  • 4차 산업혁명이 빠른 속도로 전개됨에 따라 대학이 생존하기 위한 조건으로 대학에 주어진 본질적 사명을 시스템 이론의 관점에서 재조명할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학을 고등교육 서비스를 통해 고부가가치를 창출하는 5차 서비스 산업으로 규정하고, 경영학을 기반으로 한 다학제적(Multidisciplinary) 관점의 접근을 시도하되 특히 서비스 운영관리이론에 기초하여 이를 재조명함으로써 대학경영의 과학적 합리화를 위해 다양한 대학관계자에게 새롭고 참신한 시각을 제공하려고 시도하였다. 이를 위해 대학의 본질적 사명인 교육, 연구, 봉사를 제대로 수행하기 위한 교육조직, 연구조직, 봉사조직, 그리고 이들에 대한 지원조직의 성격을 분류하고 이들에 맞는 경영행위를 수행하기 위한 개념과 기법을 탐색하는 것이 본 연구의 일차적 목적이다. 또한, 학문적·실무적 관점에서 대학을 고등교육 서비스를 통해 고부가가치를 창출하는 5차 서비스 산업으로 규정한 뒤 경영학적 관점에서 새로운 접근을 시도하되 보다 구체적으로는 서비스 경영이론, 특히 서비스 운영관리이론에 기초하여 대학 행정을 재조명함으로써 대학경영의 과학적 합리화를 위한 새로운 관점과 수단을 제공하는 것, 나아가 대학 총장을 CEO의 관점에서 바라보는 최근의 한 경향을 반영하여 이를 학문적으로 체계화시켜보려는 것이 본 연구의 구체적인 목적이다. 이를 통해 새로운 환경변화에 대응할 수 있는 체계적이고 과학적인 대학경영조직의 이상형을 모색해보고자 하였다.

청각처리장애의 다학문적 중재 안내도 개발을 위한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study for the Development of Multidisciplinary Intervention Guide Map of Auditory Processing Disorders)

  • 청각처리장애는 정상 청력을 가졌음에도 불구하고 청각신경계에서 청각 정보를 처리하는 과정의 문제로 자신이 들은 소리를 이해하지 못한다. 본 연구는 최근 문헌들이 제시하는 청각처리장애의 중재 방법을 조사하여 청각 처리장애를 가진 아동을 위한 중재 안내도를 마련하고자 하였다. 청각처리장애를 가진 아동은 진단의 구체적 결함에 따라 Buffalo 모델과 Bellis/Ferre 모델의 유형으로 분류되고 결함을 치료하기 위한 문제중심 중재 전략과 결함의 영향을 관리하는 전반적 중재 전략이 결정된다. 그리고 문제중심 중재 전략은 두 모델의 유형별 특징에 따라 맞춤 전략으로 구성되고, 전반적 중재 전략은 보상 전략, 청능훈련, 환경수정 등이 추천된다. 이러한 중재가 진행되기 위해서는 다학문적 팀에 의해 아동의 청각 기능을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 중재 방법들을 선정하고 집중적이고 지속적으로 제공하여야 한다. 청각처리장애의 중재 안내도는 청각처리장애 확인, 중재, 재평가, 수정된 중재 단계로 구성되었다. 이 안내도를 통해 청각처리장애가 의심되거나 청각처리장애를 진단 받은 아동의 어려움을 줄이기 위하여 관련 임상가와 교사들이 적절한 중재 방법과 절차를 찾을 수 있도록 돕고자 하였다.

