스마트음악교육 프로그램 개발 연구 -스마트기기를 활용한 초등 방과 후 학교를 중심으로- (Development of Smart Music Education Program - Focusing on Elementary School 'After School Program' Using)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2015 음악과 교육과정의 초등학교 교육과정과 연계하여 스마트 기기를 활용한 초등 '방과 후 학교' 스마트음악교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 연구 방법으로는 방과 후 교육 프로그램의 관련된 자료와 현재 시행되고 있는 초등학교 교육과정의 음악 관련 내용과 교과서 15종을 토대로 분석하였다. 그리고 초등학교 음악 교과서를 기반으로 한 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 태블릿PC와 애플리케이션을 활용하여 교육의 적합한 활용요소를 반영한 스마트 음악 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구를 통해 사용된 애플리케이션은 총 14종이고 제시된 교육 프로그램은 16 차시로 개발하였다. 본 스마트 음악 교육 프로그램을 통해 기존 공교육과정의 일방향의 음악교육이 아닌 다양하고, 체계적이며 지속적인 음악교육을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 현장성을 통해 학생들에게 다양한 예술과 문화를 직접 경험하고 보여주는 것은 물론 잠재된 예술성과 창의성을 일깨워 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 통합적 예술교육을 제공하고 예술교육의 평등을 지향하며 태블릿PC의 활용을 통해 미래 사회의 핵심적인 사고 과정을 기를 수 있을 것이다.

세계시민교육 역량 제고를 위한 교육대학원 음악교육전공 교과 운영 효과 조사 연구: 예비음악교사의 다문화 교육태도 및 교수효능감을 중심으로 (The Analysis of Effects of a Music Teacher Training Program for Global Citizenship Education)

  • 본 연구는 A 교육대학원에 재학 중인 15명의 예비 음악 교사들을 대상으로 세계시민교육 역량 제고를 위한 강좌를 개발 및 실현하고, 그 효과성을 탐색하였다. 강좌는 세계시민교육의 여러 주제 중 다양성과 포용을 바탕으로 한 다문화 교육에 중점을 두고, 관련 이론 탐색을 통해 음악의 사회·문화적 산물로서의 본질을 이해하고, 참여자 주도로 중학생을 위한 수업 방안을 개발 및 실현하는 과정으로 구성되었다. 사전/사후 검사 결과 강좌 전후로 첫째, 예비음악교사들의 다문화 교육 태도가 향상되었고, 특별히 교사의 역할에 대한 태도가 큰 폭으로 증가하였다. 이는 본 연구의 강좌가 예비교사들로 하여금 다양성 및 다문화 교육과 관련한 인식과 편견을 반성하고 음악 교사로서의 역할을 고민하도록 도왔기 때문으로 여겨진다. 둘째, 다문화 교수 효능감의 향상 중 다문화 상황에서의 교육 및 다문화 교육 교수 효능감 향상이 두드러졌는데, 이는 성찰지를 통해 본 강좌가 음악의 사회·문화적 산물로서와 상징적 표현 가능성의 가치를 깨닫도록 한 영향임을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 강좌는 실질적인 삶의 문제들을 풀어나가는 변혁적 교수법의 필요성 인식과 실천, 음악에 대한 다각적인 이해와 탐색을 바탕으로 한 세계시민교육의 여러 주제들의 접근을 도와 예비음악교사들의 세계시민교육 역량을 발전시키는데 도움을 주었다.

음악과에서의 환경 교육 체계화와 강화 방안 (The Systematization and Intensification Environmental Education in Music Education)

  • This is a study of strengthening the practice of environmental education in the primary and secondary school music program. Since the world war II, the environmental situation has been getting worse and worse. So it is now a global issue to conserve energy and solving the ecological problems we are confronting. Solving the environmental problem is not just a scientist's task nor a specific school education subject's either, but a responsibility of all human beings. In this sense, it is necessary for every school subject, including music, should include elements of environmental education in its education contents. in this paper the researcher has tried to point out some reasonable aspects of environmental education guidelines which would be pursued through school music programs. In the music subject the following eight environmental education strategies could be suggested: 1. An affective aspect of music should be used in educating students to aware of the importance of environmental problems. 2. The effectiveness of employing music for various educational purposes should be implemented to make students environmentally enlightened individual. 3. The main issue of environmental problem must be used in various musical activities such as singing, implementing, composing and appreciating music. 4. By employing an alternative materials for making musical instruments, students and musicians can participate in environmental education program actively. 5. Music is analogues to life and nature. Thus it is highly suggested for teachers to teach students music more sincerely In a way of studying music more seriously, students could achieve environmental education goals by discovering the similarities of the nature of the environment and music as a human environment. 6. By appreciating many musical works of dealing with environmental problems and ecological problems, one could achieve the necessary goals of environmental education. 7. By enlarging the boundary of music including the sounds of nature such as birds' singing, sounds of winds and various streams and tree's trembling, music could achieve the major goals of environmental education. 8. By recognizing sounds as an important human environment, school music program could attain the goals of environmental education. The researcher also has mentioned about the characteristics of music as a schooling subject. and has provided with some detailed curriculum guidelines for strengthening environmental education programs in music classes. Some model lesson plans implementing the environmental education for elementary, junior high school and 10th grade music classes are also suggested followed by six specific teaching & learning methods for environmental education.

