저온소결 PSN-PZT 세라믹스의 Zr/Ti 비에 따른 압전특성 (Piezoelectric characteristics of Low temperature sintering ceramics according to Zr/Ti ratio)

  • In this study, in order to develop the low temperature sintering ceramics for multilayer piezoelectric transformer, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of PSN-PZT ceramics were investigated according to Zr/Ti ratio. As Zr/Ti ratio is increased, coupling factor(kp) and dielectric constant were increased and then decreased after the ratio of Zr/Ti=50/50. And also, mechanical quality factor were decreased and then increased after the ratio of Zr/Ti=50/50.

  • In this study, in order to develop multilayer low temperature sintering piezoelectric transformer, $Pb_{0.97}Sr_{0.03}[(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})x(Zr_{0.48}Ti_{0.52})_{1-x}O_3]+$ 0.25wt% $CeO_2$+0.3 wt% $Nb_2O_5$ system ceramics were fabricated using $Li_2CO_3-CaCO_3$ and CuO as sintering aids and their piezoelectric and dielectric characteristics were investigated with the amount of PMN substitution. With increasing PMN substitution, electromechanical coupling factor kp and dielectric constant were increased.

  • CCFL 구동용 인버터 모듈 개발을 위해, 내부전극 층수에 따른 Rosen-type 적층형 압전변압기를 제작하였으며, 내부전극 층수에 따른 출력 및 효율을 분석하였다. 압전변압기용 원료로는 PZT계 상용원료를 사용하였으며 구동회로는 Half-bridge 방식을 적용하여 압전인버터 모듈을 제작하였다 제작된 압전인버터 모듈의 입력전압은 12.5 V이고 스위칭 주파수는 104.3 KHz로서 압전인버터 구동시 약 100배의 승압비를 얻었으며, 효율은 87%이다.

  • In this study, in order to develop the low temperature sintering ceramics for multilayer piezoelectric transformer, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of PSN-PZT ceramics were investigated as a function of CuO addition, At the 0.6wt% CuO added specimen sintered at $920^{\circ}C$, the most excellent mechanical quality factor and electromechanical coupling factor were obtained.

  • In this study, in order to develop the low temperature sintering multilayer piezoelectric transformer, PMW-PMN-PZT system ceramics were manufactured with the addition of sintering aids, and their dielectric and piezoelectric characteristics were investigated. At the composition ceramics sintered at $900^{\circ}C$, dielectric constant(${\varepsilon}r$), electromechanical coupling factor(kp) and mechanical quality factor(Qm) showed the optimal value of 1043, 0.44 and 793, respectively, for multilayer piezoelectric transformer application.

  • In this study, vibration mode multilayer piezoelectric transformer was designed and thickness simulated using ANSYS of finite element method simulator for investigating its optimum conditions ist. As a results, resonant frequency was decreased with the increase of output layer thickness, Output voltage, maximum displacement and maximum stress at 0.34mm thickness transformer were 228.1 V, $0.42{\mu}m,\;8.78[N/m^2]$ respectively.

  • In this study, in order to increase piezoelectric properties of the low temperature sintering ceramics for multilayer piezoelectric transformer, PCW-PMN-PZT ceramics added with $Li_2CO_3$, $Bi_2O_3$ and CuO as sintering aids were manufactured according to the amount of $MnO_2$ addition, and their microstructural, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated. When the sintering aids was added, specimens could be sintered at $950^{\circ}C$. However, sintering aids added specimens showed lower piezoelectric properties than those of non-added specimens. $0.1wt%MnO_2$ added specimen at $950^{\circ}C$ showed ${\varepsilon}_r$, of 1503, $k_p$ of 0.57 and $Q_m$ of 1502 were shown, respectively, and showed optimum properties for multilayer piezoelectric transformer.

  • In this study, in order to develop multilayer piezoelectric transformer, PMN-PZT ceramics were fabricated according to PFW substitution using $Li_2CO_3-CaCO_3$ as sintering aids and their dielectric and piezoelectric characteristics were investigated. As increasing the amount of PFW substitution, density was slightly increased due to the increased sinterability. At the 1[mol%] PFW substituted PMN-PZT ceramic sintered at 950[$^{\circ}C$], density, dielectric constant $\varepsilon_r$, electromechanical coupling factor kp, mechanical quality factor Qm and piezoelectric $d_{33}$ constant showed the optimum value of 7.761[$g/cm^3$], 1251, 0.479, 1425 and 282[pC/N], respectively.

  • 최근, 압전 변압기 기술의 급속한 발전으로 권선형 변압기를 대체할 수 있는 다양한 분야에 응용되고 있다. 압전 변압기는 자계의 잡음이 없고, 크기가 소형화되며 고효율과 고전력 밀도, 누설자속이 없어 노이즈 발생이 없고, 공진주파수만을 이용하므로 출력파형이 정현파에 가까워 고조파 잡음이 없는 등 권선형 변압기에 비해서 여러 가지 장점을 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 87.2[KHz]정도의 스위칭 모드에서 두께진동 모드 적층형 압전 변압기를 이용하여 전기적인 등가회로를 적용하여 DC-DC컨버터를 동작 하였다. 또한 DC-DC컨버터를 제안된 회로에 의해서 구동 고휘도 LED 구동 전원장치로써의 가능성을 제시 하였다.

  • In this study, in order to develop the low temperature sintering ceramics for multilayer piezoelectric transformer, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of PSN-PZT[0.91Pb(Sb$\sub$1/2/Nb$\sub$1/2/)$\sub$0.03/(Zr$\sub$0.495/Ti$\sub$0.505/)$\sub$0.97/O$_3$-0.04Pb(Ni$\sub$1/2/W$\sub$1/2/)O$_3$+0.05BiFeO$_3$+0.3wt%MnO$_2$+0.6wt%CuO〕 ceramics were investigated according to Zr/Ti ratio. As Zr/Ti ratio is increased, electromechanical coupling factor(k$\sub$p/) and dielectric constant increased and then decreased after the ratio of Zr/Ti=50/50. Also, mechanical qualify factor(Q$\sub$m/) decreased and then increased after the ratio of Zr/Ti=50/50.
