Objectives : The purpose of this study was to introduce the case of using eCRF system in the Smoking Cessation Program project in Vietnam (2017). And aimed to derive the usefulness of the eCRF system and it potential for future global health business. Method : Introduce the smoking cessation program in vietnam (2017). Smoking Cessation was conducted in three provices of central vietnam Tamphu, Binhtu, Duytrinh) and eCRF was developed on the web environment by building AMP(Apache, PHP, MySQL). Dedicated application have also been developed for user. Result : Using the eCRF, the results of the program of the smoking cessation participants were recorded on the Database server. The implemented system focused on the role of a case recording platform that was simplified in function rather than an electronic version of the case report. It was useful for monitoring. Conclusions : The eCRF system was useful in global health business, and upgrading the system to reflect the feedback derived from the project could potentially be used in other projects. In addition, there are few cases where ICT is used in overseas health promotion projects using Oriental medicine, so further research is needed.

Purpose: To develop new on-line statistical program for the Korean Society for Radiation Oncology (KOSRO) to collect and extract medical data in radiation oncology more efficiently. Materials and Methods: The statistical program is a web-based program. The directory was placed in a sub-folder of the homepage of KOSRO and its web address is http://www.kosro.or.kr/asda. The operating systems server is Linux and the webserver is the Apache HTTP server. For database (DB) server, MySQL is adopted and dedicated scripting language is the PHP. Each ID and password are controlled independently and all screen pages for data input or analysis are made to be friendly to users. Scroll-down menu is actively used for the convenience of user and the consistence of data analysis. Results: Year of data is one of top categories and main topics include human resource, equipment, clinical statistics, specialized treatment and research achievement. Each topic or category has several subcategorized topics. Real-time on-line report of analysis is produced immediately after entering each data and the administrator is able to monitor status of data input of each hospital. Backup of data as spread sheets can be accessed by the administrator and be used for academic works by any members of the KOSRO. Conclusion: The new on-line statistical program was developed to collect data from nationwide departments of radiation oncology. Intuitive screen and consistent input structure are expected to promote entering data of member hospitals and annual statistics should be a cornerstone of advance in radiation oncology.

Due to rapid advance of wireless communication technology and popularization of wireless devices, demand on wireless internet contents is gradually increasing. Therefore, there are many researches and solution developments to provide good qualified contents quickly for wireless internet. For example, researches into converting wired web contents into wireless web contents or using integrated markup language like XHTML basic to make contents. In this paper, I propose a method to develop XML-based web contents which uses PHP language for data fetch from MySQL database. This method use open source software for a cost saving. Due to use of PHP extension as a XSLT engine, this method is very easy to apply. For a example of this method, a web content of movie information is implemented for PC and PDA browser. Developing XML-based web contents is useful not only for supporting devices of multiple type, but also for rapid changes of user interface design and for exchange of contents between web sites.

Recently the navigation service and LBS (Location based Services) using map supports much information services on mobile terminal. Also Internet Web sites support user much information. But, the user has the difficulty for acquiring the service and the various information based on map because of searching the many Internet sites. Accordingly, this paper supports a convergence information service model of various culture, education, tourism, sport and traffic for accessing synthesizing information based on map. And we design and implement this model using 공개 API. We present a convergence information service model of culture, tourism, sport and bus line information form tour destination and cultural place of Jeju province using the model. Additionally, we develop this service model using apache web server on Linux environment, PHP and JavaScript, MySQL database and Map 공개 API. As this service model supports a convenience action of culture and tourism for Jeju islanders and tourists.

Objectives : Our study aims to provide a collaborative Internet terminology dictionary like Wikipedia, where about 30,000 concept terminologies with respect to traditional Korean medicine (TKM) are shared and TKM experts can edit the terminologies. Methods : The concept terminologies have been collected and refined for three years by the terminology management system, a custom-made software built upon the Oracle database, where each terminology is divided and normalized into one or more tables. The operation of Wikipedia depends on MediaWiki, a free and open source wiki software built upon the MySQL database. The database schema of our terminology management system is different from that of MediaWiki so that MediaWiki cannot used as our terminology dictionary. Thus, we propose a way to share and edit TKM terminologies with wiki-like user interface. Results : We devise a new terminology dictionary system to search and edit terminology upon the database of the terminology management system. The online terminology dictionary of TKM has the user interface and functions which is similar to Wikipedia to support collaborative works. Conclusions : Wikipedia is operated on MediaWiki which is can be downloaded and used freely under the GNU General Public License. However, there occur problems to use MediaWiki upon the legacy system. Thus, other wiki projects start, they should be considered.

