수단-목적사슬이론을 이용한 소셜커머스의 사용자 가치 분석 (User Value Analysis in Social Commerce Using Means-End Chain Theory)

  • 소셜 네트워크의 확산에 따라 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 소셜커머스는 다중 스마트 기기의 사용과 함께 빠르게 성장해왔다. 쿠팡과 티켓몬스터와 같은 소셜커머스 사이트들의 빠른 성장을 감안한다면 소셜커머스 환경에서 사용자의 구매 의사 결정 과정을 이해하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 소셜커머스를 이용하는 사용자들의 목표에 대한 이해를 보다 풍부하게 발전시키고자 한다. 둘째, 사용자의 목표를 분석하기 위한 방법론적 대안을 소개한다. 본 연구에서는 래더링 인터뷰와 수단-목적사슬 분석을 활용했다. 소셜커머스를 활용한 구매 경험이 6개월 이상인 사용자 40명을 대상으로 실시한 인터뷰 분석 결과, 사용자의 목표 구조를 보여주는 위계적 목적지도가 도출되었다. 본 지도는 타인과의 따뜻한 관계, 쇼핑의 재미와 즐거움, 성취감, 만족감, 금전적 저축, 편의성 등을 포함한 소셜커머스의 22가지 궁극적인 목표를 담고 있다. 또한 활동에서부터 궁극적인 목표까지 다양한 경로가 존재하기에 사용자가 추구하는 목표를 조사하면 사용자를 이해하는 통찰력을 얻을 수 있다.

  • In real world, the project managers handle conflicting goals that govern the use of resources within the stipulated time and budget with required quality and safety. These conflicting goals are required to be optimized simultaneously by the project managers in the framework of fuzzy aspiration levels. The fuzzy linear programming model proposed herein helps project managers to minimize total project costs, completion time, and crashing costs considering indirect costs, contractual penalty costs etc by practically charging them in terms of direct cost of the project. A case study of bituminous pavement under construction is considered to demonstrate the feasibility of applying the proposed model for optimization of project parameters. Consequently, the proposed model yields an efficient compromise solution and the decision maker's overall degree of satisfaction with multiple fuzzy goal values. Additionally, the proposed model provides a systematic decision-making framework, enabling decision maker to interactively modify the fuzzy data and model parameters until a satisfactory solution is obtained. The significant characteristics that differentiate the proposed model with other models include, flexible decision-making process, multiple objective functions, and wide-ranging decision information.

  • 최근 에이전트 기반 시스템 기술은 소프트웨어 시스템의 개념화, 설계, 구현을 위한 새로운 패러다임을 제공하며 많은 기대를 받아왔다. 특히 멀티 에이전트 시스템은 분산적이고 개방적인 인터넷 환경에 잘 부합되는 특징을 가지고 있어서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 멀티 에이전트 시스템에서는 각 에이전트들이 자신의 목적을 위해 행동하기 때문에 에이전트간 충돌이 발생하는 경우에 조정을 통해 협력할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 기존의 멀티 에이전트 시스템에서의 에이전트 간 협력 방법에 관한 연구 방법들은 동적 환경에서 서로 다른 목적을 갖는 에이전트간의 협동 문제를 올바로 해결할 수 없다는 문제가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 강화학습을 이용한 자동 역할 조정 방법을 통하여 에이전트가 처한 동적 환경에서 서로 다른 목적을 갖는 에이전트간의 협력 문제를 해결한다. 이를 위하여 멀티 에이전트 시스템 분야의 전통적인 문제인 추적 문제에 동적 환경과 서로 다른 목표를 갖는 에이전트들을 모델 링 하여, 두 가지 수정된 추적 문제를 제안하고 이 문제의 해결을 통하여 제안한 방법이 타당함을 보였다.

Building Mathematics Competence via Multiple Choice Competitions

  • The paper focuses on a type of mathematics competence noted as synthetic. It is needed for success in multiple choice competition problems and it is crucial for the further development of advanced school students. The concept of synthetic competence includes a large fraction of mathematical competences, but also competences and skills related to informatics and linguistics. The general structure of a multiple choice competition is considered as the first level of assessment of the mathematics component of the synthetic competence. As the second level under consideration is the set of complex tasks in a competition test any of which is a bouquet of ideas. Our standpoint on the didactic specifics and goals of the two levels in perspective of the gifted education is briefly presented in the article and some examples are given.