음악 교육 철학적 접근을 통한 제주 음악 교육 방향 고찰 (A Study on Jeju Music Education Direction through Philosophies of Music Education)

  • 본 논문에서는 음악 교육 관련 철학적 이론들을 정리하고 선진사례를 분석하는 과정에서 도출한 함의 점을 가지고 제주 음악 교육 방향설정을 위한 정책 제언을 하고자 한다. 음악 교육 관련 철학적 이론으로는 실러, 슈타이너, 듀이, 부르디외, 리머, 엘리엇의 주장을 살펴보았다. 그리고 독일, 베네수엘라, 핀란드의 음악교육 프로그램에서 교훈 점을 찾아보고 이를 중심으로 한 분석의 틀로 전문가 10인의 인터뷰를 바탕으로 제주 지역사회의 음악 교육의 방향설정을 위해 4가지의 맥락으로 정책제언을 하였다. 음악 교육에 대한 사회인식의 개선을 위한 제언으로는 시민들의 관용의지 확장유도, 평가보다는 격려와 지지의 표현 확산, 자아실현을 위한 교육으로의 인식 전환, 초중고 공교육 부문의 음악 교육을 위한 제언에서는 사교육 의존도를 최소화하는 정책 수립, 모든 과목 학습 과정에서 음악사례 응용, 1인1악기 연주 프로그램 운영, 초등학교에 음악과목 전담 강사 채용을 제언하였으며, 평생교육 부문의 음악 교육을 위한 제언에서는 예술부문 평생교육을 위한 교육비의 국가 부담, 마을단위별 평생교육 프로그램을 통한 연주단체 신설과 운영을, 제도적 측면에서의 정책으로는 제주특별자치도 문화정책과 내에 문화예술 분야 중 음악교육 전문직 채용, 제주특별자치도 의회 내에 문화예술분야 음악부문 정책 자문의원 채용을 제언하였다.

Orff 접근법에 의한 음악활동이 유아의 음악표현 능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Orff Approach to Music Education Programs on Young Children's Musical Expressiveness)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of the Orff Approach to music education programs on singing ability, the ability to play musical instruments, physical expression ability, musical improvisation ability as well as overall musical expressiveness in 5 year old children. The test subjects for this study consisted of fifty-eight children. They were arbitrarily assigned to the experimental group of 31 children and the control group of 27 children. The experimental group was engaged using the Orff music education program for a total of 16 sessions, while the control group conducted music activities according to the annual music education plan of M kindergarten. The main results of this study were as follows : The Orff Approach to music education program was effective in improving abilities in the sub-factors of the four kinds of musical expression ability (singing, playing musical instruments, physical expression and musical improvisation) as well as overall musical expressive abilities. These results indicate that the Orff Approach to music education programs can create positive effects in the developing musical expressiveness of young children.

Development and Evaluation of a Hospice and Palliative Care Music Therapy Education Program

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a hospice music therapist training program and to evaluate its effects. Methods: The educational program consisted of training on the theory of hospice and the theory and practice of hospice music therapy. The course lasted for 4 weeks, with 8 hours of training per week, and 33 music therapists completed the course. In order to assess the effectiveness of the course, participants' knowledge and confidence regarding hospice music therapy and readiness for hospice music therapy before and after education were measured. The statistical analysis was done using SPSS version 18.0 and the paired t-test was used to assess the effectiveness of the program. Results: The trainees showed significant improvements in knowledge (P<0.001) and confidence (P<0.001) in all areas of this course, as well as in readiness for hospice music therapy (P<0.001). Participants' satisfaction with the lectures was assessed using a 5-point Likert scale. The average score for all lecture areas exceeded 4 (yes), and the satisfaction level was mostly high. Students were most satisfied with the lectures on music therapy theory, followed in order by those on music therapy practice and hospice theory. Conclusion: This hospice music therapist training program is considered to be suitable because of its positive educational effects and the high satisfaction of participants with the lectures. In order to provide high-quality music therapy services to patients and their families, this training course should be regularly offered to cultivate competent music therapists, and the content of the education should be standardized and applied in various clinical settings.