In this study, a Vessel Shore Report Management System (VSRMS) is developed for the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Maritime Service Portfolio (MSP) Number 8, which comprises vessel shore reporting. Several documents have to be completed before the arrival/departure of a vessel at a port, as each national port has its own reporting format and data. The present vessel reporting system is inefficient, time-consuming, and involves excessive paperwork, which results in duplications and errors. To solve this problem, in this study, the vessel reporting formats and data contents of various national ports are investigated, as at present, the reporting documents required by the current IMO standard includes insufficient information which is requested by national ports. Initially, the vessel reporting information of various national ports are collected and analyzed. Subsequently, a database structure for managing vessel reporting data for ports worldwide is devised. To make the transfer of data and the exchange of information of vessel reports much more reliable, efficient, and paper-free, VSRMS, which is a software application for the simplification and facilitation of vessel report formalities, is developed. This application is developed using the latest Microsoft C#.Net Programming Language in the Microsoft Visual Studio framework 4.5. It provides a user interface and a backend MySQL server used for database management. SAP Crystal Reports 2013 is used for designing and generating vessel reports in the original report formats. The VSRMS can facilitate vessel reporting and improve data accuracy through the reduction of input data, efficient data exchange, and reduction of the cost of communication. Adoption of the VSRMS will allow the vessel shore reporting system to be automated, resulting in enhanced work efficiency for shipping companies. Based on this information system and architecture, the consensus of various international organizations, such as the IMO, the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA), the Federation of National Associations of Ship Brokers and Agents (FONASBA), and the Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO), is required so that vessel reporting is standardized internationally.

In this paper, we described evaluation software that can propose rating scale and evaluate automatically on SDR(Software-Defined Radio) transmitter system. To deduct suitable rating scale, we extracted requirements based on the operating environment, operating application and operating method because SDR operating software is subordinative to the hardware. And we implementation evaluation software to automatically quality evaluation using rating scale draw from the requirements. The implemented evaluation software has automatically evaluation functions using script, can update the evaluation factor and show visual evaluation result. The implemented evaluation software is used to useful the high quality SDR operating software development.

In an Internet of Thing (IoT) environment, entities with different attributes and capacities are going to be connected in a highly connected fashion. Specifically, not only the mechanical and electronic devices but also other entities such as people, locations and applications are connected to each other. Understanding and managing these connections play an important role for businesses, which identify opportunities for new IoT services. Traditional approach for storing and querying IoT data is used of a relational database management system (RDMS) such as MySQL or MSSQL. However, using RDMS is not flexible and sufficient for handling heterogeneous IoT data because these data have deeply complex relationships which require nested queries and complex joins on multiple tables. In this paper, we propose a graph model for constructing a graph database of heterogeneous IoT data. Graph databases are purposely-built to store highly connected data with nodes representing entities and edges representing the relationships between these entities. Our model fuses social graph, spatial graph, and things graph, and incorporates the relationships among them. We then present a case study which applies our model for representing data from a Smart Campus using Neo4J platform. Through the results of querying to answer real questions in Smart Campus management, we show the viability of our model.

세계 수자원 시장은 연평균 6.5%씩 증가하고 있으며, 2025년 기준 1,038조원까지 급성장할 것으로 전문가들은 예상하고 있으나, 기후변화의 가속화로 인해 가뭄 및 홍수피해가 증가하여 수자원 관리가 더욱 어려워져지고 있다. 급속도로 변화는 환경에 대비하기 위해 국내에서는 수자원 및 기후변화에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 해외사업 진출 시에는 수자원 기초자료 수집에 대한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 글로벌 수문기상자료 제공과 함께 GIS정보, 댐 및 저수지 관련 자료, 인문사회 자료, 물관련 통계자료, 물관련 재해자료 등을 웹으로 제공하는 글로벌 수자원 정보 시스템(GWB, Global World Bank)을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 시스템의 통합 DB를 구축하고 관리방안을 도출하기 위해 수집된 메타데이터 속성 및 데이터구조를 파악하고, 세부항목별 자료 포맷을 분석 후 GIS기반 관측소 정보와 자료를 매칭하여 최종적으로 시스템 컨텐츠별로 DB를 맵핑하였다. 강수량과 기상자료는 33개국의 관측소 6,531개소의 일/월/연단위 관측자료와 10,977격자의 격자분석자료를 구축하였다. 수문자료는 33개국의 수문관측소 2,242개의 월/연단위 유량관측자료와 10,977격자의 월/연단위 직접유출, 기저유출, 잠재증발산의 격자분석자료를 구축하였다. 그리고, 수집된 강우와 기상자료는 기계 오작동, 자료 전송 오류 등으로 인한 결측치 및 이상치에 대해 자료품질분석을 통해 오자료에 대한 보정을 진행하였다. 해당자료는 MySQL를 활용하여 DB를 구축하였으며, GIS정보는 GeoServer를 활용하여 운영서버에 구축된 정보를 최종적으로 사용자에게 Web Browser로 표출하였다. 해당 시스템은 추후 전지구 수자원관련 정보를 제공하여 해외사업지역의 댐이나 보 등의 구조물 설계, 수자원산업의 해외 진출시 데이터 수집의 한계점 및 시간단축을 해결할 수 있어 수자원 분야에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Because computer system is complex gradually from fast growth of the Internet and sudden increase of Internet user and scale is growing, and dependence for computer system is rising gradually, data damage by mistake or disaster is big enough to can not imagine. Usually is continuous if wish to inform through internet and must update data stably, we should manage so that precious data is not erased from sudden problem through periodic backup. Plan to protect data safely for this should be readied. This paper proposes system that can make effective backup environment because consider environment and achievement method in these data management side. That is, implements system that achieve data backup and restore selectively in internet. Backup and restore about data had stored through browser even if disconnect directly to server because it is possible connect in internet by advantage of proposing system are available. Also, This system can manage data stored to server more efficiently by using selectively both backup and restore two methods.
