멀티레벨 운전을 위한 4권선 변압기의 삼중 델타 전원 연결 (Triple Delta Sourced Winding Structure of 4-winding Transformer for Multi-level Operation)

  • 본 논문에서는 4권선 변압기를 이용하여 멀티레벨 운전을 하는 새로운 결선 방식을 제안하였다. 일종의 개방형 권선 구조의 확장으로서, 동일한 하드웨어에서 결선만 바꿈으로써 2차단 권선에 인가되는 전압의 레벨 수를 늘릴 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 결선 방식에 대한 등가회로를 중첩원리를 이용하여 유도하였다. 제안된 결선 방식을 3개의 델타 결선된 권선에 적용하면, 2레벨 인버터를 사용하더라도 1개 권선의 전압을 합성하는 데 6개의 스위칭 상태가 관여하게 되어 권선 전압의 레벨수를 9개까지 늘일 수 있다. 제안된 회로의 등가회로를 도출하고 모의실험을 통해 등가회로의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • The proposed dual-output DC-DC converter that bases on flyback converter can obtain two output voltage with non-isolated main-output and isolated sub-output at the same time using single-winding high frequency transformer. It can solve problems in multi-winding converter that use one main-switch, and also control quality of isolated sub-output voltage can be improved by additional sub-switch to the second. For analysis and design of the proposed converter system, converters are classified as operation mode from switching state and are become modeling by applying state space averaging method. Steady-state characteristics and dynamic characteristics are analyzed by DC component and perturbation component from state space averaging model. From experiment converter, validity of analysis and design for the propose converter system is confirm.

  • The aim of this paper is twofold: The one is to design BLDC motors for an electric bicycle and the other is to develop a controller of the BLDC motors. A new BLDC Motor has a permanent magnet rotor in which the magnetic arrangement is radial to the shaft and integral to the rotor laminations instead of mounted on the perimeter of the rotor. This technique concentrates flux, giving a higher flux density than a surface-mounted PM motor and has the increase of reluctance torque. The stator of BLDC motor has parallel winding instead of interconnected wye-connection winding, allowing multi-phase separate independent controllability. It gets much more high power than wye-connection at same low voltage. The proposed controller has a technique of exited with modulation(EWM) and one H-bridge and two photo sensors per phase. Experimental results show the performance of the proposed BLDC motors for an electric bicycle.

고조파 저감형 하이브리드 변압기의 성능시험 (Performance Test and Design of Harmonic Reduction Hybrid Transformer)

  • Hybrid transformer means the distribution transformer, one of multi-function transformer equipped with the enhancement function of harmonics and unbalance. In other words, since existing transformer are equipped simply with transformation function only, a separated electric facility should be additionally installed in order to reduce the mutual harmonics and unbalance. Meanwhile, since hybrid transformer can perform the reduction of harmonics and unbalance as well as transformation function simultaneously through zigzag winding, it doesn't need any additional electric facility. This study addressed the issue of developing and testing the performance of a generator that would reduce the harmonics supplied to the grid when grid-connected with the output of a photovoltaic inverter for photovoltaic generation system.

  • In this paper, we present effect of the stacked HTS tapes. AC losses of HTS pancake windings with stacked tapes are shown. Magnetic flux density in the HTS winding under operating conditions was calculated by FEM. AC loss of the pancake winding were measured and compared with the calculated loss by using AC losses of the stacked samples. Test results show that measured results generally agreed well with the calculated value by using AC loss of 4-stacked sample data.

  • Superconducting transmission power cable is one of interesting parts in power application using high temperature superconducting wire. One of important parameters in high-temperature superconducting (HTSC) cable design is transport current distribution because it is related with current transmission capacity and ac loss. In this paper, the transport current and magnetic field distributions at conducting layers were investigated through the analysis of the equivalent circuit for HTSC power cable with shield layer. The transport current distribution due to the pitch length and winding direction was improved in case of HTSC power cable with shield layer.

  • Recently, data security and convenience are critical requirements to the interaction and collaboration of tourism service systems for the tourism industry. However, there are still many challenges for current tourism service systems to fulfill these requirements since they have inconsistent structures with different access control models and security policies. Blockchain has the potential to evolve the conventional tourism industry benefiting by its unique features such as data privacy and transparency. This paper mainly aims the interworking mechanism of heterogenous blockchain platforms for secure tourism service. We propose interworking scheme to connect multi-blockchain platforms for enhancing data integrity in the tourism industry. A proof of concept design and implement based on Hyperledger Fabric and Winding Tree.

  • The fiber reinforced composite material is widely used in the multi-industrial field where the weight reduction of the infrastructure is demanded because of their high specific modulus and specific strength. Pressure vessels using this composite material in comparison with conventional metal vessels can be applied in the field where lightweight and the high pressure is demanded from the defense and aerospace industry to rocket motor case due to the merits which are energy curtailment by the weight reduction and decrease of explosive damage precede to the sudden explosion which is generated by the pressure leakage condition. In this paper, for nonlinear finite element analysis of E-glass/epoxy filament winding composite pressure vessel receiving an internal pressure, the standard interpretation model is developed by using the ANSYS 5.7.1, the general commercial program, which is verified as the accuracy and useful characteristic of the solution based on Auto LISP and ANSYS APDL. Both the preprocessor for doing exclusive analysis of filament winding composite pressure vessel and postprocessor that simplifies result of analysis have been developed to help the design engineers.

멀티테스터를 이용한 3상유도전동기 고정자 권선의 극성 판별법에 관한 연구 (A study on how to discriminate the polarities of stator windings for 3 phase induction motors by using general purpose multi-testers)

  • 선박의 전동기에 고장이 발생하면 대개 육상에서 수리 후 본선에 다시 재설치 되고 있으나 연결 단자의 기호 표시가 지워지거나 분명치 않을 때는 결선과정에서 전동기 권선의 극성 구별이 어려워진다. 이로 인해 Y-${\delta}$ 기동의 전동기에서 한 권선의 극성을 반대로 잘못 연결하는 경우 전원 투입과 동시에 과다한 전류가 흐르면서 재차 2차 고장으로 이어질 위험이 있다. 이러한 문제와 관련하여 본 논문은 고정자의 1상 권선에 미소 직류전류를 흘릴 때 나머지 권선들에서 유도되는 과도 기전력의 특성을 토대로 아날로그 멀티테스터를 이용한 고정자 권선의 극성 판별법을 제시하고 관련 특성을 분석한다. 또한, 이 같은 방식을 실제 전동기에 적용하여 단계적인 측정과정을 통해 단자연결의 이상여부를 현장에서 용이하게 판별할 수 있는지를 확인해 보기로 한다.
