국가직무능력표준을 활용한 컴퓨터공학 교과과정개발 (Curriculum Development of Computer Engineering based on NCS (National Competency Standards))

  • 국가직무능력표준(National Competency Standards: NCS)은 근로자가 자신의 직업에서 직무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해 요구되는 능력을 도출하여 국가차원에서 표준화한 것이다. 4년제 대학의 경우 NCS를 활용한 교과과정 개편에 관한 가시적인 계획은 없는 상황이나 대학교 교과과정의 현장성 문제가 지속적으로 제기되고 있고, NCS에 기반한 과정평가형 국가기술자격 도입등으로 4년제 대학교 교과과정에 NCS가 적용될 수 있는가에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 4년제 대학교 컴퓨터공학전공을 참조하여 NCS 적용 가능성을 탐색하고, NCS를 활용하여 교과과정을 개편 방향을 제시하였다.

  • This study investigated the National Competency Standards (NCS) of fashion planning to compare the fashion planning curriculum of domestic universities and colleges with NCS as well as suggest ways to activate the application of NCS to fashion planning education. Qualitative research was employed based on references from the old and new homepages of NCS as well as fashion planning related subjects of domestic universities and colleges. The results are as follow. First, fashion planning NCS was composed of 10 competency units. Competency units were composed of competency unit elements and performance criteria. The levels of the competency units and the competency unit elements were suggested based on 8 stages. There were significant differences in the content of competency units and the level of competency units between the old version and the revised version of fashion planning NCS. Second, considerable fashion planning related subjects seemed at a higher level than the function level of recent college graduates. There were also omitted subjects which were required for recent college graduates. Third, the requirements for the reorganization of curriculums and education systems as well as the cooperation among industry, colleges, universities, and development part of NCS were suggested for the activation of NCS based education and the validation of NCS.

  • NCS(National Competency Standards) is made by HRDKorea for real company, education, training and qualifications under the current government of national issues. It developed 836 units on the classification of KECO. But. Actual companies do not take advantage of improvements in job competency and production processes. This study is redesigned a real company production process use to some developed the NCS standards. After we finds some process problems and then searches the improve methods on analysis the problems.

  • 최근 중국 시각디자인 분야 기업들은 학교인재 양성의 질적 저하, 졸업생의 개인 능력은 기업의 요구를 만족시킬 수 없는 문제를 반영하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 선진국처럼 완전한 시각디자인 분야 NCS 제도가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 학생의 자기 평가, 기업의 직업 요구, 학교 교육 방식 세 가지 측면에서 분석하고 한국 시각디자인 분야의 국가직업능력표준을 참고해 중국 시각디자인 분야의 직업능역표준을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법은 한국 시각디자인 분야의 국가직업표준을 바탕으로 중국 장쑤성 S 대학의 시각디자인학과 교육제도를 분석하고 시각디자인학과 졸업생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하는 한편 중국 시각디자인회사의 직업요건을 참고해 중국 시각디자인 분야의 국가직업표준을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 분석해서 연구결과는 중국 시각디자인 분야 국가직업능력표준의 개발방안을 제시하였다.

  • In Korea, primary school (also junior high school) is compulsory and free since 2004. But it looks high school is also compulsory, as over 80% of adults has a high school diploma currently. For 20 years improving high school education is only education-oriented, rather than occupation-oriented. And, the mismatch between the occupational requirement and the lesson from school is getting larger. To resolve this issue, the Korean government builds and utilizes National Competency Standards(NCS) to realize a competence-oriented society. With NCS, the government enables to run of a work-study program and tries to suggest the fundamental solution to improve occupational ability and the unemployment of young people. However, the prejudice against the education level and occupation is still engrained, and it is hard to match the education-career-qualification based on NCS. Therefore, we study NCS from the definition to the utilization, suggest an improving method to flexibly utilized the standards in the fields, and continuously improve and develop the NCS.

빅데이터 직무능력 참조모형에 관한 융합적 연구 (Convergence Study on Big Data Competency Reference Model)

  • 정부는 능력중심사회 만들기를 핵심 국정과제로 확정하고, 국가직무능력표준(NCS, National Competency Standards) 개발 및 활용 계획을 발표하였다. 그 일환으로 정부는 2014년까지 833개 직종에 대해 국가직무능력표준을 개발했다. 그러나 빅데이터의 경우 새롭게 등장한 직무로서 아직 산업현장에서도 안정적인 직무 형태로 자리매김했다고 볼 수 없는 상황이며, 융합적이고 다학제적인 성격을 지니고 있다. 또한 주요 선진국이나 국내를 막론하고 빅데이터를 활용하기 위한 다양한 형태의 지식과 기술(skills)의 교육 및 직무역량 모형 등이 나오고 있지만, 확실히 정착된 것은 아니며 다소간의 혼선이 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 기업 및 조직이 효과적인 빅데이터 활용을 하도록 하기 위한 빅데이터 직무능력 참조 모형을 제시하고자 하는 목적 실현을 위해 네가지 직무 유형을 도출하고 이를 수행하기 위한 우리는 능력단위요소로 20개 지식과 15개 기술을 정리하였다.

