울산 야시장 서비스 품질이 감정, 행동의도 및 지역발전성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Service Quality on Emotions, Behavior Intention and Local Development Performance in the Ulsan Night Market)

  • This study identified the important service quality of the emerging night market as an alternative for the revitalization of the traditional market. This study also was to analyze the effects of service quality on customers' emotions, behavior intention and local performance in night market, and to provide an effective operation plan. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 Version, a statistical package program, and various results were discovered. First, all the service quality factors (convenience, food, event program, physical environment) had a positive (+) effect on positive emotion, and the service quality factors except event program had a negative (-) effect on negative emotions. Second, the service quality factors had a partially positive (+) effect on behavior intention and local performance. Third, the positive and negative emotions had a effect on behavior intention, however, the positive emotions had a positive (+) effect on local performance. Consequently, the present study confirmed that service quality in the night market is important factors for emotions, behavior intention, and local performance. Therefore, the findings of this study is capable of being the basic data for revitalizing the traditional market in the future.

초등학생의 학교급식 관여도와 만족도의 관계분석 (Satisfaction of Elementary Students Eating School Lunch; Association with Level of Involvement in School Lunch Service)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the students' levels of involvement in school lunch service and their satisfaction levels with the service. A survey was conducted with $5^{th}\;and\;6^{th}$ grade elementary students eating school lunches. Out of 1,680 questionnaires distributed to the students from 14 schools, 1,254 complete questionnaires $(74.6\%)$ were analyzed. The questionnaire included two 5-point multi-item scales for measuring levels of involvement in and satisfaction with school lunch service, respectively. A factor analysis grouped 20 items measuring school lunch satisfaction into three factors: 'food satisfaction', 'nutrition & sanitation satisfaction', and 'service & environment satisfaction'. As a result of multiple regression analyses controlling the influence of such variables as students' grades, gender, school location, years and places of eating school lunches, students' levels of involvement in school lunch service was proven to be positively associated with levels of school lunch satisfaction overall, as well as satisfaction levels in regard to 'food', 'nutrition & sanitation', and 'service & environment', respectively. It was suggested that efforts such as nutrition education to increase students' levels of involvement in school lunches could be a useful strategy to improve students' satisfaction with school lunch service.

사용자 중심의 시나리오에 기반한 개인화 서비스 합성 및 제공 시스템 (Personalized Service Composition and Provision System Based on User-centered Scenarios)

  • 유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자의 상황에 부합하는 서비스를 제공하기 위해 기존의 서비스를 합성 하여 새로운 서비스를 제공하는 방안에 대한 연구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 그러나 다수의 사용자들이 존재하는 서비스 공간에서 사용자에게 개인화된 서비스를 제공하는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다. 본 논문은 사용자 중심의 서비스 시나리오에 기반한 서비스 합성 모델을 제안하고 사용자의 상황에 필요한 서비스를 동적으로 발견하고 결합하여 개인화된 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 유비쿼터스 공간에 존재하는 이질적이고 제한된 자원을 가지는 다양한 스마트 객체들로부터 필요한 서비스를 찾기 위한 서비스 발견 프로토콜을 지원한다. 또한 제안된 시스템은 사용자로부터 파생되는 다양한 서비스 시나리오와 정보의 저장소 및 사용자에게 필요한 서비스 실행기로서의 역할을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 시스템을 검증하기 위하여 휴대용 단말기를 위한 프로토타입 시스템을 구현한다.

