본 연구에서는 태양광 발전량 예측에 필요한 일사량을 예측하기 위해 다양한 기상변수를 활용한 다중회귀, ARIMA, ARIMAX 모형을 사용하여 각 모형의 예측 성능을 비교하고자 한다. 예측에 사용된 변수와 시계열 모형에 대해 소개하고, 실제 일사량 예측에 적용하여 일사량을 예측한 결과 운량, 기온, 습도, 대기권 밖 일사량을 활용한 ARIMAX 모형의 성능이 가장 우수하였다.

Researchers have previously proven that the flapping motion of the hydrofoil can convert wave energy into propulsive energy. However, the estimation of thrust forces generated by the flapping foil placed in waves remains a challenging task for ocean engineers owing to the complex dynamics and uncertainties involved. In this study, the flapping foil system consists of a rigid NACA0015 section undergoing harmonic flapping motion and a passively actuated elastic flat plate attached to the leading edge of the rigid foil. We have experimentally measured the thrust force generated due to the flapping motion of a rigid foil attached to an elastic plate in a wave flume, and the effects of the elastic plates have been discussed in detail. Furthermore, an empirical formula was introduced to predict the thrust force of a flapping foil based on our experimental results using multiple regression analysis.

This study analysed impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the take-out coffee shop. The switching barrier was also studied as a moderating effect. Particularly, this study focused on relationships between customer loyalty and switching barriers. A lot of previous studies interest only in customers satisfaction. This study also analysed relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers and brand loyalty. Eventually, service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction, moderating effects, brand loyalty and marketing performance. SERVQUAL model which was established by PZB (1988) was used as a service quality factors. The impact on customer satisfaction was analysed using multiple regression analysis. Simple regression analysis was used to find effects of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Additional factors of switching barriers was classified based on previous studies. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to find factors of customer loyalty among switching barriers. In the result, we can find that the importance of tangibles, responsiveness in service quality factors and contract cost, search cost and continuous cost in moderating effects.

This study aims to identify the relations between seakeeping characteristics and hull form parameters for YTU Gulet series with cruiser stern. Seakeeping analyses are carried out by means of a computer software which is based on the strip theory and statistical short term response prediction method. Multiple regression analysis is used for numerical assessment through a computer software. RMS heave-pitch motions and absolute vertical accelerations on passenger saloon for Sea State 3 at head waves are investigated for this purpose. It is well known that while ship weight and the ratios of main dimensions are the primary factors on ship motions, other hull form parameters ($C_P$, $C_{WP}$, $C_{VP}$, etc.) are the secondary factors. In this study, to have an idea of geometric properties on ship motions of gulets three different regression models are developed. The obtained outcomes provide practical predictions of seakeeping behavior of gulets with a high level of accuracy that would be useful during the concept design stage.

본 연구에서는 선박의 초기 설계시에 비교적 간단한 자료로 각 선실에서의 소음수준을 예측하기 위한 방법으로 다중 회귀 분석법에 근거한 통계적 접근을 시도하였다. 선실에서의 소음수준에 영향을 미치는 여러 변수중에서, 선종, 재화중량, 주기관과 선실의 위치, 거주구 형상, 선실의 종류 및 프로펠러 스큐등이 최종 회귀식에 포함되었다. 회귀식의 추출시 사용하지 않은 6척 210개 선실에 대하여 검증을 실시한 결과, 77%의 선실이 3 dB 이내의 오차범위에 있음을 확인하였다.

Purposes: This study aims to identify factors affecting dental university hospitals' profitability and understand recent their business condition. Methodology: Data from 2016 to 2019 was collected from financial statement, public open data in 8 dental university hospitals. For the study, multiple regression test with stepwise selection was applied. Findings: First of all, 9 out of 19 independent variables were selected by stepwise selection. As a result of multiple regression test with selected independent variables and the dependent variable(operating profit margin ratio), the factors affecting hospitals' profitability were the number of dental unit chair, hospital location, debt ratio, total capital turnover ratio, employment cost rate, material cost rate, management expense rate, the number of patient per a dentist. Practical Implication: To improve dental university hospitals' profitability, hospitals specifically analysis and manage their cost such as employment, material and management cost and seek effectiveness by managing the proper number of patient per a dentist.

In this paper, we found the solution using data based machine learning regression method to check the pore shape, to solve the problem of the experiment quantity occurring when producing scaffold with the 3d printer. Through experiments, we learned secured each print condition and pore shape. We have produced the scaffold from scaffold pore shape defect prediction model using multiple linear regression method. We predicted scaffold pore shapes of unsecured print condition using the manufactured scaffold pore shape defect prediction model. We randomly selected 20 print conditions from various predicted print conditions. We print scaffold five times under same print condition. We measured the pore shape of scaffold. We compared printed average pore shape with predicted pore shape. We have confirmed the prediction model precision is 99 %.

The rapid change in the university environment due to the decrease in the school-age population calls for enhancing the competitiveness of China-related departments. In this paper, the university's competitiveness and dropout rate were studied in combination with various factors such as geographical location of Chinese-related departments set up at national universities, convergence with other departments, competition rate for entrance exams, scholarships, and employment rate that have a comprehensive impact on student satisfaction. In particular, the dropout rate presented research results that could help universities strengthen their competitiveness in China-related departments, such as by differentiating customized academic strategies according to the atmosphere of elimination through multiple regression analysis and quantile analysis. We hope this thesis will be the basis for policymaking and judgment in China-related departments.

학군장교 (ROTC)는 대학에 재학 중인 우수 학생들을 선발하여 2년간 군사교육을 실시하고 졸업과 동시에 장교로 임관시켜 군의 초급 지휘자로 활용하는 제도로서 규모나 역할로 봤을 때 우리나라의 군과 사회에서 차지하는 비중이 매우 크다. 따라서 ROTC 출신 초급장교들의 리더십을 향상시켜 우리나라 군의 무형 전투력을 성장시키는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 학군장교 양성교육 프로그램이 학군장교 리더십을 향상시키기 위해 적절한 교육을 제공하고 있는지 파악하고 개선방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 먼저 학군장교 교육 프로그램을 크게 세 분야로 나누어 1, 2차 설문조사를 실시한 뒤, 카이제곱 검정 (chi-square test), 분산분석 (ANOVA), 던컨의 다중검정 (Duncan's multiple range test) 등의 통계분석 방법들을 이용하여 교육프로그램에 직간접적으로 관련된 조사대상자들의 교육에 대한 실태 및 인식을 비교 분석한다. 또한 다중회귀분석 (multiple regression analysis)을 이용하여 학군후보생 리더십의 기본요소인 육군리더의 3대자질 형성에 영향을 미치는 세부요소들을 분석한다.

When we analyze incomplete data, i.e., data with missing values, we need treatment for the missing values. A common way to deal with this problem is to delete the cases with missing values. Various other methods have been developed. Among them are EM algorithm and regression algorithm which can estimate missing values and impute the missing elements with the estimated values. In this paper, we introduce multiple imputation software SOLAS which generates multiple data sets and imputes with them.
