There are various problems in the process of developing the game. Especially, there is a lot of problems in testing the balance of the value of each object. This causes problems such as an increase in development cost and a delay in development time. Therefore, if there is a tool or simulator that can test the mutual value balance of each object in advance, this problem can be solved. However, currently there are few simulators, tools, and platforms that can analyze and evaluate the mutual value balance between these objects. In this paper, I designed a platform to evaluate and test the mutual value balance between these objects based on mock battle. The designed platform tests and evaluates the abilities of each object according to their attack and defense strengths. So, this reduces development costs and shortens development time.
This study proposes a new modulation strategy to deal with unbalanced output voltage that is based on three-level neutral-point-clamped cascaded rectifiers. The fundament idea is to reallocate the value of the voltage levels generated by each of the modules on the basis of space vector pulse width modulation. This proposed modulation strategy can reduce the switching frequency while maintaining the mutual-module voltage balance. First, an analysis of unbalanced output voltage is reflected. Then a new modulation strategy is introduced in detail. Internal module capacitor voltages are balanced by the selection of redundant vectors. Moreover, the voltage balance ability is calculated. Finally, the feasibility of this modulation strategy is verified through experimental results.

In this paper we suggest an optimal design method of Fuzzy-Neural Networks(FNN) model for complex and nonlinear systems. The FNNs use the simplified inference as fuzzy inference method and Error Back Propagation Algorithm as learning rule. And we use a HCM(Hard C-Means) Clustering Algorithm to find initial parameters of the membership function. The parameters such as parameters of membership functions learning rates and momentum weighted value is proposed to achieve a sound balance between approximation and generalization abilities of the model. According to selection and adjustment of a weighting factor of an aggregate objective function which depends on the number of data and a certain degree of nonlinearity (distribution of I/O data we show that it is available and effective to design and optimal FNN model structure with a mutual balance and dependency between approximation and generalization abilities. This methodology sheds light on the role and impact of different parameters of the model on its performance (especially the mapping and predicting capabilities of the rule based computing). To evaluate the performance of the proposed model we use the time series data for gas furnace the data of sewage treatment process and traffic route choice process.
This study suggests that Korea - Russia economic cooperation, which has been sluggish in the meantime, should be revitalized as a small, medium sized business that can be practiced at the local level of both countries. Some large scales of national projects were difficult to realize due to some internal and external factors. Therefore, if Russia's Far East region of the complementary economic structure with the Korea's Gyeonggi Province of Korea could form the basis of cooperation by centering on SMEs, it further can be positive for promoting cooperation among South Korea, North Korea and Russia. The trilateral cooperation among two Koreas and Russia is necessary for the balance of political and economic powers in the East Asia. China's retaliation case regarding THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) clearly showed that the greater the economic dependence on a particular country, the more threatening it could be. Therefore, it is important for the political and economic security to keep the balance by diversifying economic cooperation counterparts. As China's influence in the global economy grows, building value chains for mutual prosperity with various neighboring countries is gaining great importance. To this end, this paper examined Russia's Eurasian Strategy, New East Policy, and Far East Development Policy which were designed to seek the way to establish Russia's independent economic zone not absorbed by Europe and China.
The goals of moral education according to the 7th educational curriculum are (1) to learn the basic life custom and ethical norms necessary to desirable life, (2) to develop the judgment to solve desirably and practically the ethical matters in daily life, (3) to develop the sound citizenship, national identity and consciousness, and the consciousness of world peace and mankind's mutual prosperity, and (4) to develop the ethical propensity to practice the ideal and principle of life systematically Based on the goals in the above, the following can be established as goals of environmental education possible: (1) to learn judgment to solve practically the environmental problems in the society with their ethical understanding, and (2) to recognize that environmental consciousness is the basic necessity of sound citizenship and national identity and consciousness, and mankind's mutual prosperity, and to have attitudes to practice environmental preservation in daily life. Like these, the intellectual aspect, the affective aspect, and the active aspect can be established in the environmental education in the ethics education keeping their balance. In order to achieve its goals, the contents of ethics subject are organized largely with 4 domains: (1) individual life, (2) home life, life with neighbors, and school life, (3) social life, and (4) national life. Among these, environmental education is mainly included in the domain of social life. These contents concerning environmental education take 22 (32.4%) out of the whole 68 teaching factors which are taught in the ethics subject from the 3rd grade to 10th grade. These 22 environmental teaching factors are mainly related to environmental ethics, environmental preservation and measures, and sound consumption life. Classified according to each goal, the environmental contents in the 7th curriculum for ethics subject put emphasis on environmental value and attitudes, action and participation, and information and knowledge. Therefore, the recommendable teaching and learning method for the environmental education in ethics subject is to motivate students' practice or to make them practice in person. For example, role-play model, value-conflict model, group study model can be applied according to the topics of environmental education.