SERVQUAL 모델을 이용한 간호 서비스 질 측정 (Measurement of Nursing Service Quality using SERVQUAL Model)

  • This study is a descriptive analytic research measuring nursing service quality, using SERVQUAL model, to make fundamental data and strategies for nursing service improvement. Data were collected by self-reported questionnaire from 202 patients and 142 nurses, from June 7 to 14, 1999. The reliability of instrument were adequate(Cronbach ${\alpha}=.94$). SAS program was utilized for statistical analysis of collected data. The results were as follows; 1. There was a gab between patient's expectation and perception on nursing service(Gap B). Gap D was indicated an affecting factor to decide nursing service quality. Gap C was indicated an indirect affecting factor of nursing service quality. Because it was not statistically significant in total item analysis, but in individual item analysis, 7 items were appeared statistically significant. Gap A was not a gap occurrence factor of nursing service quality. 2. Focuses of nursing service quality improvement strategies were; (1) to direct qualitative improvement of nursing service in order to correspondence patient's nursing service expectation. (2) to make nurse's service activity modified because nurse's practice were not reached patient's expectation level. (3) to need internal, external factor analysis affecting nurse's service activity. 3. Nursing service quality was decided by rather environmental inappropriateness provided nursing service than itself. Therefore, to make nursing service quality improvement, it is required to improve nursing service environment. For this, followings are required; (1) to strengthen nurse's education on lower part of nursing service satisfaction and QI activities. (2) to balance demand and supply of nursing personnel. 3) to fix computerized system for reducing other duties weight except nursing care through analysis of nursing activity. (4) to construct rational cooperating system among related departments. 4. The important parts for nursing service quality improvement were indicated as follows: (1) Gap B: 'prompt reaction', 'examination symptom before patient's complaint', 'hearted nursing service reducing patient's dissatisfaction', 'explanation goals of nursing activities', 'having special Knowledge enough', 'maintenance position comfortably', 'management of patient's physical hygiene'. (2) Gap C: 'maintenance physical safety', 'explanation about hospital rules and facilities'. (3) Gap D: 'tender, safe injection and wound care'. Because above items are mostly improved through nurse's attitude change and quality improvement, it is required to establish nursing standardization and to strengthen nurse's clinical education. As the based on above results, followings are suggested; 1. SERVQUAL model is very useful to make strategies for nursing service quality improvement because it indicates multiple factors affecting hap occurrence. 2. At individual items analysis of Gap C, statistically significant 7 items appeared higher nurse's perception level than patient's perception level on nursing service were trouble perception level on nursing service quality improvement. So. it need further research to analysis about these difference occurring factors. 3. At analysis of Gap D, it is indicated that in nursing service performance process, multiple factors lowing nursing service quality were intruded. So it needs further research to analysis what these factors are and how each factors affect on nursing performance process. 4. nursing service quality measurement is changeable according to sample select time or sampled subject's characteristics. So to develope strategy for nursing service quality improvement is based on the results of periodical analysis.

가상 ISIM을 통한 서비스 연속성 제공을 위한 근접 단말 등록 방법 (The User Terminal Registration Method in Proximity Using the Virtual ISIM for Providing Service Continuity)

  • NGN에서는 사용자가 여러 개의 단말을 사용할 수 있는 환경을 지원해야 한다. 특히 사용자가 이동하면서 동적으로 발견하는 단말을 통해 끊김 없는 서비스를 제공받을 수 있어야 하며, 이를 위해서 서비스 연속성 지원이 필수적이다. 현재의 IMS는 서비스 연속성 제어를 위한 세션 제어 방법에 대해서는 다루고 있으나, 세션을 이동할 단말을 어떻게 찾을 수 있는가에 대해서는 제한적인 방법만을 제시하고 있다. 사용자가 이동하면서 발견하는 단말은 물리적으로 사용자와 가까이 위치해 있을 가능성이 상당히 높고, 여러 사람에 의해 공유되어 사용되는 단말일 가능성이 있다. 그러므로 사용자에게 보다 나은 서비스 경험을 제공하기 위해서는 물리적으로 가까이 있는 단말을 사용자가 마치 자신의 단말인 것처럼 사용할 수 있도록 하는 방법이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전술한 문제를 해결하기 위해 NFC 기반의 가상 ISIM을 통해 사용자가 소유한 기존 단말에 저장된 IMS 가입 정보를 동적으로 발견한 단말로 전달하여 그 단말을 IMS에 등록시키는 방법을 제안하고, 더불어 이를 통해 서비스 연속성 제공이 어떻게 이루어질 수 있는지를 논한다.