컴퓨터 음악프로그램을 통한 창의적 활동 중심의 교수.학습 방안 (A Study on the Musical Instruction-Learning Method Focusing on Creative Activities using Computer-Based Music Programmes)

  • 21세기를 주도할 자율적이고 창의적인 한국인 육성은 개정된 교육과정에서 강조하는 기본방향이다. 중등음악교육에서는 학습자의 시각과 청각을 함께 자극하고 창의적으로 활용할 수 있는 컴퓨터 음악프로그램이 교수 학습에 효과적인 매체라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 음악프로그램의 기능을 살펴보고, 그것을 음악수업에서 창의적인 학습활동으로 연계할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 또한 음악활동 영역별로 그 적용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 사보프로그램인 Finale 2010과 이미지 및 동영상 편집도구로 Window MovieMaker, 그리고 소리편집의 Goldwave를 사용을 중심으로 학생들의 창의적인 학습활동 방안을 제시하였다.

만 5세 반 유아의 그림책을 활용한 음악 만들기프로그램이 음악 적성과 음악 창의성에 미치는 영향 (The Development and Effects of a Music Making Program Using Picture Books on Music Aptitude and Music Creativity for a Class of Five-year-old Children)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop a music making program that utilizes the characteristics of the picture books medium through the ADDIE model so that teachers can easily apply it to children, and to determine whether it affects children's musical aptitude and music creativity. Methods: The Participants of the study were 42 five-year-old children attending a daycare in Seoul, of which 20 were in the experimental group and 22 in the comparative group. The experimental group participated in a music production program using picture books, and during the same period, the comparison group participated in music activities suggested by the Nuri Course. Using the SPSS 22.0 program, average, standard deviation, independent sampling t-test, and ANCOVA(Analysis of Covariance) were calculated. Results: The music making program using picture books improved children's rhythm and tone which are the sub-items of music aptitude. The music making program enhanced children's music flexibility, music creativity, music logic which are the sub-items of music creativity. Conclusion/Implications: The music making program presented systemic teaching-learning method with which teachers explained the modeling and practiced from simple activities to various activities repeatedly in order to make teachers approach music making more easily. It is recommendable to make the music making program by using I-pad and computers.

생태 예술을 활용한 환경교육이 초등학생의 환경 감수성에 미치는 영향 - 음악극을 중심으로 - (Effects of Environmental Education through Ecological Art Education on Environmental Sensitivity of Elementary School Students - Focused on Music Drama -)

  • This purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of environmental education through ecological art education focused on music drama, on the environmental sensitivity of 5th graders in an elementary school in Seoul. A reconstructed questionnaire through Kim(2008)'s test tool was used to the effects of applying an ecological art educational program. The SPSS program was used to analyze the results. The major results of this study are as follows. First, the researcher was able to develop and apply a professor-learning model for the environmental education using the ecological art education focused on music drama by extracting and recreating environment related contents from the 5th grader curriculum. Second, this program had a positive effect on elementary students' environmental sensitivity. Third, according to qualitative results, students appear to be more concerned and interested in the environment and environmental problems in their daily lives. In conclusion, the ecological art program focused on music drama has a positive effect on increasing the environmental sensitivity of 5th graders. Therefore, more intensive research should be conducted, linking teaching and learning methods, as a follow-up activity.

음악 활동을 통한 유아 창의·인성교육 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (A Study on Early Childhood Creativity and the Development of a Personality Education Program for Preschoolers Through Music Activities)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop an education program using music activities for promoting young children's creativity and personality and to analyze the impact of this program on the creativity and personality of young children in child care classrooms. Methods: The study consisted of how the creativity and personality education program using music activities for young children was developed and the impact of the program on 5-year-old children's creativity and personality. The experimental treatment was conducted on a total of 16 occasions for eight weeks. The data were collected through the preschooler Creativity test(K·CCTYC) and The Empathy Index for Children and Adolescents (IECA) and Skill Situation Measures were used to analyze the effects of experimental treatment with paired t-test. Results: First, the program had positive effects on fluency, flexibility, originality and imagination of creativity. Second, the program had positive effects on empathy ability and prosociality. Conclusion/Implications: The effectiveness of the creativity and personality education programs using music activities for promoting young children's creativity and personality and the ways to promote young children's creativity and personality in early childhood educations institutes were discussed.