Coordination between supply chain partners is viewed critical to effective supply chain management. In many situations such as mutual investments or developing infrastructures for their operations related with each other, the coordination issue arises. Depending on the bargaining power balance between them, it is determined who will be able to exert more influence in making decisions related with such coordination. We consider two cases of the decision-making structure in the context of a simple supply chain consisting of two players, i.e., (1) the first case in which a supply chain partner dominates the decision-making process and the other passively follows the dominant player's decision, and (2) the other case in which the two players share the decision-making process equally. We examine which of the cases is better for the companies and where comes the value of the better case. To answer the research questions, we set up an optimal control theory model and derive an analytical solution. The analysis outcome indicates that the shared decision-making in general produces better results for both companies in the supply chain, and the value of the shared decision-making comes from more effective resource utilization than the dominated case.
To examine the EC model in a culture medium, basic culture medium of Rush (2005) and EC model of Robinson and Strokes (1959) were applied analyzing the equivalence ion total amount, the EC variable of cation and anion. Following the experiential translation by Steiner (1980), 130 optimized domestic and foreign culture media for crop growth were utilized, and estimated EC model was also demonstrated. Results from basic culture medium of Rush (2005) suggests an estimated EC by equivalence ion total amount and high reliable regressive model with 0.96 y = 1.33x - 0.23 of 0.96 as value $R^2$. It was found out that the change in concentration of positive ion and anion did not differ significantly with the increase and decrease of EC, however, there occurred a slight variable range. The change brings about a bigger anion influence than the previously reported positive ion, seemingly like those based on nitride ion and sulfur ion. The above EC estimated models confirmed that with optimized 130 domestic and foreign culture media for crop growth, the value derived will be as follows: $R^2$ = 0.98 with y = 1.23x - 0.02. In addition, the contour analysis of positive ion and anion for EC, with popularly known concentration range of EC $1.5-2.5dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$ reveals an equivalent of more than $11meq{\cdot}L^{-1}$ for positive ion and $15meq{\cdot}L^{-1}$ for anion. On the other hand, the left bottom, low concentration $1.5dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$ and the right above, high concentration $2.5dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$, for both positive ion and anion existed differently in a proper culture medium concentration. This study adapted variables of both positive ion and anion of EC simultaneously, unlike in the previous culture medium by ion ratio in mutual ratio of Steiner (1980), and offers an EC model that can estimate levels or positive ion and anion in proper concentration, EC $1.5-2.5dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$, with distributed features of ions.
This paper examines the trend of restructuring and direction of management response in the Large Purse Seine Fishery. The large-scale fishing industry is one of the most popular fishing areas in the coastal area, and it has been developed by providing exclusive supplies of many types of catchy fish, such as mackerel and horse mackerel through physical productivity in fleet operations. However, the Large Purse Seine Fishery has been declining in profitability due to the deterioration of the business environment since 2000. It is at a crossroads whether it will disappear or regenerate as it is. The Large Purse Seine Fishery's current problems are: firstly, the continued deterioration of the fishery business balance and worsening labor problems, secondly, insufficient freshness management and quality control after landing, and thirdly, import competition. The fourth is the intensification of the market competition, which is the evolution of fishing variability and the increase in the proportion of small fish. The fifth is the reduction of the operating fishing ground due to the suspension of mutual fishing in Korea and Japan. To address these problems and suggest management response directions for the survival of large-scale fishing businesses is as follows. First, a sustainable production system should be established through strengthening resource management and promoting international fisheries cooperation. Second, the profitability of fishing management should be improved by introducing a low-cost supplier system and securing a stable labor force. Third, we should improve the leading and quality control of catch, improve the high value-added value of catch through brand development, and secure competitive advantage with imported produce. Finally, the government should establish a cooperative system among private sector, government, and research institutes to push ahead with these tasks and strengthen the competitiveness of the front and rear industries.