About the Location of Base Stations for a UMTS System: Analytical Study and Simulations

  • One of the first decisions that a radio network designer must take is the location of base stations and the distance between them in order to give the best coverage to a region and, possibly, to reduce deployment costs. In this paper, the authors give an insight to this matter by presenting a possible solution to a real problem: Planning the base stations layout for a universal mobile telecommunications system (UMTS) in the city of Barcelona. At the basis of this problem, there is the interdependence between coverage and capacity in a wideband-code division multiple access (W-CDMA) system, which is a new element in the planning of BS layout for mobile communications. This aspect has been first treated with an analytical study of the cell coverage range for a specific environment and service. The achieved results have been checked with the help of snapshot simulations together with a geographical information system (GIS) tool incorporated in the simulator that allows to perform analysis and to visualize results in a useful way. By using the simulator, it is also possible to study a more complex environment, that of a set of base stations providing multiple services to a large number of users.

  • In 2004. as a part of special housing policy for low income household, Korean government initiated 'Multiple-dwelling Purchase and Public Rental Program'(MDPPRP) to help people whose needs for appropriate housing cannot be met in private housing market. The main goal of this program was to provide the base for self support of tenants by purchasing 'Multiple-housing' in bundle and transferring them into rental housing with low price to the low income tenants. Unlike other public rental housing programs, this model program limited the length of stay in the rental housing by six years to lead tenant's self support. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of this model program for further expanding enforcement. For this, two groups of residents of 'multiple-dwelling purchase and public rental program' and permanent rental housing were compared and analyzed. Thirty two tenants of MDPPRP were interviewed for the study. As research methods, document review, onsite tenant interviews using questionnaire were used. As a whole, most of the tenants were satisfied with their 'multiple-dwelling' environment in physical and socio-psychological aspects.

  • IEEE WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment)는 고속으로 이동중인 차량간 혹은 차량과 도로변 장치간의 통신을 위한 무선 엑세스 시스템으로써 5GHz DSRC 대역에서 동작하며 IEEE TGp와 P1609/1554 WG을 중심으로 표준화 작업이 진행 중이다. WAVE의 P1609.3은 신속한 링크 설정 및 데이터 전송을 위하여 멀티채널 데이터 전송과 PST/UST 기반 링크 설정 기능을 정의한다. 본 논문에서는 향후 차량 통신 환경에서 주요 무선 엑세스 기술로써 활용될 WAVE시스템의 프로토콜 및 ITS 어플리케이션 개발을 위하여 WAVE 에뮬레이터를 개발하고 공공 안전 서비스 및 멀티미디어 파일 다운로드 서비스를 제공하는 ITS 어플리케이션을 이용하여 에뮬레이터의 동작을 검증한다.

  • The cloud computing industry has focused on establishing a cloud-based business environment for enterprises with efforts to convert using their own on-premise computing infrastructures to using cloud services. With these efforts, using cloud services has become natural, especially for the IT industry. The cloud computing industry is moving toward proliferation of the cloud computing environment into various evolving industries. Along with industrial trends, new technical trends such as edge computing and multi-cloud are emerging. These trends are expected to create new business models and develop related service ecosystems, providing new opportunities for service providers and new experiences for users. A mong those emerging technologies, multi-cloud technology is expected to realize unlimited global cloud computing resources by unifying cloud resources from multiple public cloud service providers. In this paper, we introduce the concept and related trends of multi-cloud technology. Subsequently, we analyze the main functionalities and several use cases of multi-cloud technology. Finally, we summarize the effects and usefulness of multi-cloud technology in the domestic cloud industry.

  • According to the changing environment of management, the concept of the one-to-one marketing is appeared in the environment of management by high Quality that customers needs. In this paradigm, CRM(Customer Relationship Management) offering integrated multiple view points is able to be executed by the advance of Information Technology (IT). In this study, the environment and the management status of the steel company that CRM implemented is analyzed. This study presents the system architecture which applies OLAP(on-line analytical processing), web technologies, and logistics service. Then this research presents a variety of effects and development direction in the future.