치료의 증진을 위한 당뇨전문약사의 필요성 (The Necessity of Pharmacist in Specialty for the Diabetic Pharmacotherapy)

  • Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic disorders characterized by hyperglycemia and abnormalities in carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism which is resulting chronic microvascular, macrovascular, and neuropathic complications. Therefore, correct and consistent educations for pharmacotherapy is important and especially drug consultation by the specialty pharmacist of diabetic pharmacotherapy is necessary for all diabetic patients. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the necessity of the specialty pharmacist of diabetic pharmacotherapy and this study was performed from June 31th, 2008 to October 9th, 2008 in Kangnam St. Mary's Hospital, Seoul, S. Korea throughout the questionnaire and evaluated the total 68 patients who were participating the multidisciplinary diabetes team programs. We evaluated the patient characteristics (n=68), learning status (difficulty 70.4%), wanted further education (68.3%) and preference of educator (pharmacist 46%) after finishing team teaching by multidisciplinary diabetes team program. In conclusion, many diabetic patients(80.3%) wanted individual and further drug consultation by the pharmacists who are specialized in the diabetes individually and they are needed.

당뇨발 치료 동향: 대한족부족관절학회 회원 설문조사 분석 (Current Trends in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot: Analysis of the Korean Foot and Ankle Society (KFAS) Member Survey)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to report the current trends in the management of diabetic foot over the last few decades through a survey of the Korean Foot and Ankle Society (KFAS) members. Materials and Methods: A web-based questionnaire containing 40 questions was sent to all KFAS members in September 2021. The questions were mainly related to the demographics of patients with diabetic foot, diagnostic tools, and multidisciplinary treatment. Answers with a prevalence of ≥50% of respondents were considered a tendency. Results: Seventy-eight of the 550 members (14.2%) responded to the survey. The most common demographic factors of diabetic foot patients were male dominance with a high percentage in the 60- to 70-year-old. Although the need for multidisciplinary treatment is highly recognized in the treatment of diabetic foot patients, the actual implementation rate is about 39%. The contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (88.5%) was reported to be the most used tool for the diagnosis of osteomyelitis of the diabetic foot. It was reported that the use of antibiotics was started empirically and then changed based on bacterial culture tests in 82.1% of patients. Simple wound dressing and antibiotic treatment were most frequently reported for mild ulcers. Conclusion: This study provides updated information on the current trends in the management of a diabetic foot in Korea. Both consensus and variations in the approach to patients with diabetic foot were identified by this survey study. Further efforts are required for better access to a multidisciplinary approach, such as appropriate insurance payment policies and patient education.

공과대학 융합교육 형태 연구 (A Study of Convergence Education Type for the College of Engineering)

  • Due to the development of science and technology, diversity of fusion technologies has become a major concern. Especially the application of the convergence education became necessary in the curriculum of engineering department. The purpose of this paper is to extract characteristics of convergence education among engineering majors and to present a model of applicable convergence education. The researchers collected studies of past 15 years in domestic and international journals in related themes. Academic research information systems, DBpia, e-article, Academic Search Complete were used for keyword searches. 43 Korean papers and 25 international papers were analyzed for the study. The results showed that the convergence education models for college of engineering can be classified into the three types: the cooperative convergence, multidisciplinary convergence, and transdisciplinary convergence. Based on the results, a convergence education model is suggested for the schools of engineering in Korea.

우리나라 대학에서 응용생태공학 교육의 현황과 개선 (The Current Status and the Improvement of Ecological Engineering Education in South Korean Universities)

  • 국가 경제력이 성장함에 따라서 사회기반시설에 대한 국토의 환경역량을 제고하려는 요구가 크게 증가하였고 이에 부응하여 생태공학 기술의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 이러한 사회적 요구에 부응하기 위하여 2013년에 응용생태공학회가 창립되어 생태공학 분야의 기술 발전에 기여하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 사회적 수요에도 불구하고 생태공학 분야 인력양성 체계가 아직 정착되지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 생태학적 원리와 기능을 충족시킴과 동시에 생태계 서비스를 확보할 수 있는 생태계 보전, 복원, 창조 기술을 갖춘 유능한 인력을 배출할 수 있는 교육 프로그램이 시급히 요구되고 있다고 판단된다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로서 응용생태공학회에서는 "2015 응용생태공학 포럼 - 생태교육의 터잡기"를 개최하여 대학에서 생태공학 교육체계를 정립하기 위한 논의를 하였다. 본 고에서는 포럼에서 토론되고 제안된 내용을 중심으로, 우리나라 대학에서 토목과 건설, 생물과 환경 및 조경과 계획의 다양한 분야에서 생태공학 관련 교육의 실태를 파악하고, 국외의 우수한 교육 사례를 바탕으로 국내 대학에서 생태공학 교육을 개선하여 정립할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 전반적으로 아직까지는 생태 및 각 응용분야 교과목들이 단편적인 교과목과 영역별 교육으로 한정되어 있어 향후 융합교육, 기후변화의 생태적 대응, 연구대상의 확대에 초점을 맞춘 새로운 교육전략과 체계적인 생태융합적 커리큘럼의 개발이 요구된다.

