WDM-PON 시스템을 위한 저가격 상호 주입 잠김 F-P LD (Cost Effective Mutual Injection Locked F-P LD for WDM-PON System)

  • 본 논문에서는 엄밀한 수학 없이 상호 주임 잠김에 대한 정성적 이해를 시도하였고, 제안하는 상호 주입 잠김 광원에 대해 분석한다. 또한 두 개의 unpolarized Fabry-Perot Laser Diode (F-P LD)를 이용한 상호 주입 잠김 기반의 Wavelength Division Multiplexing - Passive Optical Network (WDM-PON)용 저가격 광원을 구현하였다. 한 쪽 F-P LD의 파장 변화에 대한 RIN (Relative Intensity Noise) 특성을 측정하였는데, 가변 파장의 범위가 2.07 nm일 때 최소 -110 dB/Hz의 RIN을 보여주었다.

  • A 3-stages Active Microstrip Phased Array Antenn(AMPAA) is implemented using Injection-Locking Coupled Oscillators(ILCO). The AMPAA is a beam scanning active antenna with capability of electrical scanning by frequency varation of ILCO. The synchronization of resonance frequencies in array elements is occured by ILCO, and the ILCO amplifies the injection signal and functions as a phase shifter. The microstrip ptch is operated as a radiation element. The unilateral amplifier is a mutual coupling element of AMPAA, eliminates the reverse locking signal and controls the locking bandwidth of ILCO. The possibility of Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits(MMIC) of T/R module is proposed by simplified and integrated fabrication process of AMPAA. The 0.75.$lambda_{0}$ is fixed for a mutual coupling space to wide the scanning angle and minimize the multi-mode. The AMPAA has beam scanning angle of 31.4.deg., HPBW(Half Power Beam Widths) of 26.deg., directive gain of 13.64dB and side lobe of -16.5dB were measured, respectively.

  • This paper presents the transient and conventional grounding impedance behaviors of large grid grounding system associated with the injection point of impulse current The measurement methods consider two possible errors in the grounding-system impedances: (1) ground mutual resistance due to current flow through ground from the ground electrode to be measured to the current auxiliary, (2) ac mutual coupling between the current test lead and the potential test lead The test circuit was set to reduce the error factors. The transient grounding impedance depends on the rise time and injection point of impulse current It is effective that grounding conductor is connected to the center of the large grid grounding system.

  • In Micro injection process, it is needed to the technique of making micro die, Rapid Thermal Pressing (RTP) and other techniques. Those techniques are independent. But the mutual connected system of techniques is needed. The target of this paper is the design of micro mold and the development of the entire micro injection techniques for functional polymer.

극초고압 디젤 자유분무의 미시적 분무특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Microscopic Spray Characteristics of Free Spray of Diesel with Ultra High Pressure)

  • In order to analyze the microscopic spray characteristics of free spray in ultra high pressure region, the droplets size and velocity of free spray injected under atmosphere condition were measured by PDPA. As injection pressure became ultra high pressure, the droplets size was decreased continuously due to the increase of mutual reaction between droplets and air. But the decreasing rate became moderate. The velocity was increased until 250 MPa, and then decreased over that of injection pressure. It was seemed that the droplet size was similar in range of $280\~350\;MPa$, but increased in 414 MPa, even though injection pressure was increased. The microscopic spray characteristics of free spray got worse in 414 MPa.

Islanding Prevention Method for Photovoltaic System by Harmonic Injection Synchronized with Exciting Current Harmonics of Pole Transformer

  • When large penetration of the distributed generators (DGs) such as photovoltaic (PV) systems is growing up in grid system, it is important to quickly prevent islanding caused by power system fault to ensure electrical safety. We propose a novel active method for islanding prevention by harmonic injection synchronized with the exciting current harmonics of the pole transformer to avoid mutual interference between active signals. We confirm the validity of the proposed method by performing the basic tests of islanding by using a current source superimposed the harmonic active signal. Further, we carry out the simulation using PSCAD/EMTDC, and verify the fast islanding detection.

회귀분석을 이용한 사출금형 설계 최적화 (Injection mold Design Optimization using Regression Analysis)

  • It is net easy to predict the shrinkage rate of a plastic injection mold in its design process. The shrinkage rate should be considered as one of the important performances to produce the reliable products. The shrinkage rate can be determined by suing the CAE tools in the design produces. However, since the analysis can take minutes to hours, the high computational costs of performing the analysis limit their use in design optimization. Therefore this study was carried out to presume for mutual relation of analysis condition to get the optimum average shrinkage by regression analysis. The results shown that coefficient of determination of regression equation has a fine reliability over 88.3% and regression equation of average shrinkage is made by regression analysis.

사출성형기의 제어방식에 따른 사출장치 정밀도 검사 (Injection Unit Precision Inspection according to Control Method of Injection Molding Machine)

  • 본 연구는 사출 성형기의 제어 방법에 따른 정밀 검사에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 실험을 통하여, 유압사출 성형기와 전동식 사출성형기의 스크루 스트로크, 보압, 용융 수지온도에 대하여 정밀도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 또한, 실험에서 얻어진 데이터 편차에 대한 가설 테스트를 수행 하였다. 연구를 통하여 스크루 스트로크, 용융 수지온도, 보압 순으로 편차가 크게 발생하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 유압식 사출성형기가 전동식 사출성형기에 비해 제품 간의 산포가 크게 발생하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 통계프로그램인 미니탭을 활용하여 스크루 스트로크, 용융 수지온도, 보압에 대한 가설을 설립 한 후 P값을 확인하여 스크루 스트로크, 용융수지온도는 귀무가설($H_0$)을 채택하였으며, 보압은 상호차이가 발생한 대립가설($H_1$)을 채택하였다.

능동 위상배열 안테나를 위한 Injection-locking coupled oscillators (The injection-locking coupled oscillators for the active integrated phased array antenna)

  • This paper deals with the design and development of an Injection-Locking Coupled Oscillators(ILCO), which functions like phase-shifter in the Active Intergrated Phased Array Antenna(AIPAA). This linear array 2-element ILCO consists of two Injection Locking Hair-pin Resonator Oscillators(ILHRO) and an unilateral amplifier. The first and second elements of the ILCO have same frequency tuning range but locking bandwidths of 11.5MHz and 14MHz respectively. A phase shift of .DELTA..PHI.=158.4.deg.(-78.0.deg. to 80.4.deg.) could be obtained inthe second element of ILCO when the first elementof the ILCO was in the reference locking mode(.DELTA..PHI.=0.deg.). When the ILCO is applied to the AIPAA, the predicted beam scanning angle value will be 38.4.deg.. Each ILCO gives good frequency stability and lower AM, FM, and PM noise charactheristics in the mutual coupling lockingmode. The ILCO can not only play a part as the phase shifter for the AIPAA but it can also be usedas the power combining device in the mm-wave frequency range and as a part of a T/R MMIC module.