An autonomous control framework for advanced reactors

  • Several Generation IV nuclear reactor concepts have goals for optimizing investment recovery through phased introduction of multiple units on a common site with shared facilities and/or reconfigurable energy conversion systems. Additionally, small modular reactors are suitable for remote deployment to support highly localized microgrids in isolated, underdeveloped regions. The long-term economic viability of these advanced reactor plants depends on significant reductions in plant operations and maintenance costs. To accomplish these goals, intelligent control and diagnostic capabilities are needed to provide nearly autonomous operations with anticipatory maintenance. A nearly autonomous control system should enable automatic operation of a nuclear power plant while adapting to equipment faults and other upsets. It needs to have many intelligent capabilities, such as diagnosis, simulation, analysis, planning, reconfigurability, self-validation, and decision. These capabilities have been the subject of research for many years, but an autonomous control system for nuclear power generation remains as-yet an unrealized goal. This article describes a functional framework for intelligent, autonomous control that can facilitate the integration of control, diagnostic, and decision-making capabilities to satisfy the operational and performance goals of power plants based on multimodular advanced reactors.

다수표적의 시각적 탐색을 위한 탐색능력 모델과 최적 탐색정지 시점 (Visual Search Models for Multiple Targets and Optimal Stopping Time)

  • Visual search in an unstructured search field is a fruitful research area for computational modeling. Search models that describe relationship between search time and probability of target detection have been used for prediction of human search performance and provision of ideal goals for search training. Until recently, however, most of models were focused on detecting a single target in a search field, although, in practice, a search field includes multiple targets and search models for multiple targets may differ from search models for a single target. This study proposed a random search model for multiple targets, generalizing a random search model for a single target which is the most typical search model. To test this model, human search data were collected and compared with the model. This model well predicted human performance in visual search for multiple targets. This paper also proposed how to determine optimal stopping time in multiple-target search.

  • In this paper, we propose a fuzzy group decision making method for multiple decision maker-multiple objective programming problems to obtain the agreeable solution. In the proposed method, considering the vague nature of human subjective judgement it is assumed that each of multiple decision makers has a fuzzy goal for each of his/her own objective functions. After eliciting the membership functions from the decision makers for their fuzzy goals, total M-Pareto optimal solution concept is defined in membership spaces in order to deal with multiple decision maker-multiple objective programming problems. For generating a candidate of the agreeable solution which is total M-Pareto optimal, the extended weighted minimax problem is formulated and solved for some weighting vector which is specified by the decision makers in their subjective manner, Given the total M-Pareto optimal solution, each of the derision makers must either be satisfied with the current values of the membership functions, or update his/her weighting vector, However, in general, it seems to be very difficult to find the agreeable solution with which all of the decision makers are satisfied perfectly because of the conflicts between their membership functions. In the proposed method, each of the decision makers is requested to estimate the degree of satisfaction for the candidate of the agreeable solution. Using the estimated values or satisfaction of each of the decision makers, the core concept is desnfied, which is a set of undominated candidates. The interactive algorithm is developed to obtain the agreeable solution which satisfies core conditions.

동적 변화 환경에서 다중 임무점 방문을 위한 최적 경로 계획 알고리즘 (Optimal Path Planning Algorithm for Visiting Multiple Mission Points in Dynamic Environments)

  • 다중 임무점 방문을 위한 경로 계획의 복잡도는 단일 구간 경로 계획을 위한 복잡도보다 크게 더 높다. n개의 다중 임무점을 방문하는 경로 계획을 위해서는 $n^2+n$번의 단일 구간 경로 계획이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 동적 변화 환경에서 다중 임무점을 방문하기 위한 최적의 경로 계획 알고리즘인 Multiple Mission $D^*$ Lite($MMD^*L$) 알고리즘을 제안하였다. $MMD^*L$은 앞서 수행된 단일 구간 경로 계획 정보를 재사용함으로써 복잡도를 감소시킨다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 경로의 최적성은 양보하지 않으면서도 복잡도가 급격하게 감소하였음을 확인하였다.

A Survey of Japanese University Students' Future Use of English Goal Orientations

  • The aim of this study is to present preliminary results from an ongoing large-scale study of English-language future goal orientations held by Japanese university students. The work here involves an investigation of learners in multiple disciplines, from five universities, both public and private, in the Kanto-region of Japan, and their perspective on their future use of English. The results summarize written essays on L2-goal orientations. Preliminary results indicate Japanese learners (n = 629) as a whole have disparate L2-learning goals; however, these can be summarized into four broad categories: career, personal life, study, and general; and early findings indicate that most learners (63.56%) are oriented to career or personal goal orientations, while others are oriented to study and general. These early results help us to gain a better understanding of the future goals of Japanese university learners and their views of English usage in the future.

  • A elevator group supervisory system is designed to perform efficient operation of multiple elevators, and its basic function is to assign an appropriate elevator to a given hall-cell. In this paper, in order to improve elevator group control performance, we propose a new dispatching system which includes fuzzy multi-attribute decision making(MADM). In most cases, the purpose of group control is to maximize control goals as much as possible. Unfortunately, the decision of optimal elevator to a given hall cell is made with very uncertain information of the system, and some of control goals are related each other. The uncertainty is mainly resulted from car calls generated by serving hall calls. A fuzzy MADM algorithm is proposed to deal with these problems to improve system performance.
