에 대한 해석적 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 보조적인 냉각 방법으로서 노즐 확장부에는 대기로의 복사 방열에 의한 냉각을 적용하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 케로신을 연료로 하는 10톤 추력의 2단용 액체로켓엔진에서 재생냉각과 복사 냉각에 의한 냉각 기구만으로는 소재의 열 및 열구조적인 불안정성과 냉각채널에서의 과다한 압력강하에 의해 적합하지 않다는 것을 확인하였다.

ZnO thin films are Prepared on Si(111) substrate by RF magnetron sputtering. Two-step deposition method is proposed to obtain ZnO thin films with high c-axis (002) TC value and electrical resistivity. This method consists of the following two-step deposition procedures: 1st-deposition for 10$\sim$30 min without oxygen at 100W and 2nd-deposition with oxygen added in the range of $O_2/(Ar+O_2)$ = 10 $\sim$ 50%. SAW filters with IDT/ZnO/Si(111) configuration are also fabricated. From the frequency response characteristics, the insertion loss and the side-lobe rejection are estimated.

In this research, the development of fabrication technique of bulk YBaCuO superconductors for application was studied. In fluence of $BaZrO_3$ addition on magnetization characteristics of thermal pyrolysis textured YBaCuO superconductor was investigated. Fine $BaZrO_3$ particle were dispersed within the textured YBaCuO matrix by means of the thermal pyrolysis processing. Magnetic levitation force for YBaCuO superconductors were obtained using Nd-B-Fe permanent magnet, at 77 K and at the magnetic field from 0 to 5.3 K gauss. In the unadded superconductor and 5 wt% $BaZrO_3$ addition, anomalous magnetization behavior, which is characterized by the intermediate magnetic field, was observed at 77 K. Critical current density was about few hundreds $A/cm^2$ and the magnetic characteristics increased slightly by addition of $BaZrO_3$ powder. Maximum magnetic force was obtained in the YBaCuO superconducting bulk with 3 wt.% $BaZrO_3$ addition.

Asymmetric rolling, in which the circumferential velocities of the upper and lower rolls are different, can give rise to intense plastic shear strains and in turn shear deformation textures through the sheet thickness. The ideal shear deformation texture of fcc metals can be approximated by the <111> // ND and $\{001\}<110>$ orientations, among which the former improves the deep drawability. The ideal shear deformation texture for bcc metals can be approximated by the Goss $\{110\}<001>\;and\;\{112\}<111>$ orientations, among which the former improves the magnetic permeability along the <100> directions and is the prime orientation in grain oriented silicon steels. The intense shear strains can result in the grain refinement and hence improve mechanical properties. Steel sheets, especially ferritic stainless steel sheets, and aluminum alloy sheets may exhibit an undesirable surface roughening known as ridging or roping, when elongated along RD and TD, respectively. The ridging or roping is caused by differently oriented colonies, which are resulted from the <100> oriented columnar structure in ingots or billets, especially for ferritic stainless steels, that is not easily destroyed by the conventional rolling. The breakdown of columnar structure and the grain refinement can be achieved by asymmetric rolling, resulting in a decrease in the ridging problem.

전 세계적으로 환경 보호의 차원에서 자동차 업체는 자동차의 연비 향상을 위한 차체의 경량화가 큰 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해 알루미늄과 같은 경량화 소재를 이용하여 차체 조립에 투입하고자 연구 중에 있다. 이와 같은 레이저 용접 공정이 현장에 적용되기 위해서는 용접부의 품질을 실시간으로 모니터링하고 품질을 판단하여야 생산성을 극대화 할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 알루미늄 AA5182 알루미늄 판재의 용가 와이어를 이용한 레이저 용접에서 용접부를 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이를 위하여 레이저는 4kW급 Nd:YAG 레이저를 사용하였고, 차체용 알루미늄 판재 AA5182 1.4t를 AA5356 와이어를 이용하여 용접을 수행하였다. 모니터링 센서로는 반응 범위가 190 mn~680 nm인 센서를 이용하였고, 용접 중 센서로부터 발생된 출력전류를, 신호 증폭기와 DAQ 보드를 통해 초당 10,000 samples/sec로 계측하였다. 다양한 용접조건을 이용하여 실험을 수행하였고 이를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 계측된 신호와 용접 품질은 비선형적 관계를 가지고 있으므로 본 연구에서는 용접 품질을 예측하는 방법으로 퍼지 패턴인식 알고리즘을 이용하는 방법과 계측 신호를 이용한 인장강도 예측모델을 이용하여 병렬로 품질평가를 할 수 있는 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 계측된 신호와 용접 품질과의 관계를 이용하여 퍼지 규칙 베이스 정의하였고, 신경회로망 모델을 이용하여 인장강도 예측모델을 제시하였다. 또한 품질 평가 알고리즘을 기반으로 레이저 용접부의 품질평가가 가능한 GUI 프로그램을 구현하였다.

This study examined the relationship between parenting, the quality of peer relationships, and loneliness in adolescents. This study also examined the mediating effects of the quality of peer relationships on the relationship between parenting and adolescents' loneliness. A total of 506 1st and 2nd grade middle school students (261 boys and 245 girls) from the Seoul Metropolitan area completed measures of parenting, the quality of their peer relationships, and loneliness. The results indicated that adolescents' perceptions of parenting and the quality of their peer relationships were significantly related to their feelings of loneliness. Specifically, adolescents' perceptions of low levels of parental monitoring and high levels of abusive and neglectful parenting were associated with high levels of loneliness. Adolescents who perceived the quality of their peer relationships to be low reported high levels of loneliness. Further, the quality of peer relationships mediated the relationship between parenting and adolescents' loneliness; however, the pattern of associations differed for boys and girls. These findings suggest that both parent and peer relationship factors should be considered in combination in order to better explain loneliness in adolescents.

본 논문은 2008년 8월초부터 2010년 6월 10일 KSLV-I 2차 발사까지 수행된 나로우주센터의 추진제 및 고압가스 품질 관리 결과를 정리한 것이다. 품질관리는 나로우주센터에서 사용되는 모든 고압가스(Air, GHe, $GN_2$) 및 액화가스(LOX, $LN_2$)를 대상으로 관련 발사대 및 조립동 모든 장비에 대해 자율시험(AT), 인증시험(QT), 비행시험(FT) 모든 단계에서 수행하였다. 결과로써 총 428회의 간이검사(check analysis), 111회의 전항목검사(full analysis)를 수행하였다.

Wild and cultured fish including olive flounder, sea bass, rock bream, yellowtail, gray mullet, gizzard shad, black rockfish, red seabream and squid were collected from a fish market located on the coast of Korea, and the antibiotic content of their muscle was investigated. Tetracycline group antibiotics were not detected in the 108 individuals of 9 species of wild fish. However, oxytetracycline (OTC) and tetracycline(TC) were detected in some samples of the 111 individuals in 7 cultured live fish species. The detected ranges of OTC and TC were ND~ 0.06 and ND~ 0.03, respectively. Five different fluoroquinolone antibiotics were also tested for, but were not detected in the wild fish species. Only small amount of criprofloxacin(ND~0.029 mg/kg) were detected in a few cultured fish samples. Oxolinic acid was not detected in either wild and cultured fish samples. Results showed that even very low levels of antibiotics could be detected by the testing methods used. Antibiotics were identified in a few fish samples but levels were far below the maximum allowable limits of the Korean Food Code, and the safety of fish being sold in markets, with regard to antibiotic levels, was confirmed.
