요즈음 하드웨어의 급격한 발전과 함께 멀티미디어에 대해 많은 관심이 집중 되고 있다. 컴퓨터 네트워크를 통한 정보 전달 서비스에서도 멀티미디어를 보다 효율적이고 편리하게 이용하기 위한 관심이 폭발적으로 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RFC822를 수정 확정하여 기존의 전자우편 망인 SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)를 통하 여 멀티미디어 데이타를 전송할 수 있도록 한 MIME (Multipurpose Intedent Mail Extensions)을 기반으로 멀티미디어 전자우편 시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 복수개의 멀티미디어 메세지를 하나의 전자우편안에 포함시켜 전송할 수 있으며, 오디오, 이미지, 그래픽스와 같은 멀티미디어 데이타를 전자우편을 통한 자료교환에서 기존의 텍스트와 같이 손쉽게 처리할 수 있도록 하여, 기존의 전자우편망을 이용한 멀티미디어 전송, 처리를 사용자가 손쉽게 할 수 있는 전자우편 시스템을 설계, 구현 하였다. 이에 보다 나은 멀티미디어 전자우편 시스템의 개발에 근간이 될 수 있도록 한다.

Multipurpose contact lens disinfecting solutions (MPDS) are widely used to cleanse and disinfect microorganisms. However, disinfection efficacy of these MPDS against Acanthamoeba cyst remain insufficient. 2, 6-dichlorobenzonitrile (DCB), a cellulose synthesis inhibitor, is capable of increasing the amoebical effect against Acanthamoeba by inhibiting its encystation. In this study, we investigated the possibility of DCB as a disinfecting agent to improve the amoebicidal activity of MPDS against Acanthamoeba cyst. Eight commercial MPDS (from a to h) were assessed, all of which displayed insufficient amoebicidal activity against the mature cysts. Solution e, f, and h showed strong amoebicidal effect on the immature cysts. Amoebicidal efficacy against mature cysts remained inadequate even when the 8 MPDS were combined with $100{\mu}M$ DCB. However, 4 kinds of MPDS (solution d, e, f, and h) including $100{\mu}M$ DCB demonstrated strong amoebicidal activity against the immature cysts. The amoebicidal activity of solution d was increased by addition of DCB. Cytotoxicity was absent in human corneal epithelial cells treated with either DCB or mixture of DCB with MPDS. These results suggested that DCB can enhance the amoebicical activity of MPDS against Acanthamoeba immature cyst in vitro.

다목적 댐의 홍수기 저수지 운영에 있어 댐 규정에 명시된 홍수조절용량이 부족하다고 판단되는 경우, 한정된 저수공간의 탄력적인 이용방안을 강구하여 추가적인 홍수조절용량을 확보하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 홍수기의 기상특성을 반영하여 홍수기를 시기적으로 구분하고, 구분된 홍수기간별로 각각의 이수목적수위와 치수목적수위를 검토하였다. 검토된 결과를 바탕으로 서로 상반되는 이수와 치수를 함께 고려할 수 있는 방안을 강구하였으며, 이로부터 결정된 홍수기 댐 운영수위를 홍수기 가변제한수위라 정의하였다. 홍수기 가변제한수위를 결정하는 일련의 절차에 대해 대청 다목적 댐을 대상으로 적용하고 그 결과를 분석하였다.

The purposes of this study were to find the actual condition about decoration of avatar systematically, classify each motive, considering the variety of the motive for avatar, and to analyse the important variables that they have an effect on Avatar using motive. The results were as follows; First, in result executing the factor analysis about the features of Avatar using motive, it revealed the factors like 'Pleasure-oriented', 'Other-oriented', 'Superiority-oriented' and "Individual expressive-oriented" motive. Second, the users on the basis of the Avatar using motive were divided into four groups respectively, that is 'Multipurpose purchasing group', 'Superiority group', 'Individual expressive group' and 'Passive-purpose group'. The most numbers of the respondent were belong to 'Multipurpose chasing group (N=179). On the other hands, the least numbers of the respondent were belong to 'Individual expressive group (N=93). Third, it was conducted by the crossing analysis and ANOVA about the consumer's group. And the result showed the significant difference in Avatar adornment experience, consuming expense, possession item's number, gender, age, friend, mass media and self esteem.

This research has analyzed factors affecting customers' satisfaction when they use parking lots of big retailers so that, in case of constructing, operating or managing such retailers, proper measures can be come up with. The analysis has been implemented on the basis of survey, and influence factors including entry/exit lamp, parking cars' traffic flow, parking type, pedestrians' movement after parking and safety. Parking lot users' satisfaction has been analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modelling and, as a result of it, in case of a detached or single building, pedestrians' movement flow after parking contributed the most to the users' satisfaction, while, in case of multipurpose complex, parking cars' traffic flow has the most influential factor. It is interpreted that users of a single building put a bigger emphasis on entry to the shop and their way back to the parked area after their shopping while customers of multipurpose complex might have various purposes of visiting the place and there are relatively more cars so that they put more emphasis on traffic counterflow, other cars and pedestrians.

본 논문에서는 다목적 시각 언어 시스템을 이용한 원스텝 모바일 쇼핑 시스템을 설계하였다. 다목적 시각언어 시스템은 점자에 그 기반을 두고 있으며, 이를 정방형 색상표로 나열하여 시각화시킴으로써, 사용의 편리성과 기본적인 개인 정보의 암호화를 동시에 이룰 수 있으며, 주고받는 정보의 양이 극히 미비하여 보다 빠른 시간에 통신이 가능한 이점도 가지고 있다. 설계된 원스텝 쇼핑 시스템은 이러한 다목적 시각 언어와 국내 성인의 대부분이 보유하고 있는 핸드폰을 접목시켜 이를-쇼핑에 적응시킨 것이다. 사용자는 TV나 PC 모니터, 인쇄물 등에 나타난 코드를 핸드폰의 카메라로 촬영한 후, 내장시킨 프로그램을 이용하여 접속 버튼을 누름으로써 원하는 쇼핑을 한 번에 끝낼 수 있도록 설계된 본 시스템을 이용하면 보다 빠르고 편하며 안전하게 원하는 상품을 구매할 수 있을 것이다.