In general, curriculum is a product of the process of a political decision-making among a variety of peoples who have different perspectives on learners, knowledge, and society as a whole. And also, it is being affected by larger social and political contexts. As curriculum has become more a centerpiece of program activity for the gifted, the field has more emphasized the importance of viable curriculum models. The purpose of this article is to reflect current status of curriculum development for the gifted, explain the commonness and differences of several perspectives on gifted education programs, and lastly, share some experiences to deliberate about several critical issues of which any activity of program development for the gifted should consider. According to Eisner & Valiance (1974), there are five conceptions of curriculum which have shaped the thinking of many educators of what a view of curriculum for the gifted might be ; curriculum as the development of cognitive process, curriculum as technology, curriculum as personal relevance, curriculum as social construction, curriculum as academic rationalism. Although educators have a freedom to choose among these various curriculum orientations, the most effective curricular incorporate or balance all of them to some extent. After reviewing those perspectives on curriculum and several difficulties which are currently confronted at the site of curriculum development, this article have tried to identify the major curriculum efforts of the gifted education field. It focuses on the issues of developing programs for gifted and talented students, rather than on specific program models. As a result, it suggested seven critical issues or value conflicts which should be considered in the process of program development for the gifted: the balance of domain-general abilities of the gifted and domain-specific abilities, mutual consideration of accelerated learning and enrichment learning, separate organization of contents versus integrated organization, the balance of cognitive domain of human development and affective domain, official curriculum versus non-official education experience, individual-oriented learning situation versus group-oriented teaming, and expert-centered approach versus practitioner-centered approach to curriculum development.
Recently, with the MZ generation's entry into society and the social participation of the female population, conflicts are occurring between workplace groups that value WLB and existing groups that emphasize collaboration due to differences in work orientation. Public institutions and companies that utilize work-life balance support systems show differences in job Commitment depending on the nature of the work and the activation of the support system. Accordingly, it is necessary to verify the effectiveness of the WLB support system actually operated by the company and present universally valid standards. The purpose of this study is, first, to verify the effectiveness of the support system for work-life balance and to find practical consensus amid changes in policies and perceptions of the working environment. Second, the influence of work-life balance level and job immersion according to work characteristics was analyzed to verify the mutual influence in order to establish standards for WLB operation that reflects work characteristics. For the study, a 2X2 matrix model was used to analyze the impact of work-life balance and work characteristics on job commitment, and four hypotheses were established. First, analysis of the job involvement level of conflict-type group members, second, analysis of the job involvement level of leading group members, third, analysis of the job involvement level of agreeable group members, and fourth, analysis of the job involvement level of cooperative group members. To conduct this study, an online survey was conducted targeting employees working in public institutions and large corporations. The survey was conducted for a total of 9 days from October 23 to 31, 2023, and 163 people responded, and the analysis was based on a valid sample of 152 people, excluding 11 copies that were insincere responses or gave up midway. As a result of the study's hypothesis testing, first, the conflict type group was found to have the lowest level of job engagement at 1.43. Second, the proactive group showed the highest level of job engagement at 4.54. Third, the conformity group showed a slightly lower level of job involvement at 2.58. Fourth, the cooperative group showed a slightly higher level of job involvement at 3.80. The academic implications of the study are that it subdivides employees' personalities into factors based on the level of work-life balance and nature of work. The practical implications of the study are that it analyzes the effectiveness of WLB support systems operated by public institutions and large corporations by grouping them.
