In 2011, Woosik Bae proposed a NLMAP(New Low-cost Mutual Authentication Protocol) in RFID based on hash function. They argued that minimize computation such as random number generation. In addition, NLMAP is safe against replay attack, spoofing attack, traffic analysis and eavesdropping attack due to using mutual authentication. So, when applied to RFID system has advantage such as providing a high level of security at a lower manufacturing cost. However, unlike their argue, attacker can obtain Tag's hash computed unique identification information. This paper proves possible the location tracking and spoofing attack using H(IDt) by attacker. In addition, we propose the improved a mutual authentication protocol in RFID based on hash function and CRC code. Also, our protocol is secure against various attacks and suitable for efficient RFID systems better than NLMAP.
In this paper, a new nonlinear feedback linearization control scheme for induction motors is developed. The control scheme employs a fuzzy nonlinear identification scheme based on fuzzy basis function expansion to adoptively compensate the parameter variations, i.e. rotor resistance, mutual and self inductance etc. An important feature of the proposed control scheme is to incorporate the sliding mode controller into the scheme to speed up convergence rate. Simulation tests show the robust behavior of the proposed controller in the presence of the parameter uncertainties of the machine.
We propose a nonlinear feedback controller that can control the induction motors with high dynamic performance by means of decoupling of motor speed and rotor flux. A new recursive adaptation algorithm for rotor resistance which can be applied to our nonlinear feedback controller is also presented in this paper. Some simulation results show that the adaptation algorithm for rotor resistance is robust against the variation of stator resistance and mutual inductance. In addition, it is computationally simple and has small estimation errors.
The accurate identification of the motor parameters is crucially important to achieve high dynamic performance of induction motors. In this paper, the motor parameters such as rotor resistance, stator(rotor) leakage inductance, mutual inductance are measured for torque monitoring and indirect vector control. To demonstrate the practical significance of the results, some experimental results are presented.
An identification method of induction motor parameters such as rotor time constant and mutual inductance at standstill condition is discussed assuming that stator resistance and leakage has already been obtained applying two different DC voltage and single phase voltage to the induction motor, respectively. This proposed scheme is implemented by means of Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC) technique, which uses a rotor flux equation in voltage model as a reference model and one in current model and is demonstrated through experiment.

This paper suggests an optimal identification method for complex and nonlinear system modeling that is based on Fuzzy-Neural Networks(FNN). The proposed Hybrid Identification Algorithm is based on Yamakawa's FNN and uses the simplified inference as fuzzy inference method and Error Back Propagation Algorithm as learning rule. In this paper, the FNN modeling implements parameter identification using HCM algorithm and hybrid structure combined with two types of optimization theories for nonlinear systems. We use a HCM(Hard C-Means) clustering algorithm to find initial apexes of membership function. The parameters such as apexes of membership functions, learning rates, and momentum coefficients are adjusted using hybrid algorithm. The proposed hybrid identification algorithm is carried out using both a genetic algorithm and the improved complex method. Also, an aggregated objective function(performance index) with weighting factor is introduced to achieve a sound balance between approximation and generalization abilities of the model. According to the selection and adjustment of a weighting factor of an aggregate objective function which depends on the number of data and a certain degree of nonlinearity(distribution of I/O data), we show that it is available and effective to design an optimal FNN model structure with mutual balance and dependency between approximation and generalization abilities. To evaluate the performance of the proposed model, we use the time series data for gas furnace, the data of sewage treatment process and traffic route choice process.
This study assessed the effect of color marketing in the RTD coffee industry in Korea. In order to investigate the effect of color marketing, this study measured the characteristics of color marketing as well as brand image and attitude in accordance with behavioral intention to purchase. Data were collected using questionnaires, and a total of 310 questionnaires were distributed with 298 entered for data analysis. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation, and multiple regression analysis were tested using SPSS. A total of seven factors were extracted, including brand attitude, purchase intention, association, identification, brand awareness, symbolism, and attention. Significances were found between brand awareness and identification (p<0.001) and attention (p<0.001). In the relationship between characteristics of colors and brand attitude, significances were found in identification (p<0.001), attention (p<0.001), and association (p<0.001). Further, brand attitude and brand awareness had a significant positive effect on purchasing intention of RTD coffee. Results of this study suggested that color marketing is a good marketing tool to persuade potential consumers to purchase RTD coffee based on brand attitude and brand awareness.

Blockchain is a technology that enables trust-based consensus and verification based on a decentralized network. Distributed ID (DID) is based on a decentralized structure, and users have the right to manage their own ID. Recently, interest in self-sovereign identity authentication is increasing. In this paper, as a method for transparent and safe sovereignty management of data, among data pseudonymization techniques for blockchain use, various methods for data encryption processing are examined. The public key technique (homomorphic encryption) has high flexibility and security because different algorithms are applied to the entire sentence for encryption and decryption. As a result, the computational efficiency decreases. The hash function method (MD5) can maintain flexibility and is higher than the security-related two-way encryption method, but there is a threat of collision. Zero-knowledge proof is based on public key encryption based on a mutual proof method, and complex formulas are applied to processes such as personal identification, key distribution, and digital signature. It requires consensus and verification process, so the operation efficiency is lowered to the level of O (logeN) ~ O(N2). In this paper, data encryption processing for blockchain DID, based on zero-knowledge proof, was proposed and a one-way encryption method considering data use range and frequency of use was proposed. Based on the content presented in the thesis, it is possible to process corrected zero-knowledge proof and to process data efficiently.
The recently proposed RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) authentication protocol based on a hash function can be divided into two types according to the type of information used for authentication between a reader and a tag: either a value fixed or one updated dynamically in a tag memory. In this paper, we classify the protocols into a static ID-based and a dynamic-ID based protocol and then analyze their respective strengths and weaknesses. Also, we define a new security model including forward/backward traceability, synchronization, forgery attacks. Based on the model, we analyze the previous protocols and propose a new dynamic-ID based RFID mutual authentication protocol. Our protocol provide enhanced RFID user privacy compared to previous protocols and identify a tag efficiently in terms of the operation quantity of a tag and database.
Background: This study examines quality of life (QOL) of a sample of police officers in India. The concept of QOL includes well-being, social obligations, relationships of a person, and his association with environment. The study examines the factors on which QOL of police officers depend and their relationships with each other. The issues linked with QOL are important because they directly affect the individual's ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle and affect organizational performance in the long run. This study explores relevant factors that have an impact on the QOL of the employees of police department in India. Method: In this paper, literatures review, ISM, MICMAC, and DEMATEL methodology have established eleven factors that impact the QOL of police officers in India. Mutual relations between factors have been established using the ISM approach to develop a model to represent these relationships. DEMATEL methodologies were used to analyze these factors. Results: Results indicate that "fair compensation, work overload, workplace safety, and job stress" are the top-level factors that affect QOL of police officers. Conclusion: The identification of factors and their mutual relationships that affect QOL are important for police officers and have to be dealt with according to their order of importance. The research model developed in this study shows how the factors of police officers' QOL are interrelated and presents the interrelationships among these factors. A comprehensive model depicting the relationships among these factors has been established, so that the QOL of police officers can be improved.