Posner 이론을 적용한 여성건강간호학 교육과정 분석 (Women's Health Nursing Curriculum Analysis using Posner's Theory in Korean Nursing Baccalaureate Education)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the women's health nursing curriculum in Korean nursing baccalaureate education. Methods: This study was conducted with women's health nursing curriculum from one nursing school. Data were collected through one nursing school in A city, Korea from November to December, 2014. Data were analyzed using 4 domain of Posner's curriculum analysis. Results: Curriculum documentation and origins were based on the nursing standard from Korean Accreditation Nursing Board Education and the learning goal of maternal nursing from Korean Nursing Association. The purpose and content of the curriculum were composed with cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The curriculum was organized deductively and multidisciplinary. Conclusion: The continuity, sequence, integration, and articulation were advantage of the curriculum. The concept map of women's health nursing curriculum can contribute to share the objectives between teachers and learners.

공학설계의 교수·학습적 개념 고찰 (An Investigation on the Concepts of Teaching and Learning in Engineering Design)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the theory behind creative engineering design instructional characteristics. This study was conducted as a literature review to derive engineering design instructional characteristics. The results showed that there are three primary characteristics: learner-centered instructional activities, collaborative communication interactions, and multidisciplinary convergence to promote creative thinking. This study was meaningful in that it identified creative engineering design instructional characteristics based theoretical considerations of engineering design and engineering design education. Therefore, it is expected that the results of this study will contribute to the development of creative engineering design instructional models.

  • Humanity is experiencing a very fast-paced technological evolution. As technological systems evolve exponentially, societies are becoming more global and are starting to have impacts beyond their geographic demarcations. This implies that, the actions of a person who is across the ocean from where we live could have significant impacts on our everyday lives. This article explores the complexity of globalization, identifies a number of global issues, and looks at the University and the Science and Technology Parks as potential sources of human capital to tackle current and forthcoming global challenges, ranging from new energy sources to potable water distributions. The article focuses on current efforts that are taking place across universities and science and technology parks around the world. We propose a new methodology whereby interdisciplinary work can inform the development of multidisciplinary approaches to solve some of the most complex global issues such as cyber security and educating the next generations of global leaders, providing them them with the necessary skills to be successful in a globally distributed workforce.

비교과프로그램으로서의 창의·융합캠프 사례연구 (Case Study of Creative Merged Camp for non-Subject Program Development)

  • This paper was built for an activation of a merged education and development of non-subject, new type creative merged education program having effectivities. This program is disciplined a kind of flipped learning and camp program of 2 nights and 3 days. Given a problem which big enough and open-ended problem, multidisciplinary team that composed with engineering and design major students works the capstone design project. For ordinary engineering design process, 'how can we make?' was important. But in this program 'what can we make?' is more serious question. Our program was pursuing an creative idea that can induce innovation. Teaching or interference of professors was minimized and then students solve the problem theirselves by long time and liberal brainstorming. Last products is not real goods and only a proposal for manufacturing. Finally, the results are presented using ppt and board. After not only professors but also students of other teams can ask a question, resolve and comment on that proposal. The benefits of this program are that inner members of university take a whole process from planning and working to last evaluation. Besides economic benefit, they can secure an infrastructure for development of creative merged education program by running for several times and so can improve the program continuously. For an aspect of students, they can respond to recently highlighted creative experiences that required for recruitment.