선박폐유처리 NCS 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on NCS Development for the Treatment of Waste Oils from Ship)

  • NCS development for the treatment of waste oils from ship was carried out through steps such as analysis on characteristics, development of competency standard, utilizing package, and validation of industry sites. The results were as follows. Firstly, duty competency was classified as levels from 2 to 6. Educational training institutions were followed by 75 graduate schools, 73 universities, 54 colleges, and 37 high schools. Secondly, developed standards were consisted of duty and competency unit. The name of duty was the treatment of waste oils from ship and competency units were consisted of 8 items as classification of waste oils from ship, pickup and transport of waste oils from ship, warehousing of waste oils from ship to marine disposal company, transport of waste oils from ship to land, warehousing of waste oils from to disposal company, determination of disposal method and plant recycling treatment, and incineration treatment. 28 competency unit elements below 8 competency units were developed. Thirdly, utilizing package was developed into 3 areas of life-long career path, training criteria, and guidelines for exam according to national competency standards in order to develop development of labor's career and perform personal management such as hiring and promotion in industry sites.

NCS기반 공학교육인증 교육과정 개발을 위한 학습성과와 능력단위의 연관 기법 (Association of Program Outcomes and Competency Units for Curriculum Development of NCS Based Engineering Education Accreditation)

  • This paper introduces the association method for the program outcomes of engineering education accreditation and the competency units of National Competency Standards(NCS). This association method can be used to efficiently develop an engineering curriculum that is based on both of the NCS and the engineering education accreditation. The association method consists of an analysis phase, an association phase and a checking phase. We also deals with the curriculum development procedure that uses the proposed association of program outcomes and competency units. Also, we provide the application of this method to the computer engineering program for NCS-based engineering education accreditation. Thus we can systematically and efficiently develop curriculums for the NCS-based engineering education accreditation by using the proposed method.

  • The National Competency Standards(NCS) has been developed a good curriculum to reflect the demand in the industry. NCS is defined as systemizing the knowledge, skill, and attitude required to perform a task in the industry. It is an effort to reduce the gap between educational requirements and occupational requirements. However, when NCS is applied, the task level is changed to the title of qualification according to the policy outcomes for the government project. And, the NCS has been emphasizing the purpose of license acquisition, rather than using the standard for tasks in the industry. It means that the misuse of NSC hinders utilizing it as the original purpose of standardizing a task. It requires the customer to study the required competency unit with a no-choice option. Moreover, it makes it hard for companies or industry autonomically run the NCS. Therefore, we define the operational range in terms of the education field, the qualification field, and the career field to diffuse and apply NCS, and suggest the effective utilization method.

전문사서 양성을 위한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반의 문헌정보학 현장실습 교육과정 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on National Competency Standards-based Curriculum Design of the Practical Training Courses in Library and Information Science)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 전공 현장실습의 만족도 영향요인을 파악하고 현장실습교육 구성요인으로서 적합한 NCS 능력단위를 도출하여, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)과 연계된 문헌정보학 현장실습 교육과정 모델을 설계하고 NCS 기반의 문헌정보학 실습교육 내용의 기준 및 지침을 구체화하는 목적을 갖고 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 추진 현황 특히 문헌정보학 전공분야 NCS 현황을 분석하였고, 둘째, 문헌정보학 전공학생의 현장실습 만족도 조사를 통해 현장실습의 영향요인을 도출하였고, 실습기관인 도서관 현장에서의 NCS와 연계된 현장실습 구성요인의 중요도 및 활용도 평가를 진행하였으며, 셋째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 조사결과 등을 통해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)이 실제 도서관 현장의 업무와 적절하게 부합되는 방향으로 NCS와 연계된 문헌정보학 실습교육과정 모델을 설계하였고, 넷째, NCS를 기반으로 문헌정보학 실습교육 내용의 기준 및 지침을 구체화하여 현장실습 실습생에게 요구되는 현장실습 교육지침서를 제안하였다.
